We have been taking our kittys there for many years. Sherri has done a great job with grooming them. Unfortunately our kittys have all died so we will not be going to see her to groom them. Should we find a new kitty we will be sure to come by All 4 Paws for their grooming needs.
Exceptional service the JC Flagship store. Greeted at the door and placed into the queue to be helped by the next available agent. Waited approx 15 min to be helped. Our agent listened and took effective action to address our issue of disconnecting an old phone after purchasing an upgraded phone.. and, he advised us that a better plan was available to us for a lower monthly charge. He made all the changes quickly and efficiently and explained everything clearly.
I had an amazing experience!! Anthony (James) andtheir general manager went out of their way to helpme after a horrible experience at the licensed Verizonstore on State of Franklin Road. This store was able to correct the mistake from the other store and added a promotional discount to my trade in. I went from a $48 trade in at the State of Franklin location to a $460 promotion. I also was able to get more on my Apple Watch trade in as well! Please go to an ACTUAL Verizon store for all trade ins, etc - their customer service SUCCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!! Thank you Verizon !!
This Verizon store is top notch compared to many I’ve used over the years. Excellent in stock equipment/items and friendly staff. The sales rep Ryan is a plus to customer service at this location. I never use Verizon associate stores, always a Verizon owned store such as this one. I would highly recommend this Verizon location. Excellent.!!!

This used to be my go-to to store. Even with a hard won appointment I wasnt acknowledged upon arrival and a man who arrived later was quickly acknowledged. 2 week old S21 plus frequently not waking when double tapping and have to use the button. It wasnt as bad in the store but also wasnt good. They were condescending, suggesting there was no problem and I lost my cool. I drove 15 minutes away, tried it and it didnt wake up after 5 double taps. Seems to be happening when it isnt warmed up from use. I would avoid Verizon if I had options.

Service lady was very friendly to my fiance, by the way it was my account and phone service she was supposed to be working on, not so much to me. Once I explained that I was her customer she started to actually talk to me instead of my man.Her button up shirt was about to bust open. She was having trouble and asking a fellow employee for help alot.
When in today after being let down by another Verizon branch. They more than redeemed the Verizon name and didnt stop till I was taken care of. Good people, they will take great care of you!

UPDATE: I had to call customer service AGAIN to receive my refund and spoke with an escalation team member who also spoke with a regional supervisor to discuss why it is November and the store still did not do their job to issue a refund. Now, I feel as if the store is lashing out against me because they have potentially been reprimanded and I’ve just awaken to a random $600+ charge on my account from this store for a second iPhone that I’ve never had. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEMGo to any other store in Johnson City. I wish I wouldve never done business with the 149 Fitness Way location. Employees, specifically Anthony, clearly just dont seem to care about helping, or maybe hes just incompetent. On August 13, I set up a phone and phone plan online, and when I came in they didnt have it ready so a woman (who was the only one Ive spoken to who was nice and helpful) just set me up one in store after I had to sit and wait for two hours. I was assured I wouldnt be double charged, but I was.I came in the following Monday and Anthony gave me his information after saying if its not refunded by the end of the week hed be of assistance. Customer Service says the store has to do a manual refund. Its been a month and nothing has been done. After 3 messages and 4 unanswered calls, its been clear that Anthony was not going to be of any assistance. The store still has not done anything to give me my refund back even after me coming in for two weeks in a row speaking to other reps who just kept telling me to wait. Ive started a new job and moved 3 hours away, and they dont answer phones, and according to Customer Service thats the only way to get a hold of the store manager without me having to drive 3 hours. The whole experience just really shows how little this store cares for good customer service.
Great network coverage. Customer service was great, but now youre better off going to StraighTalk or Tmobile. No one wants to do their job, they will transfer you to every department and tell you they cant fix the problem, another department has to handle that. Spent hours trying to correct a billing issue with the BILLING Department, that apparently cant help with BILLING ISSUES!
This Verizon store is the best in the entire region SHOUT OUT TO TANANE AND RYAN!!! At 149 fitness way in Johnson City the corporate store. With that said...........Ive made this statement about Verizon stores before but I will put more emphasis on it again DO NOT GO TO AUTHORIZED RETAILERS DEAL WITH CORPORATE VERIZON STORES ONLY!!! Especially the 2126 North Roan Street location their little cheap suit and tie scuffed-up Stacy Adams JC Penney suit-wearing salesman are only there to make a buck or two they must all live in income based housing together as roommates because the first day I was there I noticed ones scuffed up shoes the second day I had to come back for a problem which they couldnt handle obviously the other guy was wearing those shoes theyre cheap and theyre not decent people theres a difference in helping people and wanting to help people they dont want to help you they just want to make money and go home the first thing you should look at when you go into a cell phone store is if they have carpet or hard laminate flooring a sales rep dropped my phone and tried to blame it on me on their hard laminate flooring that alone tells you they didnt have much money when they were remodeling the former Sprint store that it was just dont go there Ive had almost 5,000 views of my reviews this one I hope everyone reads!!!

