Clearly there are two types of people posting reviews those whom use Chad as a mechanic and those who have not but are scum and are leaving 1 star reviews stating Chad is racist with no first hand knowledge of the man. Chad does quality work at a reasonable price beating dealership prices. You can trust hell look out for your best interest.

Chad Cermak is an outstanding mechanic and an incredible person. He has taken amazing care of my family’s vehicles for several years now. Our last vehicle would have died out years sooner than it did had it not been for him. It’s disgusting how many people are sitting around and waiting to jump on a bandwagon of false accusations. How bored must you be to post slander on a business you’ve never even been to, simply because of something in the news? Bottom line, if you’re looking for an honest mechanic who will take great care of you, this is the best place you could go.

We have known Chad probably 25 years. He is an outstanding mechanic that always is honest with his customers and tries to keep the bills at a modest rate. I am enraged by the allegations against him being racist. As I mentioned weve known him 25 years and know he would never harass someone and have never heard him say a racist word. My husband and children are Chinese. Through the years we have discussed differences between my hubbys heritage and American culture, but never anything disrespectful. Chad has worked hard for years to build a great auto shop. He is a good person that would never harass a customer. If youre looking for a good mechanic who is honest, Chad is the person youre looking for.

Did a great job on a brake job. Fixed and cleaned parts that most mechanics would have just reordered, saving me hundreds of dollars.

Chad Cermak is the best mechanic Ive ever known. Hes completely honest (hell actually talk you out of repairs that arent needed yet), very smart, very experienced, very reasonably-priced. I also really appreciate his verbal skills (unusual in my experience of car mechanics) and his cheerful willingness to explain the inner workings of cars to the less experienced.

A quality working persons mechanic. Diagnosing the problem correctly with out throwing parts at it. A good person indeed.

Ive actually taken my car to this mechanic and have found him to be very honest. I believe hes a good man, not a racist. The many fake reviews on here seem to be from some misguided group-think.

Chad Cermak is the worst mechanic. Hes racist which equates to not smart, inexperienced, very overpriced. I hope he closes his doors instead of subjecting more of his customers to being called terrorists and asking if they are suicide bombers and other inappropriate questions.

Absolutely the best; Cermak is a straight shooter and no B.S., stand-up guy not to mention an amazing mechanic! I always have and always will take my business to Cermak.

Accused my car of being a Muslim, a terrorist then asked if it was wearing a bomb vest. That has NO place in the United States, a business or in Iowa. I just wanted my car fixed and will never return.

This poor man has been unjustly persecuted and his name soiled by supposed hate speech. He is a victim of a unjust bandwagon of individuals.

Lied about the price to fix (nearly double) took three weeks to fix a master cylinder. When I complained, the mechanic asked what was I going to do about it?
