This shop is so far ahead of the curve. 1st with their technicians and their general knowledge, 2nd with their customer service and how easy it is to speak with them for those of us who arent exactly tech savvy, theres no language barrier, and 3rd with their pricing, no smartphone repair shops within a 3-4 hr radius could even get close. My transaction was a bit different,(it was only based on labor) I bought my replacement/repair part separately and only had CPR do the installation, but of the 7 other repair shops/services I researched, verbally spoke with, and got an estimate from CPRs price was nearly 200% cheaper (YES 200%) that in my opinion makes this business your 1st call when delving into the increasingly deepening industry of smartphone repair services...

My son had gotten a new cell phone, and accidently put the old sd card in the new phone incorrectly. It ended up getting stuck in the new phone. We tried and also went to the cell phone dealer store, and we had no luck getting it out. We were informed to try CPR Cell Phone Repair, in which we did. Not only were they able to get the sd card out very quickly, the price was affordable, and the staff was very professional. Great customer service. The lady there is very polite and knowledgeable. They fixed my, or rather my kids, Xbox One S. They replaced the HDMI port on it. A bit pricey at $119.36 for just a soldering job, but its better than having to buy a whole new system. Glad they offer a service like this. Highly recommend!

Wow! Rachael S. completely saved the day and made my Apple Watch look nearly brand new with an Invisible Shield! She was super friendly and very fast too! I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Apple wanted $349.99 to fix the screen but Rachael at CPR did it for $39.99! I am so happy!

I could no longer keep either the USB power cord or the headphone plugged into my cell phone. They first tried cleaning the ports, but that didnt fix it. They replaced the unit that contains both ports, and now I can once again charge my phone by plugging it in, and listen to podcasts and music on my wired ear buds. The work was done in the time frame they said it would, and the people there were helpful. I also bought a replacement glass cover from them, which is cut by a machine from an electronic template. The film cost less than the one I bought when the phone was new, and they put it on for me at no additional charge.

I recently dropped my phone and completely shattered the entire front screen. Through a friends recommendation, I brought my phone to CPR. A VERY kind and professional lady named Rachael told me to come back in a couple of hours to pick up my phone. CPR closes at 6 and I was stuck at a baby sitting job and the parents had not yet shown back up, not to mention it was Friday so if I couldnt get my phone by 6 I would have to wait until Monday. I called Rachael and explained my situation and she stayed there for 10 minutes after closing just so I could get my phone. The manager at CPR knew exactly what they were doing when they put my tempered glass protector on my cell phone. When I had it initially installed by the cell phone provider -only a week ago -they did it incorrectly and it cracked. The CPR manager could look at the installation immediately and knew it was done wrong and she did a fantastic job doing it right and doing it quickly and I was in and out within only a couple minutes. Would highly recommend!

The laptop repairs I needed done were done quickly, and the customer service was really great. I had quality conversations with every employee I talked to, and Rachel even told me how to get a coupon for getting my cat neutered! Also, they could have EASILY overpriced me, as I had been told over the phone that the repair could be $120-400 and I said this when I came in, but I was charged only $120. Truly a lovely experience.

I came in to have my console looked at, within 5 minutes they brought it back to me after testing and told me I needed new power supply. They didnt charge anything for this. I will be going back there anytime i need repairs. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.

My iPhone developed the black screen of death out the blue today. I immediately thought I needed to upgrade to a new phone, but the cell phone agent advised I bring it here first to make sure it couldn’t be repaired since I wasn’t due for an upgrade. I brought it here and was advised that it needed a screen replacement and it could be done within the same day. I had fantastic customer service and my phone works as good as new. Definitely try this place out first if your phone dies, before buying a new one.

So impressed with the service and value! Very professional. Loved the ability to make an appt. for my shattered screen on my iPad. thankfully they had my screen in stock. In at 10 am and suggested I return in about 5 hours. Our errands were done so we checked back in 4 and it was ready. Very fair price. Everything seems perfect. My only suggestion would be to add the extra automation step to notify the customer by email or text when the repair is complete. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend. I have a OnePlus 5T (great phone, but not a common device in our area) that had a cracked screen. Although they didnt have the replacement parts, Rachel at the store (whos awesome) advised me that if I could find the part online (which I did) they could install it for $50. I did as suggested, brought the part in on a Saturday afternoon, and within a couple hours got my previously cracked and ugly OnePlus 5T looking brand new. They even put the screen protector (bought from AMZ) on for me with no bubbles or issues. Ive tried other places in town and never thought I could get this done locally. Overall CPR is high- quality, reliable and good source for your cellphone repair needs.

BEST PLCE!!!!! HERES PROOF!!!!Ok so my kid has an iphone xs max and the screen went out a couple weeks ago. I took it to the mall to the apple store and tgey was gonna charge 350 bucks and take an hour to replace the screen. I decided to save mone and get fixed at a kiosk for 250 instead with a third party screen. It worked great so i was satisfied. Fast foward two weeks and now the screen went blank. Seemed to me like maybe a connection issue but i dont know about phones. I went back to the kiosk and the place vanished out of business. I was furious. I now went back in apple and was told it was definitely the screen and i must pay for a new screen, which they cant fo because the back side had a crack. All they could do for me was sale me a new phone. Ugh. He recommended a place called phones in2cash near etsu so i went. The guy took my phone in the back for a few min came back and said i took it all apart and its def a bad screen and it will cost 250 ish plus must wait a week for the part or i can pay 30 to get next day. I said ill think on it. He charged me 40 bucks for his texh time which was worthless i just threw more money away. The next day after that i decided to go to CPR near tge fresh market and the hospital, only because on the ohone the lady told me she had a cheap screen in stock if i was in a hurry or could order a better one. I decided to get a cheap screen now again because ive already spent so much. When i arrived i was already planning on buying the new screen. I told the guy at the desk my story and how i just paid the other guy etc and i asked if we could skip paying the 40 for their diagnostic and just get straight to the expensive screen replacement. Then the girl who works there said let me take a look at the phone. She took in back for like a minute tops then said your phone is fixed ill only charge you 15 dollars for the repair!!!! OMG!!! Im like no way!!! She said was only a little disconnected. I mean how great is this girl to fix so easy when the last place couldn’t find it and charged 40 for nothing. The last place was either trying to cheat me or simply not as good at phone repair. Bottom line is i went to most places in town for the exact same issue and every single place couldnt fix or charged too much. Then i found this place which will from now on be the only place i go !!! And if u want to save time and money and get better quality work just go to CPR!!!!! The girl there is a true pro! She is professional and sweet and cares about people and doing good work!!!! Great service today. First time being there and they tested my phone because it wouldnt hold a charge. Turns out the charging cable I was using was bad and draining my battery instead of charging it. Bought a new cable which was expensive and worth as much as the phone itself but I hope its worth it.

Ordered my screen off Amazon took it up there they did it fast went over all of the policies doing a third-party fix were very nice with me over all and was cheaper than what I originally estimatedif I have to have a phone worked on in the future they will be the only place that I go

Excellent service, great price. I supplied the battery, low price for them to install. I believe they actually straightened the bent body, its an older phone with an all-metal body. It was bent from 2 drops on concrete and the screen was distorted, now its perfectly straight, the whole phones like new! Fantastic!

Friendly, efficient, I had a problem with my cell phone not charging properly. The young lady took it back and cleaned the port and it works great now. I watched her working with another customer who had not ever updated her phone. They were so nice to her, explaining what they were doing to help make the phone work better for her. If I ever have any other issues with my cell phone, this is the place I am going to get it repaired.

They couldnt fix my phone, but I wasnt charged for the assessment. The manger was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
