I did an online hold for a RAM 1500 so I can go look at the following day. They confirmed with me and I went to go see it. It was what I wanted and went through with the purchase. It was a good process until I went into the finance department. They tried to haggle me on interest/down payment. Then days after, I requested the documents of what I had purchased (appearance protection, windshield protection, vehicle care protection, and vehicle protection plan). So that I can review the details of each. I received all the information except the vehicle protection plan. Here we are two weeks later and still have not received it. Ive sent in two requests for it on Oct 22 and Oct 25. Today is Oct 28 and havent received the information nor a reply from either the Finance or the sales guy. It seems as the customer is only important during the purchase.
UPDATE: I was contacted by Aaron Lewis just a day after this review. I was offered a much better deal for my car and decided to take it. Aaron was great throughout the whole selling process, so Im upping my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Thanks for making this right, Ford! I appreciate it.My experience here wasnt the worst but it was also not the best either. Ive had a Ford for a couple of years and it had recalls, so I have visited their service department and never had any issues there. However, Im looking to upgrade my vehicle and decided to come here for an appraisal offer. The person I worked with was very nice and professional, I dont remember his name, just that his last name started with a C. However, the appraisal manager didnt seem very interested and I could tell right off the bat that I wasnt going to get a great offer. My hunch was correct. The day before, I got a fantastic offer at another dealership and wanted to weigh my options before making a final decision. The appraisal manager here offered me a THOUSAND dollars less than what the other dealership offered me. I can understand that cars pretty much lose value every day when miles are added to the odometer, but a car doesnt lose a thousand dollars overnight. I was very disappointed and felt totally cheated. I dont recommend getting a car appraised here.

I had an amazing, professional, and expedited experience at AutoNation Ford Katy!! In and out, no hassles and honest. My salesman, Justino Morales went above and beyond with customer service. Very prompt, very professional, and for sure a man of his word. Mr. Justino even literally found me a car on the truck, from delivery, that was straight from the factory because he knew I wanted a red Mustang GT. Finance Manager, Vincent Reno was amazing also. He was very professional, worked an even better deal that helped me get my payments exactly as I wanted. This is how car buying should be, these guys are 10 stars past other AutoNation dealerships I have dealt with in the last 6 months.
Had a great buying experience. saw the truck as I drove by, I made an appointment later in the day, I met with Justino, he showed me the truck and it was exactly what I was looking for. although the financing dept was slammed and my deal finished late after closing on a Saturday night, Justino was very helpful and informative throughout the process.All in all, I’m very pleased with my purchase & final deal, look forward to doing business again on my next truck.

This was my 3rd truck I have purchased from AutoNation Ford Katy. Went with a pre-owed truck this time around. My salesperson was amazing along with finance. That’s why I came back to them. My salesman gave me 💯 great customer service. I had no problems when I was in the middle of buying the truck. After I purchased the truck was when I had the problem. It’s been just a few weeks and I’ve had to get the two front windows re-tinted, the back-up camera went out along with having problems with the transmission. Not to happy about that. But like I was told by AutoNation Ford it’s a pre-owned truck and it’s not perfect. Will I come back, sure I will. I will buy brand new like the last two trucks I purchased from them next time around. My opinion it’s to soon to be having any problems with your truck when it’s only a few weeks old. New or used. 2019 has a little over 23 thousand miles.

