Is here anyone can help me to resolve my issue. I got a 2022 Toyota supra on September. and since its a Toyota produced by BMW, the navigation is also use the BMW version. i pretty understand thats a new thing for a Toyota dealer. but i already went to the service center 4 times. and my home is 1 hour away from autonation irwine Toyota. i have been told there is only 1 person thats certified to handle this car, but everytime I go, he told me a different thing. the last time he let me schedule a different time to come again for the activation then i asked him my home is too far a way, can i just go to another dealer near my home to do it, he say yes. but when i go to longo Toyota, they told me the navigation supposed be done before they sell the car to me. and Toyota have paid for them to do this, if i want them to activate it, they will charge me $155 for doing this. and also, the service person in irwine Toyota told me this navigation activation needs to take a all day to do it, but i have did some research, once they use my Vin number to get the activation code they can just call me and let me get in, the process will just less then 15 minutes.........I am tired to make any phone call for this issue again, everytime i call the person but no one answer. i trying to looking for the sale person that I bought the car from, he told me he already left this company.......can some one help me on it, I am not looking for any trouble,it have been 2 months from the date i got the car. I just want this issue to be resolve.........please see attached photo for the activation process.

When I was shopping for a brand new Prius prime, I connected with Oday. He helped me secure a Prius that was being shipping to dealership, as inventory was very tight. He made the whole buying process very easy and transparent. When I came to pick up my new car, Sami helped wrap up all the financing, keeping everything seamless. Im not usually the one to post, but my recent visit was far from good. My experience was ok..... until.... after my car service. I had a few scratches/dents from a recent incident, which was no big deal. I only needed to get my routine service and Id be out. Prior to arriving my bumpers were all intact, but after the service a bumper was missing. I went back to the service center to retrieve it the next day, but was told (after just a look through of their wash center) that the missing bumper was not their fault. (Kind of hard to believe that a well intact bumper wouldve gone missing during a car wash at the service center - that the service guy insisted on at first) Ive had multiple car washes prior and nothing has ever fallen off. Next he checked the pictures that were taken prior to the service and you can see that the bumper was still intact prior to the service. He checked only at the wash one more time, and said he couldnt find the bumper and then blamed it most likely falling off on the highway. (which Im sure anyone/I wouldve noticed if something fell off their/my car on the highway) The service person (not going to put his name here) was not helpful and my experience was far from a wonderful Toyota Care experience. I was just told to leave after only checking the car wash center and saying it was my fault. Im without a bumper to my car and will have to pocket out for a repair myself.

I made an appoint and went in to have my car serviced. I waited in my car for over 35 minutes before anyone spoke with me. I needed a simple oil change and also needed to have my brakes checked. I waited till past 2 pm and my oil change was still not complete. . I had to go to the manager and ask for my car back as I was fed up of waiting. Imagine sitting there from 10.30am to past 2 pm for an oil change!! After finally getting my car back I noticed that they hadn’t checked the brakes. Not a word of explanation leave alone an apology for the agonizing and inexcusably long wait. I paid almost $90 for the oil change. Atrociously expensive. They’ve jacked up their rates.This placed used to provide decent service in the past but not anymore. They didn’t seem to care. Never again. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Eric Rodriquez was our service adviser, he was amazing from the beginning when we dropped of my moms car, to the picking up of her car. He went out of his way to call her insurance about reimbursement for some of the work that was needed, to making sure the shuttle picked us up and brought us back to pick up the car. Try to buy a vehicle from this location. After been told that they didnt charge mark up, they attempted to up charge over a $1000 for accessories. After asking about it they said the accessories were a gift because the $1000 plus was a mark up. I just wanted for them to deliver on their promise, be honest and straight forward. I dont want to waste my time nor theirs. Just tell me the truth and Ill tell you if I can afford it or not, it is that simple. If you go here make sure to ask questions so you dont pay extra. Great Dealership! I live closer to John Elways Ontario Toyota but their service dept. SUCKS!!!!! My daughter and I went in for an oil change with both our cars and it took SIX HOURS!! I will never go back ever again. Toyota Irvine I was out in about 2 hours. Which wasnt terrible. Now a days I expect over and hour but under 2 and they were right around there. The staff was super nice and I had a great experience.

