Honestly this was the easiest experience I’ve encountered with a service department. The associates were very helpful and friendly. They are up front with the service they plan on doing and the steps they will take to make sure your issue is corrected. Maid was my service advisor and he was amazing to work with during the process. Also the foreman Bob was very good at explaining the issue and what they wanted to do to correct it. I felt very comfortable and relieved because of their service.
The staff was very helpful and professional in getting my car in and serviced for the passenger air bag recall. They provided me with a ride home and back to the dealership for pick up when my car was ready. Infiniti of Orange Park did not disappoint and I highly recommend them!

I have a few different cars and I service them at their respective dealerships. I just bought a Infinity and brought it in for service. Wasn’t what l expected. Lobby was the worst I’ve been to, needs a makeover TODAY! For the amount of money they charge for service, I expected better. I’ll take my car to Lexus for service from now on.NOTE: The owner/manager gave me a call yesterday and explained why was going on and I appreciated that. He made the situation right and I’ll be back.

I was not able to pick up the car after it was purchased. Car was not detailed as promised, but when brought to the attention of the manager, it was taken care of. I was thankful that the car was delivered to me, but I received it with less than 1/4 tank. Post- purchase customer service could be improved.
I had a great experience. I drive an old Infiniti G35 and I’m an 18 year old kid, the car has been having some problems and I went looking for some help (on a budget). I visited the Orange Park Infinity location due to an indication that there may be an issue with my passenger air bag. The service technician did an analysis, reset the fault code and all done. They also did a multi- point inspection of my Infinity Q60 IPL and made recommendations that need immediate attention. Julea did an awesome job with explaining the repairs needed and advised which service needs to be done first. I must say she knows her stuff. I receive a print out as well, which gave a visual of everything she explained 🙌. Great job Julea, you rock!!!. Thank you all for looking out for my baby👍👍👍

I had wonderful experiences at the service center, which prompted me to purchase a new vehicle there. That was a good transaction for the most part. I went back a month later to buy a new car for my wife, and things went downhill quickly.We were pressured into buying the vehicle right away, as their stock was reportedly low. We made a mediocre deal and the car was to be delivered to my home that night. They called and said they didnt have time, so we had to go pick it up late at night in a heavy rainstorm. The next morning we discovered it wasnt washed, inside or out. Within an hour we discovered it didnt have many of the features they told us it had, including important safety features. Although they acknowledged they had given us the wrong information about the car before signing, they refused to do anything to correct it. Trade it in for something else, they said, at a several thousand dollar loss to me, of course.They are very kind when youre looking to buy a new car, but buyer beware. Make sure they provide accurate information about the vehicle before you sign, because when they get it wrong, they wont stand by their word in my experience.

We emailed them about a car we saw online a week ago and never got a response. A few days later we forwarded them that email again to ask if the car was still available and still no response. Decided to go to Duval Ford instead after their quick response and bought the same car I saw at Infiniti this morning.

Took my QX80 in to have the oil changed and was told the rear suspension was bad. They replaced the pump. That job was two grand, but only charged the warranty repair service I have on the vehicle eight hundred!When I noticed the vehicle was still sitting at the same height, I took it back and was then told the air shocks were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. When I asked them, shouldnt the technician have noticed that they were bad when he replaced the pump? They just looked at me!?! Add another $1,500.00Asked one of the mechanics outside and he said they should have sprayed the shocks with water to see if they had air leaks when they replaced the pump.All this was after their multi-point inspection failed to see that the battery was leaking acid, which caused a leak in the air conditioning line. Add another $1,500.00Bottom line, save your money and go somewhere else!

Infinity Cars start to break down and losing value so fast. I went to one Infinity dealer recently and I didnt see too many people around. It is like people start to understand the under-performance of those expensive cars. I buy toyota or Lexus now no more infinity in my drive way. Waste of money. Parts start falling apart after couple of years. Ridiculous....

