Great service, always Courteous and efficient and attentive to listen to any other needs of your car you have concern about. You can request a rental car if you don’t have a ride . It is really a pleasure doing business there. If you have to stay there I’d coffee and drinks. Magazines and of course cars to look at .I also get a car wash . I always drive away happy !

Juan was very helpful. I went in for an oil change and knew I had some other work to eventually get done. I end up getting some of the additional work done as I asked and was able to use a competive dealer service coupon that they matched. I do believe some repairs really do need genuine Nissan parts fixed by the experts although its more than I would like to pay. Overall satisfied.

We were having serious problems passing our California SMOG test and had already spent over $200 to a SMOG repair shop without success in spite of their many attempts to solve the problem. After taking our car to the Nissan of Irvine service center they quickly diagnosed the problem in one of the wire harnesses in the engine compartment. After replacing this one part we were able to pass the SMOG test the same day. They continued to provide updates of their progress during the entire time that our car was in their service center and performed a repair for a factory recall free of charge. We would certainly recommend Nissan of Irvine to any Nissan owner that requires service on their vehicle.

My service advisor greeted me as soon as I arrived, took my information and called me a Lyft within 10 minutes. My service was completed in a couple hours and when I arrived the car was washed and ready to go. Pick up was 5 minutes. Great customer service.
Called Mark Nutter in service department to request repair to front end of my 2013 Nissan Rogue. They ordered parts needed, set appointment. Mark greeted me on Wednesday, reviewed my work request and verified parts were already in shop and verified the price for repairs. He provided Lyft service to my home and back as the shop needed vehicle for approximately 4 hours. Car was ready and washed, vacuumed and tires shined when I returned. Great service Mark !!

We were so impressed with our recent experience at Nissan of Irvine. Our new car needed service and we were taken care of right away. I was given a Lyft home and they let me know they would provide a rental car if our car needed to stay a couple of days! I appreciated the text updates along the way. It was ready the next day. This was my first experience with the Nissan Service Dept. after buying my new car at their dealership. So I asked a number of first-time questions and was very pleasantly surprised to find that they were all answered courteously and efficiently and effectively (far surpassing experiences Id had elsewhere in the past). Everything was handled very professionally, and it was obvious that those involved worked with a spirit of excellence. Im 100% satisfied -- and as a person who suffers from high-anxiety attacks, I can honestly say I was grateful for the non-stressful environment! I recommend this place with no qualifications whatsoever and without any hesitation. The person assigned to me was Fernando, and Im happy to give him 5 stars and a big smile as well.
What a great experience! Mark provided a Lyft to take me to to the lab for my bloodwork. Awesome touch! He informed me that they would need to have my car for more than 4 hours and offered to have a Lyft take me home and come to pick me up when they were done. Mark kept me informed of their findings and gave me the opportunity to authorize the work that was identified over the website. I really liked that option. Mark also followed up with a phone call to confirm that I wanted them to do the work. I love this place!

Randy was very informative about all the new features of the 2021 Nissan Rogue which is what I am interested in. He took the time to sit in the car with me and explain all the features in detail. We spent time trying to come to a figure that was good for both of us but I am going to have to wait till maybe closer to the end of the year when they may be giving more than just a $500 rebate. According to the Recall noticed, it takes 1 hour and representative said 1.5 hours, but actually it took 2 hours. It was wasting time. The recall is responsible Nissan and why I should need to wait do long.
I had a nagging noise issue with my Rogue. I mistakenly purchased the car from another dealership. After 4 visits, 2 mechanics, and multiple replaced parts, I decided to take it to the experts at Nissan Irvine. Within 2 hours, their mechanic (Tyler) was able to diagnose and fix the issue. I received amazing service from both Tyler and the Service Advisor (Mark Nutter). They made me feel well taken care of and I left feeling very happy. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again guys!

I had driven a Tacoma and it felt very bad and sluggish. I drove to Nissan in Irvine and Jerry approached me and asked me what I was looking for. I let him know I was looking for a four door truck and wanted to d he Frontier. We went in the drive and the truck felt amazing and so much more powerful and stable than the Tacoma. The sale went very smoothly and the team followed up with everything they promised. I came into Nissan with a list of symptoms. They quoted me around $1900, which was fixed and paid for. I picked up the car and the same issues were still present. The dealer invited me to come back and have them look at it. The service tech and I drove around for about 20-30 minutes and the intermittent problems wouldn’t show their faces. The tech said he would triple check everything with the car on the lift. He did some rust removal work (free of charge), which now it’s been about an hour and it seems as though the issues are gone. Hopefully it stays that way! I appreciate the fast response on my review, and making time to have me come in the next morning to make it right. If anything should come back, I’ll be sure to give them a call, everybody was very friendly and willing to help.