Extremely disappointed in this stores customer service. Associate did not wear a name tag or introduce himself, so I dont even know who I spoke to. The associate tried to get me to pay 50 dollars for a screen protector when my phone wasnt even broke, and I had Verizon insurance for my phone. I cant wait for my phone to break so I can pay a tiny copay and force the rest of the bill on Verizon all because of this extremely rude employee. In the past, I had a Verizon employee give me a screen protector for free just a few weeks ago, and he told me that if it was to ever happen again, I could simply come back and obtain a new one. When I came back to the store for the second time, I was met with one of the meanest individuals I had ever met. He was dismissive, not friendly, rude, arrogant, impatient, and very difficult to work with. I am so disappointed with my experience, and Verizon did not try to make up for the adverse event.

Knowledgeable, courteous staff! Thought he resolved my problem with my contract on new phone but it wasnt fixed. Finally got everything resolved online after being on phone for over an hour. At least they communicate with each other so everything was documented.
Lonnie at the corporate office in Johnson City was fantastic. After several attempts to take care or our phone bill he was able to get it fixed and to give us a rate we are happy with. He even gave us his number to call him if any other problems occur.
Best Verizon store around because its not just a store, its corporate. They actually want to help you. Ive not had good success finding helpful people elsewhere, but this store has always been helpful! Would recommend
Went to upgrade my phone, and the store kept having “issues” with the app. They repeatedly tried to charge more than it was supposed to be, and the manager said he couldn’t help. Absolutely useless, why even have a store front.

This is a strange one.....Stopped by this store on a whim with my family to look at iphones. All seemed fine with this Solution Specialist until my husband politely asked her on my behalf if there was a restroom I could use. Oh my goodness, how dare we have such a request during a business deal!? I was allowed to use the restroom, but not without receiving a rude attitude about it. Really? Would it hurt just to be a bit nicer to your customers, pretty please? Yes, we made a purchase, thank you. BTW, nice remodel.

Pretty downright horrible experience, honestly, with issues Ive never experienced before in setting up service with a provider. While the customer service was not lacking in congeniality, literally everything else was lacking to an insane extent.We went in to start new service, which seemed fast and easy, until we left the store, after which essentially everything that could possibly go wrong in trying to get our phones going, did. We were given phone numbers that didnt work and werent even eligible to be used because they were still assigned to other people, our account was never actually set up or finalized, we were informed the entire last two steps had been skipped and not even submitted or completed, and due to these things, we were essentially left with paper weights in the form of phones.In addition to that, terms, surcharges, etc. were never even explained to us, the plan we were supposed to get was not outlined or explained in detail, and we were not aware of extra charges that would have been on it, had it actually worked.We went to the Elizabethton Verizon retailer store, and they were awesome and understanding, and completely fixed all the issues and got us into a much better, more affordable plan that totally blew the originally offered one out of the water (even though we were never even enrolled in it in the first place) and they got our service going rather quickly, for how much they had to correct and fix over the phone with Verizon reps.Having worked customer service for places like AT&T before, I honestly cannot even fathom how something like this could be so massively screwed up to the extent it was. Im completely baffled by what we had to deal with and the absolute ineptness displayed in a customer service rep not even being able to set up new service properly, much less to have made so many massive errors in the process. We wont be going to this store again, well be keeping our business in Elizabethton, despite it being a retailer and not a corporate store, but this really tells a lot about the corporate levels that are upheld in this company.