Even though I purchased my Q50 there in September of 2019, according to the service manager, I am not a customer at that location. Even though I purchased an extended warranty, according to him the minimum I needed to pay was $860 for 4 hours even though I attempted to explain that I disconnected every single light modification I had in my vehicle.Funny thing is he dared to call me demanding. I showed up at 8 a.m. along with two other customers in which mind you, the service desk employee helped them first but yet I was still told I stormed in there without an appointment and demanded to be helped.Im very thankful my brother came to my rescue because the treatment I received yesterday gave me a panic attack which I almost wound up being admitted to the hospital.Until I see some sort of decent service, Im going to stand by my remarks and state that unless youre white, dont expect it to be helped in any certain helpful way.I hope the entire service department is ashamed of who they work under because as long as Ive been a loyal customer to Infiniti since 2010. This dealership gave me the worst experience ever to where I was short of breath and hat youre ready keep my composure driving on the way back because I had no choice but to leave when they escorted me out which caused a major panic attack. Extremely unacceptable as to how I was treated. But thats unfortunately what you face when you are a minority in this country.

Super easy buying experience! I found what I wanted online and then was sent a personalized video of the interior and exterior (thanks JP). After deciding I wanted to see the vehicle, I took it for a test drive, made an offer and negotiated a good deal within 20 minutes. Financing had a long wait but once I was in they moved quickly! Lots of inventory to choose from and great customer service. Would recommend again and I drove from Jax.
100% Honest review. The car I test drove that I ended up buying was filthy. I was shocked how dirty it was and they actually showed it to me like that. I had to say something and make sure they washed it good before I took the keys. They did an ok job washing it, it looked better. My salesman was really dry with my wife and I at first, until he realized he had a car deal and I was buying it. Then, he had a smile on his face and came to life. The General Sales Manager was not pleasant at all. He gave a very hard time on coming down on the price on the car and absolutely did not come down not even $100 or $1. He had an attitude, got angry, told me a lot of BS about why he couldn’t come down on cost and did not even thank me for my business after signing! On top of that, he tried to low ball me on the trade in value for my car. Would I buy a car from there again, hell no. I certainly would not recommend friends, family or anyone to buy a car from there either.

My husband brought up our Infiniti to Infiniti of Orange Park and WOW just WOW!!!! I remember speaking with Bill in parts over the phone a couples weeks back who was extremely helpful about a part we needed. Then today we noticed brown fluid coming from underneath the motor when we parked on the driveway. Mind you we did not purchase this car from Infiniti of OP. We went to the dealership where we purchased the car and they advised us they were too busy right now we would have to bring it up next week. So my husband left and went straight to Infiniti of OP. The dealership provided superb service, I had called them to see when I could get an appointment. While speaking with Maide he told me to bring the vehicle in and he would get it in. I get to the dealership and everyone was so professional and kind. He took the keys and said your vehicle will be ready in about a hour and 15 minutes.The vehicle was ready in less of this time with a full vehicle inspection and cleaned. I highly recommend this dealership and service advisor.

I have went from dealership to dealership, looking for the right vehicle at the right price with the best customer service. After all the bad experiences I’ve had with previous dealerships, I should’ve shopped right in my own area code. The Sales representative JP and the sales manager Aris not only got me right on my first car with my Fair to poor credit, they recommend auto insurance for the best possible price for first time car buyers. Needless to say go shop with them. As long as your upfront with them, the experience will not disappoint you.

If I could this shady dealership no stars that would be preferably my thoughts, I had the worse experience here ever first they put me in a vehicle they got from another dealership it ran hot the same day of purchase, they keeps the vehicle for 3 days then I get it bk 2 days later they telling me deal didn’t go through I need to bring 3400 more dollars after putting down $6000 for an older Jeep Wrangler when I refused to put the 3400 and decide to bring Jeep back and get my money they give me the run around about getting my down payment back took 4 days that resulted in them still robbing me of $1056 foot parts they put on to fix the Jeep that I was going to purchase, but I didn’t I’m telling you now run they just want your money and after they get it NO ONE cares Michelle was my sales person after we closed the deal there was no further contact to check on the situation very unprofessional place and the manager Steve I can go on and on About him just know I warned you. Run!!!

