They were very friendly and easy to work with. I ordered my tires on their website and heard from them promptly to confirm the order and installation. Went in for a state inspection and was told that I need to replace windshield wipers at a cost of $50 and replace a serpentine drive belt at a cost of $255 including labor or they will not pass my inspection. REALLY!!! I ask for a emissions state inspection not vehicle repairs. I told them were to go and how fast to get there. A belt cost $20 $ wipers $20 max and will take me less that an hour to replace these items myself. This place is a ripoff!!!!!!

We had an unexpected repair come up with my husband’s thermostat in his Jeep. I called the shop on Friday, they were able to fit him in today (Saturday) and within a few hours the work was done and my husband’s car was back on the road. I appreciate the fact that they have early weekend hours. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Eric, Gilbert and Barry all made this stressful situation virtually painless. Our cost was within reason, the service was professional and quick, and my husband will be back on the road in time for work on Monday. I’d truly pay anything to have car repairs be this hassle free! My husband and I took our Durgano here for repairs, we spoke with Eric Miller and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Once they diagnosed my vehicle and we were told of the repairs needed I figured it would be EXPENSIVE, much to our surprise the total cost of all repairs was much cheaper than we imagined, even compared to other mechanic shops. If you are looking for a new mechanic look no further, you will not be disappointed.

The service was quick but the guy at the counter was a little off putting. A little smile or a friendly demeanor for a customer whose making sure you keep a job wont kill you.

I wanted to verify that the correct tires were order and without batting an eye Eric said No problem Ill get the tire, wheel it to your car and compare with your current tires. Called for a quote on tires and brakes the gentlemen was nice but did not understand what he was saying.

The good folks at Fulshear Tire and Auto on FM 1463 were kind enough to help me this morning with a scared little kitten hiding behind my front bumper.After they were able to safely rescue the cat, one of the guys got attached to it, and decided to hang out with the kitten for a good part of the day before taking it to an adoption center. Think they’ll name it “Goodyear”.Great team overall! Friendly staff, both behind the counter, and in the back.

They got me scheduled right away, they called me with updates, they finished in a timely manner and the price was outstanding for all I got AND they even gave me info for a $50 tire rebate! For sure will be returning!

These guys are great. I come here for everything car related and never get any pressure to pay for something I didnt come in for. Theyre polite, have a good sense of humor, and are honest. Their oil changes are better priced than the other speedy shops and they always reset my oil life monitor, something the other guys always forgot. Highly recommend.

I arrived at 5pm and they close at 6 on and I asked if I could get an oil change they refused because they were “about to close” when they had an hour left to close 😡

Would have gave ya 5 stars because oil change was fast and easy - service was great. But really you couldnt pull the old sticker off? That irritation cost ya 2 stars.

The staff at this shop are very courteous and kind. Tony was the man that helped us, and he got our work done very quickly. He knew exactly what we needed and made sure that he applied all of the discounts that he possibly could for us before leaving. We have a nail in our tire that he fixed. The facility is also updated and very comfortable for the waiting. Another round of great service here. I typically go to their sister location on 1093, Cinco Tire and Auto, but was closer to this location on my way home. Even though it was 4:30 pm with no appt, they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and tire rotation. But he real kicker was they also helped me out by installing 2 new tires on my other car instead of having me drop it off the next day. Super grateful to have such a professional team working here who understands customer service and going above an beyond to help out. I was the last person out of the shop at closing, but the staff never made me feel anything but welcome.

Highly recommend! I took my car in for alignment. They fixed it in the time they said, it cost what they said, and then even told me about an online coupon I could use. They also didnt come back with a laundry list of other things I need to fix like they do at all others places! Awesome experience!

