Excellent customer service! I just bought a xt4 at wills and they were amazing, caring and all about making me happy. I took my old Cadillac to the service department, and they were Excellent and always got it right the first time around. This is the only place I will bring my vehicle. My other half drives a Q7 and brings it to wills. Because, they seriously are the best!

Not my typical experience this morning. The administrative assistant was exceedingly rude! The young lady obviously doesnt understand how lucky she is to be employed and the meaning of customer service definitely escapes her. I miss the days of true customer service. Perhaps driving a Cadillac isnt in my future again especially if this is how they now treat their customer base.

Another excellent customer experience in the Willis Cadillac Service Dept. Usually my expectations are pretty low when it comes to auto servicing but these guys operate differently and the last 3 service (got car in 2020) appointments were excellent. Recommend you give them your business.

Just went to the lot with my mother law who wanted to buy a crossover. We looked in windows of numerous ones and were on the lot for over 40 minutes and not a SINGLE person came out to talk to us. She wanted to sit in them to see for sure which one she wanted, but we were unable to even get someone to unlock one so she could. We will be looking at ANY other Cadillac dealer beside this one! I guess if your not in a suit they dont want to waste the trip outside to talk to you! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!

Always enjoy bringing my vehicle to Willis for servicing. Not only do they provide a spacious lounge to wait in, but they stock it with beverages and snacks, have big screen TV, and comfortable seating. Their service staff is always pleasant and they communicate with you timely if the service is going to take longer than planned. Now that Im used to this luxury treatment, it is hard to go anywhere else.

I love the pick up and drop off availability here! It is so much more convenient to drop off my car for regular service, knowing I dont have to plan for a friend or family member to pick me up or drop me off. Ive also used their loaner cars when having longer services on my often at other shops, their loaner cars are already loaned out, when I need one! Ive never had that problem here and the loaner cars were in great condition and had Sirius radio! They also got my car done on time and dropped it off to me at work so that it was ready for me when I had to leave, and I didnt have to find a ride back to their shop!

I have been having my 2008 Cadillac serviced at Willis Cadillac for over 6 years. I currently have 140K on it and it runs like the day I bought it. A few things stand out to me.-They always accommodate my crazy travel schedule. I always get a rental car and because I cover large areas of the state, I sometimes rack up lots of miles on their car and never once have they mentioned it to me.-They have warranted everything that qualified and explained to me when it wasnt eligible. I feel they always tried to have it covered to my advantage if possible.-One time I broke down away from home and they came and towed my car at no charge to me-I bought my tires there and when I needed a patch job done due to running over a nail, there reimbursed me for the repair under the warranty.-Communicating and kindness are always evident in their service department....I trust them with my vehicle.-My wife has experienced much of the same positive treatment and performance from the Lexus service shop.My next car will be bought and serviced at Willis Cadillac.

Quentin and Jake in Service are awesome. Other dealer did not pay attention. Quentin was knowledgable and attentive and even provided truthful explanation when repair was complete. The Cadillac car treats you like a princess too. Never dig for my keys, beautiful lux car.

Wow, what else can I say? BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!My wife and I live in KC, but found the Cadillac we wanted at Willis Cadillac in Clive, IA. Through multiple phone calls we made the deal over the phone. We drove up on the following Saturday and were greeted at the door by a professional woman who asked us if she could get us anything while we waited. Then Kerry Graham (salesman) met us in the lobby. He was professional, caring and treated us like family. During the financing Brent Apeldoorn had all the paperwork prepared in advance and explained everything in depth, so we fully understood. After that the Pre-Owned Sales Manager Kathie Bradshaw walked out into the lobby to greet my wife and I and tell us Thank You for choosing Willis Cadillac. She was so nice to talk to and made us feel more at home. As though it could not get any better when we finished all the transactions we entered the shop to get our keys. Kurt Larson an extremely professional Technology Specialist approached us to walk through everything we needed to know about our new Cadillac. He was patient and did not one time rush us through anything. I love taking my car to Willis! Actually I LOVE that they come to my house to pick it up. With two small children at home I always dreaded taking my car in for an oil change. Having them pick it up, change the oil (and any other maintenance), clean it and bring it back to me feels like heaven! I highly recommend them, and their outstanding service to everyone!

I took my ATS in for service. This was my first experience with Willis and it certainly wont be my last. Upon arrival, I wasnt sure where I needed to go and, instead of giving me directions and leaving me on my own, the gal in the lobby rode with me and guided me to where I needed to go. This was above and beyond what she needed to do. The whole experience was above and beyond and everyone was very friendly. The service and recalls were handled quickly and Robin kept me up to date through the whole process. I couldnt be happier with them. I am Completely Satisfied!!

Overall good experience. The sales staff were easy to work with, didnt have people harassing you while you walked the lot.I had good luck using their website to find the vehicle I wanted then came and asked for it specifically. With several car brands on the same lot it was confusing when driving thru if we were in the right area for what we wanted. Very disappointed in Willis service. Each time I have had cars in for service, there is a communication problem of some sort. This time they picked up my cars and left a loaner vehicle for me. They had texted my cell phone all morning with updates, then my service advisor went home sick. The person taking over then called the cell phone of the previous owner and told him my cars were ready; they were supposed to bring them back to me and pick up the vehicle they left for me. For almost 3 years I have been fighting with Willis to correct my service records under one name, one number and one email, I dont know how many cars you have to buy in order for them to get this correct.Long story short, my cars were not returned to me the day they went in for service, I had to call and find out where they were and why they were not delivered back to me. The next day they were brought to me (and we had a funeral scheduled that morning). The paperwork that arrived with the cars was still wrong, with emails and phone numbers. Clearly there is a problem within their service department. One of my cars also came back with surface scratches, not sure what they used to dry it after washing.I would caution anyone not to be blinded by the “glitz and glamour” of the dealership. All that means nothing if you don’t have the staff to stand behind it.

Disappointing experience. I paid cash for a 2017 BMW on August 10, and have not received the title yet while in transit between 2 states. The car is parked as the transit tag has expired. The dealer, Greg Pingel, has not sent a promised detailing voucher of 200 dollars. They have lied multiple times saying the title had been mailed.

I missed a funeral I wanted to go to because the loaner they gave me was to SMALL for me to get into. I asked for an SUV and I got a KIA, so small was unbelievable. At other Cadillac dealers when I get service I get a Cadillac SUV.I am very disappointed in my service and I doubt if I will buy my new one from Willis Cadiliac.

They did the right thing.I had some problems with the used vehicle that I bought from Willis that were somehow missed during their look over before putting it out on the lot. I was contacted by their service department and they had me bring it back in so they could look at it it. They found the problems and took care of them getting my vehicle up to the standard I would expect from a Dealership of their caliber. They even provided a loaner car while they had mine in the shop. They did a great job fixing things and restored my faith in dealing with a premier Dealership.
