They were fast! They beat the competitors price with the same tires. Set an appointment, they were standing there ready! I left my car there thinking it would be several hours to have all 4 tires done.....nope! Less than 45min and I had to come back! Great service!!!

Scheduled an oil change for 9:00AM and was completed 9:30AM. Awesome staff, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! This was my first visit, but made you feel like youve been a customer for years. If I can give this place 10 stars I would. Sean and his team are amazing and instantly just gained a new customer. All the reviews giving this place 5 stars are real and which is why I chose to come here. I had gotten some suspension work done and new wheels put on my car and they did an amazing job. Sean kept me up to date throughout the process giving me status updates along the way. Often times, you have to stay on top of a shop to get updates but Sean was great about keeping me informed on my vehicle. I appreciate the hard work you guys put into my car. Very knowledgeable and honest and that is hard to come by now a days. Thank you again!

I worked with Coy and Alex, both of them went out of their way to get my trucked fixed on time. It was a difficult repair, but they were able to handle it with ease. They communicated with me multiple times during the process to give me an update because they knew I had a busy schedule. Im impressed how professional and versatile this shop is. It’s called tire outlet but they do EVERYTHING! I like how they don’t repair anything that’s not necessary. I also like that they are open on Saturday. This is very convenient because I’m so busy during the week. I would definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.

I made an appointment with the manager who is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The gentleman at the counter explained in detail what other issues I had with my vehicle and typed this on a receipt. Extremely happy.

They where very friendly and got me in right away!! The man at the front desk was very helpful. I had my toddler with me and he put on a kids show to keep him entertained. They where also very fast and efficient with fixing my flat tire!!

The staff was pleasant and took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle. Ended up spending more than I planned, but was necessary in order to get the car in safe, drivable condition for my daughter. Second good experience with Tire Outlet. Recommend them highly.

I arrived soon after the store open without an appointment. There were two people with appointments who arrived about the same time. Within 20 minutes all three of our cars were being serviced. After replacing my tires and checking the alignment a tech reported that I didnt need any additional service, which resulted on my total costs being less than expected. I am extremely pleased with my experience.

Great guys & very helpful. Went in after having valve stem issues. They changed our mine w/temp stems, ordered replacements w/o even charging me. Once the replacements came in were quick to get me in and taken care of. Its a smaller shop so call ahead, ask for Coy the manager hell take care of you

I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. They had everything I needed which meant I didnt have to go somewhere else for parts. They were polite and had a comfortable waiting area. I will go back and recommend them to anyone.

I have to say that I had a great experience here. I went in for a set of new tires. Coy and the staff are very professional and friendly. Customer service was awesome. The thing that really made my experience a great one was to hear the great things that one customer had to say about his experience. He spoke on how customer oriented the staff was and how they went the extra mile to address customer issues and concern. Sitting there listening to him speak on his experience made me feel even more comfortable in my decision to get my services there.

I called the day before and spoke with Terri. He was very helpful in giving me several quotes on some tires. He even went as far as to explain what the 99w meant on tires because I didn’t know. My son took the cat the following day to have the tires installed. He had no issues at appointment time. They began right away and kept him updated on the progress.

I was able to walk in and have my tire changed quickly at a reasonable price and great customer service.

The price of the oil change cannot be beat. But the oil change before this last one I discovered there was a oil leak I didnt realize that it was leaking from the oil change so when I got the oil changed this last time it took a long time and they had to get some parts delivered. This whole time nothing was ever said and even when I paid nothing was said but I soon realized that the oil leak was gone. I wish they would have just had discussed it with me. I appreciate that it was fixed but it was something they broke the time before and just let me drive off. Which could have been catastrophic.

Mr. Coy Turner at the main st location and all the guys are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. This place makes others seem under qualified for sure.....

Great place. I had a flat and went to autozone for some fix a flat. It didnt inflate my tire enough to drive on it so Michael took their compressor outside to air the tire up completely. While the tire was being inflated he suggested that I go to Tire Outlet to have it plugged. It wasnt far from them so I drove down to them. They were very polite and quick. Had me in and out in under 15 minutes and only charged me $21.00. If I lived closer to them they would become my new go to shop.I highly recommend them.

Yesterday I got a tire rotation on my vehicle at no charge and the manager Coy at the north side main st location even went the extra mile and balance all my tires at no extra charge. Yesterday my wife became a fan, and will start bringing her car as well.

Not happy with their service. I was told the tire I needed was at the warehouse in town and would be here the same day. After over almost two weeks, I get a call “if I still need the same tire” that would be here the same day almost two weeks ago. I end up going somewhere else.

I had an 8:30 appointment. Was driving out of therr by 9:30. Also, no one tried to tell me I needed tons of extra work done. Great experience.

Called to set an appointment. Showed up to my appointment and they were ready for me with no delays. Went in for a tire replacement and an oil change. Turns out the tire was fine and it was just the valve stem. They saved me a bunch of money and more importantly they were honest. This will be where my family takes all their cars in from now on! This place is a tucked away gem! It’s a big name place with a small town feel. This location has a manager that makes you feel like more that just another customer. Coy has went out of his way for my family and I on several occasions. This will be my go to place for all auto issues that the Tire Outlet on N. Main St. is capable of doing.

This is the best experience I have ever had purchasing tires. I ordered the tires through them online and made an appointment online. Didnt pay for anything until the job was finished and I was happy. The store manager Robby was very helpful and respectful. James did all the work on my car .
