The staff at this place is amazing!!! They were very helpful and fast! We were in and out with ease! These guys were also super friendly and explained everything in easy to understand terms. It really shows how knowledgeable they all are!

Ive been using the team at Grand Auto Works since they were working as The Auto Shop. Ryan and his team are trust-worthy, do quality work and always have sound advice. Never pressuring into doing repairs or work that isnt necessary and I believe they truly care about me and my vehicle. Cant recommend them enough.

This was my first time visiting this shop and I was not sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner Ryan who came across as very friendly! I came in for a quick oil change and tire rotation which he took care of immediately. The waiting area is extremely comfortable and feels rather luxurious. I was so tired of being up-sold at other auto shops but Ryan came across as honest, helpful, and informative. He didnt try to sell me anything, rather suggested repairs for the future. Ive definitely found a new auto shop that I will continue to visit for any auto needs and I cant thank Ryan enough! I dont usually write reviews but I cannot recommend this shop enough and recommend you check it out.

Came into do my oil, and Ryan helped me out. He’s very informative and observant, spotting that I even had engine oil seeping from a bad seal. I appreciate the attention to detail all around the car in case you missed it, not just what you brought it in for.The place itself looks very pristine and well organized with space to lounge or even work on a high table. It definitely separates itself from more crammed auto shops. That, and the up front, quality service makes Grand Auto my go to now

I am so glad Ryan and the team are back! It’s always a bit nerve racking going to an auto shop wondering how many hundreds or thousands they are going to ask you to pay (not knowing what Im doing). This team only does the work that is actually required and has told me numerous times I didnt need any work completed. How trustworthy is that?!! I am so grateful to have found an auto shop I can trust. And on top of everything, their work is always top notch as well.Noting, this is being written on behalf of my wife Kim. I lease my car and dont need much work done, but this is the only place I trust with my car after the warranty period as well.

I call this place for my 2015 Lexus GS 350 that had a check engine light. They took the time to do a quick diagnostic over the phone. Rather than other shops who just say Oh you have to come in to for me to see it Which I can understand but the fact that they took the time to talk and ask questions over the phone, means that they genuinely care.So I went in the next morning, and when I first walked in, I was amazed! Fancy, clean, and elegant design. I felt like I was in a high-class mechanic shop lol! Ryan greeted me, and they did a quick diagnostic and informed that I had a faulty brake sensor. Ryan, the staff and all the technicians were accommodating, Ryan was very generous and explained every detail of what was wrong with my car and what may have caused it. Ryan broke down the invoice with me; I can feel that he was genuine and made sure I understand every aspect.The labor and part price were very reasonable to the professional job that they do. The main thing I cared about was the timely manner they could finish the job and the customer service they provide. This is what I always look for when finding a new mechanic, and I now found my go-to mechanic!I highly recommended this place to anyone, fast service, great prices, and helpful staff.Thank you for the amazing service!

This is a great shop. Amazing and great prices. Ryan does not overcharge or try to upsell you on things that you do not need. We will definitely be bringing all of our cars here as they need things done to them. I went out and got a few estimates. Ryan saved us money and did a better job. I went in for the 200,000 mile check up on my car expecting to pay a lot so grateful for Ryan and his staff.

Purchased a car from a private seller and brought it to Grand Auto Works to get a full check-up.Met Ryan, who was incredibly helpful and told me about specific things to check for when purchasing a used car. Within 5 minutes my car was up on a lift and Ryan was nice enough to call me in and show me some of the things he had explained to me, which I would have never known about otherwise. He reassured me that I had made a good and safe purchase, and even offered to install a light bar that I had purchased for the car.Other shops could have taken advantage of my situation and charged me for replacement parts, etc. Overall, great service with helpful and friendly staff that I can trust. This will be the shop I bring my car to from now on!

