Very happy with my out of state purchase. Fleet sales staff knowledge of the vehicle (Transit) and its available options as well as competitive pricing made this dealership stand out. Staff curtesy was exceptional and an airport pickup was appreciated and above and beyond what I except from a car dealer. Regarding paperwork and titling there were some delays with getting the MSO and paperwork typos (date) that fortunately my local county clerk accepted. If only CO Ford dealers were so friendly and accommodating but maybe thats just MO.

This was my first car buying experience without my husband, and it was so much easier than I thought it would be. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially my salesman Charlie ! Charlie is so polite, and always has a smile on his face, even while out in 102 degree heat helping me clean out my trade in and moving my kids booster seats to the new car. Worst experience at the body shop I have ever had . They had the car for 7 months and kept giving us and the insurance company the run around . They painted the rear bumper on the car when they were supposed to paint the front bumper so it was like pulling teeth to get them to replace and paint the front bumper . Charged the insurance company for a pre scan and a post scan then said we owed for the scan also . Every time we thought the car was done they would tack on another fee that was never discussed with us beforehand . The paint didnt even match it was totally different ! The managers at the shop would hang up on us when we called to try to get the car done ! And to top it off they asked me to forge my bosses signature who owned the car to a power of attorney so they could cash the insurance check !!!!! Worst body shop ever!!!!! Do not go there !!

I was a customer for life but my last two vehicle purchases from here have been a night mare. I went to this dealership over a week ago with a prequalification letter from capital one it started out going very smoothly. The salesman came & said everything was good we just had to wait to sign papers, 2 1/2 hours later sitting in showroom the salesman finally came back said it wasn’t going to happen that night they were waiting to hear back on income verification! It is now a week later still have not signed papers & no information from dealership! We have called & texted to be told we will get back to you! Obviously they do not respect their returned customers! I pass multiple dealerships in my 45 minute drive to this dealership, I guess I’ll quit driving pass the other ones & give them my business including the parts department! I guess I’ll take my prequalify letter somewhere else!

Everything was fine until i found out that Jason buchanan did not have the points put on my service plan as we descussed when signing aproval papers for the loan . he said i would get three free oil changes and tire rotation and fluid leveling and veheical inspection . the service guys were fast and curtious very freindly and highly knoledgible about everything so 5 stars to the service guys but jason needs alot of work, oh by the way i wont be coming back jason ruined it for me, you dont lie to your customers just so you can get a cumission sorry its been realcouldve been a good costumerCharles K Buckley

Took my 2015 F250 in to have a complete service as I bought the Extended Warrant. My back up sensor would fill up with water when it rained and wouldn’t work. It stopped working and I ask them to give me thoughts on it if what may be wrong. I was told they ran a diagnostic on it (without my permission or even a curiosity call) but when I ask for the diagnostic report. Of course they didn’t have one. Also told me they would have to replace the bumper to fix it. I of course told them No. They were charging me 160 + for the diagnostic that I didn’t ask for. When I argued it. I was told they would have to charge me half. I paid this but still shared my disgust with them and told them we would manage. We ordered a 30 dollar part on Amazon and fixed it right up. I know that businesses are hurting but to rip off the customers this much is so unjust. Always have been loyal and bought my products here. But we are now searching else where for our needs in automotive. This was a complete lie to us and to rob the customers is ruthless.

Jason Buchanan was great to work with on the sales team. He answered the phone nearly every single time I called and called me back when he said he would. He also handled a few minor issues that come up with the car during the purchase that required it to go to the body shop and service center (the car was a service loaner for a few thousand miles before being sold).I feel I got a reasonably good price for my trade in and was happy to see that the price of the car I was getting was still MSRP (many dealers have been marking cars up from MSRP due to shortages or vehicle popularity)The front desk receptionists were always greeting me with a smile. They directed me to where I needed to go or helped me with what I was there for every time.Amber Shaffer in the service center was pleasant as well. She called to give a quick update on the car at one point, how she handled that quick update impressed me and gave me a lot more confidence in their service center. (I was previously a mechanic and am usually pretty hesitant on shops I am unfamiliar with).When they took the car for the warranty repair at the body shop, Jason was able to get me a rental car to drive while they had my car for a day.Overall, this was a good experience. My only issue was having to drive to and from the dealership several times for paperwork (I live an hour away), although I suspect this was because the car was apart of the FCTP program (service loaner program) and required additional paperwork when sold to be moved out of the program. One of the things I look for most from places is communication. In most cases people answered the phone first try, called me back and gave me reasonably accurate information.

My husband and I went there to look at a few trucks they had on their lot. They did have plenty of staff and stock and a woman greeted us instantly and took us to look at some 2020 F150s. She was a little brash and couldnt answer ANY questions we had. It was always, ill have to look, Ill have to go look. We decided to go somewhere else to look around. That was around two months ago. My reasoning for a poor review was no matter how many times they have continued to call and text me even when I tell them I am no longer interested. I have blocked numbers from them and they just call from different numbers.