Incredibly bad experience. This dealership comes across initially friendly but then just grabs your money and cares little about your happiness.After my 82-year-old parents purchased a new 2020 Nissan Leaf, we noticed on the drive home that it was missing a technology/safety package that was on the (different) test drive car. Mario, the salesperson, and Joe, the sales manager, neglected to inform us of this key difference in the two vehicles, and we unfortunately missed it during the rushed delivery. Upon getting the car home, we immediately called Mario expressing our disappointment and he promised that Joe would call us the next day to make it right. Well now, after several days of delayed responses from Joe and Stephanie, the loyalty manager, we are being told that there is nothing the dealership can do short of us trading the car in as a used car and absorbing the costly hit. The car has not been driven since the night of purchase and has 5 miles more than leaving the lot. My parents are incredibly sad that the last car they will likely buy does not have the safety features they need.Nissan of Irvine obviously cares more about the few thousand dollars they made on this deal than making customers happy. A pretty sad reflection on the dealership management and Nissan as a whole, that we will be sharing with all our family and friends, and up the chain at Nissan. For those of you that dont know, Nissan of Irvine and Nissan of Capistrano Valley are under the same owner group so be wary of both. And watch out when Joe says he wants to make you happy. It only applies before the purchase.

Horrible customer service. Dropped my car off for an oil change. Got a text telling me several other things were critical to be completed. I called 9 times and got the service voicemail. Called sales and they picked up and transferred me and got voicemail again. Finally called again and got through. I needed advice from people who know more about cars than I do. After approving some work, no one updated me on the status of my car as closing time approached. I called the manager who transferred me to the service rep. The service department has 2 guys and no receptionist. The service guys are perfectly nice guys and just need more help in the department. They said theyre busy and had asked management for more help but nothing has been done. This dealership cost themselves lots of money from me because I couldnt get any information from them. The fact that I had to call so many times to get ahold of anyone is ridiculous. I will not return to Nissan of Irvine for future service.

I feel angry 😡 since I felt cheated by the representative. I came to Nissan Irvine for my car could not accelerate. My friend introduced me to a local mechanical and he told me I need a transmission oil change costing me $200. - 300$. But I think if the Nissan Dealerhip has the same deal then I Prefered the pro one.At 9am on Saturday 5/29 the Memorial Day weekend Mark the representative of Nissan Irvine told me they charged 186$ for estimating but which could be covered in the cost of repair. And he said the transmission oil change costs 220$. So I agree with the deal.I waited for whole day no one called and I felt strange. Eventually Mark called at 2:50p telling me they reprogrammed my car (without my consent) and charged me the same estimate fee.After I paid the bill I and read the report perceived that they only did an estimate without any repair!I feel extremely angry 😡 and feeling cheated.I will go to the process of appeal.
Really disappointed in the customer service I experienced from one of the finance managers. The gentleman wore glasses and I unfortunately do not know his name. He said he did not have the time to help me understand the pricing on a car and that I should take my cell phone out and spend some time on a lease calculator and figure it out. At that point I got up and left the dealership because of his rude tone. He also lied when initially running through some of the numbers saying if he changed anything it would lead to “bank fraud.” Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Nissan dealership.

The time to finalize the paperwork and accept delivery of the vehicle was less than 30 minutes. A fantastic experience overall including a price point that is beyond amazing.

(Free) but when I came for charge my car your friend told me free charge for the regular charge and not for fast charge ! And you know the regular charge is 5 miles per hours !!!!!!!!!!!!!This is not fair that you talking wrong onlyFor selling the car and after sells or lease your car then talking right, this is not fair

The rating for my comment is on the fact Nissan wouldnt cover my vehicle seat even though we had extended warranty. The car was purchased not too long ago. The service person Juan was great helping with what he could. However Nissan decided that based on miles it was out of warranty. Very disappointed and upset I have to pay for costs. I will consider all this when buying car next time.
