And bishop is the worst sales person I ever met ...you literally will do his job for him ...not worth your time ...he doesnt double check anything ...he tried to put information in that was not correct ..then when she returned he made it her fault ...a true sales person double checks all your information and to make sure his costumer does have there time wasted ... A total scam artist. The vehicle s itself are not worth the total you are coming out spending. He is a total scam artist ... I myself checked the vehicle that we was putting a down payment when we returned it had more damage ...to the body ..if u want great service this is not the place I recommend... I encourage everyone to look past it.

I trusted this guys when I bought my vehicle, I was told everything was taken care of. Bought the car and they didnt even do maintenance on it, car broke in not even a month, took it to them and they wanted to charge me 300 to fix it. I am still waiting for the title so I call and was told to go to the DMV to pay for it, I bought this car cash and payed for the title and plates oh and still no transfer plates. I a mother of 3 kids and this is all happening to me. And I spent 6,500 on this car, the car was 5,500.

Horrible experience took them 30 days just to fix the sensor in my car they said they wanted to wait to after the deal closed. Why not just fix it before you put someone in it I spent multiple hours going back and forth to the dealer for petty things....To make matters worse they tried to overcharge me for my tag $366 when I called the DMV it was Only $50 which I went and paid at the DMV now I have 2 tags, in the state of Florida you only have one unless it’s registered to a vehicle so I just got LOST $366

These guys, Bishop and Robert, really took care of me and made my car buying experience a pleasure. I originally purchased a 2009 Chrysler 300 only to to find out there were underlying issues with the vehicle that wasnt brought to my intention initially. I have to admit I acted out of haste and took Bishops word for face value as I told him I bought his honesty because I could have bought a car from anywhere. Nevertheless, seeing that I wasnt satisfied with my purchase, Bishop was able to put me in a 2011 Buick Lacrosse for the same price as the Chrysler. I had a diagnostic performed and they resolved the issue the next day. I look forward to doing business with them again..

Travis the salesman is great..if its possible to buy/finance a car Travis will get you in one. Hes friendly and very personable. Bishop the finance manager is a good guy to..if you have issues with financing these guys will get you in a vehicle if its possible. If you need a vehicle try these guys out..they have some good inventory as well.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!I came to Castle used cars today from Lake City after having a conversation with saleswoman Lisa about a few cars I was approved for. I was sent pictures of a 2009 Chrysler 300 that I was interested in and was told to come visit today, again Im coming from Lake City. When I got to Castle Used cars no one was here and the business was closed I had to call the saleswoman to come open up shop after confirming she would be here waiting and that the car would be cleaned and vacuumed.So far everything was a lie. So when she did get here she showed me the vehicle and it was not cleaned not vacuumed and had issues starting. Clear to say this was already a bad start, I was then offered a Volkswagen and after getting the car started it had no gas in which I was asked by the saleswoman to go to the gas station to put in $10 of gas with cash she gave me and asked for the receipt back. So now as a acting employee for Castle used cars I went and did it. After putting gas and starting the car again the whole car felt like it was shaking and I was curious to open the hood and check out the engine to see duct tape wrapped around it and the clamps were pretty much broken barely holding the engine. I took it back to the shop ASAP and informed them. So now we go back to the Chrysler 300 2009 year, when I attempted to start.. again no start... same problem except now they get a mechanic involved and put a battery in it. Now I turn the car on and I see ALL the dashboard lights on for issues on the car. I advised the saleswoman and she told me to take the car to auto zone to run a diagnostics. SO, a customer who is interested in a car now has to be treated as a employee and run these errands for the business? But hey, I did it. I took the car to auto zone and got a diagnostics which I did by myself since COVID-19 doesnt allow their employees to come out and help. Diagnostics came back horrible with plenty of issues to fix when leaving auto zone the car stalls out in the middle of the highway... I get out the car to pop up the hood and almost got hit by cars in traffic... not even in my own car running these errands that I as a customer shouldnt have been doing. I called Lisa the saleswoman and was advised to call auto zone to help me start the car. The manager at that auto zone was nice enough to help when she was not suppose to, still the car would not turn on. At this point Im reasonably frustrated with all that happened and how it was handled and finally Lisa shows up and tells me she apologizes. The unprofessionalism of this business is why I made this review and on top of that I asked the owner Robert to call me to explain to him what I just went through and he tells me to text him, not to call. I wanted to handle this privately with the owner and pretty much inform him how my experience went but apparently he didnt have time to talk just text but also states that I should be grateful that Lisa came to do business on a day they are closed. Grateful.. So heres this text and review not just for you Robert but for any customer who comes to shop at your business.

