Called ahead. Upon arrival they started pulling my part. Only took about 10-15 minutes. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

They don’t have time for you if your not an auto body shop. They could care less about the general public’s needs for used auto parts.

Reasonably priced parts salvageable parts, they also advertise parts locator capabilities to the other salvage yards in the Kansas City metro area, I seen that they have delivery, but not sure if that is for individuals versus repair garages... Downside... Some parts have to be pulled that are not on the shelves & that may take up to an hour or so

Took longer then it was suppose to take to order my part, then I asked about refund incase this was the wrong part, was told yes I can get a refund but it was in a check form, then a couple days later I was told to read the back of the receipt for refund details that states something totally different lesson learned, to stick with autozone.

Went in to get a part that I needed. Unfortunately they didnt have it. To my surprise, they bent backwards to help me find the actual part that I needed for my car. They traced it down, and was even able to give me the price on what I would pay for it. I have bought from this place couple years back and I noticed the service has the same good quality and outstanding. Definitely one of my go to places when in Need for auto parts.

I used to be a jet engine mechanic, built cell phone towers, know little bit about cars Ive been to salvage yards all over the country this is by far the best, not only did they have my part which they held 3 days 4 me, they recognized I had the wrong part in my car, they also got me the correct part show me how to remove AND troubleshot it, AND MADE SURE IT WORKED! There just the best thanks Mike and William.

Great place to get used/practically new tires. Needed to replace my truck tires & was trying to keep from spending $ 800-1000. Called Late Model & they had what I was looking for. Got a set of Goodyear Wranglers 90% tread used tires for $ 350. With $80 to get them installed I came out saving a few hundred dollars or more. Steve & Robert were very helpful as they didnt initially have my size but wrote down my info & called me just 3 days later to say they had some now. I asked & they told me that they process totaled vehicles but take off anything thats usable before scraping the remainder. This basically means a new truck gets totaled & I get a great deal. I would definitely give them a call the next time you need tires or anything vehicle related.

It has handicap doors. They sold me a bad transmission. But they gave me my money back. Beware buying Transmissions . They have a strange policy on Transmissions. They want you to put a filter in both seals in it. And if its bad youre out your money. I would consider that Late Model Auto Parts is job.

Well i dont know how to start but i got a transmition here that was broken already so they took my car after 1 week they knew about it and then after havin the car another week they toldme was bad i lost 3 weeks with them very iresponsable people they do not care about you then they knew they needed to change the transmition they took another 4 days to bring it so buying parts here be ready to have money in ypur pocket or rent a long term car they do not care about you its all about them if i were you i will think couple times before buying anything

I bought an intake manifold for my 99 F-150 5.4. It turned out to be the wrong part for my truck. I returned it for a refund without any problem. Steve came out of his office and apologized and went the extra mile to find out why it was wrong. Turns out the 99 was a head change year and the intake is specific to that year. We both learned something. Great friendly caring service from the entire staff

I went to the back to find a wheel center cap and was greeted by someone (didnt get his name) who was very helpful and went above and beyond to help a customer (me!). I will be back due to his interaction and knowledge of the inventory (not in the computer). He made the sale! JJ also did a great job of letting me try the part and determine correct fit!

Absolutely furious. Spent all day calling a bunch of scrap yards to find a fender for my car. Guy I talked to was very nice and told me the price of the part and what shipping would be. But I would need to call back the next day as the lady who handles the shipping was not in. So I called back in and they refused to ship me the item. Thanks alot.

Every-time I call them and ask them if they have a specific battery available, they would say yes and I would drive all the way to them, I live and hour away, they would tell me they’re out of the battery because it got sold. Not once. Not twice. Every-time.

Advertises national but refuses to ship any parts.. poor customer service. id shy away from buying anything from them! this is the second time I had bad service. first time I drove 3 hours to pick up a front end for a 09 f150 that was in good shape got there and it was utter garbage!

A lot of salvage yards scare me but Late Model Parts associates assisted me with what I needed and made me feel really comfortable. Also, I bought a used battery from them. The battery stopped working. I called Late Model and told them the battery stopped working and they replaced it after the 30 day warranty.

Used parts, good place to shop after you have checked everyone else in KC.They list parts online for a really low price to get you to call, then tell you the actual price which is about double.Parts are stripped down, not like Midway where you buy a complete unit, a transfer case is just the transfer case, dont expect any of the cable brackets, vent tube elbow, or motor with it. I brought this up with the salesman and was told that is how they sell them.Also the TC I bought had been rebuilt by a novice at one point, RTV was used to reseal the unit, messily, and RTV used to seal trans to TC, silicone was not cleaned off prior to purchase.Staff is obviously accustomed to dealing with bargain shoppers, very short and lacking in the pleasantries.Do yourself a favor and check out Midway and Allstar first, this place should be a last resort.

I was sold a car mirror that was not the same as on my car I asked they said it was the same my mirror was electric and heated they sold me a manual one thinking I was concerned about the price I wanted to replace with what I had price was not an issue for me my mechanic sent his guy back to get the correct mirror I paid the difference with no problem took more time if only the man took more time to explain the difference other then price The big difference was the wires didnt match up ( come on)

Sales person at the counter was zero help and had no idea what he was doing. Was trying to convince me parts were compatible that were not, just to make the sale. Luckily I knew otherwise. It could have been solved by him grabbing the part off of the shelf, but with his defensive attitude, I knew that wasnt happening.

They gave me a radiator and assured it would be fine hooked it up and was cracked came back and they corrected the problem probably would have given 4 starts but they basically accused me of cracking it myself also a little more pricy but its pre pulled so I guess its worth it Id come back
