I got a great deal and they repaired my screen in under 2 hours. They also were able to fix the face sensor on my pixel 4 at no extra charge. Definitely recommend!

I went in on a Saturday night around 10 minutes before they closed. The nice young man was so accommodating, helpful and kind. I was honestly expecting doors to be locked and told to come back tomorrow. This man needs a raise for this exceptional service! I would highly recommend and we only had a small cell phone screen replacement job. Good local business to support 👍🏽

Went here for rear camera problem on iPhone 7 plus. They had a different quote when checked on Yelp but they met us in middle (after saying that the quote they gave us on Yelp was only for front camera and increasing the price of overall quote for rear camera) when we visited the store. Happy that they could fix the issue by putting a new rear camera. The camera parts also has warranty. The guys are real good and are really helpful. Will recommend this guys to my friends.

I called CELL PHONE REPAIR IRVINE and was directed to this location. it is conveniently located behind ZION market. Inside i was greeted and helped within minutes by DAVE. His customer service was above my expectations and answered all my questions over the phone as well. I would highly recommend taking your phone to DAVE since he is excellent at his job! This place is awesome I got my iPhone 6 Plus screen repaired here. It was badly damaged including the frame. Ramiro did his best to repair it and took only about 20 minutes!!!!! I will come back this week to get my iPad repaired. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! They use the worst quality of phone screens. Our screen cracked same day after the installation, and shortly after the Home button stopped working. Owner of Dr. Smart Phones Irvine refused to apply their 90-days warranty and repair button because the screen has cracked. The screen has cracked because she used terrible quality! She apparently forgot to mention that there are different types of screens, and installed the cheapest one! Dishonest!

My experience was with Brandon, I brought In my iPhone 7+ with a SHATTERED screen and no protector on it, he was so helpful and fixed it even better than it s before in 20 minutes!!! So thankful that he was so helpful!!! HIGHLY recommend dr smart phone!!!!

Called regarding replacing the screen on my Galaxy S6, a very friendly and knowledgeable employee answered my questions, took my phone in, it was fixed quickly and at a good price. Hopefully I dont need them again but if I ever need phone repairs Ill go back for sure.

Fraud - Not trustworthyBrought in my Samsung Note 8 Purple for repair of front and back case. Paid extra for Samsung OEM part. Monse Morales told me it would look like original. When I picked up the phone, it was black not purple which I did not authorize, and they did not use OEM part. They also claim the battery was leaking so I had to pay for an extra battery. I asked for the old battery back, and it was date stamped 2017. I bought my phone in 2019 only using having it a couple of times. So I think they just stole my old battery and charged me for a non-OEM replacement. They charged me $350.08 but later found out Samsungs price for everything including front, back case, battery, shipping is $215. Samsung will test your phone, does not void your warranty, and will give you 3 months warranty on parts and labor.Dr. Smart Phones just lie and cheat their customers. Do not trust them and would not do business again.

Ramiro has terrible customer service this place is a rip off and they sell defective screens for $100. Buyer beware they are very untrustworthy dont believe their warranty upsell. I brought my phone back within one week for them to replace the defective cracked screen and Ramiro lies to your face and says that his vendor cant take it back. I would not take your iPhone or tablet here to get fixed its a wast of your time and money.