They are always helpful to us. Picked up the wife a new mobile and we got the screen protector here. They installed it for us and it survived her for about 24 hours, the replacement arrived via mail they installed it no questions.
Very helpful people, who are patient and quite happy to help with whatever they can. My experience there was great! I didnt have a wait time, and they processed my transaction very quickly. The longest part was waiting for my phone to transfer its data to the new one.

I’ve never dealt with a company that makes it so difficult to purchase something from them. Zero help at the store level and the hold times are so long that after 2 hours the call disconnects! Text support was the only “person” to assist me at all. I got multiple contradictions as to if my order had been canceled or not.

This is my preferred Verizon store to go to for a few reasons:1. The best selection of devices to look at in person2. They meet you at the door, take your name, and make sure youre in queue to be served3. The employees Ive dealt with here have always been very positive and helpful
Typical Verizon retail store, helpful sales associates very knowledgeable about all the different phones and phone plans. Nice after sale follow up and eager to answer questions about new phones. Didnt push to sell most expensive phone or plan but worked hard to fit phone and plan to our budget and lifestyle.
Anthony went above and beyond helping a visually impaired veteran change phones.Shes been a long standing customer and Anthony and a few others are the main reason.

The staff helped in every possible way, and even made a mistake of telling me wrong info on a device, replaced it, told me they could wave the restock fee, and then realized they couldnt, so unknowingly, the rep paid it from his own pocket to keep his word. These stores used to be crisp and nice, with an air of sophistication and class. Now its like walking into a social services office, with forlorn masses waiting by number in hopes of service that will lead them to resume the normalcy of their lives. My last visit was for an accessory. After being approached by someone no doubt paid by commission who was already on the phone with someone else but wanted to stake a claim to what I spent, I informed him that there was no price on the product but Id like to see it. After several minutes, in the back he came back out to take it off the peg board; this was after I approached two other employees who were standing by the door for help, but who couldnt due to the fact that the guy in the back, still on the phone with another customer was already helping me. So after my wait, I reminded him that I still had no price, and was looking in the $120 range. He, whilst still on the phone, told me as he ran back to the back, that it was around $200. I said this was too much of course, to which he replied he may be able to do better, and like he was presenting a tremendous deal, told me he could let that go for $130. This of course leads me to believe the arbitrary first price quoted was a ruse to make me feel oh so lucky to have negotiated myself to a cool $130 price tag. I left the store, happy to have left a store that had all the charm of a 1970s dentist office, and he was still on the phone. This trip was reminiscent of my last trip there several months ago when inquiring about internet possibilities, hot spots etc, where I got the distinct feeling I was being up-sold to some elite set up in order to bolster the sales womans numbers and/or commission. It was hard to tell, as this young ladys explanation of my product needs was delivered with sketchy disinterest. Incidentally, the product I needed, I found on line new for $80. And the cold glow of my laptop was a warmer customer service experience then this store has offered since Ive lived here. Verizon has great product, and I am a loyal customer, but Ill be avoiding the stores as much as possible.
Hardly a wait when we go! Great selection of phones and home connectivity items! I got the HUM system for my car and couldnt be happier! A wonderful staff makes this part of our family! Number one for a reason!

It is as good as a cellphone seller can be. They dont push you nearly as hard as the authorized retailers, however they are still salesmen. The wait time to be greeted and taken care of raises greatly if you go later in the day. If you would like immediate service, I would recommend arriving within and hour of the stores opening.