Wife came home crying today because of the comments made by one of their reps. It seems like you dont know what you want, my men are busy, stop wasting our time. DO NOT GO HERE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. She waited 30 minutes looking at cars and said she knew what she wanted. they go to the car and get in, car DOESNT EVEN START? and she asks a question about if the car comes with a moonroof. Then they walked out of the car very shortly after later. These people are complete dogsh*t and do not know anything about cars. do not come here. the man she spoke with was a 40 year old, middle eastern bald and had an accent. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I purchased a 2021 Highlander from AutoNation Toyota Irvine on 12/26/20. Many people (including me) dread the car-shopping experience because of the high pressure sales people and low honesty store managers. This place is different!! My salesman Ozzie Reyes was amazing from start to finish! He listens, keeps his promises, and doesnt play the usual what will it take to get you to sign today games. I highly recommend you contact Mr. Reyes and AutoNation Toyota to buy a new vehicle.

I was out of town and needed maintenance on my car, and while I got there before opening on a Monday morning (4th car there), all the service writers avoided me (didn’t even ask if I had an appointment, which I did not). I asked one who was passing me by what was the deal and he said he’d be right back (nope). Finally a guy came by and I asked what was going on, and he said everyone got there before me (??), and I said no, then he asked if I had an appointment, I said no, I was from out of town (not CA plates, that was obvious) and had been unable until that day to get in for required maintenance on my new car and needed help. He said I’d have to leave the car all day, which I replied wasn’t possible, I had no other transportation available. I was rather unhappy for sure, but he was very rude (apparently he was the guy who ran that area and service writers). Finally, around 45 minutes after opening a service writer came by, I explained what I needed and he said it would be about an hour, which it was. I was never told what all was done for the scheduled maintenance, but happy to have it completed. Other that the guy who ignored me and the rude guy in charge, everyone else treated me very well, which is why they get 3 stars. I switched from Subaru to Toyota for a large hybrid for long road trips, and at Subaru they have drive up Express Service, which apparently Toyota doesn’t have, for situations like mine (easy maintenance, oil change etc). While they call it Toyota Care, apparently if you’re not at your own dealership, not so much. If it weren’t for the nice people I encountered after the rude guy, my rating would have been 1 star…

I brought my Camry in for 140,000 mile service on Saturday morning. Overall, the experience was fine, but I was disappointed with the service tech trying to charge me more than what was necessary, reasonable, or usual. Intermediate service with an oil change usually costs a little over $100. Ive been getting this service at Irvine Toyota for almost 20 years. So I was surprised when the initial price for the service was over $460. I asked the service tech to explain how we got to that price, and he initially acted like it was normal service. I then asked him to go line by line to show me how we got from a service that is normally around $100 to this service being $460. First, he wanted to do a tire alignment. Ive been driving for over 25 years and I have never had anyone try to sell me tire alignment unless (1) I had just replaced a tire or (2) the car is noticeably out of alignment. He also tried to sell me some sort of engine service to remove sludge. This may or may not have been necessary, but it is not standard and part of the intermediate service, so the service tech shouldve called this out rather than just slipping it in to my work order. Even if the service was necessary, I decided not to do it because I didnt trust the service tech by this point. After I removed these two services, my cost came out to around $109.

Took vehicle in for a recall. The service agent was great, but the team that fixed my fuel pump forgot to reattach a part properly, so I had to go back in a second time a couple of days later for them to reattach it properly, which took another two hours. Also, was told I would be emailed about the mistake and never heard back.

Very professional team managing a lot of customers superbly! I had to go in twice within a week for a smog test and later to attach my new front license plate, and I was so pleasantly surprised with both experiences. Very happy to have this nearby and I plan to be a regular for as long as Im around!

