I switched my whole family over from Metro, I cant believe how much better the service is with Cricket. I feel like Ive been throwing money down the drain all these years with Metro. I got 4 LG Stylo 6s for free because I kept my number. Ill be recommending Cricket to all my family and friends from now on!

I received the best service at this location. He took timeto fix everything i had wrong and sometimes thats a lot. Today i couldnt getmy metro phone to convert over to cricket. It had been about 2 weeks since i added my number to my husband account because cricket has a better deal. Chuck is amazing and I will be back because of him!! Thank you so much for being you!

I love Cricket. Even without me purchasing a new phone, when I had difficulties 2 months later they had me ship it overnight at UPS for free, then when UPS notified Cricket that I had dropped it off, I received my replacement phone the VERY NEXT DAY! They never charged me for the replacement phone or any of the shipping charges. So, once again they have GREAT customer satisfaction!! Thank you Cricket!!!!

This store seriously lacks in Customer service. I just bought a phone last week. I put an SD card in for more storage but it wouldnt mount. I took it in today and they tell me I need a better phone or I could buy an SD AD card from them. Im not spending another done there or with cricket. Im getting a new phone company all together. I wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!!!!

Avoid if at all possible. Cricket didn’t seem to want our business. I tried very hard to switch my family over to Cricket from Sprint, since they have a much cheaper price per line. However, their website does not let you order phones (it will tell you that your card is declined, which is not true. I have heard about this issue from 2 other customers) and the phones we wanted were not available at this store. While the representatives were friendly (thus the 2 star rating as opposed to 1), their lack of knowledge and execution was very frustrating. They told me that they would order my family some phones from a nearby store and that we could get them the next day, at the latest. Three days went by and I hadn’t heard anything. I called and they said that they were going to order the phones and give us a call when they were in. Three more days and nothing, so I called again. They informed me that the phones were on backorder and they had no idea when they would get in but they would let me know. I never heard from them again. It has been about 35 days. The phones we wanted were each an iPhone 8, which should not have been on back order, as it is a very common phone. Cricket did nothing to earn our business and we stayed with Sprint. Steer clear.

So happy to ditch Verizon for Cricket! Now Verizon is still kissing up to me to come back claiming they are more reliable haha. Whatever you have to do to charge the most heh?

Im looking at litigation for being accused of using racist body language.I dont take kindly to being dragged into that issue by a girl that clearly doesnt respect her clienteleeor the company she works for.If she keeps her job I think Ill be suing Cricket Wireless

Bought two phones here in May and because they were out of stock for the screen covers, was told theyd send me better, glass ones. Well, its August now and Im still waiting for them. I called two months ago and was told my address was lost and they would send the covers right away. I waited, and waited, a month later, still no screen covers. I called again and was told they again lost my address and the covers were on their way. I waited, and waited, still no screen covers. Some weeks later, I got a call and was told the covers were in the mail with expedited shipping. That was a little over a week ago. I doubt theyre actually coming. Very disappointed by the service here.

Was a good place to go when Angelo worked there now the customer service is awful. they never have any phones in stock. Dont think about calling and asking any questions, u wont get an answer. The service is nice. Unless your in South Haven. Then you might as well find some string and tin cans.

My husband and I went Into this location early this afternoon to see if we could get a better deal by switching to your service. The salesman was asking about the phones we have now and while comparing it to the new ZTE Max, without permission, took my husbands phone out of his phone case And broke his case!! And offered nothing to make it right!! We were honestly considering switching to cricket but if this is how customers and potential customers are treated I dont think so!

Just got our phones and starting our new service, so I cant comment on that yet but I can say the customer service was great. A guy named Kevin helped us he is very nice and we were in and outta there in 15 - 20 minutes.

I love the guy I deleted with and I have been going there since. Always will.
