Absolutely rude employees. Kept me on hold 15+ minutes twice before finally answering. Employee had the nerve to get an attitude with me because he didn’t know what the part was I was searching for. After explaining it to him like he was 5 he told me it was a warehouse item before just hanging up . Didn’t tell me the price or anything. A good reminder why I don’t spread my commercial accounts to this vendor, and why they are literally the LAST people we call for a part.

Really bad service. As a mechanic shop I spect to get good customer service and friendly. But not interested I get bad energy, long waiting.I don’t know why but it looks like these folks just trying to see who works lees.They just talking to each other and long lines of customers wanting to get service..I hop they do something about it…

If they dont have it, they will find it for you quick. If you go to their website they have nice promotions and offer discounts so dont forget to sign up for email alerts because they will send you coupons and info about promotions that will save you quite a bit of money.

Went to buy windshield wiper s. The young man that helped me was with a customer when I got in line. When he saw me waiting, he said hello, and asked how I was. He told me where to find the windshield wipers in the store and another customer helped me. The young man that worked there came outside, and put the new windshield wiper s on for me. Very good experience, great customer service. I wish I had gotten his name.

This Autozone did a fine job getting me the items I needed and have always had great customer service.

Theyve got some old school parts people in there that knows what theyre talking about not like the young bucks, That if its not in the computer then they dont know what theyre looking for

The people at this location are awesome. My ball joint broke at the BP across the street, they had the part and helped me with tools to get it fixed. I was absolutely blown away! Best parts store in KC for service!

It is not a good service from some employees they should put some more workers so can help every body no just the people they think cant wait if l was there because though they be helpful l dont wish to come back again l will explore some other stores.

If you need a part this is a place to start and no hassle on exchange Ive had good experiences here if one store dont have it they can send you to another and next day delivery

Nice place, typical auto zone store. The only problem was not enough employees. Went in for 1 pack of Loctite and stood in line behind 6 people for 20 minutes.

Had a part I online that I didnt need. I Never even opened the packageing and even had the part over the 90 days for a usual return. Luckily I was able to receive store credit.

They will diagnose so that you dont always have to go to a mechanic.

New building, fairly helpful staff. Had a return and it was easy. Used an electronic discount code and I had to help the employee enter the code in the correct location, but he stuck with it and accepted the help instead of declining the discount.

Came to return a defective part. Had the receipt and original packaging. Was denied because the part did not match to the default pic for the item. Employee was rude and did not resolve my issue. Only positive was that the store was clean.