I purchased a Bronco with AutoNation Ford Katy and there were multiple issues during the build from Fords side, AutoNation kept me well informed throughout the process. The whole buying experience was quick and easy and a big shout out to Roderick who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the issues highlighted above, highly recommended.
Service was great, recall and warranty items were completed when promised. 2 items that didn’t meet expectations: First was the fact it took a couple of months to get warranty claim “approved”, a lot of phone calls, following up on my part. Second item was not being able to be given a loaner car even though I paid AutoNation Ford Katy an extra $200 for this “insurance policy” at the time of my F150 sale. I get it, there aren’t a lot of extra cars sitting around, but I wonder what they’re doing with my $200?
Bought a used Vehicle in May. Jesse my salesperson was amazing. Unfortunately it was a rainy day and we didn’t hear a loud noise emanating from the cars driver and passenger wheels. I bought the car and noticed the sound a week later when I drove with the windows down. Jesse was very helpful in trying to get their repair staff to reach out but despite several phone calls and messages, no one ever called back.Finally was able to take it to a mechanic and turns out theres tons of problems with wheelbearings, struts, worn tires, and sway bars. Granted this was months later when I finally had a little time from a recent move to get the car looked at. Either way the noise was present when I purchased the car.I called today to see if they would have their service department fix the issues that I purchased the car with. They refused. Very politely but nonetheless.Would at the very least have a mechanic inspect their cars, as clearly the one they sold me was faulty. They price their cars at a premium no-haggle that, in my experience, was not worth paying. I would not purchase a vehicle from them again, despite excellent sales service from Jesse, because of the lack of help on the mechanical end of the deal.
My daughter and I decided to purchase a vehicle last weekend and I have to say that I had the most professional experience at AutoNation Ford Katy Ive ever had buying a car. I felt I was dealing with an honest salesman, Mr. Justino Morales. He went above and beyond with customer service; he was very prompt, very professional and for sure a man of his word. I am glad to give AutoNation and Justino five stars and more if I could because I had such a pleasant and professional buying experience. I will definitely recommend Justino and AutoNation to my family and friends because I think they were honest and went out of their way to get me into the right car.
I’ve had some small issues but each one of them has been worked out. I believe this dealership is doing honest business. Gunnar was my sales person and at times I was tough on him. He stayed professional, helped me buy my truck and organized the upgrades I needed aftermarket.Few criticisms I have.1. The first tank of gas should be what Ford recommends for best performance. This dealership fills with 87 only even if your vehicle recommends Premium. Or if your use case is Towing. The new Turbo and Hybrid F150s recommend Premium for every day use require Premium for towing.2. Had an appointment for a bed cover install, arrived at my scheduled 8:30 am time on a Saturday. Upon arrival I was told that their expert who installs them had an emergency and called out. Which I get, but I would imagine he called out before his start time. A call letting me know not to come would have been nice.It’s an hour drive for me and wasted a Saturday morning.All that said, I will buy my next Ford here. Very ethical! Liked my Sales and Finance people!
Easy, fast and convenient. I ordered on a Thursday, was told a few days, (usually that means longer), and by Monday I was notified parts were in stock and ready. I wasnt ready! I was told I could pick up at my convenience, but due to the promptness, I felt I should do my part. However, I work until 6 and my rep, Eugene leaves at 6. I wanted to personally say thank you and this guy waited for me! Good operation going on over there.

Even with an appointment no help. After 20 minutes I informed someone I had not been helped. A sales man came out said come in. I said I perfer to see the vehicle. He said well you wont be helped.
Got a letter from Ford that my 2017 F-150 3.5L needed some corrective service on the engine cam phasers. Being new to the area, I scheduled with AutoNation since they were the closest Ford dealer. David worked outside the box to get everything scheduled so that I could get my truck back ASAP. Highly recommend him as a service advisor.
First visit here was great. I came in for service on my Ford Explorer. Facility was nice and clean, fast service, and friendly staff. My service advisor who was Mark if I remember correctly was great and made the whole process effortless. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Service was done quick and no problems with that. The only issue was that the tell you they will clean your car after the service and they didn’t do anything of that. Also they add some charges that I didn’t authorize to the bill which I would hace like to know ahead of time. Other that that good.
The best part about Justino being our salesman is his continuous patience and diligence in doing the best he can to meet our needs. He actually cares and listens when we request certain features, colors and small details. He hears us out and keeps us with our limitations to. He helped us manage our expectations and satisfied our every need. That’s why we are returning customers and actually request him every time!

The customer service person that attended to me was helpful and friendly. His name is Armando. I was taking my FORD ESCAPE for recall on the door latches. After seeing/checking my car and was told theyre going to order the parts then will call me back. They did and I left my car with them for a day to complete the work. They replaced all 4 doors latches. So thankful to them.

He was very personable, straightforward, and very easy to work with. We didn’t buy the car we test drove, but after finding a car in an online search of the AutoNation inventory, we worked with Rod to buy the car, have it transported here from Florida, and pick it up after it was inspected at AutoNation Ford in Katy. Rod went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready for us. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

My experience was not a grand one. The communication was terrible and no real information was given on what the issues were with my car. The dealership had my car for two whole weeks and no loaner was given for the inconvenience. And, at the end the reason my car was there was the exact same issue I brought my car to them previously for months ago. I will never go back to them again. The only reason why I went again was because I knew whatever was going on with my car was from something they did and I was not going to pay another dime until they fixed it.
This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced! Nic and Beau set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. They definitely went above and beyond in every aspect!

