Dakota, my sales rep, was the best. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I will be sure to give him all of my business. He was so wonderful to me and treated me with respect. I felt like an actual person whos views and opinions were heard and listened to. My last car buying experience was nothing like this. I felt pushed, lied to and after rechecking my paperwork, turns out many things were left unsaid. I brought my car in on short notice yesterday after having an overheating issue and Andrew was even able to give me same day service. His crew actually stayed a little late to complete the radiator swap in order to return my vehicle that night so that I may get to work. Services were under $600, he communicated well via text throughout the day, and I paid over the phone when i was given notice to find my car waiting for me safely under lights and cameras. I got into a bit of pickle with my old car that I had brought in for service having more problems then I anticipated. It wouldve taken too long to get it fixed and I ended up needing a new car on a extremely short notice. The sales team there was extremely helpful. Markus, was the salesperson who helped me and he didnt treat me like future dollars signs like some dealers do. He and the rest of the staff there genuinely wanted to help me out of the pickle I was in. I ended up driving a new 2021 Accord off the lot that night. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Honda!
I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and up until now I have always been pleased with the service I’ve received. I requested a routine service. My young daughter took our car in and was told the transmission and brakes needed flushing. They never mentioned it would be over $500. Needless to say I was upset that I wasn’t called to authorize these needless services. Flushing a transmission is probably the worst thing to do for a car. I called the so called higher up who I won’t name to see how he could make the situation right. He got snappy over the phone but agreed to refund the unauthorized charges and send me a check. So It’s been a month and nothing. Beware! Especially if you send someone in who they can talk into a bunch
Recently went there for a brake pad change. Our service advisor, Bernard, took care of us and I specifically liked how he recommended things to be done, but didnt try and force a service on like other dealerships.I do wish that dealership service coupons were added automatically. I totally forgot to mention it upon drop-off or pick-up, but nothing crazy.

I came in to have my car serviced for a recall and the entire service team was very helpful. When the tech noted my engine light was on, my advisor Miranda Holt really went above and beyond to make sure my car didn’t qualify for any other recalls while it was there. Not only did she take the time to double check existing recalls, she was even able to provide me with prior service records that I had lost. Overall, because of her I had a great experience with this dealership and I will definitely request her if I need to go back.

I dealt with Bernard & he was awesome so helpful& very polite. I will return. Better service than the dealership in Wilmington.. so call & ask for Bernard he’ll good care of you.

I would like to write a good review of this establishment however, given that I have a brand new car with a chip in the interior that this dealership has chosen to cover with a paint pen, I simply cannot.I’ll start by saying the initial interaction was fine. The salesperson was nice and I am happy with my car. However, I left the dealership on a Saturday late at night by time the deal was done. I drove home and the next morning I noticed the chip. As the dealership was not able to detail my car when I left I mentioned it the second I got the chance when they detailed it on Monday. They said no tech was available to look at it. When I returned there was again not a tech. I spoke to the sales manager who said they would make it right. “Making it right” apparently means covering the chip with a paint pen instead of replacing the part that would cost $75.I would have to assume that a good review and a return customer isnt worth $75 to this dealership.If you want a brand new car with a paint chip that you can’t help but stare at every time you drive then I would recommend Lejeune Honda.