Was looking for a vehicle online when I saw one that I liked. Sending a inquiry I was surprised when a few moments later I received a call from Jennifer. She invited in that day even though they closed an hour later. Went in a Jennifer could not have been nicer. Wasnt a typical car salesperson. Was very nice no pressure. The vehicle I came in for would be there a few days later but suggested a 2022 prius prime. Just by not pressuring us we purchased it. The entire process was so easy. I love my vehicle. If you go to AutoNation ask for Jennifer. Great service and a pleasure to work with

I understand that they’re busy, but there is absolutely no point in making a service appointment with them. Called twice and asked when I arrived to confirm that a simple oil change would be completed in two hours, and was then told to wait just a minute next to my car. After 30 minutes of standing in front of the car (was told to not yet go into the waiting room), I’m told that it will take a minimum of three hours. They’ve always been slow, but really…?

Made an appointment for a pit stop, and it was quick, but the service adviser did not ask my name or give me his name. They left my keys in the car when they finished the service. How can you leave the keys in the car at a service area? Someone else could have taken my car without me knowing and without warning that my car was ready. I noticed my car on the side of the drop-off to give the customer the vehicle back.

I took my Tacoma to get a radiator flush. The guys did a great job. The only thing that upset me was that when I scheduled the appointment on the phone, I was told that I would also get a free complimentary car wash; when I picked up my truck it was as dirty as when I dropped it off. What happened to the free car wash? Besides that, the guys at Toyota always do a good job.

Got my vehicle serviced here yesterday and will recommend to friends. Service advisor Eric Rodriguez explained things in a non-condescending manner (I don’t know much about cars) & did not seem in a rush when I asked questions despite the place seeming bustling. He went above and beyond with what I can only describe as superior customer service. We have bought three Toyotas so far & will definitely buy next one here if just for their great service department. That’s where I feel like the rubber really meets the road so to speak & I was very pleased with my recent experience.

Recently, I took my 2014 Prius to AutoNation Toyota Irvine to get checked out. They quickly found the problem of timing cover leaking and fixed it in a timely manner. My customer service consultant, Michael Robinson, handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. The sales experience was great, Caleb was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was not thrilled that although I paid cash for the entire purchase, I still had to fill out a LOT of paperwork with the Finance person. He was professional with his answers but said he could not do anything about the tremendous paperwork. Ridiculous! We spent more time with finance than with sales!! Did not appreciate the unexpected add on for TINT, supposedly.

I spent 5 hours for an oil change. The service guy was unable to communicate what was happening. After the 4 hour I talk to the manager and he apologized. The manager was very professional and explained that he had many clients today. offered me to fill my tank as an apology. I’ll give a 4 because a service shouldn’t last so long.

Bought a 2021 Highlander Limited last weekend from this location even though there are quite a few Toyota dealers that are closer. It has a bigger inventory and more selection to choose from than other dealers. Most important to me when I purchase any vehicle is the confidence that I have with the salesperson and manager that they can deliver. I wasnt disappointed! The car was ready when we arrived. Took a short test drive and finished the paperwork within a reasonable time. Thank you Sean or Rome!