Attentive, friendly customer service rep and support people in the service department. Took F-150 in for 15,000 mile service, without making a prior appointment. Total time for me, waiting, was about 2 hours.... not too bad. Waiting area is a little spartan and the chairs are only moderately comfortable. Service price charged was reasonable. I recommend them. I will return for future service needs.
Mr. David was really helpful, he actually took care of all the issues my extended warranty was giving me. Yes it took a little long for me to receive my vehicle again, but I don’t put the blame on the dealership. The part that was needed, unfortunately, was on back order. But once the part arrived he was able to push my vehicle down o the front and get it done that same day. Really good employees willing to help.
My transmission on my Ford Escape went out while I was on the access road of I 10 in Katy. I asked that my vehicle be towed to AutoNation Ford Katy. When I got there, Mario, the service representative was assigned my vehicle. He was reassuring, professional, and explained the process of how my vehicle would be taken care of and what to expect from them over the next few days. Mario called me often to give me updates regarding my vehicle and my warranty. I appreciated his honestly and his sense of humor. The service that Mario gave to me was outstanding.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! We received an airbag recall notice on our Ford Edge and they told us to take it to AutoNation Ford Katy for repair. They replaced the airbag and when we picked the car up the A/C had quit working. I dont know if their mechanics broke the A/C or if it was just a coincidence. We left the car with them to repair the A/C, over a period of two weeks they replaced the compressor, expansion valve and a few switches and charged me $1700, but the A/C still didnt work. They asked me for an additional $3100 replace some more parts which they said would fix the problem. I told them no thank you and picked the car up and took it to Neils Auto A/C Service. Neils repaired the A/C in 48 hours for $600, I wish I had taken the car to Neils at the beginning and saved myself two weeks of headache and $1700.

Brought my in car for a recall fix, they fixed the recall but messed my car up, it’s now overheating and won’t accelerate, (which it DID NOT do prior to being brought in) and they made me pay to get it towed back to the dealership and to run a diagnostic test. THEY messed it up and I’m being forced to pay the damages. Car was also FILTHY upon picking up, it was covered in dirt. Service advisor lied and said it was driveable. Very disappointed, won’t ever be coming back.
Worst dealership experience. Talked to sales man Michael M. Over the phone Friday, unresponsive after getting info for vehicle. Called dealership Saturday morning and they put me back in touch with him after explaining he didn’t respond. Confirmed vehicle availability and messaged him when we left our house to go look at it. We live over an hour away and had our two year old with us. Messaged him we were 15 minutes out so he could get stuff prepared. We get there, he gets info on our trade, I see the vehicle we drove there there to look at being test driven by someone else. He said “yeah, that happens all the time”. Frustrating, but No biggie. We waited almost an hour and walked out. Within that hour, he walked away and was constantly on his phone answering phone calls, texting, etc.. Never came and checked on us, gave us a status, etc. I was told we “should’ve made an appointment” even though I let him know multiple times when we would be there. So if you want to waste time that you’ll never get back and be treated as a number instead of a customer, go see them!
I have had my vehicle for about two years and was taking it in for service, a recall and a few warranty concerns I had. The dealership was very thorough in addressing all of my concerns, made all necessary repairs and had my truck back on the road in a fair amount of time. I will definitely return for all my service needs!

