Bad Quality tint! Got tint done 2 months ago came back because I had bubbles didn’t want to fix the tint told me he didn’t remember my car because he has done over 300 cars the same model as my car which is a complete lie color and model of my car is not a Common car. Charged me more than other tint places I received quotes from. I recommend not going here

The day after we received our M235 we took the car for window tinting at Boubas. It was the best experience. Henry guided in the tints that would best work for our needs. So we chose the 35% tint for the two front side windows and 20% for the back and two back side windows. It was a great experience. A definite 5 Star!

Maybe for tints they are good. But do not go for any other stuff like installing electronics. They are pathetic.

I had a great experience at Bouba Auto Care. The tint on my windows came out fantastic. I chose to do 20% on rear windows and 35% on the fronts with the expert recommendation of Henry, the owner. The job was professionally done with much care. The price was also very reasonable. I would greatly recommend. My car looks hot!

Lets start. A) after several phone consultations I brought the car to them. Was advised it would take 4 days and they had my car for 14 days. B) when I got the car the vinyl color was incorrect. C) they wrapped over my sensors, tow hooks, license plate light, door handle lights, light washers, and more. D) trim pieces were damaged and parts of them were spray painted over poorly with paint runs on some parts. E) one of the lights on the door handle lights was damaged. F) upon taking the car I had to bring car back 3 times. G) there were parts of the car where the vinyl was coming up after 1 day. H) I was told to bring the car back the next week. By the time I got to the shop the attendant stated he never came in to come back tomorrow. (Keep in mind I live 3 hours away, so I was staying with a friend while car was being worked on). They only tied to smooth out some imperfections, but the vinyl comes up every i open my sunroof. I) I was told they were going to order the correct color but then it would take 3 weeks to come, so Id have to bring the car back again and leave it again. At this point this has been over a month of going back and forth and vinyl now being applied to the car and charging over $2000 to have nothing done. By this time I lost confidence in the ability to successfully fix the concerns and properly wrap my car. They refused a refund and my services were not rendered. I was told if I want file against it with my credit card company I can try its my choice. I would definitely proceed with caution if you are considering going here. I didnt have good luck but maybe the next person will. I am just not willing to keep bringing my car back, due to my lack of confidence in their abilities to properly complete the service without more damage to the car.

We came to them. They said the tint was brand new however i saw it wasnt. I called a few weeks after and they said come we will change under warrenty. When we arrived at the place we showed him the scratches and he did want to fix it because he said they will go away. He said it takes a lot of time however thats for water not scratches. After 20 minutes of arguing he said he is not changing it and not fixing. So before coming here think twice.

I got my tints done here 1 month ago. The driver side window started coming off even after I didn’t open the window for 1 week. Not my fault at all since I let them dry for more time then I had to.They say they have a “lifetime warranty” but when I asked to get my repair done the manager is not responsive. He states that the window tint guy isn’t here or went on vacation every week I call.I then called from my brothers phone asking to come tint a new car and he said yes come in. And right after I called using my number stating I need to come for my repair and he says the tint guy isnt available lol.Very unprofessional of them to give two different responses to the same customer. The manager does not know how to treat customers.I drive a 5 series and am very unhappy with my experiencDO NOT GO HERE. Not worth the $180. Get your tints somewhere else.

I came to this local excited about all the positive reviews I read. Unfortunately I did not experience the same positive experience.I brought in my bmw 740 I just purchased and went to get tints. I ended up waiting for a while and in the end it wasnt worth it at all. My tints all have bubbles along the edges. They drenched wet my driver side mirror electric mobility and stained my driver seat with some kind of grease that I still cant get the stain out. When I mentioned that I couldnt move my mirrors due to the circumstances. The owner gets in my car and lowers all the windows on my car 5 minutes after the installer put tape on the windows not to lower them. Then he fiddles with my dash buttons and says he gives up and doesnt know what to do gets out of car and leaves. This is not the service you want to deal with. So now Im stuck dealing with electrical problems stains and bad tints. On top of that another dealer told me that although they promote 3m tint its not its cheap quality which is overall what I paid for dealing with this. Somehow my previous post was taken down and they sent me an email telling me to come back but come back to what so more damage can be done and they act oblivious to what they do. Im beyond disgusted

