In the past year and a half, Ive hired Two Men and a Truck to move an entire house hold...and then after deciding to put in new flooring...they moved everything into the garage...and after flooring was finished, moved everything back into the house. All of the teams were great. Last Friday I had the pleasure of having the magic duo of Mason and Zach. They were my best team yet. Professional, Courteous gentlemen...very conscientious...always asking and making sure it was exactly where I wanted etc... MASON and ZACH....AWESOMEJOB! Thanks guys! Office team at Two Men were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The truck was on time and got our move done on time as well but we had problems. Nothing was done to protect our our house floors or our furniture. None of our wood furniture was wrapped or protected in anyway. Our beds headboard got very badly damaged from the golf clubs that were leaned against it for the entire trip. All of our wood furniture picked some marks from the move. Our wood floors were also pretty deeply scratched. I would have thought something would have been laid over the floors to help protect them but no. Guess the driver was in to big of a hurry. Management has promised to make everything right and I have no reason to believe otherwise but its a pain.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move our business across town. Starting with the office lady Lori she was very informative, made the process very easy and smooth for me. I really appreciated how flexible and patient she was. I also appreciated how quick she got me taken care of. The 2 guys she sent out were outstanding! Alex and Mason were very professional, communicated well, treated our things very respectably, even offered if they can do anything more after everything was loaded. I have never hired a moving company before, but after my experience of this huge task taken care of for me for a GREAT price. I will hire this out every time. Moving didnt suck so bad this time.

On the day of the move the two guys got there and got right down to business and had me moved in 2 hours. They were great, professional, hard workers and careful. We decided to use Two Men and a Truck since my husband and sons were not available to help move my mother. We have never used a moving company before, and I was surprised at how different it is from regular moves. The crew was courteous and respectful. They worked hard. We were grateful that the bigger items were moved and some of the boxes.The crew did what was required according to the company rules, which was disconcerting. I understand why, but since it was just my Mom and I there for the move, I assumed they would load everything we had packed (including boxes that couldnt be closed or had no lid) and the extra items like pillows that just went along with couches and beds in our previous moves.I was unprepared for the moving I had to do because of that, and we were reminded of the customer agreement I signed. I had read it, but did not remember those details listed above. That was my fault.The next move coming up will be done the regular way since it is much easier in regard to packing materials and expense, and also we will be able to time it to be over a weekend in which my sons will be able to help.

Do the issues with the apartment complex moving the move in date three times. Then I had to change the move to a different apartment complex. The people on the phone were understanding, helpful, and willing to work with me. The best and easiest part of my move was Two Men and a Truck. The two guys they sent to do the move were the best and fastest guys Ive ever had. Their name are Chris and James. These two guys were so professional and fast. Even though they were fast they never dropped anything, bumped a wall, or scratch any of my stuff. Those two are the best.

The guys were very personable. One of them.grew up in the same town and graduated from the same high school as me...25 years later lol. They did however break a TV custom built wall unit door that had glass. There integrity and honesty is key for.me accidents happen. They took the door and.said.they would get it repaired asap then return it to my home. Fantastic!!!

I used Two Men And A Truck to move my 89 yr old fathers desk and file cabinet from the basement to the main floor and to remove a large bookcase to accommodate that transition, and I had a great experience! Everyone from start to finish was very friendly and professional. They gave me a quote over the phone based on what I told them about the move, I agreed to it and scheduled the move. They called when they were 20 mins away, showed up on time and were polite, friendly and professional. Having moved 7 months ago from 81 miles away, I was very much aware of the time it should take to move the same contents now 3 miles away.Two men and a truck is disorganized, inefficient and slow! The moving company from Lansing moved me UP three flights of stairs, including full disassembly and assembly of two beds & AND TRAVEL faster than it took two men and a truck to move me 3 miles away in Portage!The time between truck and apartment was excessive, then when 1 worker finally came back to the apt, they would grab a couple of things in their hands and slowly walk back outside.Two hours into the move I realized that I had made a bad choice, and just bit the bullet.I even tipped the workers because it obviously was not their fault.These are NOT TRAINED MOVERS. These are young guys that took a job, and but were not equipped with the skills to perform at a high level.Pay for movers, two men and a truck is not a good solution.

I am so impressed with the the young gentleman, Jimmy. He was very helpful and so kind. He even came back towards the end of the day to assist me with a small move that I had attempted by myself and couldnt complete. I would recommend this company over and over again.