I had gotten to my appointment a little late, and they were very understanding. I just needed an oil change and tires filled. The guy (I didn’t catch his name) wasn’t sure if maintenance was a part of my warranty, and said I would have to be charged. No problem. After the work was done, I wasn’t charged a thing. Blessings. Great customer service and great attitudes. It’s a little further taking my car to Orange Park Infiniti for maintenance, but it’s well worth it.

I was disappointed my battery died just after 25 months but the dealer replaced and covered . Im happy they were able to fix same day but i think they could improve their apt proces. My apt was at 11 am. I didnt get my loaner until over an hour later. If you set up an apt, better customer service would be to have the loaner car ready for you by then. I was a little inconvenienced and had to move work meetings.
I’ve been here 3 times so far, I have a 2017 q50 RS and every time I’ve been the service has been spectacular! From the service advisor Julea, to the techs, the cashier, and parts people. Would not take my Infiniti anywhere else!
Amazing service. Service staff is Always helpful and Focused on helping you solve whatever issue you may have with your car. The Service Department manager, Roger, and Julea, the assistant manager are true professionals at their job and offer seamless assistance. This is a “white glove” service experience and I truly recommend anyone to use it.

UPDATE: the nice manager called me back and worked out a solution via a very nice discount. I am very happy that the manager corrected the issue I had with a very fair adjustment to the price to get the work done. Original post: I took my 2017 Infiniti to the service department In March 2021 for an AC issue. I was told the AC was fine and that the temperature I set was the issue. I was instructed not to use the auto feature. That should have made me question them but it is Infiniti so I accepted it.We do not drive the car much but we started noticing the same issue when we did drive. Finally, the AC stopped working altogether so I took it back in on June 9th. I had an 8am appointment on June 10th as per Maied who took my call when I made the appointment. I used the overnight drop box and left my car.I tried calling them 2 times on the 9th but the phone rang and rang. The sales person who the call kept being routed to just kept transferring me. On the 11th, I called at 9am and explained my frustration. I was told that a message would be sent to the manager of the servicing department and I would get a call ASAP. At 4pm, I called and finally got through to Maied. He was not rude but did come off a bit condescending. He told me that he checked the box every morning and there where no keys. I was pretty upset by this point and asked for a manager call me.Within a few minutes the manager called. He was very nice and apologetic. He told me that the key had been found. It had been wedged in the slot some how. He told me he would call back with some info that same day.He called back and told me the issue was an issue they have seen before. They ordered the part and would have it fixed by the following day or Monday. Although the warranty I have on the car with CarMax would cover this, I believe, he offered to cover the cost. It is 1 small part but still, very kind.Saturday morning at 8:30am, I get a text telling me I need $1200 worth of work done on my brakes (car has under 40k, this did not come up in March or the previous day when I was told what was wrong with it). I got a call a bit later from Maied. He told me about the new issues they “found”. I expressed my obvious concerns. He called back 10 minutes later and offered a $50 discount but could not explain why this was not found in March or the day prior. He was unapologetic and seemed to not really care.Infiniti has really expensive cars. I was shocked by the bad service and the sleazy auto mechanic feel. I do not trust them and think with the exception of the manager, the service is not acceptable. Maybe it would be ok for a run down used car place but not Infiniti. If you do use them, make sure to go through the manager and get proof of or a 2nd opinion on any expensive work.This sucks because I really thought the service would be amazing. Very dissatisfied.

Julea was fabulous! She always has a smile on her face. She works hard to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible. She keeps you updated on the status of your car. Julea is also phenomenal at remembering the little things about you! It blows my mind how customer oriented she is, given the number of customers she must see on a daily basis. I had spotty conversations with a sales associate all day and had an appointment to look at a vehicle. Once arrived, went in one building and never got helped although an associate looked at me right in my face and just got up and walked away. Went in the other just to get told it had been sold although there were numerous failed attempts to contact the salesman while in route to the dealership. Waste of time