As I arrived to the dealership I was helped right away. The talk during the test drive and entire process was comforting and pleasant! I was taken care of in a few hours and drove out the same day. What helped secure my purchase was the fact that the salesmans responded swiftly and on time. The salesman that tended to me was very polite and informative. Overall it was a very satisfying experience. I was happy that there wasnt a long wait time getting through all of the paperwork!
I called around to different fords, and they took forever to give a response or even answer. Seemed like they didn’t even want my business. Then I called this Ford location answered immediately and was able to get it all done on the same day! Got a truck bed cover and bed liner installed, quick and easy and looks awesome!!! Would def use them over everyone else in a heartbeat! Steve was great! He answered all my questions and I had a lot, he even showed me a ton of examples of what I was looking for.
Bought a Raptor that had 26,000 miles, did a test drive just down the road and back and noticed a noise, but wasn’t familiar with the truck and salesman said raptors make this noise, turns out after a friend rode in the truck with me and told me his didn’t make that noise, I took it to the dealer and was told it’s due to unevenly worn tires, called Autonation Ford immediately and they refused to make it right because “the tires passed the tread depth inspection” basically all they cared about was selling a vehicle that passed the bare minimum regardless of what underlying issues are to come. My sales man Issac was great to deal with, but this issue was one that was above his control.
Purchased a Maserati - Price was right but unfortunately the dealership duplicated my temp plates and I ended up with hundreds of dollars in illegal tolls that the dealership claimed they would take responsibility for but in reality the GM never did anything. If you buy a car be aware Katy who is in charge of titles and temp plates might not be organized and you could get burned. I did!
Saw my perfect F150 on the Ford site. Requested info from the dealer, AutoNation Ford Katy. An extremely short time later a sales representative, Sam Hoehne called me. He informed me the truck was still at the plant (early October). He assured me it was expected to arrive by months (October 21) end. Not only did it arrive early, but Sam kept in touch the entire time as updates were made available. We agreed on numbers and add-ons (mine, not dealer ads...which were none. Another perk!). Sam was professional, courteous, friendly, no pressure whatsoever and a man of his word! This is only the second time I have had such a great experience with a dealership! The other (several years back) was also a Ford dealership. Next time Im in need of a new F150, Ill definitely be calling Sam Hoehne!Also, I have to say as far as the finance department goes, I once again had the most wonderful experience ever! I worked with Alistair Demmink. Past experience always dealt with aggressive, no-nonsense individuals. Not Alistair! Very friendly, accommodating, professional! No pressure whatsoever! Took the time to explain everything in detail with zero pressure!!Overall, I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Katy as well as the fantastic team that helped me, Sam Hoehne (sales) and Alistair Demmink (finance)!

Carlos Paredes in the financial department is awesome, very professional and highly knowledgeable, understood my needs and found the best deal that better suited my budget. Service has improved by leaps & bounds. Last time was in, spent half a day on regular service. This time, turn around time was half hour even on a week end which was awesome. Just had a suggestion to raise the bar, the car needs a wash to be included at the end of every service which for some reason did not happen. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars for you’ll !
I was able to get a same day appointment for a new tire. When I arrived early, they took my truck then and finished only 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I was very pleased with the quality of the service and the tire.
Bought a F-150 from AutoNation Ford Katy almost a year ago. Had my first 15,000 mile service and some other things I wanted checked out. First class service and great communications that kept me up to date on everything that was happening and when the car would be ready. Specific mention to Giovanni Ricciardi, Service Advisor, who went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Well be back.
The work was done as expected (oil & filter change, tire rotation, general inspection) and relatively quickly for a change (just over an hour), but my ten-service plan, which I purchased when I bought the car, was not honored as it was out of date. Seriously, a service plan has an expiration date? Just pathetic. They sure kept that detail quiet when I bought it. So, I will never go back to AutoNation Ford Katy unless I have zero choice on options or the company will honor the plan..
I’ve been trying to schedule and verify a warranty repair appointment for a week. They do not answer the phone! When I’ve had to use them before I’ve made an appointment online only to show up and be told they’ll need 1-2 days even though I had an appointment
Called, made an appointment, Cameron was assigned to my truck. Arriving the check in area with vehicles was relatively empty. It became obvious why, you can tell they have a well planned process with different attendants doing their part. Regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and fluid top offs was right at an hour. Waiting area was comfortable. Used my points for payment seemlessly and was back on the road. Cameron was right there the whole way guiding me through the process. Nice work!
Great experience. Jerry was my salesman and super helpful and considerably patient. It was a pleasure working with him on purchasing our new F150 XLT. He was knowledgeable about trucks which included towing and payload numbers and is your man if you need to spec out a pick up. Luis his boss and Sales Manager was also excellent. He helped us come to agreement on the numbers for the purchase. It was in my view a fair and reasonable price. This is our third new vehicle purchase from AutoNation in two different states, AZ and now TX. Now we will see how their service department is.

Great experience. Mike was attentive. It took longer than expected for my vehicle to get fixed, but he continued to check in and keep my updated on the status of my repairs.
I was able to call at 8 am and get my F250 in at 9:30 for The Works, wheel balance, front end alignment and fuel filter change and still be out by 5:15. Dustin was a great service advisor keeping me appraised of the progress and any issues that were encountered along the way throughout the day.
Kamran was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and helping me with my vehicle. All the issues got resolved under my warranty. The one star off is for the time it took to get my vehicle back- took almost a week, but it was probably because of Labor Day.