Henry is very intelligent, hardworking, and fair. I appreciate his diligence and care for my car. I went to get my fuse box replaced in my 2012 Dodge Charger and my car is running like how it’s suppose to. I am very pleased with what I’ve been dealt. I will be returning for future business. Avoid this place. I was ripped off and received bad work. I called for a quote and was given a price with all details of the car, after the job was finished the installer tacked on on additional $35 with the excuse of the 2 rear quarter panel windows.I was already given a price based on car so where is this extra charge coming from.Dirt under tints.Not all the way to the edge of the window.Tint lifting up in some parts.Very unprofessional work. I completely regret going here.

Had a great experience with window tinting last year so returned this year for another vehicle tinting. Theyre friendly and professional and have done very good work with lifetime warranty on tint included. They offer other services - audio and some mechanical service though I havent had this service of yet. Thank you Bouba!

I met with the whole crew and they are going to be working on my prize possessions. We will be doing a complete wrap on my hummer and they have fixed little problems on my custom CEO escalate. Took the car to the shop several times to repair the tint job they did on my windows. The work was done sloppy with dirt under the film, bubbles everywhere, and scratches. I am confident that they scratched my rear windshield, but will find out when I get new tints somewhere else. The employee assigned to do the job was annoyed I had returned to have the work re-done. Eventually he yelled at me in front of others at the shop, because he jumped straight to the conclusion that I wanted a refund. The only reason I showed up the third time was to ask them to take the tints off my car entirely to avoid any future headaches on my end. I do not have energy or time to come back every time until they got the job right. By the time of my third visit to the shop I had convinced myself to not ask for a refund, and just request to have their tints removed from my car, and go on with my life.My recommendations would be A.) don’t go here; B.) if you go against my advice and go here double check their work and don’t take their excuse of “the bubbles go away once the windows cure” because they will not go away. I know they didn’t on my car; C.) your bank will not process a refund dispute if you roll off Bouba’s Auto Care’s lot with bubbly tints and call them later to tell them you were basically scammed because you didn’t get what you paid for [I tried and my bank was like nahh]. D.) the only “work guaranteed promise“ part of their work is that it’s guaranteed they won’t get it right the first time.Lastly the new tint place I am trying [ in union city about 10 mins away from this location] will be charging me an additionally fee to remove Bouba’s Auto Care’s tint job. After it’s said and done Boubas got $200 and something out of me. I am upset with how the situation was handled, and believe that both their craftsmanship and customer service will not be an effective business model....I hope they put my charity donation (the refund I never requested) to good use, as it seems they need it more than me.

I’d like to rave about my experience with with Bouba. I had an issue with my starter and he was able to get me in and out at a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me. He’s gained a customer for life.

Simply put, this place is terrible. Not at all careful with cars.Response to owner; You caused $450-500 worth of damage to my car, in scratches and damaged window trim.

The terrible customer service is only matched by the horrible quality tints that Bouba provides. Had my entire car tinted (cost me nearly $400). Within a month or so of having the tints, my driver-side window developed numerous small bubbles and the passenger window had a large scratch and a tear in the tint. I made an appointment to bring in the car to get the tints repaired. When I got there, the owner (or so I presume was the owner) tried arguing with me, saying that I made the appointment for Tuesday, which I in fact did not. When I was showing him the tints, he once again tried arguing with me, saying that if something was wrong with the tints you would see it on the outside, which clearly was not the case. The best part was, he admitted to remembering me coming in and getting the tints done only about a month ago, and still proceeded to CHARGE ME TO REPAIR THE TINTS, because I did not have the receipt. I tried explaining to him that he never told me to keep the receipt, except when I tried to, he just rudely kept talking, or rather yelling, over me. Now, I’m out nearly $500 for cheap tints, and terrible customer service. I will NEVER recommend a single person here, nor will I bring any of my cars here every again. If you think you can treat customers like that, and have THEM pay for YOUR mistakes, you are sadly mistaken sir.