After test driving which RAV4 model/trim we wanted to purchase, my husband & I decided on getting a RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium with Weather Tech Package. We initially went to the RAV4 in Garden Grove thinking they had a lot of inventory; but the vibes we felt at that dealership was off. After we told the salesman that we werent planning on purchasing the vehicle until another 2 more weeks, he didnt entertain our finance questions any further. He said, Well talk when you bring your car back. I was so put off I really didnt want to give them our business. So we tried again and this time, we went to the Toyota in Irvine. The salesman my husband worked with was Dean. He really made the process EASY. My husband came in one night, put a deposit down for the EXACT model, color, & trim we wanted. Dean called us the day the vehicle came in, which was a day earlier than expected. We felt no pressure to purchase, he made it simple & said we have first dibs on the vehicle since we put a deposit, but it can be refunded if we didnt like the vehicle in person. We werent haggled and *the customer service wasnt conditional if we were making a purchase.* And that is why we went with Toyota Irvine. The actual day of purchase was more streamlined than I expected. I was dreading how long it was going to take to sign paperwork as Im a RN and had work at 5:30 AM the next day. Our financial person was Leke, and he was also great! I told him that I could come back the next day if it was going to be late and he said hed have us out and done by 9:30. He ended up getting us out a little earlier than that, which I was thankful for. Leke still did his job, offered us all of the extended warranties, but respected us when we declined. Another amazing thing was that this dealership is part of AUTONATION and they were able to finance my vehicle with Schools First!!! This is huge because I wanted my loan to come from Schools First, and we planned on transferring the loan as dealerships dont usually finance with Schools First. Overall very pleased with the customer service and I LOVE MY RAV4!!! Reliable, 500 miles on my first full tank, drives smoothly, and looks great! Happy to be a Toyota owner! After the last service on my Lexus ES300h, AutoNation repeatedly reminded me by email and snail-mail that I needed a transmission service. This is questionable as the transmission is a sealed system and there is no Lexus es300h requirement to service the transmission that I could find. However, owners do make the case that the seals will dry out, so change the fluid. There are plenty of videos as to how to do it yourself which look pretty easy, but I am past that age so AutoNation got the job.At $200 after the 10% discount coupon (my local mechanic was about half the price), the job was done. AutoNation said it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to complete the work. I was there before 7AM as I had a 9AM teleconference. Over two hours later my car was ready and I was frustrated as I missed most of the meeting.The issue is that AutoNation does not respected my time. They have not been on time with service on my car in the 4 times that I have brought my car there (I purchased the car there as well). I hope/wish that their service department learn to treat their customers with more respect and to be transparent with the pricing, explaining why you pay more for less service.

I brought my car in for service and was immediately helped. Paperwork efficiently taken cate of and I waited for just about an hour when my clean car was ready for pick up. Everything handled efficiently, quickly, completely with detailed report of what was checked. I signed paperwork and was advised about when next service should be performed. I left as a happy driver knowing my car was in great shape and so very pleased with how I was treated and the efficiency of how my car was cared for.Thank you

The only reason I even bothered coming to this location (against my better judgement) was because it was convenient. Not only is the customer service in the Service Department horrible, but my vehicle was left unsecured (windows completely rolled down and the key in the front seat) in an unrestricted area. I definitely wont be returning to this location!

I trust the work this place does but level of service can fluctuate based on which service staff member you get. some are detailed and have open communication some are very vague. Ive waited few times for the service but estimated time can vary based on their business. They usually say 1 to 1.5 hours for oil change last few times it took 2+ so i dont wait around anymore. This time i got my breaks done so i went home, but was done in an hour, guess they werent very busy but their ride service makes it very convenient to drop off and pick up.

I flew in from out of state at my own expense to sign the sales contract and other papers in person. The car was then shipped to my home state where I was waiting for it. I was missing several forms from the dealership before I could register the car. It has been exceedingly difficult to get ahold of someone who cares enough to send me the forms. They’ve already sold the truck and do not care to follow through with good service. I would not recommend others buy a car or truck here.

They do good work, and the facility to wait in is big, clean, and nice. However, I dont feel like my time is very valued. Every time I come I make an appointment, no one ever asks me about the appointment time nor do I feel like the appointment is honored. Every time I come it has taken a very long time. I would come because I had a maintenance contract since that is where we got the car from, but now that it is expired, I probably wont return. Again, nothing wrong with the service, however the wait time is excessive.

I was looking for a Camry with all the bells and whistles. Other dealerships were telling me that there was no car in Southern California. I spent 45 minutes on my iPad looking for what I wanted. My search lead me to Auto Nation in Irvine. I put my info on their website and right at 9 am. A person named Donald reached out. He confirmed that the car was there. So I decided to do everything online. Donald made it so easy from start to finish. I never had it so easy in my life at a dealership. Donald made it so special because this was going to be a anniversary gift to my wife. Donald delivered everything he said he would do. This dealership won’t disappoint you… thanks again AutoNation

Not a good experience. I came in for a battery problem and they gave me a $130 or a $170, cant remember which, estimate for just an electrical check-up. Then proceeded to tell me they didnt have a battery in stock (and take 4 weeks to get one) to fix the problem anyway. I couldnt believe they couldnt get a 12V battery for my Prius and the fact that I was going to pay so much just for an electrical check-up. The dealer in Capistrano Valley had a battery and I drove there. I didnt have to pay for an electrical check-up there and as it turns out I didnt need a new battery. They re-charged my battery and they didnt charge me a penny plus they washed my car. I would highly recommend the Capistrano Valley Toyota dealership over Auto Nation.