Ryan helped me out by changing my oil for both my cars. His attention to detail and knowledge in his field is superb. The newly renovated place has an awesome lobby to hangout in with plenty of space. When I spotted a puddle of mysterious fluid at the bottom of my car and I saw that The Auto Shop was gone I panicked... I used to call up Ryan there to get my oil change. I called around 3 other places and Ryan was the *only* one who was upfront and didnt try to give me the female price (aka charging me double thinking I knew nothing). So I was so relived when I found out that Ryan actually opened his own place!!Turns out my puddle was thanks to a cracked plastic part in the coolant pump and Ryan was super transparent about what needs to be done and what my options are. They had to keep my car overnight and because I was too scared to take a random ride share due to covid fears, Ryan personally gave me a ride home even though I live pretty far away.Car has been running perfectly for over a month now, Ill be taking in my car next to change out the brakes next.Oh and side note for those who used to go to The Auto Shop and remember the janky waiting area.... Grand Auto Works is bright, open, spacious, and super clean. The bathroom is also newly remodeled and thus meets the latest accessibility code requirements.

Excellent business. Ryan did what 3 dealerships could not do. He was able to isolate a creaking noise and I was able to have the dealership address it the same day. He was tenacious and highly skilled at solving this problem.I highly recommend this business.

Went in to diagnose a check engine light on my Infiniti and found out that I needed a catalytic converter replaced. Ryan, the owner, was able to find me new ones at a very fair price and was able to complete the install the next day. Car was back on the road and feeling brand new, can’t thank them enough for the amazing service.

I could not be happier with the service and pricing of Grand Auto works, Ryan was very professional and the quote he gave me was exactly what I paid. I had my car turned around in less than 24 hrs and needed tires, timing belt package, rear suspension and alignment done. Will be taking all of my cars here now and referring them to anybody I talk to from now on.

I had to get a window fixed in a pretty short timeframe as I was going on a little road trip pretty soon. I hit Ryan up, told him when I needed it done, and he took care of the rest.He called back with two options, a cheaper part with a little lower quality and a more expensive part with higher quality, and explained the pros and cons of each choice.After I made my decision, Ryan managed to get the part I needed the following morning and had my window fixed by 2pm that same day.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest work at an honest price. Brought one of my Audi’s in because it was pulling to the side upon acceleration! They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly and clearly mapped my options! In addition the owner and mechanics are very friendly and a pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend brining your car here if you are having any problems with it or if it just needs a service! Best service and prices in town!

I needed my regularly scheduled oil change that I ONLY went to The Auto Shop.I called to schedule another appointment, but unfortunately The Auto Shop closed.I was going to go to one of the neighboring shops near The Auto Shop, but as I was driving through the parking lot I saw a familiar face.Ryan had helped me often in the past, now there wasnt any reason for me to try the new shops.

This is the best auto shop! The staff is always friendly and they are extremely knowledgeable. My car kept stalling and I had been dealing with other mechanics stringing me along making me buy parts I didnt need. The guys at Grand were able to get to the root of the problem with just one visit without jerking me around. I also got my new tires from there for a great price. They have a huge selection of wheels too. Its nice to be able to chill on a comfy couch and watch cool movies while waiting. Thanks Grahm for introducing me ! I have had to take my car there 3 times now for the same problem. For some reason they cannot fix the ac. The second time the car was there approximately 3 weeks, and when i got the car back the rear quarter panel had touch up paint all over it where someone had tried to cover up about 6 to 8 big gouges in the paint. When i confronted the manager about the problem, he immediately denied that they had anything to do with it and did not even want to look at the damage. (he doesnt even work on the cars and they have multiple employees, so how can he assume no one could have accidentally damaged it in the three weeks they were responsible for it?) and he also stated immediately they were not going to pay for anything. I called the next day to check the status on the car and ask that the owner of the shop contact me so that the issue with the paint could be resolved. The manager was extremely rude and argumentative, would not give the owner my contact information, and told me that he was done talking to me and stated do what you gotta do regarding the matter.