Worst dealership ever!! They do not care about the customer at all!! All they want is your money. Once you sign them papers if you are not happy they dont care. I have had nothing but problems with them since the day I walked out the door. Everything they told me I would have walking out the door, Not true at all not even so much as the warranty I supposedly had on the car walking out the door. Everything about this place is horrible. Its like no one knows what they are doing. Everything that I have been through with this place is 100 percent their fault. I have not even got so much as an apology from them. These people are crooks. I was told the vehicle would have 30 day warranty. When I bought it, I made the mistake of signing a contract for the vehicle as is. 10 minutes down the highway and the vehicle stability control, ABS, brake and anti-slip lights go on. When I tried to get out of the deal they tried to charge me $750 to get out of the deal. I ended up paying the $400 just to get out. These people are your stereotypical used car salesman. Crooks!

We purchased an SUV from them. Minor issues so we thought. We took it to our own mechanic and the repairs are gonna cost more than what the vehicle is worth. Owner said he personally drove it home a couple times and he would trust his family riding in it. All I can say is he must not love his family much! Worst mistake ever. Will not go back.

Worst place to ever buy a vehicle. They do not provide you with a car fax on any vehicles. Robert Hamama and Max Farrah are nothing but crooks.My wife bought a Murano and within days, the radiator burst. Then I went to have to oil changed and it had an oil leak. Then 3 weeks later, the transmission went out.So they put us in a Nissan Altima with 27000 miles on it. We didnt want the car but they would not offer us anything else.So, no car fax again and come to find out, the entire front end was previously completely wrecked and they polished it up, put it back together and I guess we were the suckers who bought it.Now at 57000 miles, the ac has gone out and the transmission is going out. Since the front end was in such a bad collision, it voids the factory warranty that Castle told me it had.These are some of the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. I hope they get get shut down and no one buys from them anymore.

Purchased a 2006 F250, paid $16,000 cash didnt even drive the truck for 2 hours and it started jerking. Took it to the diesel mechanic and the transmission is bad. Transmissions dont go out over night! After going back to the car lot the owner tells me I know the transmission was messed up I drove it for 4 days like that!?! I said you sold it to me and never said anything about it!! The owner is refusing to fix the truck! Do not buy from here. You will waste your money and be ripped off by a crook! Do not buy from here. Horrible and Dishonest. They were not supposed to run our credit. We were inquiring about in house financing. They lied and said its a law all dealerships check your ss# to make sure your not on a terrorist list. Found out after our credit took a few hits on hard inquires this was a scam. Bishop Dave said it was income driven. While he was running our credit he denied running it. Repeatedly lied to our face.

Bought a used 06 dodge stratus lasted 10 days until I found out it had a blown engine when I brought it to firestone to do a diagnostic. They then tried to put me in a Nissan Xterra and i took it to Firestone before signing any papers and paid $21 for a pre buy inspections (best $21 i ever spent). They told me it had an oil leak and coolant leak and whole bunch of other problems. They told me it was not worthy of buying. Long story short I ended up wasting $1,000 when I add up everything I spent. I’d rather lose that money then to make car payments for lemon which I would’ve of spent thousands more doing that. If you look at the back lot they’re a bunch of cars from the auction that have been in serious accidents and they just shine them up and sell you a lemon. DONT TRUST ROBERT!!!!!!!!!

He ignored me, the one looking for a vehicle, and followed around the friend who came with me bragging on how hard he drive all the vehicles. All the vehicles on the lot had issues. When I finally did get his attention to show me the vehicle I was trying to look and was actually interested in purchasing he walked away to talk to another couple then asked me for the key to the vehicle and handed it to them to show it to them like i wasnt even there. Yulee Dealership..Worst ever, paid cash for a car and was told by the salesman Vic, everything (tax, tittle, tags, lic) was included in the price. I was very clear on everything being included. Get a call that I need to pay for the tags. I immediately called and spoke with Paul GM, who said he would check into it. I called back, they got Vic on the line who stated that he did not say that (LIAR) Our conversation went no where and he hung up the phone in my face. I called back to talk to Paul, and he nor Vic would come to the phone. Bad Customer Service, because although our conversation got elevated, I did not curse, no use of derogatory words, nothing degrading, just disagreement. Were adults, so they should have been able to work this out. They did not offer to make this right, or even offer to pay a portion since it was a misunderstanding on their part. I know what Vic said, and I would not be upset if he told me that the tags were separate. I had visited several dealerships and I told them all including Vic, that everything had to be included in the cash price. I told him we needed new tags, and it has to be in the price. Vic response was I will take care of you, trust me. Well he lied, and the trust is broken. I am going to report them to the BBC and the Trade Commission and others. Theyre liars and bad business men. I will never purchase anything else from them.

