Great service quick in and out, reasonable price. The one thing I miss is not being able to use the WIFI and continue working while I wait for my car service to be completed.I have visited 3 different locations in Jacksonville and they no longer provide it. How about if you can get a code to enjoy the Wifi while you wait for your car and once your car service is completed the access is revoked.
Take my advice here and now... DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR IF IT’S MORE THAN A TIRE ISSUE!! I had my car towed here because of a cranking issue and they told me that in had a bad fuel pump. After they supposedly fixed my car with the new fuel pump which they charged me over $800.00...I got my car back and it wasnt an hour before all my gas started pouring out of the bottom of my car! I had my car towed back to Firestone where they told me one of my fuel clips came off! Thank God my car didnt catch on fire with me in it!! After receiving my car back yesterday I had to have my car towed again because of the same cranking issues. This time I had my car towed to the dealership! Never again will I trust Firestone to work on any of my cars again! This is by far the worse experience Ive received from any auto shop and I will be calling corporate office as soon as I find out the real issue with my car in hopes of being refunded.
What a nice and helpful group of guys. They were fast, efficient, and didn’t try to waste my time or upsell me. Tire was well priced too. I will be going back there when I need tires again.
John is hustling! Working the front by himself on a Sunday, and never a cross word. Man needs to be recognized! I’ll bring my business back!
Scheduled an appointment online then got an email back the day before they canceled it. Called multiple times to try and schedule just to be put on hold for 20+ minutes each time. Finally took a day off to just drop it off to get an inspection. Was told it would take about 3 hours and it took 7... No one was in a hurry just taking their time and everyone had an I dont care attitude
Took my car in on Sunday, due to not keeping a charge. Car was diagnosed and ready for pick up on Monday. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The entire staff can be much more efficient and keep customer waiting time down. But you sit and can see them in teams just buddying-up and having fun until they had enough of a pow-wow.The staffs often sharp responses to waiting customers was irritating and disrespectful as if we were creating a problem by asking how much longer since they has been waiting way passed the promised time. 🙏
John got me in and out after work. He was very friendly. I appreciate that a lot.
I had a bad experience with Firestone years ago and avoided them until recently. These guys have more than redeemed the company in my opinion. Theyll tell you what needs to be done and make recommendations, but theyre not pushy about it. I called a few more times than were probably necessary and they were patient about it. Good shop, good guys.
Never a dull moment when your car breaks down as in my case my belt broke off in less than three hours I was out and running again. These mechanics are on top of their game.
Blocking off the way to the shopping center with cars! Absolutely petty and ridiculous.
It was 7:05 pm and my front tire was shredding. We had drove three miles at ten miles an hour and pulled into Firestone asking to buy two new tires. The man said they closed five minutes ago. My husband explained our problem and the man said alright We will help. We were in and out the door in no more than twenty minutes at a lower price than we were quoted. The man who changed the tires said it was a part of the tire flapping and the other was just as bad . Firestone tire on Normandy have people who care and go above beyond. Thank you guys!
These guys are really good . They really try to do the best they can for you .
Ive been taking my vehicles to this location for years. Recently had an issue with my last visit. It was handle in a professional manner. The manager Mark went above and beyond to correct the issue.
More than a mere disappointment. This is a complete customer service failure. Brought my vehicle here on 8/7/20 at 9:45am. I dropped it off on the important stipulation that I needed it back by the end of the business day. I was told that it would be no problem as I only needed a tire patch. Took a bus home at 9:51 am. After the fifth hour, I had still not heard from anyone about my vehicle so I called the shop. They informed me (for the first time) that they were backed up that day and that they close at 5pm, but that they would have it done by that time. I waited another 2 hours and then took a Lyft back to the shop at 4:45 pm. I was disgusted to discover that 7 hours later my vehicle had not been moved from the spot I had parked it at 9:45 that morning. I asked the shop manager if they would still be fixing it and he stated that my car would be the next one in the garage. Instead, at 4:57pm I witnessed a maroon four-door sedan being brought in the garage. Being 3 minutes before closing and not helped as promised, I asked for my key back. This is the part that shocks me. The manager gets my key, hands it back, and says.... nothing at all. There was no apology for the wait. There was no apology for the delay. There was no apology for the lack of transparency. There was no apology for the poor customer experience. There would have been 2 things at this point which could have made the situation better. The first (a no-brainer) would have been a general apology and some acknowledgement of the failure here. The second would have been to offer first availability the next morning. Instead, management simply handed my key back without a word. I could understand this behavior if I had been rude or harassing, but I was silent and nothing but patient and understanding for 7 hours and 15 minutes that day and clearly that went unrecognized. So this was Monday, and it’s now Thursday that I’m still driving around on a damaged tire because I don’t have a great amount of spare time in my schedule. A roofing nail has no place in my tire. And my vehicle has no place in a shop like this....
