I stopped in on Valentines Day morning after reserving a 10x20 unit online a few days earlier. Jessica was able to process the paperwork and explain things to me in about 20-25 minutes. She was very, very helpful and gave me a thorough explanation of options of payment and what the lease specifically says. The unit was very clean. My only complaint is that there was another person who had leased the same unit and his large tv was left inside. Luckily he was there and he removed it from the unit for us, but I feel this should have been taken care of prior. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would certainly recommend this facility to my friends.

Jessica, who works in the front office, was extremely helpful. She guided me through the storage unit rental process, and she explained everything well. Additionally, while she worked with me, she also took a call from another client, and she was so polite with both of us: asking me first if I minded waiting, and then helping that client in a really thoughtful way. I chose this business based upon its excellent customer service, and Jessica demonstrated exactly why this self storage center is so popular. The unit is spotless, by the way, and the loading area is very convenient. I highly recommend.

I came by today and found a gem for storage facility! It is beautiful as well as it is clean. Inside, the temperature controlled space keep my belonging intact and well kept without the worry of damage by the element.The people are friendly and helpful, the price is reasonable!Can’t be better than this!!!

Great storage center in Kalamazoo. Im from out of town moving my parents to senior center. I was only in town for a few hours and Spencer came on his day off so I could do all the paper work. Storage area was clean and secure. Nice to do business with a place that puts the customer first.

Spencer was very helpful. I love that this is all indoors and climate controlled. We moved to this facility after being broke into at another facility twice. I dont expect we will ever have this issue at this facility.Id recommend this facility to anyone.

The storage units are very spacious and affordable and overall impressed with the cleanliness of the units they offer dollies and carts to help make moving your belongings easier ..security cameras.. and options to purchase your own locks and other neccneces merchandises

I stopped by yesterday (1/25/19) to rent a storage unit for our daughters things while she is relocating. Spenser, the manager, was ready to answer my questions, including helping me figure out just the right size unit for her storage needs and was happy to show me several units onsite. He walked me through the entire rental process and explained everything perfectly. The units are climate-controlled, very clean, and easy to access. The facility appears to be quite secure and we are all comfortable storing the contents of our daughters home during her relocation.

I am grateful to have found this place when I did! The units and facility are really nice, could not have asked for better. The manager, Spenser, was very knowledgable and helped me out so much. I recommend this place to everyone.

I went to Kalamazoo Storage Center looking for an affordable unit with ease of access. I was greeted by Spenser Gurtner and was immediately impressed with his kindness and professionalism. He gave me a tour of the facility and answered all of my questions without hesitation. KSC is a VERY clean place to store ones belongings with great security. I would have no problem being a repeat customer.
