So we purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot touring 4wd about couple months ago. Great sales and services on the branch! But man. Drive time does the bare minimal if anything services to their cars they sell. I just happen to check my air cleaner and cabin filter. Both looked like it’s never been replaced in years ! That’s a shame. Now if i would of taken it to a dealer ship to get service i would of been upset cause we just got the vehicle . So now i have to spend even more money to do the maintenance items on it cause if they didn’t replace the air filter or cabin. I’m 100% sure they didn’t do anything else to do.

All they really want is their money they tried to get me to put almost 4 grand down on a fiat like no thank you. And they don’t take trade ins that are still being financed which is wack. They are crazy

Yes so I work at two places of employment I’ve worked very hard to come get a vehicle came to this location excited in good spirits the representative by the name of Allan Delrosario killed that experience for me I had a tricky employment verification so yes it was a little bit more of a difficult process but he did not make me feel comfortable, welcomed at all the way he interacted with me made me feel as though he felt I was being dishonest and gave me anxiety! Killed all my joy!! it just was not a easy process or a pleasant experience for me as he worked he did not keep me updated as to what was taking place when asked I was provided short responses. what I thought was going to be a great experience turned out very poorly. If I could rate it less than one star I would!

The process was really simple, the loan company has every payment option available for your convenience, the extended warranty option is super fantastic, the GPS location option is a must, especially if your car is stolen or you have teen aged child you let use you car . Bottom line buy your next car from this location, I can’t say anything about the others stores, but this one is top notch!

These people are rip offs and greedy for money. I purchased a car from them in 2014 after getting behind in payments they took the car back which was fine. They then continue to beg for money. You have your car back you get no more money. Well recently they somehow got my boyfriends address and sent another bill begging for money. Im sure by now they have sold the car to someone else. I call what there doing now harrassment. And once while I still had the car I told them to take the payment a different day than scheduled and they didnt and caused me to have to pay an overdraft fee to my bank. When I told them about it I was told what to do and they would refund me the money that I had to pay the bank cause it was their fault. I did everything they said and no refund. They are liars and a terrible dealership. I wouldnt recommend them to my dog.

I saw the commercial for DriveTime and visited their website. I DID NOT LEAVE ANY INFORMATION. I decided it wasn’t for me and left the website. The next day they called my cell phone trying to talk me into buying a car with them. When asked how they got my number, they told me that they got it as soon as I visited their website. This company just wants your money, and does not care about your privacy.

Bought a car from Allen two weeks ago. Today on my way to work my tires were dangerous low and I realized when “tony” filled my tires up he didn’t put any of the caps back on.. I call today and speak with Allen who could honestly careless since he already got his cut, and claims there wasn’t any tire caps on in the first place. Who sells cars like that? What if something would’ve happened and I blew a tire at a unsafe speed because all the air leaked out?Shame on y’all.And before you say it is my fault because the customer does the check over with the sales person and signs off. I did that.. I would’ve noticed no tire caps. Also Tony did it after I signed before driving off the lot.

Gave us a vehicle that did not have the right spare tire. It wasnt even the right spare tire. Because we signed saying the car was completely fine, they refused to fix it.So when my tire blew on 295 and I know how to change a tire, the spare tire wouldnt fit on the bolts. It was to small.How am I going to ask a dealership while test driving it if I can check the spare tire to make sure it fits? They wont allow that. Please be very wary of this drive time dealership.
