I had my car towed from Vass NC to my house then from my house to this wonderful charming helpful my new best save my life mechanics! I have a extended warranty on my car. So I had to TOW my car from where I was staying to my house (last in the evening by the time I got in town) then to this wonderful found very close to my home and on the next day. Even though my car seemed like it was with Tubels for about 3 weeks (all because of my warranty company), if you want someone to help you not only fix your vehicle put not steal from you! Here is where you need to bring your vehicle!!! Much deserved respect!!! Thanks guys!!!

First off, it is with the Good Year if youre trying to find it. I had them fix a few things that were wrong with my car, I paid around the same price as I did at the dealership a few years ago. I liked that the parts used came with a 24 month or 24k mile warranty. We just moved to the area, and found out they honor a AAA discount so we decided to give them a shot. So far so good, this may just be our mechanic.

Overpriced. I was charged $120.00 for a light diagnostic. They attempted to over charge my insurance for services leading up to $500. Claimed I had a nail in my tire that they wanted to fix and there was no nail in my tire just low air pressure due to weather.... too many false diagnoses. Overall I’m very upset and not pleased. Do your research before choosing them.

Tubels has awesome and excellent service. I would highly recommend them for all of your cars mechanical needs. They take very good care of you and your car. Any problems they can fix it. Gave great service fix all my leaks whit no problems

First time, they were able to fit me in quickly when I had water hoses leaking, even looking to see if they could save me money. I appreciated that. 2nd time I went was regarding an AC issue and that was a little disappointing with a premature pick up call and malfunctioning part that was installed. However, they took the time to answer all my questions and I walked away, ultimately, satisfied that the problem has been corrected.

I set there for almost 30 minutes just to get air in one tire and then it started to pour down rain it was more than one young man working they disappeared so the gentleman that was working finally stopped what he was doing to put air in my tire Im so disappointed

They were very, kind and helpful. The place was very clean. They were very professional and efficient. I certainly would go there again if I lived in Jacksonville.

My serpentine belt was shredding! I called Ford and they wouldnt be able to even look at my car til Friday...it was Tuesday! That wasnt an option. I called AAA to get my car towed and they recommended Tubels. I got it towed there. It was around 5 PM. They were done with my car the next day by 2 pm, and with AAA I got a 10% discount.

Always get excellent service from Andy. He doesnt try to get me to get services not needed. Hes honest and doesnt take advantage of me. I appreciate that.

These people are crooks! I took my 2014 Chevy Equinox there in January and it cost under $40 for an oil change. This month same oil change cost $78. The guy told my husband it was because the price of oil went up. Cool so why does the one on the southside charge no more than $59.95 and out the door taxes and fees would have been $68. They also didnt tell him this until they had already started working on the car. Tires plus across the street would have only been $40 for the same oil change. Not only will these people NEVER touch my car again I well not be referring anyone else to them. Hopeful theyll go out of business soon.

Andy (owner) went above and beyond while my car was in for repairs. I had to bring it back in, however, he turned what could have been a stressful experience into no stress at all. When my car was returned, there were little fixes on it that I was not expecting, but was extremely happy to find. I have never found a shop with better customer service than I have had dealing with Andy. This is the first time I felt compelled to post a google review because I was that impressed with the ultimate outcome of service.

Its very easy working with these guys. Front staff is well-versed in car needs & mechanics are very thorough in their work. This is the 2nd time this year its been in for major service(belt change, major tune up) and Ive been very satisfied both times. They come highly recommended!

Me and husband went to pick up our only car that was towed there to replace the struts. We paid $700 over the phone and had them put our key under the mat so we could call a cab because they would be closed by the time we got there. We paid $40 for a cab and when we got there the car wouldnt start. Mind you the car ran fine when dropping it off. They didnt unplug the battery or anything and have no after hours customer service to call so we were stranded even though we just paid $700 for our car to be FIXED. Which now its worse off than when it came in and we spent $80 in cabs for no reason!

Let me start this post off by saying this is an independent Goodyear auto shop which means, they are only authorized to sell Goodyear tires. Goodyear bares no responsibility for work done on your vehicles. I have a 1986 Chevy Caprice, nothing fancy no big rims, no fancy paint job. This car has more sentimental value to me so it’s in its original state besides the 350 custom engine I had installed, and aftermarket rims.The guy that installed the engine is in Alabama, however he did not put the right carburetor on so, instead of driving the car back to Alabama, he just mailed me a new one to have it installed. 6 months later and $1947.00 the original charge and after providing the carburetor the car still isn’t fixed. The crook and Manager Andy Moyer wrote up some bogus charges for researching on the internet $291.00, having to pay for the shop, lights, workspace etc… in the garage to the owners $318.00, and work he claimed to have done which by the way I didn’t ask for totaling another $567.00. Other things (Andy Moyer) he made up to add up to the amount he tried to charge me.Who keeps a car 6 months? My car ran better before I took it there. After I drove off I almost killed myself, and other drivers, because the car continued to cut off. Everything in this car is power so once it cut off you lose control of steering, and brakes! I called Goodyear Headquarters to file a complaint but, because they are independently owned and operated the only thing they (Goodyear Headquarters) could do was call them and let them know they have a pending complaint against them and that they were aware of the complaint. If you take your car to this dealership you have to be stone out of your mind after reading this complaint. I am a recently retired 30 year Veteran and I have no reason to lie about anything or anybody. Goodyear should be ashamed of themselves for allowing them to use their name. I will never go back to Tubel’s Goodyear or any other Goodyear. I don’t care if it’s part of the franchise or not. This is the worst place ever!!Marino L. Cole

Called to inquire about RV rentals and were they so rude. Couldnt provide rates, absolutely zero customer service. Stay away.

I was new to the Jacksonville area and needed to have some work done on my car. I called over to Tubels and they fit me in that day. They diagnosed what was wrong with car and even fixed it that day. I guess that is why they must be one of the top auto repair shops in Jacksonville FL.

AAA towed us into Tubel’s and they immediately ran diagnostics on our Toyota RAV4. They gave us a tip on the local restaurants which was very welcome after our 3 hour wait to get towed. While we were eating we received a call from the manager at Tubel’s with the results of the diagnostic and he gave us his opinion of the best option for repairing our car including what it would cost us. It sounded very reasonable to me so I gave him the go ahead. The RAV was on the rack by the time we got back from our meal and with only 35 minutes of waiting in their comfortable lounge area our vehicle was repaired at the price he quoted. I highly recommend Tubel’s for their prompt and very friendly service!! Also, I’d like to mention that we had our Golden Retriever with us and they graciously allowed him to wait in the lounge with us. He especially loved all the attention he got from the staff and workers there.

Got a tire there service was good in and out within minutes

Was significantly overcharged for the work. Better to get a second opinion and cross shop with someone like Pepboys as they have much more to lose than a small shop like this.

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Especially Jammes location. Come in with one problem, leave with another. Their attitude and language says it all. Seriously go to a different place or you’ll waste every cent you have.

They are liars and they will rip you off! They took a part out of my moms car and gave a quote that was out of the world to fix it. We went and got another opinion from another place and they couldnt understand why the part was taken out. Hmmmmm figure that one out!