Bailey (sp?) and Gabe were awesome in helping me with my inter-state move, they were very careful with all my stuff- some of which were older antiques- they were also and fun to work with- I would highly recommend this team. I also got two estimates for this move- the other company (which I had used before) came in higher so I chose Two Men & Truck and was grateful for the professionalism and care these two showed through out the long and exhausting day- I did not experience this level of professionalism with their competitors.Taylor and ?( I am completely forgetting the other guys name which is a shame as he was very nice and worked really hard) were both excellent in hauling away all the left over junk. - I was surprised at the amount of random junk that I had accumulated over the past 15 years. The junk hauling service is relatively new for 2 Men and a Truck- they are working out some of the kinks- BUT I had previously used one of their competitors who were terrible- I am grateful this particular franchise is owned by the same people who own the Two Mend and a Truck business near my new home and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs anything like this done.I would also like to thank Nathan- the estimator who did a virtual walk through and was 100% accurate on the amount of time everything would take- he also did a great job estimating the junk removal service. And Melissa and Tammy in the office were awesome to work with when questions came up. This is a great service.

My move was done by Mason and Keane (not sure on spelling) and they were excellent! They worked hard but also made it fun...we laughed a lot. We used hem to move twice August 2019 and again in March 2020. First crew extremely unprofessional and damaged many items, including spilling paint on my carpeting. The second crew was supposed better but they took my table and benches to be repaired from damage during the first move. Repairs still look bad. Left multiple messages regarding this had not heard back. They also didn’t bring back the hardware for the table. So I have a 2000.00 dollar dining set that is useless. They also lost the hardware to my smith machine and gym equipment so again I now have a 1200.00 dollar price of equipment that is useless. I have left messages every month since table and set returned to me in April/May. No One responds to my emails or my phone messages. Stay away from this moving company. I have been professionally moved cross country a half dozen times and never had any of these issues.

The guys who come to move my items are always amazingly professional, hard-working, friendly, and respectful. However, I cannot say the same for the office staff. My experience a few weeks ago was one of the worst Ive ever had. After waiting long past the window of arrival for my movers, I called the office only to find that Lori did not properly follow up with me to schedule my move. My communication with her was accurate and prompt, and she simply failed to do her end of the job to ensure my move was scheduled, causing me and my family quite a bit of stress. I spoke with another woman in the office that evening(Melissa?) who said she would try to help me; however, she failed to call me back after saying she would do so. I was shocked at the lack of care and professionalism by this staff. The third person I spoke with was Steve, who was incredibly kind to me and understanding, as none of this was his fault. However, the fact that nothing could be done for me was disappointing. I was stuck in my apartment with 24 hours left to get my furniture out. Luckily, my dad who lives an hour away was able to stay home from work to bring his trailer to haul my items; the two of us along with my sister moved all my furniture down from a 3rd story apartment. When I called Two Men again to have them help me two weeks later, I was never offered a discount of any kind and was never offered a reimbursement. I likely will never use this company again because of the trouble they caused. Moving is stressful enough. Again, I would like to stress that Taylor and his team of movers have always been phenomenal and this complaint is of no reflection of them in any way.

Had them come moved a 7ftx2x2.5 fish tank weighs over 300lbs. They made it fast quick and easy and no one could beat there price when shopping around

Brandon and Darious were fantastic. We asked them to move a very heavy treadmill out of a basement. It was a difficult job, but they made it happen with no damage to the walls. We also needed them to move a very old, very heavy sofa sleeper out of a tight room in the basement, again, they made it look easy. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Very pleasant and positive the whole time. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck for my moving needs in the future.

Brennon and Kein(hope I spelled the names correctly) were amazing, they packed up two 26& a 20 truck in michigan and delivered our posessions to our new home in wis. It was very hot and humid and those 2 guys emptied all 3 trucks in 5 hrs and staged the furniture and boxes where we wanted. They were extremely polite and professional, you cant find a better crew to work with.

Had a very successful move this past week thanks to the support of the team at Two Men and a Truck. The office staff, specifically Dylan, was responsive and helpful in getting my appointment booked, quoted, and questions answered in a very timely manner. The movers came right between the 30-minute window they were scheduled for and were quick, took great care of our furniture, and really easy to talk to. They disassembled and reassembled furniture, took the time to ensure they set up everything where we wanted it and made everything about the move completely seemless.