I just wanted to give A BIG SHOUT OUT to all the team members here! ... For about the past 4 to 5 days, they have been working tirelessly and diligently to make sure my 2001 Honda CR-V stays on the road! They have put in a lot of time and effort and energy! And I just wanted to thank them for their dedication and super helpful customer service, for me and for my car. Thank you Firestone off of Normandy!!! I really appreciate what youve been doing for me these past days :-) ... :-)
Excellent customer service the clerk explained clearly and simply what was being replaced and why. The workmanship is top notch as my truck (which had a vibration and steering pulling to the right) now drives and steers smoothly and easily. They replaced the control arm, ball joints, rack & pinion and steering gear assembly plus replaced both front tires which were being damaged due to bad alignment and also did the realignment. This was all completed the same day which is awesome as I had a long commute.Anyone who needs repairs done to their vehicle I would definitely recommend these guys they didnt try to sell me extra services that I didnt need, were honest and told me the price up front and did fantastic work and got me back on the road
Mother inlaw had her car looked at here and they were extremely friendly!!!
Not helpful to customers communication. They do not fix things completely. They are not able to listen to customer for the work done, it is medium work ethic. I was at the firestone, and Joe had not taken time to listen fully. He had already had a prepared answer, that was not helpful to my problem. He also spoke with at least four other customers, with basically the same answer. And furthermore was very persistent to push customers to open a credit card. This seemed to be his first choice to talk on everyone. I did get my car fixed. It was a problem of parts, and I did not pay for the refixing my car. I will not ask for Joe at this location. I am sure others who work there will have better customer service.
Everyone was more than helpful. Fast service.
Ive gone here twice for tire issues and they have done their best to make the process quick, efficient and gentle on your wallet. My vehicle takes an odd size and they helped me resolve an unexpected flat in time for me to make it to work. A little bit higher in cost for oil changes, but I think the customer service might be worth the extra cost for the care they take.
Called and was told 30 minute wait time. Been 1 1/2 hours and just now pulling car in. Simple leaking tire repair. Wont happen again especially here.
This location sucks so bad! They do not informed you. We waited 3 to 4 hours to change one tire and still waiting. Costumer service sucks. Will never come come back to Firestone.
I called to ask the price of a tire balance and you put me on hold without saying anything. You literally picked up and threw me on hold.Did you think to ask if you could put me on hold first? No. You’re rude. And I’ll never give you my business.
Had an alignment and rotation done, appointment was for 10 and I was done by noon. The crew done a good job, my truck handles a little better and they seemed professional. The negative they need to spend a little time cleaning the place and work on getting appointments done on time, 2 hours isn’t horrible for a 45 minute job but could be better.
Would not recommend this shop due to price gouging. I had my car towed here because it was the closest shop from my disablement. I told the service man that water was spewing from the hood and after I pulled over my car wouldnt crank back up after a few tries. He called back and said he couldnt run any diagnostic test because he couldnt get the engine to crank up and the car had to be on for any diagnostic test. He told me it was going to cost almost $400 for parts and labor for the starter alone and once thats fix and the car is running he can diagnosis the other issues. I told him I would have the car towed to another shop. When I go there to get my keys he charged me $70 to have my keys back for a partial diagnostic test when all he did was tell me the car wouldnt crank up. The worst money hungry mechanics preying on a female.
Amazing Associates! Great job everytime I come here.
Employees constantly arguing amongst themselves in the bays. Appointment times really dont matter according to the desk attendant. 2-1/2 hours to patch a tire WITH an appointment.
Very good service they was fast nice and very helpful, they worked with my budget and let me know right away what was wrong with my car the engineers know what there doing! One of the men even helped walk out a senior woman to her car I thought it was very nice of him ! Very satisfied with everything so far I have know idea how they don’t have a five star rating !
