After overcharging $20 for tires the manager made it clear he didnt care about midways pricing on their website was for less and he didnt care weather I bought the tires or not. I verified the correct price with the the other midway location was for less. Midway liberty is a great yard, always friendly, and helpful. Stay away from Muncie.

The young lady at the front that took my $2 was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She point me to the exact location in the very large yard and saved me a lot of time. Midway is far and away the best two spots in KC area.

Great yard and prices. They leave vehicles here a while so theres ample opportunity to come back in a few weeks or months if you find another item you need. Helpful staff and actually has gas tanks that arent punctured like across town at a pick place ;)

Manager need more people skill he does not care about the customer asked if the tires were on sale he said no. I said at liberty u pull the tires out on the yard are half off isnt this the same company he said yes but i dont want to. A guess he can make his own prices. I feel that people like that should not be in charge he was very hostile. Would not recommend to anyone

Watch out when you check out if you’re paying with cash because I had $10 stolen from me. Also I’m pretty sure he got me for another ten dollars a previous time. White guy, 6foot3 reddish hair. Piercings an tattoos. Plus he even had a smile when he did it, I return 16 days later to let the manager know. He did not refund my money nor tell me he can access the day in question on surveillance because the system wouldn’t allow him to. I drive 40+ miles to get to the nearest junkyard and this is how I was treated. I will never return ever, and I’ve shared with all of my friends and family to spread the word.

Need to update the hours this place closes at 5 not 530 got there at 518 was told they already clocked out and computers closed so even if you were in the yard you couldnt buy parts.If your desperate Id go here but it would definitely be a last resort like as if you had no choice.Order Amazon eBay or just go to oreillys

Good prices, friendly staff, but rows of cars need better markings so it would be easier to navigate.

Love this place the young man knew that I was not aware of what or how to do what I needed to and he was willing to assist me. Dont find good people like this every day. Im 64yrs young and disabled. I can appreciate them. Cant wait to go down and do what I have to do. THANKS SO MUCH

Poor part selection and not overly impressed with whom appeared to be the manager.

Spanish girl at counter gave me a real hard time about face mask.She didnt have one on..lol went in and got a part and she was beefing a new guy..lol

Employees were very helpful and friendly. The yard has plenty of gravel and sand, absolutely no mud in this yard.

Got signed in on the new, to me,system, found what I needed and checked out. It was effortless. I would liked to have a map showing the general areas where vehicles are placed. Fortunately it hadnt changed much since my last visit several years ago.

I want to be neutral on my review.It is hard to find the cars. I was looking for the location of the car I needed to find and took me about 30 minutes to find it. Not only that but also the website said they had a white and the vehicle was black. Watch it for that guys. I cant afford making a 2 hr trip to find out it is the wrong color listed. I make it very important if you guys list the proper color instead if a random color just to fill the line on the computer.

Im just an average consumer and never experienced a service like this before and was pleased with what I found. Ive been able to get most everything Ive needed for a last year produced 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ I bought for my son. Weve been able to resurrect What is now considered an American classic for pennies on the dollar with services like this - as a result we now have a complete, almost like new vehicle anyone would be hard-pressed to find on any lot - This has also been one of the best father-son projects Ive been involved with.

Got a great deal on a battery with a year warranty. Steve and Jimmy took really good care of me. They were friendly and fast going above and beyond by checking my fluids and tires. Will definitely be back.

No right part for car

Have to walk forever to get to a vehicle to take parts off of and they are expensive.

Fairly large selection of vehicles, but most are very picked over at least on ford trucks

They have good used tires and good prices too, Im not sure about parts.

The cleanest salvage yard you could ever walk into and you can always find the part you need no hassle no problem... and if they dont have it they will work at their best to try to find it for you. And the boss man at Muncie is the best. The greatest guy you could ever meet. A family man thats what I like about him and hes going to treat you like family when you walk on his salvage yard..

This is my first time there. The staff was so helpful with information that she gave to me and Terry about a tire and rim for my blazer. I luck out today because of St. Patricks day that the was a 25% off sale today. Found a nice set of running boards to maybe I can go back and get them after we check spacing on the blazer. The whole thing was a nice experience.

The Team at Muncie Midway U Pull is fantastic and the facilities are completely satisfactory. Internet listings of cars is great as an asset, the only suggestion would be to keep Midway U Pull open to 7 or 8 pm (at least during summer hours when the sun is still up) but otherwise thank you for helping me save money!

The yard is always picked clean, every time i go. They say that cars are switched out weekly but it is my experience that is a FLAT OUT LIE!!! The same vehicles i was picking were there for at least a month or better. They also treat u as if u are robbing them and u might as well buy new parts for those ridiculous prices. Hello used and extremely weathered and mostly broken parts.

Employees werent wearing masks indoors beware in this times of covid.. ..34 employees got covid in my job, no mask spokes me.

You can check their inventory on their website before you go there. Its usually accurate. They do not lend tools out so bring everything you need. It cost $2 to get in, and every time I leave with an armload of parts its usually about 20 or $30, but thats all cosmetic stuff like door panels, not engine parts. Bring boots, and if its sunny bring a hat because its freaking hot and bright out there. The staff are great

Good news: has photo on web for reference cars on yard. Bad news: photo too old and never update each cars and impossible for call to this shop for ask quick look on yard any parts for prevent ride for nothing. If owners this shop can add this option its will great shop.

Would have been nice to know that they open at 9am not 8am. I called the number told me they open at 8 am so I came at 8 am and found out on the door they open at 9 now....

Not a bad junkyard. Good selection, good prices, kinda ridiculous environmental fee. 3.99 piece of trim was over $6 after so called taxes + the $2 entry fee, So it ended up being almost $10 for a tiny piece of plastic. Evens out I guess when you make larger purchases. Good place to buy used tires

Excellent playground. The few times Ive skulked through the vehicles here Ive gotten the parts i needed at the time...plus a bunch of parts that i didnt at all need at anytime...ever.

Helpful and professional staff, good inventory of later model vehicles. It would be helpful if vehicles were labeled by section and row with signs. The layout of the yard causes a long walk to the back for some vehicles. Overall one of the nicest U-pull yards I have been to.

Lot is organized and easily navigated but had to drive a long distance just to find out that our part was already gone. Wish they kept better parts records.

When first walking in customer service was rude. Junkyard was very disorganized. I know its a junk yard but i have been to several that are so organized and so helpful that put this one to shame. Also the prices are really high. Went to buy an ignition switch and paid almost double from what the other junk yards have them for. I do not recomend this junk yard and will not be going back.

Cold & yucky & I STILL enjoyed my day with the bf there. Surprisingly, despite the car I had just destroyed, we had one of the best outings we have ever had. The people were extremely kind & helpful.

Largest self-service salvage yard in the KC area by far! The selection of vehicles is extensive; far better than the competition! And the parts prices are competitive or better!

Prices are good but you should ask about how the rows are numbered. There are duplicate numbers but within sections. Sections are not displayed on the rows.

Always a pleasure doing business here. I came here back when it was a Muncie Auto Salvage, so it is close to home and makes it very convenient. Prices are fair which I appreciate and also the counter help are kind and courteous.

Found a pair of bucket seats in the yard online. Drove over and confirmed that they were there and came back the next day and pulled them in 20 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wish I had remembered to ask for my military discount but thats on me. Ill be back as I always have a project going on.

Price sheet (parts) & automobile inventory available online. Staff cannot tell you what parts are available - you have to go look for yourself. I maintain 4 older cars using UPull.