This business does also receive my A++ rating on social distancing while efficiently serving many customers. Bert is a trustworthy professional. The staff here is very nice. It was nice to just have a simple change not be a nightmare. I will be taking my truck here for maintenance. I would have given 5 stars, but it was just under an hour after my scheduled appointment for my truck to actually enter the shop and the waiting room could be nicer. Overall, it was a much better experience compared to Thoroughbred for this maintenance.

I found a very nice 2020 F150 on their website. I get the z-plan as a retired Ford employee. I was emailed by Jason Buchanan (sales) and he gave me my price. I was ready to go and then he emails me again and tells me that it would actually be $7156 more because the price was wrong on their website. Not my problem. It’s their website and they should honor what is posted there. I felt that the salesman was very dishonest and trying to pull a fast one. He supposedly talked to management and about the issue and supposedly management said that the best they could do was still $3500 more than what was posted! I am filing a claim with BBB and Missouri Attorney General over this deceiving business.

I recently moved to KC from WA and needed to get my vehicles licensed out here. Both vehicles needed service in addition to the vehicle inspection so I brought my Mustang in first. It was serviced & ready to go in less than an hour, so I brought my Escape in. My Escape needed quite a lot of work to pass inspection, since it was an 05, so I ended up trading it in for a new Ford Focus Titanium.I never felt under any pressure to purchase and felt that they truly listened to me and my needs. I worked with Justin Savage in sales and after hed gotten my financing approved for the Focus, I had second thoughts and wanted to check out the Escape. He got the keys and had me drive an Escape. It wasnt what I wanted. But it was great to have that reassurance that Id picked the right vehicle for me.Stacy Savage helped me with aftermarket so I could keep my new vehicle protected. Ricky Lynn walked me through F&I, explaining all of my options and offering realistic advice based on my driving habits. Again, no pressure.Overall, its a great dealership, different than most and I had a great service and sales experience there. Theyre good people.

Firstly I scheduled my appointment online .I came to the service desk and explained I was here for service and diagnostic the woman who assisted me did not listen or ask proper questions and sent me to quick lane! I had to quickly or Travis informed me that I was in the wrong place which wasted about 15 minutes of my time. Then I went back to service and found out someone had scheduled improperly and coded my online appointment incorrectly! This was about 11:40 Amand I was told to come back at 1 PM because all the technicians will be heading to lunch. Employees team and walk through the fort with the mask under their name and I’m not taking health and safety seriously I caution anyone coming here.

Gary Crossley Ford sold me a used truck $70k, without disclosing that fact that the previous owner was a smoker. They covered it up (temporarily) during detailing using a bath bomb only to have the smoke smell be revealed after 1 week. My only request was for the dealer to send me a new air filter, they refused and offered no solution simply replying “we sell cars as is”. I would not recommend buying a car with this dealer, all I asked for was honestly during the buying process. Ultimately they wouldn’t even cough up the few dollars for an air filter.

Excellent sales and finance experience. I bought a used F150. Love my truck. Easy, no hassles on the buying end. Service is an entirely different story. Couldnt have had a worse experience every time. They are the worst service Ive ever dealt with. Lady who makes appointments and who they set me up with to show me the sync system is an absolute airhead. She didnt know what she was doing at all. They are terrible to get an appointment for people who work. Refuse to work with you on scheduling and are so hard to get a reasonable appointment its not worth the effort. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

Buddy of my suggested talking to Clark Hewitt at Gary Crossley, outstanding and outright honest man and I must say I will never use another Car salesman ever again if it isnt Clark Hewitt, this guy was PHENOMINAL and helped me into getting into a new truck. Not only did he answer every question I had with honesty, but he even pulled the Ford Fusion into the garage and dried it off for me because it was dark and rainy/snowy outside and I wanted to see it in the light with no chance of missing anything! This guy knows how to work with people and make the sale without the typical sleazy feeling you get from most salesman. He was honest with me from the get-go and I would recommend him to anyone!

Bad Business !!!! Had a vehicle with a buyers agreement check in hand .Was told it needed a few items and would be available monday evening . Called salesman, ...voicemail. recieved a text stating i would receive a call back in a minute . 45 min later salesman calls and says the vehicle i have a loan agreement with has been sold . My manager blah blah blah ....just do the right thing . a phone call ... dont let tour customer go through the whole process and legwork to acquire the funds and drop the ball ... Bad Business!!!

Wont use these guys for any repairs. We made the mistake 3 times because they are close. They are not helpful, their estimates were materially different and last time wouldnt even look at my key fob without an appt that Chuck Anderson Ford fixed in 10 minutes.
