Had my unit not even a week before it was broken into and things were stolen. I do not recommend storing anything here. 🙅🏻

What made my experience so good, was that I had peace of mind Knowing that All of my items Were safe and locked away.

If I could give it Zero stars I would. I only had my unit for 6 days and the lock was broken off and my stuff was stolen out of the unit. I do not recommend getting any storage units in the inside areas, as it is too easy for people to break into them. The police even told me that the Cube Smart that I rented from on Sprinkle Road in Kalamazoo gets broken into quiet a bit. If that is the case, why doesnt CubeSmart do anything to change that. Its because they dont care about the people who rent from them. They get there money and that is all they care about. Sorry, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good storage space for a short time if needed. But I was quoted one price when set up to get one and ended up being charged a different amount each month. Even after showing we had insurance price never went down.

My unit was broken into and the company did nothing to support me. I learned that my break in was the third in a recent time period and the company didn’t notify any customers of the security concerns. Additionally, the security system wasn’t working and the company decided not to fix the problem. Security issues had been ongoing since at least February, the company was aware of them, and they chose not to address them. I was lied to by the district manager who said that all security features on the property were working, only to have the police officer in charge of my case confirm that the company wasn’t able to provide security footage of the break in because no security cameras were working. The site manager was belligerent, raised his voice at me, and said I was “asinine” for expecting that security features that I pay for and are advertised on their website should be maintained and operational at all times. Furthermore, he refused to take responsibility for his property’s lack of security and didn’t apologize for his demeaning actions towards me. On top of everything else, when I moved out of my unit, I found out that it was infested with mice. When I informed the site manager of the situation, he said that there had been several previous complaints from other renters but that nothing could be done. If I could give a negative star review, I would.

Super fast and easy process, I dealt with Tyler and in my opinion he was ultra professional and very knowledgeable with me about the entire experience. The company should be proud knowing their brand is being represented by this quality of an individual. 5 stars would recommend absolutely.

Friendly staff. Units are being updated and a very good deal for the space you receive. Bought by new company in february and new security coming. Recommended for the area.
