I had my car serviced today. Im sitting in the lobby looking at my car under the carport appears to be done. I sit there for 15 minutes looking at my car no one ever goes to my car no one ever comes to me. I finally get up and go to the service advisor and ask him is that my car is it ready? Hes sitting there looking out the window doing nothing and says oh yes maam.The previous time I took my car to the same dealership they did not reset my service reminder. Good service is gone!

First somewhat new car getting service is always a hassle. Also would be nice if the dealership offered a vehicle while the cars being serviced instead of having owners waiting being that even with a secduled Appointment they are always back up 2 to three cars. Theres no way a oil change should take two days to be done and customers having to waste time and gas to bring car back for service.

My Family and I were referred to Orange Park Mitsubishi by a previous employee. From the moment we step in to the dealership, we felt welcomed. The sales rep and finance manager both were excellent people no complaints however I can’t say my experience has been great recently found out 6 days after my purchase of a Nissan Armada 2019 that it has a engine knock on the right side that is incredibly noticeable on cold and low idle there is a technical service bulletin that explains why cylinder 7 issue so now I’m at the mercy of Nissan because I was told they have nothing to do with it because they have no direct connection to Nissan so I have to handle it on my on with no dealership backing me I just bought the car so very frustrating when you pay a lot of money for vehicle and a dealer tells you that you have to handle it even though you just bought it from them 6 days ago not very professional and still have no idea what Nissan is going to say paper said 30 warranty did not say I would handle problems on my on

My husband purchased a car from them in 2016, and the car key just stopped working, even if you put new battery it will not work, so I decided to give them a visit to see what options I can get from them since the car we bought it from them, when I got over there and I explained what have been happening with the car key, the 2 men at customer service looked at each other and said they cannot do anything, because the car purchased had made since 2016 its been 5 years nothing we can do about it, that wasnt the answer I wanted to hear from them, I wanted to hear that I will be able to get a new car key or at least they could say that they can make it and I have to pay for it. Next time your customer reach out to you because they need help, if cannot help dont help, but never say I dont know what to say.

My wife and I just recently purchased an Armada from them sight unseen. We are in Tallahassee. The Internet Manager, Dominique got my questions answered. The other two dealerships I was dealing with ignored my questions and just tried to set up a test drive even though I repeatedly told them I was 100s of miles away. JB made the transaction smooth and the two gentleman that delivered our car to Tallahassee were great. I would give them 7 stars if compared to other dealerships we were dealing. We got a great car at a good price without all the haggle and hassle.

Last minute issue with my ca. I called and Steve told me to come over and hed take a look. I have an appointment at the beginning of next week to have it permanently resolved. A quick fix until the permanent repairs can take place. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This place gets 1 star because its service is terrible. I played almost 200 dollars to have issue diagnosed and it was wrong. Went up on a Sunday to talk to the service department and spoke to jose instead this guy has a terrible attitude towards customers. We were told that because we didnt pay the dealership to change the injectors that its our problem. They wanted almost 130 a injector which are only 43 dollars each. I was told the head manager would call me and its 3 days later still no call. Changed my injectors and guess what thats not the problem dealership takes no responsibility for misdiagnosing the issue.

I was not shown where the spare tire is located. I was not introduced to the service manager or parts manager. I was not given any information about maintenance, other than that information is in the glove box. I was not invited or encouraged to bring the car in for routine service. The wheel lock was not in the vehicle.

I woke up to go vote and guess what my car wouldn’t turn over. So I got my phone and I called and I spoke to Alex and he told me maybe I had a dead battery and he would send his guy out here to give me a jump. I thought that was extremely outstanding service. So minutes later person shows up jumps my car turns over and I head right to the dealership and I put a new battery in my car. Sales was awesome but the service department left me hanging. Bought a pre-owned SUV with a huge scratch on the rear that the general manager insisted he would have fixed. After two wasted trips to the dealership it is still not fixed and doesnt look like its going to be.

This is the second time I have taken my mom’s vehicle to this dealership and received excellent service. They performed a diagnostic on the vehicle, located the problem and was able to order and replace the cracked air cabin filter box in a timely manner. On the second occasion they did her 50K miles inspection and service. These gentlemen are very thorough, and they gave us updates throughout the process. They also washed and vacuumed her vehicle before they returned it to her for free.

Overall I had a great experience. My sales agent was very professional, and very easy to work with. The price of my vehicle was very reasonable. The one thing that I am upset with is the fact that when the vehicle was given to me it was FILTHY. No one bothered to wash, detail the vehicle, the engine compartment was also dirty. No sense for details when it comes to the vehicle. A simple cleaning of the vehicle would have gone a long way.

I have bought more than a few cars in my lifetime and I would have to say that this experience was by far, less than my best experience. I asked about window tinting, and they didn’t have a company to complete the job, and they also did not fill the car with gas. I liked the sales associates, they were nice, but I’m not impressed with this dealership.

Had my car towed there through insurance since it’s the local dealership from where my car broke down. It was there for over a week after I was told it was going to be looked at last week. Called this week and was told it was not a priority so they have not even pulled it into the garage to do the appraisal of what it needs and cost so I can move forward with my insurance company. Now they have waisted my time and also lost a week of my rental while they didn’t even give me a call to say they were not going to be looking at it. If they did a courtesy call I could of had it moved to another dealership last week. Worst customer service out there!!