Best customer service i needed a spare tire put on and when tire king were gonna make me wait a couple hrs firestone got me right in no questions asked and no charge
The manager was very good
Had a flat tire that needed to be fixed got it taken care with nice customer service.
Alex from Firestone went above and beyond in helping us out today! #1 fan of this location. Our tire blew out on the highway headed home to Tx we brought it to this location to get it changed out there was a long wait so we just had them seat another tire. Long story short my jack broke while trying to change the new tire 😱 but they helped us out in the parking lot. Thanks firestone!
Made an appointment for a nail in tire. All it needed was to spray some soapy water to see if its losing any air. When I sprayed with soapy water, it didnt leak air but that doesnt mean its not going to leak. I didnt pull the nail at house just in case it leaked.2 hours pass the appointment time, Im still waiting.... Why do I even make an appointment? Is it because I bought road hazzard plan when I bought the tires new so now they wont get any money from me?
Can be on the high side, but they get the work done.
This location was the first Firestone I visited making my first purchase of 4 tires, then I went to the Blanding Blvd location when Tech Will transferred there. Well Will left the company so Im back on Normandy Blvd. and how happy I am to be back. I miss Will but my new Tech, Tommy Baker, who came highly recommended by Tom (looking forward to meeting him at my next oil change or if something is needed before then) after I explained that I have a 1991 Ford F150 that means the world to me. Tom assigned the right technician, Tommy Baker who has played a BIG part in making me a HAPPY, SATISFIED CUSTOMER. He explained what was done and my truck was give BJ (my trucks name) back to me running better than it has since Will left. Mark V. and Mark M. are welcomed additions to this location and I look forward to doing business with Firestone, Normandy Blvd. for years to come. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share my experience.
Made an appointment, got in and out in 90 minutes. Not bad wait, good work quality.
Buncha crooks especially the guy named JOE. (Mark seem to be the only stand up guy) Joe was trying to charge me 140% more than the dealer for parts. Check prices and shop before you take your car there. Unbelievable!!!
Always helpful in explaining what needs to be done and helping with future needs that might need to be done.
Giovanni the Service Manager honored my Warranty on my window regulator and fixed it for free. All I paid for was the inspection. Then he gave me a 10% veterans discount.I applaud them and would give them 10 stars. They are knowledgeable and honest.I would recommend them to any oneneeding auto repair.
You’re better off going to a different location. Today is the 3rd time I’ve been totally disappointed with the service at this location. The 1st disappointment was when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tires didn’t get rotated. They insisted that they did but my rims were marked and in the same position. I purchased new tires and a lifetime alignment this past Saturday at a cost of over $1300, and I noticed the vehicle bouncing in the rear end and pulling a little to the right. I brought it back today to address my concerns and sure as you know what, 2 of the 4 tires were out of balance 1.75. And they didn’t bother with the alignment. John at the front even decided to argue with me about how I “checked “ the alignment. The vehicle is back on the lift as I am writing this review. Firestone complete auto care centers are usually fantastic but this located at 5998 Normandy Blvd isn’t fantastic at all, I’ll be looking for a different location for sure!
Very laid back no rush and who cares
Had a great experience with the guys yesterday. I have some Indy 500 tires from the dealer, but I found a nail in one. They fixed it with a patch and had me on the road in less than an hour. Great service!
Was helped within one minute of entering door. Replaced a blow out in about an hour. Great service !
Very affordable services just need to up the timing of their services and try to do better with the pricing.
In the last few months weve brought our car in for radiator, tires, roders, brakes, ECT its been like a weekend date for our car, but we have been fixing our problems little by little, happy with the service, its nice to get a line of credit too if need be to fix the vehicle. I recommend them.
Im a single woman. The team at Firestone Normandy took care of me, not advantage of me. They gave me honest advice. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. In fact, they changed the bulb in a brake light for free. I had the bulb in the console, just didnt know how to do it. I had a nail in my tire, but the tire still had lots of life. They checked the pressure in all of my tires and helped me feel safe about going to and from work tomorrow and being able to get the tire plugged somewhere else. They dont do simple plugs anymore. They do the patch/plug combo, but my nail was too close to the sidewall of the tire. I love these guys. The last tire I bought was from them, and the next one will be too. You can trust the Firestone Normandy team. I know I do. I heartily recommend them without reservation!