Took my raptor in - it was just washed and cleaned inside and out before I took it in - told them the truck had a squeaking problem I think its in the back but wasnt sure - paid $400, to be told it was fix but wasnt...still squeaks! on top of that some guy took it to test drive to check if fixed, must have gone in mud and had muddy shoes - had mud inside and muddy outside - would have been nice if they cleaned it! out $400 no fix and had to reclean my car for that privilege
I recently purchased a relatively expensive F-150 from Mr. Morales. I walked in ready to purchase the truck as I did my research online. I walked in waited for a second to see if anyone would want to sell me a vehicle and he was the only one that came running up to help me. It looked like about 5 other sales reps were just staring.Anyways, he made it easy and painless to buy my Truck with no haggling which was refreshing for once. They didn’t try to get trick me with appearance packages, theft protection, etc.It was a little under 3 hours and out. I will buy another high end Ford from him due to that painless experience.
I had an appointment for my first oil change. I show up to the dealership at my appointment and was approached by someone that I told I have an appointment for an oil change. He tells me he’ll go get me an express adviser. The advisor shows up asking me what’s going on with a surprised attitude?! I responded I’m here for an oil change… then he asks if I have an appointment! What’s the point of making an appointment if I have to get grilled by 2 people trying to figure out what to do with me. I wish the dealership has a separate express drive thru.
I got to the dealership earlier than expected and they got me in very quickly. They knew I had an appointment to get to downtown and got me in and out expeditiously. Great experience.
I cannot express how much trouble I had with these guys over the past 6 months. They dont care about the car. They skipped my car several times because it had more than one issue. After 4 weeks, I called them hoping for a good news. They told me they havent even looked at the car yet!!! Generally speaking, worst experience Ive had in the past 25 years of my life.

Had an amazing experience with the salesman, had a horrible experience with the service representative. My Ford Escape had gotten stuck in reverse on the road while driving to Ford. The transmission will not switch to Drive, Neutral, nor Park. I have tried every workaround to try to fix this and nothing. When I called Ford for assistance the representative was extremely disrespectful started yelling at me that she doesn’t work for Ford towing I stated to her I understand that then she went on to state it’s 2 different companies again I stated I understand I’m asking in regards to the service and if she had the number to the towing then she had gotten even louder with me and hanged up the phone. I wanted a brand new Ford Explorer Platinum built new I was going today to close the deal. After this experience I will never buy another Ford Car again lost me as a customer and you’ll be losing a lot more after I open a complaint with Corporate. Representative showed no care in the world that I almost lost my life when the car went in reverse while I was driving in a busy road on Katy Fwy.

Not only is the dealership beautiful the whole experience is so relaxed feeling that you never feel rushed or forced into buying something merging. Rob Snowbarger is a great salesman that’s been selling cars to me for over 20 years and I will continue to always deal with him.
Do not bother with these clowns! I sat there for an hour doing paperwork to purchase a vehicle before the salesman tells me let me see who you talk to before and he sends me to another location after wasting an hour of my time when I get there I talk to the salesman that I talked to before. He starts putting me into the computer again I tell him I just filled all that out then he goes and gets the manager and he comes back and tells me the car just sold between the less than 10 minutes it took me to go from one location to the next that its sold. Whatever. I think its because I had my own financing complete bait and switch.
Christian was great. They made an exception and held the truck my husband wanted while we drive 4 hours from Louisiana. Christian got everything ready before we arrived including the final price. The process was quick and painless once we arrived and the truck was impeccable! We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Oil change was fast & everyone was courteous.
My experience with Marcos Yanez and the AutoNation Ford team has been excellent. Very professional and with good pricing, they have always led me in the right direction. I have bought many cars/trucks and they are by far the best team to work with. I also personally recommend working with Marcos. Its more than just a job for him... Its his passion.