I had an appt on Friday to check my TPMS. Andrew came out and took the time to show me how to reset and clear the code, after I appropriately put the right amount of air in the tires. The last Honda dealership in California kept doing stuff for me to come in, in effort to purchase my FK8 from me. I later saw Andrew out and about. And was generous enough to ask if the code was still cleared 😅It still was. Thanks Andrew.-before departing I met Kelly, the manager. Discussed some options with my type r. Overall good experience here.
Awful customer service. If you can go any where else please do. I have been to this Honda dealership several time and received piss poor service from their service department. I’ve been completely ignored when stopping to pick up my car which was done with the service I dropped it off for. I made an appointment with them and their service department wasn’t willing to honor it saying that they didn’t accept appointment after a certain time. However they had accepted mine. I value my time and money. This dealership does not do the same. I wouldn’t be surprised if there actual care of my car is as bad as the customer service they provide! I spoke with the manager who claimed to be willing to rectify the bad service but did nothing. Choose another dealership to purchase from and to get your car serviced.
First of all, Ashley is amazing and completely professional. I went to the dealership looking to trade into something smaller. Ashley was able to answer all of my questions about Honda’s products.Ultimately, I got a better deal in New Bern, so I ended up taking my business there.A couple days after taking my business to New Bern, I get a follow-up email from Canon to ask about my interest. I explained that I had gotten a low trade offer on my truck and took my business to New Bern. He then texted me and said he’d never seen my truck (which is true, but his dealership had). When I told him to talk to Ashley about it he said, “you went behind me?” First, I’m not owned by Honda or any salesperson, secondly, completely unprofessional, and lastly, this isn’t high school, I’m the customer, and I’ll work with whomever I please. If you’re going to shop here, ask for Ashley, but I’ll never bring my business here, or send my peers.
I was assisted by miranda and bernard and let me tell you it was great! I had completely forgotten there was a time I had issues with my mazda key and asked miranda for my free replacement I was told when I purchased my vehicle. However certain circumstances occured and i had to handle some other things in the mean time. Waiting on replacing my key was def an issue. My keys battery started to die (I have a push to start vehicle) then after they replaced the key battery it began to fall apart. no key meant no car. I got a key fob protector to hold it together after calling honda again to get my key replaced. forgetting I called months prior I requested my key replaced again this time I had spoken with bernard. as a single full time working mother who is also in the midst of moving I had alot going on and not enough time in the world to be without my car if they needed to bring it to the Mazda location in wilmington (I have a mazda vehicle) so that was option one and an option I had to put on hold for a while. then bernard found another solution by finding someone to program my key there. so after a few months of calling back and forth (due to my crazy schedule) we finally got a appointment set up this past friday. when I dropped my car off and picked it up a few hours later I met up with miranda and bernard and turns out the replacement key fob they programmed was from the first time I spoke with miranda requesting this months prior but ended up having to put it on pause. I thought that was neato. I was 100% taken care of by amazing individuals

Called two days prior to set up and appointment to service my vehicle (Id do it myself but I got a warranty with them) showed up 130 pm thinking theyd service my car then (the time we arranged) and st there until 4pm and my car never moved. Absolutley terrible customer service and a HUGE waste of my saturday

I made an appointment with the service department for 3pm and arrived at 2:50pm for a CVT recall software update for my HR-V. I was told it would be be a 60-90 minute wait. After 115 minutes, my vehicle had not even moved from its spot and Im left waiting with no update. After purchasing a vehicle from here in 2017, I am reminded why I bothered to drive to Wilmington for my next two vehicle purchases.I will also note that their sales lot literally has two new pilots, four accords, and four CR-Vs on it. Dont waste your time looking for customer service, honesty, or selection here.The Honda service department was completely comfortable pretending to call their back shop for an update on repairing HONDA’S OWN DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - laughable because I was staring at my undisturbed vehicle. This place is a joke.A another terrible experience at this dealership … this time attempting to remedy their own defective product.
I purchased a lease rental there a Honda Accord Sport model very nice car my sales person has been working hard with me to gift things corrected so far everythings okay but waiting for things to be done hopefully Ill have a better rating than the future
The service department now charges 125.00 just to look at your car. It’s absurd. We have 2 Hondas and bought one of them there. Terrible service. We are so disappointed. We have spent thousands of dollars there
My friends Acura broke down on a Saturday in Cape Carteret and when we called Honda in Morehead City to inform them wed be towing it in, we were told they couldnt read the computer codes on an Acura. So we called Lejeune Honda in Jacksonville and magically, they could. Had it towed in shortly before their service department closed on Saturday and had a diagnosis same day and fixed by 9:30 Monday morning. He was so grateful and drove it back to NJ without incident. Thank you Miranda. Excellent service and communication!

