Never go to this store! I purchased a phone from them but they sold me the wrong one! I was asking for iPhone 11 white (128) they had black 64) in the store and told me they only have this color, but didn’t tell me it’s 64 not 128! I returned it! It was their fault but they meanly and rudely were trying to charge me for 70$ (They call it restoring cost!) I refused and called T-mobile customer service in front of them and they refunded my money! Then I went to Apple store in Grand Rapids and purchased what I was looking for. You can return it for any reason within 14 days! The staff are not trained and the manager is mean! You need to wait a long time as well!

Noah and Alan were great! I had a slight wait but they made sure I was going to be taken care of. It is expected that some things take longer than usual. But I was given all the info I needed. Service was great and I definitely recommend this store on drake rd! Im about to sign up with tmobile! All the prices given were awesome. About a 1/3 of what Im paying now for a single line at Verizon. Almost near same coverage! Plus for that price I get a few gigs of Hotspot too!!! You all have to check them out!

Great place to get mobile data

Great store with some great employees. Evan, Andreas, Alan, Spenser are some great Mobile Experts and theyre always ready to help you out! Ferrare and Rhiannon are some great managers and always do their best!

Dont trust them the manager lied to me about having service out where I live and wifi calling dont work I spoken to customer service many times and they just keep doing the exact same thing with the exact same results no one can be bothered to actually do their job and fix the problem and I have missed out on multiple job opportunities because of this I was told I would be compensated and that never happened yet another lie all I have been getting from t mobile is lies and no customer service I will be switching when I get the money I am done deal with unprofessional companies that like to lie to people

Wish I had sprint back. T-Mobile is trash and so are the people that work in the store. Alan is the only one that cares about the customer. The rest including the manager and regional manager just want to interrupt you. Can’t wait till my lease expires so I can move on. T-Mobile customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with.

My phone crashed randomly and I had to buy a new phone.... and bought the wrong one. The assistant manager (Rhiannon) was more than accommodating and it was by far the best experience I’ve received from T Mobile. I’ll keep going to this location because they actually care that you’re happy with the service. And big thank you to the management team there!

Issue Resolved,I originally had an issue transitioning over from Verizon with getting reimbursed for a qualified device. After struggling with Verizon to get the required documentation submitted I was at the point of giving up. Ryan however stepped in and was able to successfully resolve the issue so that I was able to be reimbursed. Thanks Ryan your help is much appreciated!

This location is a bunch of people who lie and sale junk and poor service to you! The manager is a rude POS!

The “manager” Ryan Moore, is a joke. My family were lied to over and over. Ryan told us we would have service in the area we lived in. We did not. Upon contacting corporate they informed us he should have NEVER sold the phones considering we weren’t even within t mobiles service range. This employee blatantly took advantage of a paying customer. Returned to the store to end our service and even the other employees had NOTHING good to say about Ryan. He was even there and did not even acknowledge us, probably knew how bad he screwed us. Happily switched to Verizon they took care of us and then some.

Sales person wasnt really helpful at all

The quickest stop to buy a phone and add a line weve ever experienced! Nick was respectful, helpful and fun to work with. We were expecting another long wait like at the Gull Rd store-now closed. A great surprise to be in and out in 15 minutes!

Got two note 8. Gave them an hour, felt I was rushing. They gave us 40 mins back. Damn quick. Hey informative. Thats all needed to a customer. Good service.

I work with savannah for troubleshooting for my phone she had amazing customer service! She was excellent!

Lets start with the actual cell service. It is horrible. If you plan to travel outside of the main city areas, you will not have service. Now lets discuss the employees. The employees at this store have lied to me on multiple occasions in order to convince me to add things to my plan that I never wanted to begin with. They will tell you that they no longer have contracts, but then omit the fact that if you try to leave before the end of their financing terms, every bit of gear they said was free now has to be paid for. Second, they will convince you to add a line under a buy one get one free gimmick and then tell you that you can just go ahead and cancel one of your original lines down the road, hence saving you more money. Wrong. If you try to cancel one of the original lines, you lose the free line. This was specifically said to me by a manager at the store in order to talk me into signing on to new phones that were way more expensive than I planned on buying. Their employees lie and omit facts in order to convince you that they can save you money, all the while costing you more. Futhermore, the turnover rate in employees is so high, you never get the same people in there and they use the excuse, I wasnt there, so I can t confirm that they told you that. Horrible service, horrible customer service. Stay far far away.

The employees at the store on drake road are great the service is fair and the prices are great they tell what you will get and dont try to pull any fast moves. They are great.

This rating is for the store and the employees, not T-Mobiles actual coverage. The people at this store were very helpful and very friendly. The wait was long, so dont try going on your lunch break.

Ryan Moore claims to he a manager here. He blatantly lied and sold me a locked phone. Even after an email from Samsung admitting it was locked to T mobile he refused to give my money back. Please steer clear of this crook!

They have the best customer service at the Drake Road store.

As soon as you walk in you kinda think somebody is testing the Bluetooth speakers because it so loud you have to yell, but then you soon realize that it how they keep it. You spend your time yelling your issue to the associate while their behind the desk dancing and singing and asking you to repeat yourself. I see that other reviewers say they dont answer the phone when people call I can see why...... They cant freaking hear it. So rude and unprofessional.

Sales Reps are very nice but T mobile service area is not what they claim it to be if ur in the city of Allegan or Otsego u get service no service in between the two citys on M 89 no service outside of Allegan but their service coverage map shows they habe service even tried the in home cell phone buster and no difference in service.

Literally waited in line for thirty minutes while the line didnt budge and watched the two employees stand behind the counter having the least urgent conversation Ive ever had the displeasure of being inconvenienced by. Myself and the woman waiting before me both walked out.

Id appreciate them answering the phone at least once . called 5 times throughout the whole day to get no response.I was calling to confirm if they had note 5 in stock, to avoid an unnecessary trip.

Of all the T-Mobile stores Ive visited, from Michigan to Colorado, this is by far the best.

So far so good, service isnt too bad in the metro area that I primarily stay in. Great option for those who dont have the best credit as they will still work with you for some money down.

I walked in and had a question about a half off tablet promotion that i took part in and the lady said unless you know the description of the employee who helped you i cant help you LOL what? As a marine corps veteran i obviously refused to leave until she actually helped me lol turns out my policy was all messed up and it was good i came in that day because they never gave me half off my tablet. Thanks for everything lady who refused to help, whos name isnt worth the air to speak.

Service was good and while they did their typical upsell on numerous devices and services, they immediately let it go when I showed no interest.

The store manager named Emily is very rude person and she wasnt helpful. Besides she said wrong information about the policy just to not help me. Ill cancel my T-Mobile plan they dont care about customers money.
