Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything, nor did we feel rushed into anything. Not good or bad, service manager/personnel need to start thinking out the box to make it more enjoyable and with no hidden charges. Example, if I’m getting a service special thats supposed to be one price, hence service special, don’t tack on additional labor fees and taxes. You all got me with this! Thought I was making a good deal and paying $200.00 and something for multiple things that were suggested and end up paying over $300.00 for my maintenance which I didn’t have but the work was already done on the vehicle. That is so misleading that the service center know about to get more money. Don’t take advantage of the local community that committed to the only Nissan facility that’s here in the area or anytime period. I brought two vehicles from this facility and I felt so taking advantage of that I’m willing to drive to New Bern next time. You all need to do better please.

We needed an oil change but Mr. Keith Raynor recommended that we utilize the 60k miles service that Nissan offers since our Altima was over 60k miles. The service did not disappoint as other problems were discovered with our car like the need for 2 more tires. Were military and while we were stationed there we bought a Platinum Pathfinder and within a yr the tvs was glitches but we had a warranty on them so we took them in multiple time for them to fix them but every time they would say oh we didnt see it glitch so we cant touch them even with me having video proof and now our warranty on them is up and they no longer work at all and the Nissans where we are now wants hundreds of dollars just to look at them when the original dealership should have fixed it in the first place....

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Don Williamson. Huge shoutouts to Savannah and Randall for making this out of state purchase possible for me. I live in Texas and I found a 370Z that was exactly what I wanted down to the color. The process took longer due to everything having to be mailed back and forth but Savannah and Randall were extremely helpful and answered every question I had and kept me updated on the delivery of my vehicle and paperwork. My Z ended up being delivered on Thanksgiving day which made that day even better. All the way from Austin Texas, I’m gonna have to say I highly recommend this dealer!

I was pretty set on what I was there for. However every dealership I have been to and every company I have worked with has provided a military rebate, thats not dependant on who I finance with. This dealership provided that rebate and then took it away when I told them I was financing with my own bank. I feel that was completely wrong and an inappropriate practice as who I finance with shouldnt affect that rebate. Highly disappointed.

I was searching for a truck with low mileage and a reasonable price. I found one at an online dealership but things just didnt go smoothly and I felt something was just not right so I canceled that and looked online locally. I found just what I wanted at Don Williamson Nissan...(better price and lower mileage than the other dealer) a Toyota Tacoma, beautiful blue with lots of bells and whistles. I drove over an hour just to take a look. I got lucky because Jaquan came out and met me at the truck. He is very friendly but never pushy. Took it for a spin then took it home that night, that simple. There was a small issue that came up after I got home with my truck but Jaquan and the team stepped up and took care of it and I drove away happy with my purchase and with the service they provided. They treated me well and even spoiled me a little with some extras...thanks team for putting up with me!! This was one of the best experiences of the many I have had of buying a vehicle! GOOD JOB!!

I took my car to the dealership to have the oil and filter changed. They also did a five point inspection. During the inspection they discovered the battery was only operating at 37%. They had one in stock and it was covered under my warranty. I was told in advance that it would take over an hour . After an hour, it was ready and I was on my way. i am very pleased.

It was shady. When I brought it in for an oil change, state inspection, and recall, I was explained the info. About an hour into waiting, I was told the car “failed inspection” and needed $188 worth of brake pads. When I asked if it failed the STATE inspection, she assured me it failed the “inspection.” I agreed to the work and the wait. Upon pickup, I learned that the car failed a “courtesy” inspection (from the buried paperwork) and that it wasn’t actually an emergency. I didn’t need to wait another hour or pay that immediately. But I guess there was some sales thing for brakes so I hope she met her quota. They got me. Oh well. What did I expect?

Before you schedule to bring your vehicle in for an appraisal at this dealership ensure you ask if the store manager is in their office that day. Showed up for my 12pm appointment and was told that I should come back next Monday when the store manager is back from vacation so I can get top dollar for my Nissan Frontier. Gosh it would have been nice to know this information when they initially called asking me to bring the truck in for an appraisal.

I recently purchased a 2020 chevy Malibu and within 5 months the vehicle started giving me problems. I took it back to the dealer and they brushed me off saying it was caused by somthing irrevelanvt to the situation. I have an uncle who specializes in vehicles and he proved that the dealer to had a wrong solution to my problem. They did not desire to help me but only drain my bank account and waste my time. Derrick Davis was hands-down the best sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of making a deal with! After an experience over at national (a car dealership down the road) we were ready to give up. We drove into Don Williamson because it was on the way home, but we werent expecting much.Well, we were quickly rejuvenated in our search for a truck! The lovely receptionist greeted us and in seconds my teenager was eating a cookie (which is exactly what you need after car shopping!) We chatted with Derrick about what we were looking for and left our number (it was very close to closing time and already dark)We got a call the next day that he had something for us to look at and went right over. The truck was perfect and the entire transaction went so smoothly.We even had the chance to chat with one of the techs, Noah, who made us feel even better about the truck.Derrick was super personable the entire time. I thought that didnt matter to me until we looked at other dealerships. It was a breath of fresh air. We left feeling completely great about the whole experience and would go back to Derrick next time we are buying a vehicle.

I was going to upgrade vehicles and had a deal set and all but unfortunately it didn’t go through because of how unprofessional and rude the manager Brandon Dawson was when I expressed my disappointment in where I wasn’t contacted to let me know not to come the day I was told to. He then suggested to break the deal in an unprofessional manner which made me call of the transaction. I Would suggest to evaluate the manager in customer service. However I was very pleased with my sales representative Jayquan who was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process.

Let me tell you about my man Austin, my wife and I went to go look at some rogues maybe a month back and Austin comes up to us and asks us if we need help and we told him we were possibly interested in upgrading from our 2017 to 2020 rogue and instead of just selling us the 2020 he said to just hold up the new 2021 rogues are a complete revamp and upgrade to the older ones. Fast forward he let us know the second one came in so we can check it out. Austin went above and beyond making sure we got the best deal for the new car and the trade in. Definitely need more people like him .

Few weeks ago I picked up a 2012 nissan pro 4x. Week, week and half into it I had to air up my tire every other day. Took it to a shop for a patch job. Long story short the rim was damaged. I bought it as a used truck so I went back to the dealership talked to the sales manager Jason A. Dunham he took my tire no questions asked. Week later had it for pick up not only did he have it repaired it was repainted. Thats outstanding. Also when I went in to purchase this truck it took some negotiation but with some of my set numbers jason and his sales team made it happen for me I recomend paying them a visit just to see if they have what your looking for. Im from out of town but was disappointed in the treatment of Nissan EV owners. I came here as the Plugshare app showed this location as one with level 2 chargers. It was a relief as I had come in from Durham and needed a charge to start home. Unfortunately the lot was made unwelcoming to me as a Leaf owner. Its normal for a dealership to have just two level 2 stations but the ones here were put in awkward locations. One was in front but had no dedicated parking and was blocked by a truck. The other was just as poorly placed two buildings away at the very back of the dealership blocked by a car cleaning station and with cramped parking space. I love my Leaf as its a great intro level EV that fits my budget.I dont like the feeling of being a second class customer bc my car doesnt run on gas.I dont want to convert everyone into getting an EV but as a representative of the Nissan brand the service should be consistent regardless of what dealership Im at or the kind of Nissan Im driving. I hope the dealership listens and takes steps to improve as other Nissan dealerships I charge at have.

Awful! I’d give fewer stars if that were an option. The service department did not fix the truck right the first time and created more problems. They have had the truck for several months between fall 2020 and current.