Awesome customer service! My wife took her car to our old go to shop to get it inspected because they offered a coupon. Her car failed inspection because they said it needed a new power steering pump. It was going to cost $800 to $1,000, so I decided to get a second opinion from Fulshear Tire & Automotive. Tony was very friendly, and we went for a drive in my wife’s car to check out the power steering problem. He said it was fine! Since my wife had already paid the other shop for the inspection, Tony offered to do the inspection for free. He even rotated the tires! I’m a customer for life!!!

Update: Tony took the time to listen to the issue and he was very genuine in his apology for what an employee did and took it upon himself to do whatever was necessary to make things right. His sincerity give me much comfort in his business. Thank you very much your sincerity and professionalism.Took my vehicle there for inspection. When finished, I drove out and noticed vehicle all of sudden is making thumping noise. Took back and they test drove and said no noise. I have a dash cam and checked it when I got home. Apparently when they drove my vehicle from their parking area to their garage, the guy rev the engine very high and kept on what sounds like shifting back and forth. He squealed the tires as he sped to a stop sign (instead of directly back to garage) and continued to rev the engine hard and continued shifting and then sped quickly back to garage, squealing the tires around the corner. Obvious abuse and all that rev-ing and shifting did something to cause the thumping. My vehicle only has 12,000 miles. Thumping is still there. I’m very meticulous with my vehicle and this blatant disrespect and abuse is very disappointing. Going back tomorrow to show them the video.

Great Customer Service and Great Prices. Helped me out in a pinch when needing tires last minute. They sent out a driver to go pick up the tires from the warehouse and stayed late to install them & complete the alignment.

I highly recommend this shop as they were straightforward and honest.I had a set of wheels and tires purchased elsewhere that needed mounted and balanced. Most places dont care to accept this type of work unless you buy the tires from them, but they were happy to help me.I also needed new Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS) rebuild kits and they found the parts for me and charged me a very fair price. Some places will attempt to mark them up 100-200%.

This is one of the best shops in the are. The employees are very friendly and service is excellent!. I would recommend this store and I am very impressed with their professionalism.

Visited shop for tires and regular maintenance .I was taken care of by manager Damian.He gave me a very reasonable quote and time table for repair. Shop was quick and contacted me before expected finish time. I would recommend to anyone in the Fulshear community to visit this location .

Service was quick and friendly. Even the waiting room was nice. Price was good too and nobody tried to sell me a lot of unneeded services. Great to have this service in Firefhorne too.

Update: The owner called me same-day asking me for my side of the story and assured me his employee was wrong and he would retrain them on warranty issues. I appreciated it. He sounds like a good businessman who wants to ensure all customers are satisfied and I can appreciate that. Changed my rating to 3 as I did have the negative experience but the effort to learn from it and improve brings it up. I may go back and if so, I will modify the rating again depending on the experience I receive.-------------------------------Original (6.21.2019): Big sign outside says Goodyear. Workers shirts say Goodyear. I bought my tires at a Goodyear store a year or so ago nearby. I went to get a flat repaired and he tried to tell me he couldnt do it since the hole is near another patched hole. Then wanted to sell me another tire. I said, What about the Goodyear warranty on it? Will that offset the cost? He said no because they are a franchise, not a corporate location and cant do anything about it. Whatever! So, I left and went to where I bought it. Upsets me greatly! The other venue replaced the tire - no cost besides installation - because it was under road hazard warranty. Beware if you have warranty issues. They may or may not choose to warranty Goodyear.

Fantastic customer service. By far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with auto repair. Tony is extremely personable, kind, and provides excellent customer service - exemplary employee. I was dealing with in intake manifold leak, but wanted to give the repair a shot on my own. FS Tire and Auto provided free diognastoc to confirm the coolant leak points, and Tony even printed instructions and let me know which tools I’d need to make the repair on my own. Can’t say enough good things about this business!

I passed by Fulshear Tire & Automotive many times while it was under construction. I was curious to see how it will turn out.It is now up and running and boy am I impressed! I am normally not a fan of the large automotive chains but this one is independently operated and the service and the prices are much better. I have been in there a couple of times for a few different repairs and everything went very well.