Went in for tints for 3 of my windows. The windshield and two front windows. There were a bunch of scratches and bubbles on all 3. I went back because he placed the tint on top of the inspection sticker. Obviously theres no way to take off the inspection sticker once the tint is on there. I didnt even ask him to redo all the windows that had scratches and bubbles. Just redo the windshield. He wanted to charge for his mistake. Never again going to him for tints. Horrible.

MAKE SURE YOU GET PROOF OF EVERY SINGLE ELECTRONIC FROM YOUR CAR.I DROPPED A S CLASS. with 59 k on it. Everything WAS functional on the car. I bought it from the first owner. When i went to pick up the car i noticed the side mirrors weren’t working anymore. I told him that and he said maybe the switch was broke and he can fix it. After 4 days i called him he said it wasn’t the switch even tho i told him somebody closed the mirrors with his hand and broke it. He said no and i said i will see you in the court and coming to pick up my car right now. When i went to pick up. I noticed that the passenger seat is not moving. He said he doesnt care about it.I DONT REMEMBER GIVING 1 star to a place. But i will make sure to make them pay for the damages that done to my car.RECORD EVERYTHING BEFORE DROPPING THE CAR.

First of all I have had three other cars tinted with Bouba in the past at there old location and never had a problem. Unfortunately my last experience was terrible! I brought in a recently purchased 2016 black charger 392 hemi. This car is garaged kept and I personally had washed and waxed it the day before bringing it for tinting. A price of 185 plus 30 for the front brow was given for the work. I asked him to please do his best work for this is a show car. Well 5 1/2 hours later when I picked it up, I noticed a razor type scratched across the top post side on the driver side rear window. He didn’t say anything and attempted to polish it out. He then said he cuts with the door open. When I went to pay cash he attempted to charge me 285. When questioned why he was trying to overcharge me his response was “You have lots of money”. He then excepted the original agreed amount which I gave him 220. I noticed lots of small bubbles in the lower rear window which he stated will go away. The next day after a better inspection is when I saw the poor work he really did. All four side windows tint was badly scratched there was even a clear gap on one which he tried to cover my lowering the window slightly. I brought the car back and he acknowledged that it happed from the squeegee used. He did redo all four windows and also the front brow which was cut to low about 10 in and which ended in my line of sight. No apologies, I wasted 4 hours of my time watching him the second time, left the car dirty with glue and soapy water stain all over the car and I feel he purposely scratched my car a second time over the 392 emblem. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Pay more and have it done right the first time and avoid the headache I got from dealing with this incompetent, sneaky, and unprofessional man. I am even considering taking him to court.Vic

Got my two cars done with Bouba. He knows what his customer wants and he provides them with the same at an affordable price.

Worst tinting place they charge pro tinting prices with cheap service, if you value your car to not have scratches all over the paint do not go here. Plastic on door panels was cut up because of the razor blades, and scrathced tints when finished. Dont believe the fake made up reviews to draw you in.

You get what you pay for garbage.........tints are scratched, done in a rush, and bubbles everywhere....i payed his exact amount i didnt haggle i didnt cause any disturbances but the tints still came out like if he hated me... Paying double now to repair this horrible job.

Cheap, but my rear defrost lines no longer work correctly. Looks like he cut them at some point when applying tints.

Not the most professional ive seen. I paid a pretty penny and let them take their time yet still found some flaws. They work in a mess and dont clean up after finishing a car so the garbage just piles on and ends up all over your car. Had a front strip done and my window and interior was left a mess and bits of film left all over exterior and interior. They also stratched my trunk (brand new 2016) probably when cutting the film. Overall im ok with the tints but very unhappy with how it was done
