I spent decades in the service sector, and my standards are very high. Isaiah not only met my expectations, he greatly exceeded them.He took the time to educate me, and help me find the phone that was the perfect match for my needs and desires. I’ve continued to have horrible experiences at the Westnedge store. The Westnedge Verizon store hasn’t expressed a willingness to help every time I have gone there. My experience was fine. Staffing seems to be a glaring issue as there was only one person working in the store when I arrived. When I was helped, the lone employee was kind and able to get me squared away in a couple of minutes. However, for more complex issues, expect to spend far more time here than you anticipate and bring a good book.

Terrible service. Made multiple trips with no resolution. Granted, my mobile Verizon signal and coverage have never been worse in northeast Kalamazoo. My phone is often unusable in many parts of downtown. Its ironic that a Verizon store employee at this location said if you got T-Mobile you could be stuck dialing 911 and have no reception, when in reality, its the Verizon network that would leave you without any coverage. I hate my Verizon service, support and everything about it.

Im pretty illiterate when it comes to my phones even though, my Verizon Rep. was great and DID NOT make me feel dumb. He laughed with me not at me. He even helped me out the next day because I messed something up and offered to come in early to help me out. We worked out a later time but it was very kind of him to offer.Thank you, Chad.

Some one at the Verizon store on Gull road changed our contract without permission! Our original contract gave unlimited data and now it has limited data. We never signed anything and had this contract for 20 years! Joe the manager was very, very kind, courteous and went the extra time to get me in touch with the customer care service.However, no fault of his own i was on the phone with customer service for 3 hours at least. Total time was over 5 hours. Something needs to improve at customer care service. Thankfully I FINALLY ended up with 2 very nice representatives. And hopefully problems is solved. I will wait for the next billing period to make sure our original contract was restored. And no additional costs going forward. Still would like to follow up on who changed my contract without my permission. So far no one has gotten back as. Promised. A call was to be from customer care service to make sure our contract was back to original. Still waiting..... our new statement does not reflect going back to original. Enormous bill!! Cant seem to get anyone to explain

I went to the Verizon store on Gull road, I was happily greeted by Joe and welcomed into the store. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had my questions answered and I was treated with respect. Clearly customer service was important to everyone at this store. I even witnessed them assisting a customer who was having a problem with her car not starting. They helped her get assistance in starting it and never missed a beat in making sure my needs were met.It was actually a very enjoyable time, and very positive experience.

Excellent service by Chad. He was helpful in navigating the new products and can’t wait to get my new phone.

Joe the store manager is AMAZING! I dont even know where to begin. We had a terrible experience in the Battle Creek store. I called the W. Main store in Kzoo to see if I could schedule an appointment. Joe answered and said Absolutely. I was totally shocked because you usually have to go to the store and get put in a que that never ends! After recovering from my surprise I asked him LOTS of questions. He took time out of his day to answer ALL of them and he told me I am the VIP and he would help me anyway he could. I explained all we needed was a new phone for my husband but couldnt get any help in BC. He asked me how would you like a new phone today and what if I bring it to you!! I was speechless which is really hard to do to me. I said sure. He did EXACTLY that. He came to our house, set up the new phone and answered all our questions. He made the process so easy and he renewed my faith in Verizon and proved customer service is real. Caring about people is what it is all about. I dont know where we would be without him. Joe is a fantastic person and a wonderful human being. We could all learn alot from him about compassion and helping others

Chad got me out of this dreadful iPhone 6 and into the 13 Pro I wanted in a matter of minutes, and somehow hacked the system so I won’t have to wait a month to get it. Highly recommend.

As far as customer service goes, Isaiah is definitely someone who carries it a step beyond. With a phone service issue which lasted me over two years, it took four appointments with Isaiah to get everything finally resolved! In that time, he came in to work completely off the clock to help, and did everything he could to help me not only resolve this issue, but avoid losing out on the fantastic service I get with Verizon. If youre about to upgrade your service provider or phone here, especially if youre used to having every problem along the way, ask for Isaiah specifically! Youll be glad you did.

Kegan has worked diligently to complete my upgrade virtually since I was unable to come in in person. Her communication was consistent and timely and her knowledge was much appreciated since sometime in the last decade Ive gone from knowing whats up in tech to being completely clueless. She was patient and I would be comfortable sending all of my friends in to see her.

Today when we arrived at Verizon on Gull and Sprinkle the Manager Joe assisted us and he helped us so much! The process went smooth only because of his positive attitude, so great full for his expert help!

Isaiah was amazing! So professional and helpful! My husband and I live an hour away and we will make that drive every time we need something from Verizon. Any other Verizon store we walk out stressed and regretting every purchase. This man and this experience was a complete game changer.

I arrived at this specific location at approximately 7:40 PM 04/06/21. I have been waiting EXTREMELY patiently. It is now 8:37 PM exact and I felt the need to write a review of the location due to poor management, under staffed, and lack of consumer products. This is intolerable for a business establishment. I’m still waiting and I will not be leaving until I’ve finally received service. Yes I’m sort of venting but if all of my issues are coming from your store don’t I have every right to give my 100% HONEST & GENUINE opinions? Come on man. I just wanted to order an upgrade for my phone? These customers you’re helping are really worth an hour of everyone’s time? I really think transaction time should be something monitored at any Verizon or cell service locations for specific instances like this. I personally believe especially coming from someone who works in sales this NEEDS to be addressed. Majority of my issues are coming from the employment at this location. Again this is purely based off of SPEED. WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE EVEN A SNOW FLAKE OF. YOU GUYS ARE THE SLOWEST VERIZON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!

After years of putting up with the constantly TERRIBLE customer service with AT&T, my husband and I finally popped into Verizon to switch providers. What a day and night difference! Everyone was SO nice and friendly, even though we had to wait about an hour for service, we are still so glad we switched! Once it was our turn, Nigel was so kind and patient with us and answered all of our questions with ease! We had to deal with an issue with ATT before we could switch my phone over (gee what a surprise there) and he didn’t batt an eye when I had to walk next door to ATT or call them and sit on hold for half an hour! When we were finally able to do what we needed to do on Verizon’s end, he had us set up and out the door in no time at all! A++++ service and we are so glad we switched! Never looking back!

This morning was a bad start do to the fact I threw my phone in washer before heading out to New York so I call Verizon and speak with Joe and set up appt with him and let me share with you the service he provided Joe was exceedingly detailed, patient, and deliberate in his positive and helpful resolution to my problem. My dinosaur iPhone 6 pooped out on me after six years, so I called the Verizon Store on Gull Rd. in Kalamazoo, MI. They were able to get me a same day appointment; however, the phone I wanted (iPhone 11- 256) wasn’t in stock. The staff member who helped me ordered the phone and said it would arrive to the store in 2-3 business days, which it did. I was able to get a next day appointment with a different staff member who was very friendly and knowledgeable about my new phone. In a matter of minutes, he transferred all content from my old phone to my new one! Super easy! I’d rate this place 5 stars if they had a better selection of phones, cases, and other accessories in stock.

Went in to get a correction for the promo that was supposed to be $500.00 off the phone after finding out it was not given property. The gentleman that helped to correct this was very courteous and worked hard to correct it...I wont know if the correction took place until a month for now, but I will say the service was excellent.