Honestly, there was a list of things that went wrong.Sadly the used cars transmission started to failed 3 days after purchase and I turned it in to AutoNation in Austin, they.kept it for a two days to tell me they cant even see whats going on and I need to take it Nissan. So I did, two weeks later still waiting on the dealership to give what ever information is needed to the Warrenty folks so Nissan can work on my car.Lost money out of work for two weeks, started the 3rd week. So, feel pretty bad its taking this long for warranty to and dealership to fix their obvious selling a lemon

Very Good sellers and staff.My personal experience…Don’t buy FORD ESCAPE. I just wanted to buy a new car to avoid problems and the opposite has happened. I bought it a short time ago and it has had several defects that until now they cannot fix.
We found our Toyota Sienna online. When we called to check on its availability, James Rodriguez kept contact with us throughout the week (we live in Lockhart, and it was several days before we were able to drive to Katy). We went in, and the buying process was so easy, with no haggling over price at all. Im thrilled with the car, it was exactly as it appeared online. Since returning home, James has contacted us to make sure we are satisfied with the car. The service at AutoNation Ford Katy was exemplary! I would be happy to buy another car from here!
They dont have the service capacity to fulfill their promises in a timely manner.
I have bought three cars from them and each time they were awesome and worked hard to earn my business. My salesman Carl was on point! He had everything ready when I arrived at the dealer and all I had to do was sign and drive.
Went in as I was having some issues with lights intermittently turning on while my truck was off and parked.They clarified it was most likely a voltage issue due to my battery.Sure enough that was it. One day turn around, showed me how to use my Ford pass rewards for additional services.In short, phenomenal job and turn around time.
I had great customer service when I brought my truck to be serviced. My service rep, Dustin, was good about keeping me up to date with what was going on with my truck.
I bought a used vehicle for my daughter back in June. We take it back almost every week. The first time it had a huge dent (which my daughter said not to worry about) but I was not ok with it. I had them fix it. I dont think they should have released the car that way. When taken home, my dad checked it and it had no radiator fluid. We took it back cause the check engine light came on and it reported an evap code and something with the brakes. Then we had to take it again cause the AC was not working and some black plastic was hanging off the car. The car sat in their shop for almost 2 weeks just for her to get it back and have the air still not work properly and the plastic thing was still hanging. During that time, they called me to let me know the plates had arrived, I called them to let them know the car was there and they said they would put them on. My daughter picked up the car and didnt notice until she got home that they did not put the plates on!! Granted they can mail them to us but come on man!! I am unhappy with the purchase period. The only reason I gave a 2 star is cause I like the salesman. He was cool.
As someone who used to dislike the car buying process because it seemed like an all day event, both Cecil and Michael gave me a new perspective. These 2 gentlemen had me in and out within a couple hours after setting foot at the Katy dealership. Very thankful to have worked with yall and absolutely love my 2021 F150!Definitely will refer friends and family to the Autonation Ford Katy store in the future!
With new F150s in short supply, certain colors and models were hard to find. This dealership suggested I order what I wanted if I could wait 6-8 weeks. No pressure, just a good suggestion. Thats what we did. Picked it up yesterday, and am very pleased. Gave me a good deal after rebates and never any hard sell. Took my trade-in at a fair price without haggle. I highly suggest this dealership, they treat you with respect and fairness.
Excellent service! I showed up mid afternoon without an appointment because my oil change light came on. The service writer took my vehicle in without hesitation and allowed me to wait while my service was being performed. Thanks for the awesome experience.

The service writer, Tom Magee, was extremely efficient and effective. He listened to my concerns, took notes, and repeated what I said to ensure he addressed all my concerns. As soon as the truck was evaluated by service he called to inform me what was wrong, what needed to be addressed immediately, and what maintenance I could use at this time. The repair itself was slightly delayed due to difficulty getting parts but as soon as it was ready he notified me. Picking the truck up he went over everything and guided me to the cashier who went over the detailed bill and had my truck pulled up. Great overall service!! I highly recommend!!
If you fill out the app on line with Sam, you get approved with a maximum amount and then you let Sam do the work and send you info on what you are looking for. Then, instead of hours to sign papers, they have them ready in advance and it is 30 minutes.
My experience with Justino Morales was great. He spent the necessary time to help me find the right vehicle for me. He was there till the end, so I felt pretty good about the whole process. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a Ford vehicle, you go to AutoNation, and if you want to have an even better experience, ask for Justino. He will take care of you.
Talk about professionalism and customer service! This place has it. Most dealerships act like they are doing you a favor by letting you look at their cars. Not this place! When you walk in you are greeting like you are an old friend. There never seems to be a question that you will leave with the vehicle you are looking even if they have to have it brought over from somewhere else just for you to see if it is the one for you. This is how buying a new vehicle should be. I will go back here every time I need a new vehicle.
