🚨🚨🚨🚨RDONT NOT SHOP here!🚨🚨🚨🚨They rip their customers off. When you buy a phone they will offer you a “Free” phone case or other accessory then still charge you. They charged me for $80 saying it would go towards my next bill because this months bill was already paid. I never received a receipt for the $80. Then come the next bill cycle my phone service was turned off. $80 did not appear on my account. They hustle me out of $105 😡😡😡😡Check your receipt I bet they over charged you!

I went to this location on a whim to have my iPhone fixed/checked. It was badly beaten up. In my mind, I was about to spend upwards of $700 for a new phone but walked out spending MUCH less. The store representative, Destry, checked my account and I was able to get an upgrade. (wipes forehead) Destry also made sure I knew things about my account, insurance, etc. that I was previously unaware of. Thanks for the great customer service! My pockets and I appreciate it!

Stacy was an amazing helper on information with phone operation. Destroy also helped with phone function that saved me battery life. Everyones customer service at this location is at the highest level.

I just left boost store on Drake . I have never felt so irritated with someones outright lack of professionalism . The guy behind the counter was quite lazy and rude . He was busy on computer, not another customer in store, yet he made it clear that helping me to purchase a phone was far from a priority . I think I am going to switch providers . I wish I could do more than just write a bad review . Who hires these people and is there any incentive for them to do the job they are paid to ?

They werent helpful towards my brother who was looking to switch and using his phone he already had, even though he had checked online beforehand about being able to switch using his current phone and whatnot.Plus, as soon as I we walked in there, all I could smell was the faint lingering scent of pot/weed. Not sure if it might have come from a customer that had been in there or if it was from the employees themselves, but all I know was it was making my chest tight as I have asthma and thats one smell that triggers it to flare up.We ended up going to the mall where we knew there was a place in there for Boost. The man there was extremely helpful and got everything set up for my brother in about an hour with completely switching over and even called up the customer service people to shorten the twelve hour switch over time to only half an hour. He was very wonderful unlike the ones that were at this other store.

My overall experience was amazing actually all my issues were addressed with courtesy and in a timely matter. Destry was very understanding and if all representatives for boost were thus helpful you would definately have alot more business for sure.

Derek (sorry if i spelled your name wrong) and his crew working at this location are awesome! They know what customer service is and they know what they are selling and talking about. I dont ever go into a store to buy a phone. This time, i was super happy i did. I was informed that i was eligible for an upgrade, this made my day! So thank you guys. I came in and spoke to Destry as I have done numerous times, this man is the best! He ALWAYS helps me understand my technology, helps me save money, and explains the newest of the newest items in full detail. Ive dealt with Destry many, many, times and have never been disappointed by this store or his service. He just saved me a ton of money and got me double what I already had and told me I only have 2 payments left on my phone....whoop whoop !! Management at the portage and stockbridge location is subpar... called about my card being used at this location and instantly told a lie manager says i havent had an card transactions today so it wasnt this location before i had a chance to tell him i have the receipt... who lets a child come in and buy anything with .a card that clearly states see Id Destry at 1408 portage road is very unprofessional and even laughin with other employees that this situation is remotely funny at all...do your job properly and you wouldnt have these issues and refuses to give me his bosses name and contact info...

Been going to boost for 10 plus years recently upgraded But just be sure about your purchase 12 hours later when I decided I changed my mind they wouldnt allow me to return it and when I was purchasing it The gentleman asked me what charger I wanted I said Oh it comes with it and he said yes I later saw a $20 charge on my receipt for the charger that he said came with it
