The guys at WiCom are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable about various electronics, but in my experience phones specifically. Saved me a LOT of money by going to them when my phone bit the dust & I needed to buy a new one. Instead of spending $800 at my cell phone provider I was able to trade in my old busted up phone for a newer model for only $150! If u like saving money & are in a rush for a new device I HIGHLY recommend visiting WiCom before anywhere else!!

Literally the only place I go for phone repairs. Been coming here since ~2015. Staff is nice, but most importantly, straight forward about their repairs/prices. Ive found its always been cheapest to come here vs. Best Buys Geek Squad or trying to go through the manufacturer and having to wait 3-5 business days for your phone to return.

This place is amazing! Went to verizon was told they couldnt help me with a charger port not working. They wouldnt do a claim on the insurance or warranty. These guys were great! They were able to look at my phone and fix it. They are super friendly in there as well! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing repairs or just having their phones looks at

I went to see about getting a new phone so that i would not have to sign up for a new contract or plan. The staff was very professional, responsible, & understanding of my needs. Several solutions were recommended. I had to decide and took a few weeks and decided upon Android & Samsung from prior positive experience. Rob and the guys were great. Best place to get an unlocked smartphone. Exceptional customer service and great selection of devices. They offer repair services and can even order phones, though the retail price can vary. They have done great repair work for me, on an iPhone & an LG G Flex

I have been a customer for 4 years and their service just keeps getting better. I recently switched my whole family to verizon at this store. Verizon failed to port last number and Verizon gave up on fixing the problem. Rob spent 12 hours fighting them on my behalf and WON! If you need someone local to work with you to have phones and service WiCom Mobile is the best there is.

This is my first review. I presented them with my dead mobile phone and they had it diagnosed and fixed within half-a-hour. Prices are very reasonable. Im impressed.

I personally wouldnt buy anything from them. Bought 2 phones for $225 and only got paid $160 for both of them. Both were AT&T and wouldnt work. Ive had AT&T for almost 20 years with no problems. Whoever fixed these phones had no clue what they were doing. I have another AT&T phone with absolutely no problems. But I didnt buy from Wicom. Sorry youre not worth me rating you.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Never go here. I got my shattered screen replaced and I dont know what their process is but obviously its not good as, just a few months after I got my screen replaced, the screen is actually lifting and separating from the phone and the phone is glitching so bad I cant use it. As a university student who lives two hours away from my family, this is one of the worst things that could happen as I will not be able to reach my family should anything happen to me. I was hoping as I am two hours away and unable to reach one of their branches they could refund me as I paid $140+ to get this screen replaced but not only were they very rude to me, they said there was nothing they could do as there is a 30 day warranty (that I was not informed of) and months have passed since then. I do not have the money to go get my screen replaced AGAIN and my contract does not end until next summer so I am stranded without a phone or a means to reach my family. Thanks.