Great service by Mack! From the initial internet inquiry to the physical delivery of the car he took great care of us. With new cars being so hard to find we feel especially lucky that Mack was our guy. He listened to everything we had to say and most importantly did not have to “hand us off” to a manager.Also enjoyed working with Eric in finance. I bought a service contract and windshield protection. Not sure how he did it (bc I usually don’t buy anything) but I’m glad we did.Overall a great experience. Total time from walking in the door to leaving with the car was 2.5 hours. It was time well spent.

We bought a 2016 Corvette here and it has been nothing but issue after issue. The original salesperson Tom, was rude and spoke to me as if I didnt matter because I was a woman. I told the Sales Mgr that I did not want any interaction with him. He was still accredited the deal even after several times I requested to switch. Then I was sent to finance, Leke was the only one in this dealership that I can honestly say was amazing. Although, I did witness his boss rip him apart by yelling and screaming for allowing me to write checks for the downpayment after Leke received an OK from a different manager. That was extremely unprofessional. I specifically let them know that I wanted a Warranty as I did not want to pay for any issues being as it was a used car. When we bought the car my husband let Tom know that it looked like it was lifting and he told us with the warranty if it got any worse it would be covered. Fast forward to three weeks later and guess what....Its not covered. The dash lifted and we were told it would be $2000 to repair. It also took us almost 3 weeks for a new key to be issued. I have purchased multiple vehicles through Toyota over the years and am a firm believer in customer service. I drove over 1.5 to this dealership multiple times and have had the worst experience. For buying a luxury car at a Toyota. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership and will definitely not be recommending it. Especially, since it isnt an average car. I dropped 100k between the down payment and price of vehicle to already have issues with it. We reached out to Val and left several messages He has yet to call and discuss it with us. Tom in a text also said, If you have bumper to bumper there should be no problem. So unprofessional for them not to be in contact and to say we are covered when in fact now we arent. on an item that isnt damaged by normal wear and tear. RIDICULOUS!!!

Sales and finance were professional, in the end I got a good deal for new Corolla. However, it was difficult trying to followup with anyone once the purchase agreement was signed. Having great credit does not guarantee you can get the best financing from the dealer. Plan on doing your homework on financing options, before you choose a dealer.

Just moved in from out of state. Needed an oil change snd front license plate bracket with license installed. Oil change was thankfully covered by previous dealer in extending warranty. The bracket was not available. They had to order it. Don’t know why they didn’t order it when I called. My wife went through the same ordeal. She had to go back in forth at the service center bc parts and service didn’t know who was responsible. They need to do some QC here and correct some obvious issues. Will be going elsewhere. By the way, John was a great service advisor. Tom, was not friendly and horrible. If you don’t want to be there, please don’t ruin other people’s day.

