The worst experience ever! We came there to transfer our phone number to their carrier. They can’t do it that day and charged me 26.08. They promised me to refund the money in 2-4 days. But until now. 13 days gone. My money still haven’t refund to me. That means I paid 26.08 for nothing. What a liar! So so so bad!
Once I entered the store, I felt very welcomed from all the staff there. They were excellent by helping me setting up everything on my new phone, and answered all my questions by their proficiency. They seemed really busy at the time, but were still patiently helping me. I will definitely visit this store again, the best T-Mobile service I have ever received!!!!
Charged me fake fees which even when questioning they said were normal. Called TMobile after purchasing my new phone about the charges and they confirmed I shouldnt have paid them and returned the charges.Put these reviews in order from newest and youll see a pattern of bad customer service.

Just swung by as they were closing … Sareen GW, the manager there, was a total champ. She was able to help me out quickly switching out SIM cards and answered all my questions thoroughly. For future reference, I’m happy to know she’s running my neighborhood T-Mobile store

Terrible customer service and a lousy whatever attitude. With the pandemic still around, I am trying my best to limit contact with people outside of my household and so I called ahead to ask all my questions to minimize the back and forths for when I do arrive at the store. The representative who took my phone call was impatient and even told me to go figure it out myself. In the end, I asked them how many Iphone 11s do they have in stock as I prefer to walk out with the phone the same day versus having to wait 3 days to pick up my phone. His response to this was im helping another customer right now please call me back later. I am astonished that he would stop what he was doing to pick up the phone and give me half of his attention. I later called the T-Mobile store in the marketplace and the level of support I received was night and day.

I copied these text from the other customer which I felt the same. I visited this branch a couple of months back regarding my phone. They were not helpful and dont care about customers. A few weeks back I visited again and same thing. He said go to another tmobile location and he cant help. I drove to irvine spectrum and they were very helpful and helped me and said this location could have easily helped. Usually when you visit, they always welcome you and try to help. But this location he wasnt even ready to get out of his chair and gave a dont care attitude. Both time bad experience and will never go there again.

So I went into this store because my phone got wet. I was so worried that I lost all my Information. I spoke to Chris an assistant manager in the store. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly and great customer service. I could tell he knew his stuff because his coworkers kept coming up and asking questions. (Maybe that’s part of what they’re supposed to do I guess). Anyway he immediately ordered a new phone for me and I got it the next day!! All of my contacts were saved. He spent total quality time with me getting me set up and all and all it was a great experience ! Great customer service. This is my go to store for sure! A+ Chris!

The employees at this store allowed my EX-husband and minor daughter to go into my account, change all of my passwords and security codes and put a new phone and insurance plan on MY ACCOUNT. Im furious. I hold Sprint responsible for allowing this fraudulent activity to take place. I will deal with the fraudulent activities of my Ex separately (who badgered my daughter into giving the store the information they needed). Bewarebecause apparently privacy and security of customer accounts are non-existent. I never received a text, phone call, email...NOTHING. I came home from work to find this had taken place. Im going into the store first thing tomorrow morning to deal with this. If it is not handled appropriately, I will be getting law enforcement involved. I CANNOT believe Sprint allowed one (or more?) of their employees participate in this fraud.

Was helped by a Mr. Sung and he was very friendly and helpful. Out of the four Sprint stores Ive been to this is the only store that helped me get what I needed. He helped me understand the fees and what I was signing up for with integrity. If you want to switch over to Sprint or already have a Sprint phone I would definitely recommend this spot.

This store is super helpful and friendly. I have had issues in the past with going to the Sprint store and came out unsatisfied, but at this location Vincent, Christine, and Yuna were super friendly by engaging with me and understanding with what I needed. I have been with Sprint for over 10 years and were surprised with the service they provided. They were helpful enough to transfer all of my info onto my new phone when I was worried with loosing everything I had already on my phone. I enjoyed their service and recommend it. Sprint is the worst company, the signal is so bad that 70 in a sentence can not be heard clearly. You have to guess what the other person is talking about by the 30 you hear. Its easy to transfer the garbage company number, its hard to transfer it out! Like a rogue!

My parents and I came to this location right down the street from our house after calling the store to ask some questions because we were looking to switch carriers from AT&T to Sprint with the new promotion going on. Yuna was super helpful over the phone so we went ahead and made an appointment with her the same night. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all of Sprints deals and promotions! Even though we stayed past closing time at 8 pm, she didnt rush us at all. Thankful for customer service like hers!

Entering the store I was sceptical if they would be able to restore my iBook files that, upon transferring to a new phone, became encrypted. After trying his hand at it a few times, and having never encountered such a problem, Vincent Ha was finally able to figure it out and restore all of my files!! I was so ecstatic to get them all back! Vincent was super nice, understanding, patient, and my personal hero. He was given a whole new problem, tackled it, and solved it without a hitch!! Excellent (if not beyond) customer service!! The best experience at a Sprint store I’ve ever had. Deserves five stars all around!

This review is on Sprint Cellular in general, not this store.Sprint has the WORST coverage (look it up, its literally has the worst data speeds. I couldnt use google maps during rush hour on ANY day in downtown LA because the service was so slow.) and they are the only carrier that will CON you with their UNETHICAL contract.Quick credibility background: I have a job, money, a house, good credit, and dont leave myself out to get conned by every business. From past experience with other carriers, I trusted Sprint to operate ethically, this was not the case.Dont trust Sprint, they used the easy to read cost table on page one but charged off the fine print exception on page two scam to overcharge. I have signed contracts with the other major carriers with no issues. I trusted that they would operate in good faith as well.The salesman convinced me to sign up for Sprints lease program. In the end that contract charged me $1500 for two iPhone 6s ($1200 brand new when I got the phones. After 18 months and covering the cost of the phones they continued to charge me $60/month for the lease of the phones I had paid off. This charge would continue indefinitely if I didnt end the contract. At the close of my contract they wanted another $350 or return of the phones I had already paid $1500 for. My credit score is high enough and I own a home so I dont care about the small ding to my credit.Read reviews on Sprint Cell data speeds NOT on coverage. The phones say LTE all the time. They have a great connection to the cell towers. But the download speed is so slow as to be useless most the time. That is not an exaggeration. Ask people who have Sprint, its terrible.
