We realized I had a slow leak in one of my tires this morning leaving for work. We went to this location and waited for them to open at 8am. They graciously opened up a little before that time and we were able to get my tire fixed (at no charge) and be out the door by 8:30. Everyone was very nice and efficient. I was able to make it across town in time for my 9am meeting! We have been customers for a long time and always appreciate the terrific tire service we get.Thank you.

The customer service was top notch and friendly. I called all around and everyone was going to have to order my tires (3-5 days) and these guys had what I needed and got me in and out in 1.5 hrs. I went in to get four new tires on my automobile. They initially told me that the tires would not even be there at the shop until 10 am. I just happen to have arrived 30 minutes early, and lo and behold the tires are already there. I was pleasantly surprised at finishing up earlier than I was originally expected. All representatives were very courteous, especially Brandon and Thomas. And the quality and price of the tires are excellent. I would highly recommend.

Great place to bring your car for mechanical things. They dont try to cheat you out your money and they make sure youre aware of everything thats wrong with your car and not just what you came in for. But they leave the choice to you with out all of the harassment like every other mechanic shop.

I just walked into mavis simply to get a patch for my tire.I know there is a nail in my tire and I was told by reception that I just needed air . I just purchased 4 new tires from this location last month. I was willing to wait the 2-3 hours I was told for the service however I was still told multiple times to go to tire palace instead . The customer service here is nonexistent .

I bring my car running perfectly but after brand new tires installation and alignment my car was running perfectly straight but the steering wheel was out of center. I bring it back and none body touch my car. It was park in the same spot and they told me they try to align it but it was impossible. I never saw the alignment sheet or no paperwork related to nothing they did. They never provided a piece of paper because In fact the never give it a try. Also, since I bring it the first time there is one guy in there that do talk to people like they are his kids... No respect.. yelling while talking...

My wife took her car into Mavis on 103rd due to tire lights coming on. The guys there were able to find out what the problem was and took care of the issue. My was wife was back on the road in no time with no worries.

I made the mistake of going to another garage before I went to Mavis. The first garage wanted to put an entire new brake system on the front of my Envoy and they said “ All or nothing”. So I declined their advice. Went to Mavis, they checked my front braking system and put on just what I needed!! You have no idea how very happy I was with their decision. Saved me several hundred dollars. And gave me their insight on some other things I may want to keep in mind for the future!! I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER OF MAVIS!! They will come highly recommended from me! And I plan on going back in the future for anything I may need.

I went here To get a simple replacement tire last Monday. About 30 minutes after I left I get a borderline panicked phone call from somebody that works there. Apparently I had so many things wrong with my car and he was saying it was a safety issue and that it was going to be $700 to fix it. Father-in-law is a mechanic. I told him I was just gonna have him take a look at it. When I got home my father-in-law looked at it, What you know it there was nothing wrong sure my brakes may need to be replaced in the next 6 months but there is not a single other thing wrong with my car. I took it to another mechanic at my dealership and they agreed with the in law. It is also worth mentioning that when I picked up my car, The gentleman who checked me out went over there report and said not a single thing the other gentleman said ln the phone was a 911 or safety issue. I firmly believe they looked at a girl and thought lets make some money. They did a perfectly fine job with the tire and the service in terms of that was fine but Istill infuriated.

I was in the middle of a road trip from Florida to California when the wife and I noticed something wrong with our van. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in the same day even though the parts were not available. They pushed to get the parts we needed and to get us safely back on the road. The service was great and the techs that work there are polite and know the proper knowledge on cars. I recently went for service and a serious matter on the vehicle and Trey, the manager, looked for the best deals possible and showed me everything that could possibly be done to resolve the issue. Would definitely go back there again for all my mechanical issues for my car. I appreciate all the hard work those guys do and should be made as a model location of how the rest of Mavis should be ran across the country

When I called Mavis tire store to ask questions about there tire prices and labor service, I spoke with Tray the manager and he gave me the best price and option from any other retail tire store. Three days later when I went to Mavis to make a purchase; Tray remembered my concerns and I received excellent customer service from the entire Mavis staff. I would recommend this 103rd Street location to my family and friends for their tire needs.

Absolutely Professional Courteous and Honest... I went in for a self diagnosed problem and what I thought was a master break cylinder, turned out to be just a loose bolt... Ok...I’ve been to Mavis before in NY and been happy so when my car broke down traveling through Florida I looked for one. This place was great! I can’t thank them enough. The lugs had sheered off my passenger front tire. Lucky we didn’t loose the wheel! They took me right in and worked on it so we could continue our travels. During the job they found another small issue and he walked accross the street to get the part so we would have it right away. Super friendly and helpful people! Am truly thankful and would recommend them. Right off 295 on 103rd. 👍👍👍

One of my favorite locations . Quick and Friendly Staff . I usually come in for brakes and rotors replacement and service . Which is completed fantastically. I love the fact that the test drive your vehicle to make sure their is no noise coming from the brakes and rotors before handing over your keys.

I think the team is fantastic the manager is a willing and honestly wanted to take care of his customers before a company to be hurting so badly that now they messed over their customer by knowing when they do a tire replacement they have to rebalance the tire so now they charge you $20 to do this per tire seriously that should be included in the price road hazard the tire come with a warranty companies always put road hazard as a convenience to our customers and appreciate their business now they want to charge $20 per tire so when you go to buy tires besides the price of the tire and Disposal fee and the taxes they want to charge you another $180 for that set of tires knowing that this is a must I think a company that is hurting that bad needs to look at their finances I would not buy stock in this company with them hurting this badly. It is a shame because I think this company could be number one but at this point and the weight has been run in the way of when is wanting to gout its customer four things that are necessary when having tires done put that at number 1002 to me will not exist ever again