If I could give 100 stars I would!!!!! I bought a car from a dealership a week ago, and noticed that the front end was making crazy clunking noises; so I made my appt with Mark. I brought my car in, and come to find out the DEALERSHIP failed to tighten the bolts on the front end, and on the tire axles and jams! Its a miracle the tires didnt fall off on one of the 6 trips I made to Ponte Vedra. They literally saved my life!! I am sincerely thankful for them. Thank you doesnt quite cover how I feel. Best Firestone on the plant!
Price was reasonable. Everything was explained thoroughly. Very satisfied with staff
Came here on 07/01/20 for an 8am appt for the purchase and installation of 4 new premium tires. Upon the installation of the last tire, the technician broke the TPMS sensor so they had to wait on a new one to be delivered and my wait would be extended a while. Ok, mistakes happen. They did give me 10% off for that trouble. Then they give me my vehicle 4.5 hours later and the TPMS light on my dashboard is on after I drive off. I go back, they investigate, they hook up some diagnostic machine to it, they drive it around the block. Turns out, same technician did not put enough air in one of the tires upon installation and I notice that only two tires have stem caps on them. How do you install 4 brand new tires and not out enough air in the tires? Incompetent service and will not go back not recommend.
No customer care what so ever. Called to check availability for tire repair. However the person Joe who answered phone was inconsiderate and disconnected call after stating no openings until Monday. If thats the reaction on just a call. No thank you Ill take my business elsewhere.
These guys were so helpful and professional! I found out I needed a new battery and professional installation and and they got it in and replaced in no time. Thank you so much🤸♀️👍
This place used to not be so good, but they have honestly turned around and have excellent service up front. Very honest, welcoming, and great. Gary really was a very realistic and kind person to deal with and he really makes sure the customer comes first. Thank you
Poor customer service. Scams they make you pay for a brake inspection but they dont even take off tires to look at brakes. Companies that offer free inspections really do look. Get taking off tires. 2015 truck, first time replacing brakes, pads just started getting low and wanted to charge $700 for pads and rotors when rotors were fine. Already had seen brakes when got tires a week ago. When we refused to have rotors replaced, would not replace pads. Claimed no other company would bc rotors bad. Well, had pads replaced at tire shop same day. Rotors are fine, had one resurfaced, barely needed it. Wish we could bring news cameras up there to let everyone know scamming. Never going there again.
This location is a joke.I responded to an email Firestone sent me about an oil change special and Scheduled an oil change online minutes before showing up. Manager with heavy beard, seemed very upset that I made the appointment online just before coming as he reminded me that I just made it and he wasn’t aware of the reservation earlier. I told him I was dropping it off and I’d pick it up later. I told him I’d also like to add the $100 complete diagnostic. I asked what all did it include. He repeated verbatim “a complete diagnostic”. I asked again and asked him to please clarify what is his definition of a complete diagnostic? He firmly repeated verbatim “a complete diagno stic.” At that point, I asked what’s the difference between this and their visual inspection. He stated a list of things them and said I’d get a full report of all issues on the vehicle. Fast forward few hours later. I come back to pick up vehicle. Manger said he had bad news. Said there was no oil on the dipstick so he couldn’t do the diagnostic. He also said he couldn’t do an oil change because there was no oil. I was thrown off because there’s no oil leak (plus when I went outside to check there was 3/4 oil in my vehicle). This guy still charged me for the full diagnostic (after admitting that he couldn’t do it because he stated that “there was no oil on the dipstick” and gave me a receipt and a hand written note that informed me of my tires tread and that there was two codes and that he thinks timing chain needs replaced and that I’d have to it to Nissan dealerships to have them work on it. I clarified and asked where’s the rest of the complete diagnostic that was supposed to be checked? He stated again that he couldn’t do the complete inspection/diagnose because of the “dipstick”. I immediately paid because I don’t like to argue and went and checked the oil level and it was at 3/4.I paid $100 to get tire tread and break fluid level and his random opinion about my timing chain.
Stopped by because check tire light came on only to be told the power on the entire block was out. One of the technicians said hed try to check the tire pressure even though the equipment had no electricity. He was actually able to check everything to tell me the tires were fine and that it was probably a faulty pressure sensor. Kudos to the shop for doing what they could even though things were not working well.
They are wonderful here... They will work with you as far as discounts when having multiple services done...