I just completed a local move from a house to a 3rd floor apartment. It was not an easy move, but my movers did a fabulous job! Weve had nothing but very positive experiences with Two Men and a Truck. They moved us into our new home several years ago, and recently helped us by picking up a large and heavy item wed purchased and delivering it to our home. When it became clear problems beyond the delivery agreement prohibited them moving the item to our basement, Two Men and a Truck could have simply ended their relationship with us having successfully delivered the item to our home. That did not happen. The next day, I received an email and a phone call offering additional help. Without our asking, the staff at Two Men and a Truck went above and beyond expectations to make sure our situation was successfully resolved. When we visited the storage space, two different met helped move items so I could get to everything and then helped load up our cars. Move went very well. The 3 men were very efficient in loading and unloading my furniture. Nothing was damaged during the move. The did a wonderful job of moving a piano out of a small room with little area of being able to turn the piano to get it out of the house into the truck and when arrived at the house it was moved into again did a great job of getting around a close corner in the entrance area to the house. The move was very well done.

I would like to give a huge thanks to Tyler Lewis and Jimmy Rubio! They worked so hard to move all of our furniture, some of which was VERY HEAVY! They were very friendly and had positive attitudes the entire five ours of work. They had to overcome some logisitc issues since they were moving our furniture to a new build with only a dirt drive and a yard that hadnt been graded yet but they still maintained their very positive, friendly attitude!

Frank and Brian did an excellent job! They moved our things with care and expertise. Everything made it to the new place in great shape. Had a pair of individuals come over for an apartment to home move. One individual quit during the loading session from the apartment, leaving one man to work on his own. A half hour later he decided to come back, and shortly after additional help came as well. Once everything was loaded and brought over to the home, a power cord for my recliner had broken. They said they would order it that day, and that I would have it a few days later. Later on in the day I received a call from a supervisor who confirmed this information. Flash forward to two weeks later, still no word on the power cord after calling and unanswered voicemails. I just ordered the cable myself off amazon for $17 with next day delivery, don’t know what’s taking these individuals so long but their lack of communication is pretty sad. I can’t recommend this business to anyone, SAD.

Right from the time we scheduled the move, the office kept in touch and followed up to confirm when the movers would arrive. The movers were were very professional in how they handled out possessions. they want over what was to be done before they started. They were courteous and worked fast and efficiently, and paying y the hour this was very much appreciated. Especially when we had a situation with a different company where they didnt seem to concerned with how long it took to move us. When it was all done I was happy to write the check, because I felt they not only did a great job, but also by working as well as they did they were worth it. All I can say the crew that worked for us was great.

Ive used Two Men and a Truck five times in the last 10 years. Every time, the guys that show up work extremely hard and efficiently. Ive always been treated well and fairly by them. The only reason that I am leaving three stars is because of the marketing and management team behind Two Men and a Truck. My God, we did business over a week ago and you are still asking me how you did. I answered the survey, not because I wanted to, but because I know thats how your employees get their time off and bonuses. It is a ridiculous way to pay your people when they work so hard anyway. Second, I am the customer. Stop making me do your work for you. I reviewed your employees, I answered your questionnaire, and yet you continue to send me emails and text messages asking how you did. How about reading what I already said and then leaving me alone like any other business would? I dont want to have a relationship with you. I simply wanted to move my stuff, hopefully for the last time. Heaven forbid, if I ever need to move again, you can rest assured that I will call your company. You do great work. But if you asked me repeatedly again to review and rate and grade Etc everything about you, I will charge you $129 an hour for my time the same way you charged me.

Jeff & Charlie are simply the best, most careful, thorough & obliging moving men in West Michigan. Nothing was broken! No paint was scuffed. Nothing was lost and boxes were placed in the rooms to match the labels.They worked quickly and answered all concerns cheerfully. Great job fellows! Many thanks for a job well done.

My moving experience was hassle-free thanks to my movers Sam and Desmond. They were on time, worked quickly, and asked questions when needed. At my new residence, items were placed in the exact location that I specified! I didnt have to move any furniture or make adjustments. I just began to decorate! All items were in the same condition as before the move. No damage! I will definitely utilize Two Men and a truck for my future moving needs!

I needed my wifes mothers piano moved into my home. It is very important to us, and as a family heirloom, its value is incalculable. Troy and his partner used their experience, strength and patience to move it from Kalamazoo to Plainwell, into my place, in perfect condition. They adjusted the estimate because they were efficient enough to to take less time than planned. Everyone at 2 Men were considerate, professional and I am thrilled to have the piano ready for the holidays. Thanks to all. I cannot recommend this group with more enthusiasm.