My fiancé was looking at a truck at their yulee location. She was almost ready to sign the papers but wanted me to come check it out first. This truck was in rough shape, had dry rotted bald rear tires, the rear pinion seal was leaking, high pressure steering how was leaking, and the front sway bar end links had ZERO rubber in them. They were unable to produce any maintenance records and the ignition coils were OE so the plugs had never been touched in 140k. Which means they are going to break off in the heads costing thousands to repair. The tailgate was missing parts, the interior had random trim pieces gone with gaping holes there, the radio wasnt even bolted in and no stations worked, the drivers seat had a hole with metal sticking out that ripped her pants getting in it. When I brought all this to the salesmans attention he seemed more than willing to take care of any issues. When I asked about the total and what hes already tried to finance her for it totaled to 11,200$. For an 06 2wd f150 with 141000 miles in excellent condition is worth 7g. This one I would rate in fair condition at best which is worth even less. Not even considering the thousands of dollars in repairs it needed. Paul the salesman then cocked an attitude and didnt like it when I called him out about his lies of only making 400$ on this deal. These people are sketchy and I wouldnt suggest them to my worst enemy. They are getting a one star rating only cause negative number of stars isnt an option!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would I went to the dealership on 2/20/2017 looked at a Nissan Pathfinder I put 1750 down but because of a ticket was waiting on my D6 clearance they told me the car is your I told them I woul be back in 2 days to pick up the car I returned on 2 days only to be told that they had accidentally sold my car the owner Sam told me dont worry I will get you something better he pulled up an all black 2016 Dodge Journey that he bought at an auction I said ok that will work he told me it will take 24 hours to get her a week and a half went by in this week and a half I had to rent a car now they still have my 1750 after a week and a half they tell me your car is ready I get to the dealership annnndddd this is not the car you showed me at all its a 2014 Dodge Journey it was still ok had minor thugs Sam told me he would fix but at that point it was the day before I was to go on a 3 week vacation to see my family up north so I said fine after I get back off vacation Sam and Rachel call me finance lady to tell me we dont have financing for you so Im looking like this is crazy they tell me to come in and they will again give me another car but cheaper I say ok I get a 2012 Nissan Quest I have that car for a week only to get a call yesterday from Rachel telling me Sam needs the car back at this point Im over this place I say ok I just want my money back her and Sam say ok we will have a check waiting for you and get one of are sales men to drive you back to work I get there get the check only to talk the check to cash and its a Bad Check I call Sam right back and he tells me that the check was not meant for me now it has my name on it with the amount 2000 of what I have them since on top of 1750 I had to give an extra 250 down when I got the quest he tells me that he cant give me back my money and now has refused to speak with me or take my calls RUN DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS I have gotten a lawyer Sam has court dates lined up already he has had complaints up the ass for his business practicals today I will be calling Chanel 4 news as well

I purchased a car for my wife in the early part of March 2013 from Castle and while the person I dealt with was very nice and did what he could to help me, the car he sold me was not so great. To make a long story short one of the tires had no tread on the inner part and that made the car shake really bad. And the car stalled on my wife and children on their way home from church at about 10p.m. because there was no oil in the engine. Thank God they were right up the street from our house. Basically I felt like they put the car on the lot to be sold without having properly inspecting the car. Had they done that they would have known that the tire needed to be replaced and an alignment needed to be done and the car was in need of an oil change. I would not recommend anyone to go there. To me they care more about a profit than the safety of their customers. By the way this was all within 3 weeks of us having purchaed the car.

I bought a car late 2011. Drove it for a month. Took it in they said had engine issues. So I purchased another engine. They installed it. Told me 3 times it was ready. Leave work EARLY to find out its not even been worked on at all. Finally get my car back and on the test drive find out it still had the same issues. Turns out didnt even need a motor. It was a clogged convertor. Well needless to say not happy!!!! Drove the car for about 2 weeks and the engine blew up. Been in a lawsuit with them going on 3 yrs now. And there r so many more things that was wrong with the car when I got it back. Nvr nvr nvr deal with these people!!!÷!

Sold me a vehicle with a bent frame, bad title. Vehicle still had a lein from previous owner. Avoid this dealer at all costs!!!
