Ashley is the BEST, would be an understatement. She makes you feel special and makes sure all yours needs are taken care of, no matter how long it takes. I have 3 kids and every time I come in, she is so patient and helps me and makes me feel so comfortable with all the decision making. She suggests the best products based on my particular needs!!! I will wait days or even hours just to have my appointments with her personally. She is the face of Verizon to our family.
Had a great experience today working with Ashley! We have a business account with several lines and sometimes it can get a little confusing, however, Ashley made it all work seamlessly. We purchased a new phone and Ashley transferred the data while we waited. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us to pick the perfect phone. Well definitely being returning for all future phone needs!

Long story short. My wife dropped her iPhone which damaged the screen. We went to Apple store in the Spectrum to get a replacement and had to be billed yesterday since it was covered under her expense account and it was the last day of the fiscal year. They not only refused (to take money we needed to spend) but were quite rude about it to the point that my wife and I walked out during the interaction. We went down to the Verizon store hoping for a resolution and from the moment we walked in it was like a breath of fresh air. Ashley was nothing short of amazing!!! Her knowledge, positive and flexible attitude and her professionalism were the perfect remedy for the poor customer service we received in the Apple store. I have found the art of great customer service to be more difficult to find these day, but Ashley has clearly mastered it. Her infectious energy is even more impressive considering that my wife and I were not in a very good state upon our arrival and she was able to quickly turn things around! I cant recommend her more and this store more!!!

After pricing out a phone online, I decided to go to the store to see if they could offer a better deal. Ashley assisted me and she was so great! Extremely frustrating experience, especially after being a Verizon customer for over 10 years. I came in several days ago to get a new phone. The sales rep gave me misinformation regarding the payment and processing. He also tried to tell me that purchasing over 300 dollars in accessories was required for me to get my phone. At first he said 320 dollars in accessories and then he kept changing the number randomly. Luckily, I contacted Verizon and found out this was not true. What was even more frustrating was that he messed up the payment and processing so I had to drive to another Verizon store (a corporate one) just to be told the sales rep at this location had messed it up, and given me false information. They recommended I file a complaint. All in all, I ended up having to visit multiple stores and spend HOURS resolving the issue he created. Visit a corporate Verizon store, not the Victra stores as the reps can give misinformation about Verizon.
Verizon Store at Spectrum. Irvine was fantastic, I ordered on line and could not get the phone set up, it was found I had a bad simm card. I first went to the El Toro store in Lakeforest and they were no help (In fact I suggest do not go there for any reason). If you want old fashion service, go to Irvine Spectrum Store, I worked with Jorge E. He set up phone and transferred everything on my old to new phone, this would have taken me hours due to a learning curve. I was in and out approx 45 minutes.Sincerely. Terry Watson

I had a great experience buying a new iPhone. I first went to Apple but they were not taking retail visitors. So I went to seizing instead and the experience was just a good. The rep fully explained the pricing options, and he seamlessly transferred my old phone’s data to my new phone.

Unfortunately this is the worst experience ever first with the customer service for 1.29 minutes then, I went to store and met that guy called gage was super rude and keep lie to me to avoid helping me until opal came to helping me out, no one solve my issue but at least opal was honest and respectful but that gage was unprofessional and give me finger . I really cannot believe version doing that with their customersThey took from my card 1350$ and refused to pay back, they said I only can take towards my bill 🤦🏻♂️
Everything went so smoothly and we were helped by Gage. He was very knowledgeable about the phone (Note 20 Ultra) and also hooked me up with a really good deal. Obviously with it being a phone store. Things may take a bit long, but they go through everything you need to know and I really appreciated it.

When I arrived I had the wait 15 minutes for them to get my phone and they made me buy a bundle for $150. Upon asking Gage Gibbins what phones cases to choose from, I found a live cockroach the size of a quarter in one of the phone cases. The best discount they could offer me for this was $40 off. It took over an hour to set up my phone and then when I told him we were in a rush to leave to prepare the paperwork he didn’t. When I was trying to pay, he rang up the transaction incorrectly 3 times. After leaving, my phone did not work and I had to contact customer service. After all that he even forgot to activate my phone. Horrible experience will never go back.
The guy who help me did not wanted to logg off my account when I asked him to do so he walked away and I had to call Verizon customer service to make sure he was not going to do something fishy on my account

Be careful: the sign out front is misleading--this is not a true Verizon corporate store, but an authorized retailer, but unlike other similar businesses, somehow they got away with not displaying that on the sign as other non-VZ locations have been required to do. Consequently, prices, inventory and even service varies from what you can expect from a bonafide Verizon location.