Things started out good but ended very badly. After waiting for a week or two for my car to arrive (they didn’t have the color I wanted on their lot) I was called to pick up my car this past Sunday 6/27/21. I was so excited and had already given them $1000 to hold for me. It was already a given that I was buying the car because I was already pre-approved from my bank so no need to finance with them. I got there and waited for hours…..HOURS to get helped by a finance person. I get that they may be busy or short staffed but I literally gave them the time I would be there to start process and to top it off I have a newborn at home who needs me to feed him. They should of had things ready, but they didn’t. From the start I told them my current car only had liability insurance and needed to get help (I’m a first time new car buyer) on how or what I needed to do “if anything” but he assured me he would take care of it. I reminded him again through the process of signing papers….end again he said don’t worry about it just sign the papers. Then he starts to brag about how he’s was #2 in all oc sales guy but now he’s stuck doing a desk job to move up. Ok great, but what about my car?!!! So at the end after 5 hours of being there starving with a headache, with several calls from my husband about baby, my moms sugar getting low (she went with me) I thought I was taking my car home. Turns out I’m not, cause I didn’t have full coverage insurance and he wasn’t able to “take care of it” like he said. So after signing a million papers, I went home with no car. 😑 still had to go bk the next day to go pick up car even though I don’t live in that area, and wasn’t even explained anything on the car like the bottoms etc. I had to call them to come out and give me a brief explanation. Overall bad customer service, and the worst part…THEY DONT LISTEN!!!!! The finance guy name was Eric Yun. Even though I told him 100x about my insurance dilema. Zero importance on customer service/satisfaction. The only good thing is I finally got my car, after all that horrible experience- 2021 rav4

My car had issues regarding the Pre-collision monitoring system (front grill radar sensor and camera mounted on the windshield). More than half day past (Thurs) - there was no communication from the service consultant. I have to make 2-3 calls to eventually get their attention. They have to order the parts next day, that I confirmed before noon. I was promised to get the car repaired by Sat eve. Again, I have to call in repeatedly to get any answer. It looked like they were NOT SURE how to calibrate the system. They delayed the delivery again. In the end, I have to reach to the manager of the service facility to get to the bottom of it. He was kind to provide some discount. Overall, no a pleasant experience, though car was repaired with 4-5 days of delay.

Bought our new Tacoma trd pro and couldn’t be happier! Took it in for a service that had to be done in order to get our registration and the service manager, Dan, exceeded our expectations and truly made this as fast and easy as possible. What we thought would be a 4-5 hour wait, we only waited 2 hours and when Dan found out we were still waiting on a car to pick us up from the Irvine spectrum, he sent someone out immediately. Today, I had to turn around and leave the dealership. I got to the service area to have a Drive Belt replaced. The day before I was told it’s going to cost me around $200 to replace it! In the morning when I asked if there are any add-ons included in that hefty price, I was told no, just the belt. Then I asked again, so how much is it going to cost me? I was told maybe $300. I asked why so much and he said it was the cost of labor. I said I couldn’t possibly justify paying this much for a belt and bought the part and left the place. I found a garage that quoted me $60 to replace it and I bet I can find a cheaper place as well. In retrospect, I think they didn’t want my business because I had an older model car.

Making an appointment is the easiest part of working with Irvine Toyota Service. Beyond that they leave much to be desired. This was my fourth visit to do service after buying my car at Irvine Toyota and the appointments are always incredibly frustrating. I arrived and sat in my car for 15 minutes. There was one car in front of me. I counted 5 service advisors doing nothing while sitting in their cubicles. 2 were even staring into space. They did not approach me to ask if they could help me even though NO ONE else was waiting to be helped. Finally, I reached out to Joe, the manager, and expressed my frustration. He immediately helped me and apologized. He got my service done quickly, called me when the car was ready, and had it waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. Joe is AMAZING. I hope his excellent service will rub off on the group of terrible service advisors that work under him. As soon as my Toyota Care is up I will find another dealership to work with despite this one being the most convenient one for me if the service doesn’t improve. I highly recommend you look for your service needs to be met elsewhere unless you’re stuck like me.

Everyone thinks that they will be taken advantage of by the dealer. This is simply not true at Toyota Irvine. The service was fantastic. The main thing is that they cared about my issues with my car and wanted my car right and it was done at a fair and reasonable price. Poor customer service. Donald Moreno kept us waiting for more than an hour while picking up our car. We called 30 min ahead to inform to keep the car washed and ready. Upon reaching, we came to know after 15-20 mins that the car is not sent for washing yet. It took us over an hour to pick up our car which apparently was ready for pickup.Further, the service rep tried to sell $2,000 worth of additional repairs. Half of them not urgent in nature but marked as red on the inspection sheet. Service rep said the car would be ready in the evening, in fact we pickup the car next day at 1pm. Receipt showed $186 but charged us $202.Never going back to this dealership again!!