The customer services could’ve been better. And it would’ve been nice if the tech didn’t forget the screws for my airbox now it’s just flopping around. I also just found that nothing on my intake was secured properly. I don’t recommend this place.
They tried to upsell too much. Said I needed 4 new tires and new tie rods. I didnt. Got new brakes. Oil change. Front end alignment. $676 later. No communication. We had to call them to find out what was going on
$100 for an OBD code scan diagnostic? That price alone makes me want to stay away from any other services. You can buy your own decent scanner for that price or run to various auto shops to have it done for free.
Over two hours to repair a flat tire with a screw in it. I paid for road protection.Do not come here there are a lot of better options. Big chief or anywhere else.
Ive been getting my service done at Firestone for over 10 years and always been extremely happy with their honesty, quality and pricing.
Professional business, job was done quickly and correctly. Reasonable prices.. Helpful friendly staff and mechanics
This location is horrible! They really try to take advantage of women. Paid the $9.99 for the check, and my car came out worse than when I brought it in! As we were driving on the highway, there were more noises followed by a flat tire! I took my car to a different mechanic and the only thing that the car was in muted of was an oil change and a nut on the bar! How dare they try to charge more than what the car is currently worth (my car is only worth 2 grand)! This is definitely going to headquarters! The only people giving this location a 5 are the employees themselves!
Wasnt very happy at first. Had my moms A/C. fixed at Firestone. 1400 bucks so I was a little upset when it stopped cooling after 2 months. Alex and Giovanni were very professional in rectifying the situation. Took care of it quickly. Also explained that it was still under warranty and if she had anymore problems come back and see them. Thank you guys for a job well done.
This Firestone is very busy and for this visit I give them a C . They were over a hour late getting my car in for a oil change. When I got in my car I checked to see if my oil life was reset. It wasnt and their wasnt a new sticker for miles for next visit . Those are 2 things I reliy on for my next oil change . I will go back during the week next time .and see if its any better. If they fail to do those 2 things next visit their wont be a 3rd visit.
I dont know why I even stop here. They. Ever actually fix anything. Just a convenient location
Truthfully I havent been their but all tire stores offer oil change and they always tell you between 1--- 3 hours for an oil change what a joke they should dedicate 1 mechanic for this job money out the door.
I took my sons car into get a tire fixed. Had to wait awhile and the service guy wasnt very friendly especially after I told him I didnt want the tire fixed for 32.50. I also saw another woman complaining about some work that they did on her car. A lady came in and heard what they wanted to charge and told me to go to tires plus they fix them for free. I didnt want to get it for free but definitely not for $33. So I went and come to find out Firestone owns them or they have the same owners and the price would be the same as Firestone so I left and will probably go to the dealership if Im going to spend that much.
Been going here for 6 yrs Place is usually pretty busy so i check with them 1st before having my vehicle serviced. They saved me a lot of money on a repair I didnt need when Jeep dealer told me I did, over 1200.00 dollar repair they could have said yes needs replacing, but they did not they were straight up with me Goes a long way with trust .
“This Firestone location is the awesome they backed up their work and do a great job... I highly recommend this location”
This place is a rip off! I’ve waited 4 hours for an oil change to find out, it was never done! I drove off with the impression that everything was okay until my oil light turned on. I thought eventually it will go away but I was wrong! Then I noticed there was no sticker on my window to confirm my next oil change. Of course my old sticker was removed, just never replaced. This happened the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so I’ve waited until next working day (Friday) to head back to firestone. They asked if I could wait another 3-4 hours. It was ridiculous! If the job was completed the first I wouldn’t have to drive across town AGAIN. Never again will I trust this place with my money or time! Thanks for nothing!!!
Met by a very rude girly man with tattoos. Never been treated like that in a Firestone before in 25 years.
Would not recommend this place at all
I had to change my review. The sales rep is a joke. They don’t know anything about mechanical work and do not communicate well, at all, with the shop. However, the very few mechanics that work there are very kind and helpful. Especially Kirk
Excellent service! Will continue as a custoner with themHighly recommended...
