The most incompetent service and people possible. Took my car here for a recall which was door latch replacement and Shifter cable pushing. On the inside they left a screw on my floorboard, glue in my backseat, and punctured holes in my door vinyl. Under the hood they LIED dead to my face and told me they did not take anything off to replace the cable bushing. Looking at it I was missing a bolt and one was incredibly cross threaded. The mechanic Jonathan is a liar and the service director Richard sweet is useless. Don’t waste your time or money ever coming here.
Originally went for an airbag recall. That ended up turning into multiple visits. Asked for a diagnostic run for a different problem. Failed to find the problem the first time they had my car. Problem persisted. Set up another appointment. Had to reschedule my appointment multiple times, they repeatedly promised a loaner car but never had one available (I thought it was a dealership!). Ended up getting my repairs done somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN.
Dont plan on calling them, will never answer the phone. Show up in person

They lie about the services they actually do & over charge. We have had the same problem for the past 3 visits/service appointments and been charged close to $4,200 & not much has changed on the vehicle. Nor has the original issue been fixed. We are taking it to another Ford motor dealership-mechanic to have it looked at & to see what was actually fixed or what still needs additional work or serviceTerrible . They always say they are short staffed or under staffed & it is very hard to get through to the service department on a regular
I drove down from Georgia to purchase a vehicle from AutoNation and my salesman, Josh, made the whole deal a breeze. He had the vehicle I was interested in already parked up front for my test drive and explained the bells and whistles to me during the drive. This dealership is truly a one of a kind place. I purchased a used vehicle from this place on 11/30.1. The sticker price is not real. They claim have a “sticker” price, however an additional $799 was added after the sticker price and when we asked what the fee was for we were told “profit”.2. This place stole money from me. During financing, my bank accidentally cut a check for more than the vehicle price. I called to ask when the additional funding would be refunded to us or to the bank. I was told I would get a call back. It’s been over 3 weeks, I’ve called 4 times, no one in accounting has called me back or answered my calls. I still do not have a check for the extra money sent.3. The car was dirty. The vehicle was not detailed or cleaned when we purchased it.4. This experience is the exact reason people dread purchasing vehicles - dishonest, sneaky, evasive. Do not give this place your business, buy your car ANYWHERE ELSE.

My car is over 10 years old and i was not informed prior to buying tires through them that they do not provide a road hazard warrentee. Brand new tire nit even a month and had to turn around and buy another. You bet your happy @#$ I wont buy through them again !
I recently had a service van in this shop for a transmission fault code and wanted to have a new key cut for it. After sitting for a week they started working on it. I was informed that they needed to reprogram the transmission. They did and I picked it up. Here is my issue. I see on my bill a charge of $45.35 for “Shop supplies for repair”. I questioned the charge since there was not any supplies used. I was told by the service technician that everyone is charged this wether supplies are needed or not. That doesn’t seem fair and I doubt many people catch this. I won’t be back unless supplies are needed.

Kind folks, decent work, clean facilities, classic dealership prices - mostly what youd expect. A considerable drawback is the lack of communication and updates received.I was told over the phone that my cars fix should have taken a couple hours. When I got there they said half a day. Were on day 3 now and Ive had to call in for every update. We had to ship a part in and we ran out of time last night are both fine excuses, but what an inconvenience to have to find those things out on my own accord. In addition, when I was told that the car would be done first thing this morning, I found out the employee wasnt coming in to start working on my vehicle until three hours after opening.In summary, the work you get is decent, the prices are what youd expect from a dealership, the people are nice as can be, but youll feel stranded and powerless while falsely hoping your vehicle is done soon.

Went in on a Saturday to get a car. It didn’t work out but Nathan kept looking for a week. He was super awesome and found me a car that would keep my payments where I wanted them to be. Highly recommend going here if you need a car.

Took my car to have rotors turned. Four hours later... still sitting there wondering what is happening. They took my car for several test drives which included breakfast at Burger King and speeding 69mph in a 55mph zone. If you intend on taking your vehicle here, please make sure you put a tracker in it first so you know whats happening while you are waiting for several hours.

I had a great experience love my car
My husband spent all day working a deal for a truck they said they could get him. The truck he was told would be brought from their “sister” company. We (him, me, and our baby) go in the next day to sign the paperwork only to be told it is maybe a 50/50 chance they can get the truck and they won’t know until Monday. We know dealers pull what they can but this was ridiculous!