Honestly, I know Verizon customer service is subpar, but this store is just incredible in its mediocrity.We entered the store and there was only one person talking to a lady.Okay, cool, well wait. A good five minutes, no acknowledgement at all from the guy. My friends and I looked at each other with knowing glances, the Verizon guy and the lady were flirting and talking about nothing related to what the store was supposed to be selling.My friend finally asked about two phones that we were interested in purchasing and about adding another line. The guy looked at us disinterestingly and gave one liner answers. We asked about pricing and he said its about XXX. Without even trying to check and just giving an approximate value. We asked about how much the monthly payments were, he said just divide it by 24 months. It was ridiculous.I honestly gave up on the guy.My friend asked for a card so we can give them a call when preorders open on the 6th. He said they didnt have a card and to just google the store phone number.Damian, you were incredible in your customer service. I have never had the displeasure of being a Verizon customer.
Excellent help from Nick at the store at the Spectrum. I had an old phone and it took a lot of work on his part to get some data copied from my old phone to my new and a lot of his time! Appreciate his perseverance and patience! Now, we will see if I like this new device as well as my old one!!

I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs!Walked into this store three different times with my wife with the intention of switching off T-Mobile to Verizon. First time the rep gave us bad information on what we would get if we switched. Second time a different rep couldnt help us (she kept stating she worked at a different store) and recommended we come back today (9/30) to speak with a manager.We walked in today and no one acknowledged us. They werent even busy. We sat down and waited 40 minutes and no one helped us. They helped other people who walked in after us!We gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried three times to become a Verizon customer. We wasted a total of about two hours over three different days. I would highly recommend you run away from this place because it seems like they cant be bothered to do their job.
Forced me to buy accessories as part of getting a new phone whereas the actual Verizon corporate store does not. Go to a real Verizon store instead.

We had an incredible experience with Verizon today! We came in to upgrade 3 of our phones and I expected to be in the store for hours with the normal bs we’ve sadly come accustomed to when purchasing new phones. BUT...Justin and Gage made our experience painless and enjoyable! In fact, my son changed his mind on having an Apple iPhone 11 within minutes after Justin set it up and wanted to get the Google Pixel 4 instead. What??? Justin was a superhero and changed it out for him with a smile on his face and friendly banter while he spent extra time helping both my son and daughter download all of their information from their old iPhones to their new Google Pixel’s! Next time we need help with something, we’ll come back to this store. Thanks guys for a fun experience today!

This place was really really bad, 0 percent costumer service, 0 percent respect to costumer, I ordered from this store after 11 days when my order was ready to pick up they couldn’t find my order and they didn’t know where is my order, I don’t know why Verizon open this store with these people that they didn’t know how to talk to costumer, please never go to this store
No one was willing to help me in this store. I was there waiting about 15min, but no one cared about me. I had to interrupt a customer who just walked in and trying to talk to them since non of the representatives were looking at me. I was told to call the 800 number which they didn’t even give it to me. Not coming back to this place ever again.
Was dying to get the new iPhone and came here on the recommendation of a family member. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and made the experience seamless and fun. David Loose helped me and had great customer service. Transferred everything from my old phone and was upfront about all charges and fees. This is going to be my new Verizon store.
I would give them 0 star. Utterly rude, disrespectful and unhelpful staff. They dont have enough knowledge on products offered and also don t make enough effort to help customer. I have been going there from 3 days to see if Verizon delivered my phone only to find, they have not received it. When I contacted Verizon, they confirmed with tracking number that it was indeed delivered 3 days before and Victra sales person did not even make effort for 3 day to look in their stock if they have received it. They only did it after Verizon called them.
Clear shift from customer care to pure sales focus.I went to this palace to ask about a some changes that was made on my account by a Verizon customer service representative and also confirmation on future roll back that was scheduled on my plan.The person I was talking to, was all focused on offering a hotspot, checking to see if he can sell insurance coverage, battery charger, battery pack and a Hum subscription before even trying to address the issue that I walked into the store for. Then the short answer to the original question was call customer service
I come here every year for the new iPhone release. They give out water and snacks which is great! I normally come in the early mornings and the line is honestly not that bad. It beats the Apple Store around the corner and the staff here is very easy to deal with. But dont be surprised if they make you sit down for 5 minutes to demo some of their Verizon products before allowing you to but the phone. Still a shorter wait than the Apple Store.
In the past I have always hated visiting Verizon and dealing with the up-sales. This time around it was a great experience. Neema was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The manager Ethan was also very helpful with providing discounts that I probably otherwise wouldn’t have received. Over all, it was a very fast and efficient process. Trust me, ask for Neema during your next visit to the Verizon at the Spectrum!

Everybody here was really friendly. I decided to bring my Moto Z4 Droid back because I didnt like the color filters in the camera (it makes everything that is yellow look pea green). For some reason Lenovo didnt fix that in the new edition, so they lost me as a customer.I opted for the new Google Pixel instead, and it arrived within 48 hours. So far its been easy to use and I like the phone.