Bernard was an excellent Honda service provider. He managed to handle all my needs when it can to Repairing my 2005 Honda. Furthermore, being pregnant and scared to drive my vehicle when it smelled of gas, he shared that he would be willing to tow my car free of charge. Yes, the prices are a bit high but they managed to be very honest and share what is essential and what could wait. The repairs were done in less than 24 hours and now I feel safer knowing that if anything happens, I am ableTo go back and great service and care willBe provided.Thank you Bernard and Honda!
Appointment for oil change and stuff 8:45 is is now almost 11.........not happy right now. Although the guy that took the car is very pleasant and attentive. Still waiting though.
It took them almost 5 hours to just do a change of tires and an alignment. I have been to other places that do this under an hour. They wasted my whole day when I could’ve done other productive things like spending time with family. The personnel seem nice but should’ve done better with their inventory because they had to get an extra tire from their other warehouse when they said there was enough available. I’m very disappointed with this Honda dealership.

Took my 2008 Honda Civic to the service dept for an airbag replacement due to a recall, while I was there I mentioned that I was thinking about trading in my car. I was asked if I wanted someone to look at my call and give me the trade in value I said sure. A few minutes later a gentleman by the name of Ash introduce himself and took me to his office. We talked and he got my information showed me a couple of new cars and it was not long and I was signing papers for my new ride a 2017 Honda Civic. I have to say this was the BEST customer service I have every received. Ash was very knowledgeable about the cars I test drove and made sure all my questions were answered. He was never pushy about the purchase or type of car I should get. He was awesome. I can not leave the man who handle the finance paper out, Justin was amazing. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, go to Lejeune Honda first. Not only will you get to meet and work with a group of amazing and caring people you will walk (ride) out with a great deal of a nice, reliable vehicle.

I am very impressed with both Lejeune Honda and their service department. When buying all of our cars and normal service visits we have always been treated with immaculate care. The staff is extremely respectful and I feel our time is valued. Today I showed up to the service department unexpectedly with a unknown situation that needed to be fixed quickly for a road trip. I had no idea if they would even be able to look at the car. They allowed me in the building prior to opening, heard my concerns and quickly fixed my car’s problem. I am able to continue on our trip and feel safer knowing that Lejeune Honda took care of us. The entire staff has been amazing but a shout-out to Nick Baker, Patrick H, and Miranda for being all smiles and for helping help make our car experience the best!

My wife got her car detailed here last week and when she returned home It looked great. We are leaving to japan in a couple days and I scheduled an apt last week for yesterday to get my oil changed and car detailed. Before I handed over my keys there was no detail rules said to me before leaving my car there all day. When I returned after service closed I was told I had an oil leak in two spots and a transmission leak. When I asked how long did it look like it has been leaking I was told at least 5-8 months. Btw that’s two oil changes right there that LEJEUNE HONDA did over that time, and I’m just now being told? In addition I had a multi-point inspection done, payed extra for a service member to go over everything because I was making a long trip and two other oil changes and not one time was this brought up to me..... until yesterday. Now with the detail apt I set up a week in advanced a lady by the name of Erica tried telling me they couldn’t detail my car Monday because they fired everyone....so where was the heads up that my apt wasn’t being met? Any-who another lady named Rebecca interjected and said “yes we can still detail you car sir” so I paid 70$ plus my oil change and after looking at my car when the detailing was done I was not impressed. It looks like it was not even done at all. I was then offered to come in today to redo it and I had to ask for money back because my time was wasted on top of gas. Rebecca offered 20$ off which was ok I guess but didn’t know the rules of getting your car detailed. So going up there today I was offered all my money back from tommy and Chris (which are great) and to give me a call back when a rental car comes in to let me use while they fix their mistake. Unfortunately they haven’t called me at all so I do not recommend anyone coming here for detail, oil change, or to have service do anything with your car.
Im visiting Jacksonville from out of state and ran over a ladder that flew out of the back of a pickup truck, at highway speed. I could see that my Hondas undercarriage covering was dragging underneath, and I wanted to get my car checked out to make sure no other damage had been done.Id noticed a Honda dealership near my motel, so I called them this morning to schedule service . Both of the people I spoke with on the phone were helpful and friendly, and I lucked out that there was a service appointment open in 30 mins. My service contact on-site, Nick, was super friendly and got me checked in quickly and efficiently. I went to the clean and comfy waiting area, but didnt even have time to finish reading the local newspaper before my Honda was ready to go. Luckily, I had very minimal damage... the clips holding my undercarriage cover had broken off from impact with the ladder. The service dept had some extra clips laying around and refastened my cover securely for me. The best part of this completely positive experience.... THEY CHARGED ME NOTHING!!! Thank you, Lejeune Honda Service, from the bottom of my heart! Jacksonville is lucky to have you.
I just got my first new car ever here. I recommend asking for Ron if you’re able to. He was super helpful, and worked through everything with us. He made sure we understood everything before moving on to something new. If you need a new car, and budget isn’t too big of an inhibitor, you HAVE to come to Lejeune Honda.
Miranda H., in service, was very professional and courteous. I needed to get a battery tested and swapped out, as it was still on the pro rated warranty. Miranda took the time to check my full vehicle service history (on a 2007 CRV). It is because of staff members like her, that I continue to use Lejeune Honda.