Bought a used car from them and wife noticed a minor metallic noise at certain times while driving. Dropped the car off Monday and by Thursday havent had any follow up from the service department. I was frustrated and to whats going on with the car. Called in and had Dan (service manager) helping out. Told him the situation, he was attentive and genuinely apologetic about the situation. He stated hed personally take it upon himself to get to the bottom of whats going on. I went for a tire rotation and an oil change but the tires werent rotated, I knew because the tires were marked, and the oil was about 1/2 inch higher than the full line. After I go back and call them out on it they rotate the tires but then there are scratches all around the lug nuts on my rims! My car was built in 2021 so I dont appreciate getting the alloy rims around the lugnuts scratched up on a nearly brand new car. This was also the first time getting the tires rotated and before I took it in there were no scratches around the lugnut area on these rims.Also the oil shield is bent down, it looks like they only took 1 bolt off when they were draining the excess oil and just bent the shield down to do it. I would appreciate a new oil shield to replace the one that was bent but havent heard back from them so I definitely dont expect them to do anything about it nor anything about the scratches on the rims around the lugnuts.I was then given the reason they didn’t rotate the tires was because I declined the 5k service and went with the 10k service. Well tire rotations are part of both the 5k and 10k service so that reason doesn’t even make sense!I also said I didnt want a car wash multiple times because Ive had bad experience with a dealership making swirl marks on a new car I purchased but they did a very poor wash job on my car anyway

I had an appointment to fix a nail in my tire. I was the 1st person waiting at the service entrance before they open. After 2 hours wait they said they would have to replace it. I bought the tire warranty package so it was free. It took them another 30 min to replace it. So I burned with driving time over 3 hours to fix a nail in my tire even after being the 1st person in line. I was late for work which compounded my anxiety. If it takes them over 2 hours to fix a nail in tire you should best plan for the slow service.

The tech who assisted in checking me in spoke at length about his personal life delaying my service. I appreciate some small talk while working, but he wasn’t typing or picking up on my short replies as a queue to move on. I do greatly appreciate the shuttle service to The Spectrum and the driver was very kind and professional. The estimated time I was provided was 2-3 hrs. A completely reasonable estimate. 4 hours past without and update and I called my tech and left a message. Another hour and a half passed before receiving a call. No acknowledgement or apology for the delay was provided. I asked that he send the shuttle to the Spectrum to pick me up and he agreed. After 45 minutes there was no update regarding an ETA. I called the confirm my tech had communicated to the shuttle to pick me up. The woman who answered confirmed he had and apologized for the delay as one of the vans had broken down. She explained that the driver will call me once he’s on his way. 20 minutes later I did receive a call and he arrived 5 minutes after that. He was again kind and professional. There was yet more delays as my tech was having technical difficulties and another tech helped to check me out on their computer. After everything was said and done my visit took nearly 6 hours for a standard maintenance. I completely understand that it was Saturday and things get busy. However, I would like more of a show of effort and communication from my tech. Thank you.

The maintenance process here is pretty bad. Had an appointment for 10am, but a SA didn’t get to me until 10:40am. What’s the point of making an appointment? I understand staffing issues right now, but adjust your appointment availability if labor is an issue..Was told car would be ready by 12pm. Called in multiple times, left messages, but the SA was never available. Stayed in the area until 1:30pm where I finally headed home (had my kids with me). Ended up having a shuttle pick me up .. what a waste of a day. The location is convenient, but the service is so inconvenient I won’t be coming back here again.

I am writing in hope the service department get improved.I had my car at the dealer at 12:30 pm for a routine maintenance and would get a call when they completed the job. Several hours later, I did not receive any call. At 6 pm I made several calls with no response. On my last call, the answer machine told me service department had been closed.Having no car to get home, I ended up walking to the dealer, and they told me no one had worked on my car. They apologized and told me to drop my car before 7 am the next morning, they will work on my car first.On the next day, I dropped my car at 6:45 am and waited there for 3 hours.This was not the first time this happened to me at this location.