I walked in the door and had four people immediately willing to help, that is a really good feeling. I was afraid I was going to wait forever because the store is always busy, but they handle customer so well that there was no wait at all.Chris was extremely helpful!
Buyer be aware, the store representatives will try to get you loaded with so many products, allegedly as good deal or for free. But be aware of the fine prints, that they did not disclose, in addition, they get you locked in a 2-year contract, and you will get hit with an astronomical bill with your monthly statement, and when you go to complain that the representative was not clear, and did not disclose the details of the offer, they will say sorry, they cannot take the product back because they have only 14 days return policy, and of course you get your bill 1 month after you sign the contract, and you get stuck with it. The bottom line, do not take their word for granted, they will deceive you, and you better know what you want and how much before you get into the store, and do not let them pressure you to get anything extra, and if you can pay everything in the store, and do not added on your monthly statement, because you will be surprise when you get it in the mail, and you will not be able to do anything to it.

I was initially very disgruntled about some telephone issues. Anthony and Jason tag-teamed and worked together to create a happy customer. They were both very patient and worked tirelessly to solve my problems. They are wonderful!
No one would check me in, as I waited a couple more clients entered and were serviced before me. Employees would look at you but didnt want to make eye contact and acted afraid to approach you. Weird and not professional even if they arent really professionals they should act like it.
I absolutely love my new watch! Mr.Omarm was my Verizon specialist and he was amazing! He knew exactly what i needed when i told him what i was looking for in a watch! I left with a new Samsung watch and very pleased with his customer service!
While the associates are friendly, they are not knowledgeable of procedures, policies of Verizon. Therefore, they are unaware of their own capabilities in helping customers who encounter issues (at the fault of Verizon or their own store inventory team?). However, they WILL continue to push products while you wait for assistance for your issues. Hopefully they can get some corporate support and/or training to help with this problem. Or, perhaps this is how Verizon is run from the top to the bottom...

Stopped in for a phone cover. The fella that helped me was nice but kept scrolling thru his Facebook posts and pictures. Gave me the wrong one and thankfully said to check it before we left. Swapped it out all the while still glued to his Facebook. Really??? What has happened to customer service???? I will order online from now on. Btw it was $10 cheaper online and I was ready to leave to order it from home instead but hubby wanted me to get it anyway. Never listen to your hubby. Lol. Shame on you sir. Show some respect.

Such an overpriced cluster! Only reason I stick with Verizon is best service in East, Tn and other areas that I frequently travel. Service and support seems scattered and long and drawn out. A simple transaction, to obtain an iPhone 7 case, took 10-15 minutes, once someone finally got to us.

After multiple calls and visits to Verizon and their store, I made another attempt to solve my problem. I was told by the associate that she couldnt help me and I had to call the same number I had called multiple times. I said no, I wasnt doing that. I had already spent hours with their phone tree and wasnt doing it again. She finally got on the phone and found someone to help me but all this wasnt easy. No customer service after purchase.

I want the personal face to face service back, instead of going in waiting and being handed a card to have to call to call ro get things changed!!! This is the 2nd time this store has lied to me. First with each tablets (3 total) when we signed up last year where I told the CS rep, if there was any monthly charges, we did NOT want them. This last time I took my S5 in as it was locking up on me. All I wanted was a diagnostic ran on it). Cecil told me there was nothing they could do, and I would need a new phone (I told him the S5 was still under contract, and I did NOT want a new phone). He NEVER took the S5 in the back to run a diagnostic on it. Cecil told me he would go back, and see what could be done. Came out with a new phone telling me the phones now only have a 1 year contract. I still told him I did NOT want a new phone. He said that was my only option, and he was making me a great deal in the trade in. Well, I took the new S7, and the next billing still had the S5 charges on it. Went in pissed, the manager told me hed have to talk to Cecil about it, and would that day when he came into work. I went in yesterday 10/08/16, and of course the manager forgot to talk to him. They went in the back to talk, and the manager came out saying Cecil did NOT remember anything on the transaction. They do NOTHING but lie, do NOT go in that store for business. I called Verizon directly, and they are working on it. Also told them I want the head manager to go in, and get their C.S. straightened out, and get Cecil off the floor selling. I use to sell insurance, and if I had ever done what this store does, I wouldnt have had a job.
