I had placed an order for two new phones online and was switching my service from another major carrier to AT&T. My husbands new phone arrived promptly but my phone had been delayed until October. Both of our old phones were having major issues and needed to be replaced immediately before they became useless. One phone had been stuck on the talk back feature for 38 hours ! I called the Irvine Spectrum store and spoke to Brandon. He was very sure he could help me with all of these issues and He did !! I left the store with a great new phone without having to wait 2 months and Brandon was able to retrieve all of my husbands information from his broken phone to his new phone ! Brandon is the best representative AT&T could EVER HAVE because of his honesty, patience and expertise! My husband and I are now both satisfied new customers of AT&T, thanks to Brandon!
I got the new iphone 13 with a trade in with my old iohpne with a 1000$ of its value. The new iphone i got had some glitches and stuff that i had to exchange it but the promotion was gone i came back to store and “Brandon” helped me alot to still keep that 1000$ and a lot more help and comments he gave me that was a big helthanx to BrandonIf you want to get any service or buy anything from at&t located in spectrum just go to Brandon haha
Brandon, the manager, went out of his way to assist me with an issue and was extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness. I typically have poor experiences going into phone stores, but this was such a nice change of pace. Thank you, Brandon, for your help today!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR HOME SERVICE. We had an appointment for 4 p.m.. At five we call to ask where their guy is. He says hes TWO HOURS AWAY. Oh, by the way, the first time they came, they did not do the job, which is why we had to have them come back today. People are missing work because AT&T cant keep a simple appointment.
Sales Agent is very rude, I have never experienced this kind of response.not sure about the policies but He want to show the ID before giving ANY kind of of details, even not ready to talk. Went to other store and gone well. not sure this store have different policies

Yikes! Terrible service here and the employee actually sold me the wrong phone - not what I had asked for. Also the music that was playing in this AT&T store during my visit had multiple derogatory terms for women and African Americans - one of which in particular I prefer not to hear, and also would have preferred my children not to hear. I hope this isn’t representative of AT&T stores at large.
Do not recommend this place at ALL! First, there is only one sales person in the store! The saleswoman Mellisa does not know anything at all! After waiting for a long time (~40 mins) and asking her whether she has a specific phone and receiving positive response, she said we do not have this phone! What??? Who is responsible for our waisted time? I left my work to come to store to waste 40 mins of my time? Mellisa also gave me wrong info!

Excellent service at this location by Jeff. I went in to change my service from Sprint to ATT (wireless) and expected to be in the store for HOURS but was in and out in less than 45 minutes! OMG! One of the worst branches of att! Not only the customer support, Mellissa, didnt help us, but she gave us wrong info. She also didnt know answer of most of our questions! What a sad day!!!
The worst customer experience I have seen in my entire life. No greeting waited for 24 minutes one employee talking to customer and the other one on the phone going back and forth to the back room. Asked if I can help and was told to wait. Finally after 25 minutes of wait left the store

There was a lady named Melisa who not only didnt give us the receipt when we have bought stuff, but she didnt tell us there are extra fees that we should pay. It seems she didnt know well what she should do. However, there was only her at the store which is disappointing. Try other places!
Awesome customer service especially when most AT&T stores try stuffing so much sales down your throat and killing you through the process of it. I had a rep named William who was super helpful and took his time to answer all my concerns and questions. Super happy with my experience and defiantly will be back to buy some more stuff! Seriously THE BEST customer service Ive gotten at any location. Although I arrived 20 min. Prior to closing, William made sure to go through every detail and offer they had available at their store. I came in a bit late shortly before closing, and Ricky was able to help me upgrade to a new phone. The process was painless and easy, and the transition was smooth. He stayed an hour late to help me update my phone completely and upgrade completely. He was very straight forward with the newer features I would have on the phone, and was incredibly insightful in helping me pick out the perfect phone. Ive never experienced amazing experience like with Ricky at this location, and I recommend anyone come here to receive the best treatment.

Is AT&T an elaborate scam out to prey on the weak?For nearly 6 months my wife and I have been substantially overcharged for our plans. We were offered a free iPhone X (that we would not have been able to afford otherwise) for opening a new line. We have been charged not only the fee for the phone itself, but additional charges and late fees. Weve visited the store, weve called customer service (several times) and allegedly had it resolved, they ensured it would be resolved. Weve even called the grievance department––and had them solve our payment issue as well.However, again this month, the payments are now even higher. AT&T is stealing money right out of our accounts from their own incompetence and repeated mistakes. Were not unhappy, were furious.Were ashamed to be associated with AT&T and their dreadful ability to attend to their consumers needs. When you have 3 kids, live on a very tight budget and are trying to use all your money to pay everyday expenses, these kinds of corporate oversights become overbearing. Im certain were not the only ones...I only wonder how many millions of people AT&T is stealing from that simply havent noticed the discrepancy in their bills, a few dollars here, a few dollars there. Were done wasting our lives on hold with AT&T irresponsible practices, while they keep us on the line.