I needed the locked lug nuts taken off my tires. Only the 2 front tires. This would have taken no more then 5 minutes and I would have got the new ones from them. The man on the phone told me he could set me up with a appointment. Terrible customer service.
Josh was able to get me helped within 15 seconds of me pulling up to the dealership. I actually got whiplash from how fast my service was. Mr. Big got my key programmed faster than I could type this review, and I’m very keen with technology so I’m pretty fast. SHOP HERE

Bernard was the one who received me when I took my Honda crv into the service department for repairs. The process of getting the repairs approved through the third party warranty I had was long and proved to be a headache, but Bernard was very patient with me, and he went above and beyond to get in contact with the company when they stopped replying to his calls and emails. He called me every couple of days with updates as soon as they occurred, and he did all the tedious work of being placed on hold on the phone, sending emails, and communicating with the mechanics as to the status of my car. I have been taking my vehicles to this service department for the last couple of years and every employee I have interacted with has been great, but Bernards stellar customer service, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my car and me, made him stand out from his peers. Last week I drove down to North Carolina from Long Island to assist my son purchase a new Honda Civic from Lejuene Honda. Bernard From service was so nice and Explained everything my service would require so I had no questions. I purchased my Honda Used from Gerry Wood Honda in Salisbury, NC and they did me dirty. The car had dog hair all over the place, they didn’t give me the wheel lock key that goes with my tires, and they gave me a faulty key fob, but Bernard at Lejeune Honda was my savior he got me a new fob so I can now Unlock and drive my car. He’s literally the best give this man a name tag so customers can ask for him by name😂 I’ve definitely learned from my mistake and will save myself the nightmare and buy my next Honda from Lejeune Honda you can’t beat the service!
Do not get your car inspected with this dealership. I googled the North Carolina inspection policy which is and I quote “During a safety inspection, a licensed mechanic examines a vehicles headlights, signals, brakes, steering, windows and tires.” This dealership was looking for problems, they found a so call leak in the rear left valve come to find out they didn’t have any business looking at that. My taillights need replacing and they were to busy trying to make some quick money off of my wife that they didn’t catch that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP they over priced the part and She had to pay the difference because her insurance didn’t cover the full price of the part they thought was best. When She asked for the reimbursement for the overage instead of returning her money they gave her a credit for an oil change or any future work She may need. NO THANK YOU seriously they didn’t even catch the taillight being out one of the inspection requirements crazy.

