I had a great experience working with Sara O. She went above and beyond to help me and my family as we upgraded our iPhones. She was extremely thorough, helpful and I can say without a doubt it was the easiest visit I’ve ever had switching phones. She helped 4 of us switch our phones out in 45 minutes or less. I was shocked! She also took time to explain features of the new phones and make sure we had no questions. She made the visit painless and in fact, fun. I would definitely work with Sara again in the future. ❤️

This Verizon store and especially the retailer, Sarah is 100% phenomenal! I couldnt ask for a better experience every time I am here and needing help with my phone, my familys phones, or our bill. Sarah is always there to greet you with a smile and will always assist with any need. Lots of times I dont even understand our plan or bill and Sarah answers every question I have, even on her day off. I give Sarah and this stores staff a 10/10!!!!!!

Sarah greeted me when I entered, and she helped me buy and switch my phone back from Android to Apple with not a hitch. It was the best and fastest experience I have had getting a new phone, including at the Apple store. Even though the store became busy while I was there. She made sure our transaction was complete and I was satisfied before moving on to her appointment, greeting customers as they came in. I was so impressed. Great store, great customer service!

I have been with Verizon for 15 years, but this was the first time I had ever dealt with Sarah. She was incredibly fast and professional. I will certainly be working with her in the future.

I still wish I wouldn’t have had to go through it in the first place.Go to a different store. These people are not nice.I added up my receipts over the last few years. I have spent more than 5000$ at this store. This was my go to shop. They want to give me a hard time on a 50$ screen guard that was defective when I purchased it 6 days ago, and they installed it incorrectly? This store will never receive a dime from me again, and I will strongly encourage anyone else to visit a different cell location.They will be nice when they sell you a 1000$ phone, but try telling them something is wrong. These people are not nice people.

Let me start by saying if I could give this store a -5 thats exactly what they would get. Why? I am en route to the Asheville Airport, and I realize my charger is no longer working so I think, ok, I can spare a 10 minute stop. Unfortunately when I get there, all of the reps were assisting customers until an employee walked in the door and she was getting her computer up and ready to assist. The only thing I needed to purchase was a charger, a 1 minute transaction. When I approached this young lady she said sure, let me get logged in, until, this red headed employee states, actually the other lady has been waiting, she was here first. Im thinking ok, but the lady is waiting for a new phone which will take Forever, so there is no harm to run a 1 minute transaction in the meantime. Nope! I preceded to ask the employee getting her computer geared up if there was anyone else that can assist with a small transaction and that I was running late for the airport, etc. She said no.. This was the most LUDICROUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, decision-making I have ever witnessed. This also ruined my entire trip from Johnson City to Florida as I had no GPS to navigate, and a phone that died before I reachedmy destination. Do not give this store your business!!!! The worst of any Verizon store in the country to do this to someone. I will never stop telling my story to lead people away from this store.

My store experience here was wonderful!!! I worked Hamidah after a broken phone incident led to needing a new phone right away. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I got the best deal possible. It was a huge relief to be helped so efficiently and expertly. Thank you so so much!!! Ive made this statement about Verizon stores before but I will put more emphasis on it again DO NOT GO TO AUTHORIZED RETAILERS DEAL WITH CORPORATE VERIZON STORES ONLY!!! Ill try my best to leave the most positive review possible understanding that we are all out here working but in this case I cant find a way to do that, especially the 2122 North Roan Street location their little cheap suit and tie scuffed-up Stacy Adams JC Penney suit-wearing salesman are only there to make a buck or two they must all live in income based housing together as roommates because the first day I was there I noticed ones scuffed up shoes the second day I had to come back for a problem which they couldnt handle obviously the other guy was wearing those shoes theyre cheap and theyre not decent people theres a difference in helping people and wanting to help people they dont want to help you they just want to make money and go home the first thing you should look at when you go into a cell phone store is if they have carpet or hard laminate flooring a sales rep dropped my phone and tried to blame it on me on their hard laminate flooring that alone tells you they didnt have much money when they were remodeling the former Sprint store that it was just dont go there Ive had over 5,000 views of my reviews this one I hope everyone reads!!!

Your typical cell phone store, with outrageously priced addons.Save a lot of money monthly and buy pre-paid instead.If you are stuck with using Verizon, avoid their accessories. $50 screen protectors with bogus warranties, $30 cases and $13 pop popsockets.Their sales reps are pleasant while their selling, otherwise rude.Post-sales, were regularly bothered to subscribe to additional services that we have routinely requested not to be bothered about. Youre not able to access your bill online without viewing an advertisement first. You cannot block the advertising notifications that pour out of the My Verizon app which is locked and loaded on all Verizon phones.Seriously, buy pre-paid.

I went in the store with an issue with my phone syncing correcly. Sara worked very hard to solve the problem. In the end, the problem wasnt solved, but ahe did find an alternative solution. Ask for her when you go in.

Im a truck driver and find it hard to find good help while on the road. I stopped at the Johnson City store 1 day after purchasing my new iPhone. The original person who sold me the phone told me it would take better part of the day to set up my new phone,so I left after he told me I can do it myself over the phone that night. I was expecting the same at the next store but I was pleasantly surprised. Aaron Cayse greeted me immediately and assured me he can help. Not only did he take the time to set up my phone he also showed me how to use certain functions of the phone. Before I left he made sure I was ready to enjoy my new phone. Had to order a replacement for my phone twice. They say they hold your phone for 7 days, but yet I come in and they say That phone was sold this morning How are you going to sell a phone that should be held for THE CUSTOMER WHO ORDERED IT! And thanks for wasting my time, been sitting here for 30 minutes, havent had any help just being pulled around, trying to sell me another phone thats more expensive and obviously not the phone I want. The customer service is horrible, the people have no clue what they are doing, and they have no sense of customer satisfaction. Now I have to order the phone for a 3rd time so that I can waste my time once again and probably not even get that one because itll be sold this morning on the day I come in.

I love Verizon and its employees. As an older adult sometimes I have problems with this technology. Im in the store often, Mason and the other employees are always very kind and knowledgable.