I bought Toyota Certified Used Car from Auto Nation Irvine in Feb 21. Then I took my car to maintenance for a regular service in April 21. Service guy told me that, there are some service items that I need to pay around ~$1.000. Said just bought this car from here and you said everything was good. And he told me that, if you buy used car, you need to spend more money for that car and the total price will be the same as new one. I said, if my budget is enough to buy new car, I would do that but this is certified used car. He said, they don’t cover these service items and I have to pay this money sooner or later. Why didnt you check car properly before sold it!... because they wanted to sell it ASAP and make more money after they sold it. I was shocked and never buy any car from this dealership and never buy Toyota anymore.

I brought my Toyota Sienna for brake service. The work was only on the front axle and I provided my own brake pads. The job included machining rotors. Total cost was $175. Later that day I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I picked up the van and got home, I happen to read the technician memo. It said that the rotors were not machined. The reason made sense, but my service advisor failed to notify me that. In hind sight, I think he should have had the experience to look at my rotors and determine the job would not be complete, but that didnt happen.I called and left a voicemail for the service advisor. I did not get a call back. I called again the following day and reached the service advisor who said he wasnt able to discount the job even though they didnt complete the full service. So, he directed me to the voicemail of his Service Manager. I left a voicemail with an explanation and he did not call me back. I called again the next day and was sent to voicemail again. Again I left a voicemail, and again I did not receive a call back. It has been 4 days and still nothing.If this isnt an indication of how that service dept treats customers from the top down, I dont have any words. Culture starts from the leadership, and apparently customer service isnt on their priority list. Id recommend going to an independent shop that honestly cares about their customers, or find another Toyota dealer other than Irvine Auto Nation Toyota that has the courage to be accountable and do the right thing. $175 to change brake pads on 1 axle is a clear example of stealer-ship.

I have loved my Toyotas, they are such reliable, inexpensive vehicles! My only gripe is that certain service experiences at this dealership aren’t great. While some representatives approach any vehicle issue with reasonable solutions, others deliberately have tried to scare me into repairs and items that I don’t actually need.Why did I get an estimate for $1K to fix some scuffs on my front bumper when a guy at the car wash buffed them out in 10 minutes? It’s so yucky and sad to feel like the service person at Toyota was trying to take advantage of me. I feel awkward going back in to talk to them about it tomorrow. Are you guys that hurting for money that you have to take advantage of people there to seek your help?I guess I will have to be very choosy about which service representative I get!

I would like to extend our gratitude to our salesperson Jennifer Guzman for her assistance to make sure our buying experience was stress free and enjoyable. One thing we really like is that from the beginning she gave us a breakdown of all the items that are associated with our purchase such as the fees, taxes, offer for our trade-in and overall price for the RAV4. This document helped us with our application for the loan with a third party bank. Since the RAV4 was not available at the time we visited the dealership she made sure we were always informed as to when the vehicle will finally arrive using text messages and email and assured us that if the vehicle did not arrive on time that she would quickly inform us. The customer is always in her mind. When the vehicle finally arrived, she made sure we were comfortable using the features. The RAV4 is a very high tech vehicle and Jennifer explained every detail for it very patiently. Days after we received the vehicle, we receive another message from Jennifer that if there is anything we would like to know about the new car that she is ready and willing to assist us. Like I stated earlier, the customer is always first in her mind. Jennifer will be our go to salesperson if we happen to be in the market for another Toyota in the future. As far as the facility is concerned, it is very clean and well lighted. The restrooms are impeccable as well as the waiting rooms. Five star overall for dealership appearance and customer service.

Everything went well. Friendly environment. Vehicle runs great except for a small clicking sound while making a U turn. Perhaps a differential slip of some sort. At first quite pushy to make the sale but worked with raising my trade in value to accommodate. Some miscommunications along the way but everything was ok. Too bad that all sticker prices arent negotiable. Other than the clicking sounds, vehicle is awesome and will most likely take it back to get it checked out in service. Thank you!

After signing a bunch of paperwork they came back and tried to switch vehicles saying the vehicle we wanted wasnt built yet.
