Hannah made switching my number and service over a very easy and actually fun. The manager waived the sim fee and spoke spanish to a customer who need help woth his bill. This company has a customer for life. Thank you.

It I could put zero stars I would because they told me I have to go to Best Buy because my wifi calling is shut off completely and then I had to go to apple for it then I called metro and they said I can pay $20 for a newphone and in my eyes I shouldn’t have to pay anything when it’s there fault why my phone is doing this and if I did pay $20 for a new phone and will do the same thing it’s doing right now

I am giving five stars to Calen who helped me port over a number when I was told from another employee that worked there that it took an hour to do well Kaylan must be superwoman because she did it super fast in less than 15 minutes had me in and out. I must say she did an amazing job she had customers before me during me and even after me and she we had everybody taken care of not one person in that store was upset I must say whatever you guys are doing with her she is the best that I know. I appreciate it. Even though I was joking and said I wish the other girl would’ve helped me I’m happy that you did I will be back to see you soon thanks girl

Very unprofessional to say the least! I thought I might have stopped in at a friends house to hang out or something... I was here for at least a couple hours it seemed for them to order food and talk about everything other then getting us switched over to Metro and on our way. My man was so irritated by the time we left that he almost wished he would of kept his Broken boost phone and stayed with Boost!

This Metro is where you want to shop... Always great Customer service. Very knowledgeable and gets you in and out! I won’t go anywhere but this Metro!

First of all I have always like metro PCs and westnedge and the staff. This new girl Kaylin always tries to make us wear a mask and yells at people if they don’t I will be switching companies it’s not what’s she ask it’s how she asks she shouldn’t yell at her customers, it’s rude!

I always get great service and help even if I just cant find an app or I need any accessories, they are always ready to help with a smile. Some of their customers are very rude and disrespectful but their service is always great.

Went in cus my husbands phone was not charging anymore. the manager Sameer Berry was very nice and helpful. not only did he clean out the charging port on my husbands old phone but also helped us pick out new phones for an upgrade. he also showed us some speakers that my husband was looking at took time to show us how loud they get and an app you can get with one of the speakers. So thank you Sameer you were very helpful today. I appreciate your kindness and knowledge.

I brought my motorola moto g stylus in there a couple days because the camera just stopped working. They got me a new one, well still waiting on it. But they were very on top of it. The only thing is I tried calling them over and over but it seems the number on google isnt the right one or they just didnt pay their bill. You might want to post the right number or pay your bill. Thank you

If I could rate this with no stars I would. Worst store and customer service lady ever. Went in to get a upgrade to my stylo phone and the lady working was rude and acted like it was a inconvenience to her to help me. Noone else was in the store. Then when I asked about the newest stylo and made a comment about how it was cheaper for me to switch from another company to get the phone at a price of 79.99 but the upgrade to preexisting customers who have been loyal to their company for years have to pay 179.99 for the upgraded phone she decides to get a snotty attitude with me. Then when I havent upgraded my phone for the last year or so and that Ive never complained about the terrible service and awful service. I dont even get phone service in my house with a metro pcs tower right outside my road. Ill be switching to boost real fast. She didnt evenlet me switch my billing date. This company amd this stores employees are the worst ever. This isnt just limitedto this store. Its the entire company and every store they have open.

My husband bought a phone and had issues with it malfunctioning right away. He called and spoke with sometime on the return policy. They offered him a new phone to replace the one that he was having problems with. He picked up thenew phone only to find someone else had previously used the phone it had photos and downloads of someone elses still on it. Nothing like waiting, 3 weeks for a warranty phone that you were told should be here a week ago, with no call or anything about the status of your phone or where it is at. Or whenever you call it is ALWAYS busy, or no one picks up the phone. This is by far the worst customer service Ive ever had in the many years Ive been apart of this company, i am half way contemplating going to a different service because of how bad it is.PS: still dont have my replacement phone.

I would never buy anything from this metro dealer. I just purchased a new phone about a month ago and the battery went bad. This is a warranty center and I was told to bring my phone there. He verified the battery was bad by putting a new battery in it, and then told me that I would have to wait a week to get my new battery, wait a week for a defective battery. Was told that if he gave me the good battery then he would be unable to sell the new phone it came out of. Where has customer service gone? he was more worried about the phone that he hasnt even sold then the customer that just bought a phone with a defective battery.
