Our car stalled in a parking lot in Irvine on our road trip back to Sacramento. We called Sam to see if he could get us in on a sat to look at it.He went above and beyond. Even drove to the parking lot to assess it while we waited on our tow truck. He diagnosed the problem and got the part ordered so he could get us going as quick as possible.They stayed late to finish our car and took extra time to ensure they showed us everything and answered our questions. Honest, fair and good people. Highly recommend them!

This place is amazing!My daughters car was overheating we popped in with screaming kids in the back, And they filled her car up with coolant.They were so courteous and so helpful!This kind of service is rarely seen today.I highly recommend them.

I can truly say that Sam is a great guy. Honesty and integrity is something that you question when you go to a mechanic sometimes but TRUST me when I say you wont with him. I went to get a diagnostic and Eduardo (one of the mechanics) did it in a jiffy. When I came back to get it changed I went in to the waiting room and what felt like 10 mins the tires were changed and I was ready to get back on the road.

Honestly if you want a quick service on your car with great mechanics and knowledgeable staff members the guys helped me look at something under my car and helped attend to my best shield.

I was there when they opened. The tire guy helped open the shop, put on my wheels and got me out in less than an hour. No hassle. Cheap work. Amazing service. Would even go there for a filter change if I needed it.

Was looking for a shop for my car for a long time they gave me a bunch of band aid fixes, broke down in Irvine at families house to find this shop over the phone giving a great estimate so I brought my car after talking a few minutes I realized I came to the rite place and had to look no further came to pick u my car next day problem fixed and felt relieved thanks to this shop, I recommend to anyone needing car help they get it rite the first time

I recently got my car repaired at star auto and the guy ripped me off for over $300 dollars he then added an extra $20 dollars for something i didnt ask for . i will not recommend this place to anyone !! Do NOT go there to get your car repaired you WILL get ripped off!!!👎👎👎

If I could give less than one star, that would be it, this place changed one of the speed sensors on my nissan sentra 2012 and the service engine light kept going on, I had to come back multiple times to get it fixed and it never got fixed, they made me waste my time, my gas and spend money on uber and lyft, they never fixed the speed sensor in my car and literally stole $400 from my pocket, I hope nobody does business here and that the facility goes under along with their useless experts, good day.

I have worked with them for a while. They are stand up people, did a good job for my Maserati Quattroporte. Price is reasonable for Irvine. I am going in again today for a new job.

!!!Horrible. From my own experience, the guy lies about your car condition and makes you do something unnecessary but expensive (I go to other places to double check), overcharges a lot, and is very good at getting money but not car (yes you spend 1000 and it does not work). Whats more, the mechanics sold a salvage car to my best friend and lied to her saying its a clean one. She is only a poor college student. She has to sell the car and is pretty much bankrupt now. A man without conscience. I feel like I have to tell other people to be careful.

My car suddenly came out of smoke and Joel helped to check and fix the problem with lowest price, he saved my car in time or i may not go back home that day! highly recommend!

Scott the guy working the front desk is a manipulative snake. His only goal is get your money, not customer service. I asked him to run a simple computer diagnostic to see if it would run a particular code. He insisted I have a an 85 dollar diagnostic. After he finds out it was a lose gas cap. I tell him how annoyed I was and he only lowers my bill to 60. Telling me that I got a good deal. This place is a SCAM. DO not go here. These people dont work for you they work for themselves.

Raoul is an awesome mechanic. Go see him there and he will take care of you! He is always really honest with me and is very fair.

Rudest place I’ve ever been to. $20 for changing a tire. Even the worker said, “The boss sets the price; I can’t do anything about this.” And then I talked to the boss about the price and he was just plain rude about it. Like the other google reviewers said, just forget about this place and take your car elsewhere. Poor customer service and the boss treats their workers poorly as well.

Horrible mechanic and bad service. Avoid this place just like how the other reviews say. Unknowlegable and flat out rude. They charged my friend 300$ to replace some spark plug wires and change a crankshaft sensor. They assured me the car wouldnt stall anymore after that. What do you know a few hours later it stalls and now the check engine light comes on. I call Scott the next morning to ask why and he was rude to me saying it was my fault that we didnt have the money to actually fix the car and cussing at me telling me to get a better car right before hanging up on me. Avoid this place at all cost!! Just like the other reviews said this place will scam you out of your money without ever fixing anything at all then blame you for it. We all learned the hard way, learn from us and take your car elsewhere.

The guy in the front desk was rude and impatient when I got there. I asked to buy a bottle of antifreeze and wanted to return it the next day but they did not want to refund me. It was overpriced and I should of done my research.

Awful!!! DO NOT GO HERE! He Left dirty oil all over the inside and outside of my car. On my door, steering wheel etc. When i asked him to if he could wipe it off he got defensive and argued with me. They dont put paper mats to protect the car either and the guy who changes the oil, just gets in dirty and pulls the car out. Oh yeah, and when i parked the car at work noticed my hood wasnt closed all the way...kinda worried about if he remembered to put my plug and filter in right. UGH!

I called for a tire patch and they told me it was 35 dollars. What a joke!!! This place is a joke. Please close down your shop ASAP.