I believe it was the manager of this AT&T right next to the new Irvine Improv location, Anthony, who helped me save some money by reviewing my service plan and helping me cut my bill back with a plan more suitable for me. Spent multiple hours upgrading phones and plan, and extending Directv service. Store Manager Anthony provided amazing support and service, and recommended great ways to save costs. Im from India and was visiting my family in Irvine, CA last winters. When no other companys SIM card would work on my phone, At&t did and their represtative named Forest (at the Spectrum branch) was so great! He was very friendly and helpful, he assisted us even though it was a little over their stores closing time. Forest, if you ever see this I owe you a dinner/lunch.

Walked in and rep (Grant) was sitting down. Told him I wanted to upgrade he asked which phone. I told him which one. Not much conversation. Didnt ask anything about my plan or any questions about anything else I needed.He out the phone case I picked out in the bag and said hed email my receipt. Once upgrade was done I asked him if he could transfer my stuff over. He said the phone comes with a cable and that I could do it at home because the wifi there is super slow. He said they dont get the transfer machines that cost thousands of dollars that corporate stores get.Okay, I understood and figured it was no big deal but then he just put the phone in the box. I asked him if he was going to activate it and set it all up. He then asked if I wasnt going to transfer the stuff when I got home and that if he set up the phone now the only way to transfer the stuff would be to reset the phone again. I told him its fine to at least get the new phone working. I felt rushed. He didnt want to get my phone set up, I was never given any paperwork, he didnt give me a receipt, I had to ask twice for one.I then see him put my old sim card (at least 2 years old) in to the new phone. I ask him if I cant get a new sim card for my new phone. He then says that the sim card isnt a bid deal.. that it just gives you service 🤔 He then put the new sim card in my phone and put it in the box. I felt like he wanted me to just leave already so he could go back to watching the basketball game on the TV.Not feeling 100% I sat down and took out the phone from the box and I started activating it on my own. When going through the activation I asked the rep which wifi I could connect to (when setting up the phone it said to connect to wifi). He then answered Like I mentioned earlier I dont recommend our wifi. Keeping my cool I asked him, okay so like I said which wifi CAN I connect to?.I got tired of his unwillingness to proactively help and I asked to speak to the manager. Anthony came out.He was helpful and resolved our issue. To make matters worse the rep never even activated the sim that was in the phone (so I would have had to come back or call customer service) and when I was going to put the case on my phone that the rep just put in the bag it wasnt even for the right phone.⭐⭐5 starts for Anthony!⭐⭐ He was awesome and I could tell he takes pride and cares. 0 stars for Grant who didnt even have his nametag on. I only know his name because of the receipt (which I had to ask for twice). To make matters worse I saw on the receipt and started getting emails the next day about attending mobile protection pack for $11.99 that I never asked for or was even told about.Grant needs to go back to training.
Very poor costumer service. They are unprofessional, rude and not helpful, even they won’t staying from their chairs. On Friday we walked inside store a girl not moving from her seat, playing games and the same time asked, “ what can i do “ 2 hours lateral we went again to the store Grand the same position and same reaction and 2 days later Antony the Manager the same position and same reaction. We purchased 2 iPhones X max let them deliver to us because they didn’t have the color we wanted, the next day we got only one, because they missed up with our order. I will never go again.

Came in here to cancel cell plan. Friendly customer service and easy process to cancel. We were tried to convinced to stay but all family members are worth Tmobile and have been asking me to change over for the longest time so Ive already made up my mind to finally do it this time. Plus tmobile started becoming cheaper. If at@t was cheaper I would have sticked with them. I like At@t because their cell service in places like Irvine and Tustin are exceptional. Tmobile doesnt get reception there when I was there 4 years ago. I dont know if tmobile has gotten better or still the same since 4 years ago.

Pre-ordered iphone, changed my cell plan and ordered direct tv. i spent 3 hours there they lied, got everything wrong, fixed it and was still wrong. called at and t direct and they said this is a retail store and were just interested in making a sale…call at and t direct..they can do everything and you wont get stuck with amateurs and waste your time

First off, let me premise this by saying I RARELY write reviews unless it is an extraordinary experience. This surpassed that, and more.My phone unfortunately had a system error and completely shut down. Being in the medical field, my phone is used for almost every facet of my life and I was in significant distress. Long grueling story short- LUIS at the Irvine AT&T store was the ONLY one to actually understand my plight, offer me multiple options, fix my issue, and enable me to have a functioning phone as well as offer me peace of mind for my issue with my old phone.As a note- I went to three AT&T stores and spoke with five AT&T representatives (these were only the in person experience...Im not going to get into the phone calls) Two of the reps at the Alton store were rude and quick to offer me a deal DOUBLE of what I was offered. The associates at the Barranca store were very nice and professional...but brief and unable to fix my old phones issue, or offer suggestions. Even the other associates at the Irvine Spectrum store (whom were also nice and helpful and professional) were not able to offer the same caliber of aid that Luis was. He spent the time and showed genuine desire to help.If you have an issue- please seek the Irvine Spectrum store, and ask for Luis. Seriously. I am so appreciative to this individual.Also- AT&T, I have no vested interest, but seriously- this guy deserves a raise!Thank you again, Luis!!!! The new phone is working out great!! :)