I have to write about ALEX at this Firestone located on Normandy Blvd.! I was on 295 and my low tire pressure light came on so I pulled over to see which tire it was. It was all 4 so I took the Normandy Blvd. exit & by the Grace of God, there was a Firestone. I’m an attorney & had to be in court by 9:00 & ALEX noticed I was kind of in a panicked hurry & took my car in a car bay & filled up all of my tires for FREE & made it so I was/am 20 minutes early for my hearing. See the effects of just ONE kind act? It has tentacles and keeps on giving throughout the day! So thank you so much to ALEX at the Firestone on Normandy in Jacksonville, FL! Now I’ll be bringing them my business!
Came in for a flat repair had other tires plus and firestone were able to fix the location. Then didn’t even put air in the tires when they backed it out. Didn’t clear tpms light or anything didn’t even check door jam for correct psi. Very disappointed wasted 2 hours for nothing
Fantasti this tecnician work faster and ingredibol services thank you.
WARNING!!! DO NOT take your car here!!!! They changed my oil and did not replace my engine cover to my car and have no idea where it is. I paid over $700 to have my car worked on due to other issues going on. All the money I paid I left with sloppy half undone work. The mechanic left all kinds of tools under the hood under my car. POOR SERVICE!!! I will never take my car here again EVER!!!!!! They dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!
Overpriced on anything not tires. Chareged me an arm and a leg for a small part and terrible service. Will never go there again.
Service was great and swift. They did not try to oversell me on things I did not need. Thank you
Got tires and aliment and a new battery and a 16 shrach on the drivers side passenger door. Still trying to get them to fixed.
Thank you Ryan, Alex, and Freddy for taking such great care of Black Betty! You guys are amazing!
Great place and super service. Ask for DJ he will do you right.
Excellent care and service.
Rich & Hector made this check up an awesome experience. Extreme professionalism, fast, friendly, and patient. Thanks guys!!!💋
It took longer than I hoped it would to get my brakes fixed but customer service was great.
I scheduled for an appointment for my tires to be changed and oil purposely so my husband and three year old didnt have to wait so long because it was a Saturday and my husband has been over 45 minutes and the guy at the front told him they are swamped and may be awhile. Maybe yall should fix your website about scheduling an appointment and skip ahead people who did not because obviously its a load of crap. Really disappointed .
I went into Firestone 2 days ago around 08:30am 4 a simple tire rotation The rep said their is a 2-3 hr wait; we made an appointment for 11:30 am the same day. I arrived again around 11:15am and they didnt get 2 my vehicle until 11:52 am and during inspection said they were unable 2 complete tire rotation due 2 only 60% lug nut secured. Missing 2 lug nuts due 2 stripped. They were the only ones that mess with my tires. One was stripped by that very same branch when my brand new tires were installed. They claim it costs $209 to replace. I end up being late 4 my appointment and left without tire rotation, SMH
Been coming here for years, bought new tires from here less than a year ago. Came for an oil change, and to check my tires to find out that I have a few nails in them (3). Rep said they couldnt fix them because I didnt have road hazard protection. Now never in my natural life have I heard of them not being able to patch a tire with a hole on the tread of the tire. So I decided to go literally frogger across the street and they patched the tire no problem. And no fee. I have literally been here exclusively for my oil change and tires for over 7 years, and this was just bad customer service. They need to bring the old Matt back. He provided a service that was second to none. Im extremely disappointed in how the situation was improperly handled.
Nice for a tire place. Paid a fair price for a set of 215/70-14 tires. Only place that had them. Good warranty.
Great customer service from all the employees. The reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because the coffee wasnt hot. Just a minor complaint.
I show up at 5:45 to get an oil change. The guy takes about 10 minutes to even acknowledge me, and tells me he will get to me in a minute . Ten minutes later asks what do you need I tell him an oil change, he tells me to hold on and goes to speak to the mechanic. I can hear him yelling across the garage. Hey man you got time for this oil change?? You sure you do?? Well were going to wind up here late, thats 2 oil changes and a tire. Mind you I hear the dude say its fine. Comes back in and tells me that theres no way to fit me in. Ill be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow morning. Went to take 5 on cassat, pulled right in and got my oil done.
The associates are very knowledgeable and dont try to screw you over
My husband is traveling and got a flat. This store was only one close to him without a crazy long wait. They took care of him and got him in and out super fast.
Couldnt read my Infiniti computer check engine light. After checking the oil they didnt put the dipstick back in the hole which caused oil to squirt out creating the illusion of burning oil and extensive smoke. Ended up having the car towed 108 miles because my dipstick wasnt put back properly.
