Purchased a bulkhead for $435 it came damaged and missing parts. Tried calling twice and emailed twice but no response. Item was delivered very fast but now I cant get my money back or even talk to anyone about it. They dont answer phones or emails.

Placed an order online, couple weeks go buy and nothing comes in the mail. I figure how ling can something from kansas take to ship to new england, so i call the store. The guy says that hes all out of stock on that item, and u shoukd see a refund in a couple days.

I sent an email regarding price matching and they said they accommodate me if I called. I called to match the lower price found on Amazon based on their advertised low price guarantee. They declined the match, stating their price was already discounted. They clearly did not want my business. Summit Racing matched the price quickly with no issues. Ill stick with them from now on.

Purchased a locker, they shipped item restricted with signature meaning you cannot re-route, or sign for the package unless in person which is difficult for those of us with jobs. Tried to get SSA to release the package so I could pick it up 10 days after I ordered it and package got lost. Poor customer service to try and resolve the issue, almost a month since I placed the original order and I still havent gotten a refund for my order. I was happy to pay more from a different vendor that is reliable, has good service, and got me the parts in 2 days. SSA is a waste of time.

Received my parts quickly and at a great price. Communications was great and they aim to please! Thanks for the shocks!

Ordered an expensive part which they approved my card but somehow I don’t have the part under my name nor do I have any confirmation code now I have to wait 2-4 business days for the charge to fail just to re order the same part I already BOUGHT. Not buying it again.

I purchased a case of lucas red and tacky. When I opened the package 8 out of 10 were damaged due to shipping. No fault of street side auto.they sent me a new case that came with in a few day and didnt have to bother shipping the damage ones back its nice to do business with a company like that . besides they had the best prices by far

I purchased a weight distribution hitch May 18, 2017. Im located in Pennsylvania and so is their warehouse. I waited till Tuesday and they never even shipped the item. I called on May 23, 2017 to find out what was going on and the guy didnt know. so they canceled my order read did it and he told me I would have it the next day. still no item. So I called again today May 24, 2017. UPS tracking still shows it never shipped. so now they canceled that order and supposedly overnighted me another one lets see what happens now.I will never recommend them to anybody bewareThe item did show up and many calls to them.

Could care less...I ordered a 4 wheel kit for my RAM p/u . It all started with them not shipping as promised on Friday 6/2. which was supposed to be a 2 day delivery. I never recd an order confirmation even after i called and requested on 2 different occasions. Then i received a shipping confirmation email that it didnt actually ship until 6/8. After i was told it had already shipped which it hadnt.............THEN they shipped the wrong brakes !!!!! When i called back all they could do was connect me with their VENDOR--POWERSTOP. they hung up and left me to deal with Powerstop?? When I called them back . Josh was unavailable??? Was supposed to call back, still waiting.

Not a very good first purchase..... Denied!Was told that I was a high risk for fraud that was unfounded. Went to Amazon.

Ordered a door hinge set, was told it would arrive in 2 days. Get an email in 2 days and they didnt even ship it out yet. Was then told it would be a week. Did nothing to help and poor customer service. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!

Never received item then a month later just had money returned, no communication at all, I would not recommend this company