Bought a used car from them in 2017. Overall the car was good. It’s ended up costing me almost 5k in maintenance over 3 years now which has taken up a lot of my bill money. Shortly after I purchased the vehicle I lost my job because corporate “didn’t have the hours for anyone” so I was forced to go work low paying jobs as I couldn’t find anything good in town. Struggled to make payments only to realize soon how royally screwed I was. I was a first time buyer and they took advantage of that, held me at the dealership for about 8 hours so by the time I was signing papers I just wanted over with because I originally I went in to get recalls fixed on my Honda but they hoodwinked me into a new car by dragging out the process so long that I just signed papers to get out of there. They charged me 13% interest and only gave me 1k for a 2008 Honda Accord that was KBB for 6k. Should have backed out soon as they told me about the trade in value but I already signed a few papers so they lied and said I was already on the hook and that I’d have to pay a few thousand to get out of it. Blah blah blah now this thing is giving me white hairs at 22, the bank they financed through sued me for a few late payments and after giving them 2k over the last 4 months the due amount is back to the original amount I owed 4 months ago, this car is a curse, no matter how much I pay on it the due amount just keeps climbing and climbing, just trying to make payments while saving up for another car so I can forfeit back to the bank. Stay away from lejeune Honda unless you have cash in hand and definitely stay away from marine federal credit union.I wish they could get me in a better vehicle for the same payments but I’m upside on the current loan so I know my payments would be way more than I can afford. New/first time buyers do not buy on your own, bring someone with experience so you don’t get screwed by the bank.

Solid work. Slow service. Simple tire rotation took over an hour and a half. Waited a 1/2 hour after car was done and was pulled in front of service center, before I was called to pay. Ill try Stevenson-Hendrick Honda next time
While waiting the staff was really welcoming and quick to inform you of anything they’re repairing plus if you wait for a small amount of time they’ll offer you drinks. And some of their staff will talk with you for a few minutes just so your time can be passed quicker
Lejeune Honda is a car dealership where you are actually treated like family. Bill Bowen, general manager, and Ron Ailshire, vip manager, have always provided us with ultimate care for car purchase, service and any other needs for our Hondas. I have personally bought many Lejeune Honda cars there over the years. My husband, sister and good friend also drive Lejeune Hondas. Why buy elsewhere, when local is the best option! These two men, plus others who work with them, are the best around.My husband and I plan to continue our relationship with Lejeune Honda for years to come. Do not get your car inspected with this dealership. I googled the North Carolina inspection policy which is and I quote “During a safety inspection, a licensed mechanic examines a vehicles headlights, signals, brakes, steering, windows and tires.” This dealership was looking for problems, they found a so call leak in the rear left valve come to find out they didn’t have any business looking at that. My taillights need replacing and they were to busy trying to make some quick money off of me that they didn’t catch that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP they over priced the part and I had to pay the difference because my insurance didn’t cover the full price of the part they thought was best. When I ask for the reimbursement for the overage instead of returning my money they gave me a credit for an oil change or any future work I may need. NO THANK YOU seriously they didn’t even catch the taillight being out one of the inspection requirements crazy.
Bernard took care of us! We bought our car here in 2018 and have been taking it to get serviced here ever since. I trust their word, their work, and wouldn’t take my van anywhere else! Thanks Bernard for making sure we got our van back and the problem was fixed under warranty!!
Uses bait and switch. Their internet prices are lies to get you to come in. If you bring a car in and say you might trade it in. They check it out then take your keys hostage. So you don’t feel like you can leave. High probability of eavesdropping. They seemed to know what we were talking about when no one was present. When it was clear a sale would not be made. Had to wait for my keys to be tracked down. Typical sleazeball tactics. Go figure, in a military town.

*UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW*I’ve patronized this location for service a few times since I own 2 Honda’s. The staff has always been very helpful/ courteous and went above and beyond for the customer.The last time I went, the service attendant didn’t seem to be to helpful (as compared to the other times I’ve been there). I also asked about a quote for a repair that I needed on my vehicle. They said that were to busy to give me the quote right then and there but they would call me back. They never did.The dealership has reached out to me and has started working on the quote for the parts and service. This shows not only they pay attention to their reviews which is listening to their customers, but they are also trying to correct their mistakes.Again, great dealership, my experience with them is an example why. Kudos.

Answered all our questions and worked with us to trade in our old car and make this new purchase. I highly recommend this dealer and make sure you ask for Keith.
Ive been a customer of Lejuene Honda for a long time and every car problem have been done in their service center. MR. BERNARD MONTILLA might be new there but has been really wonderful. He helped me with my tire warranty (a month ago) and today my long time car problem about my steering wheel finally solved the right way. I really like that he listens to the customers problem and solve it properly, not just give you temporary solution so you come back for the same problem.All in all.....SUPER SATISFIED.....
