Nice cars poor service. I went looking at cars at Napleton Maserati of Indianapolis and found a car. When I told the sales representative I would take it cash for the sticker price he got nasty with me. First of all its not my fault they put the wrong price and secondly why get nasty and rude with me. I wasnt wrong for trying to purchase for the sticker price. I asked for corporate office phone number but was told no. I guess he forgot about Google. I can definitely understand that an error was made but they were mean and nasty to me like I put the price on the price tag. Before the sales representative came over I checked the prices around it and they had actual prices. I thought maybe it needed a motor and or transmission and I would get it fixed. Either way an error on their part did not require such nasty attitudes towards me. I took pictures of the price tag and the car.

Very poor customer service. Rude staff.I called to inquire about a vehicle when the person on the phone pushed for an in-person visit.After arriving at my designated appointment, the receptionist asked me to wait for the sales agent then returned to inform me that the agent is not coming because he was concerned about the lack of lease specials.It is rude for the sales agent to fail to greet me at the appointment he set.Very poor customer service.

My son and I drove 440 miles each way to purchase a pristine 2-year old 15K miles Alfa Romeo Giulia with TI and Sports Performance packages. The car was PERFECT, and the price was the lowest in the nation within a 500 mile radius of my home. When the sale concluded, the dealer gave both my son & I official Alfa ball caps, easily worth $25 each. All was great till that point. COVID hit, and it took about 5 months to get the title transferred. BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP MADE SEVERAL ERRORS AND WAS PART OF THE DELAY, I AM GIVING 4 STARS. If not for the delay and errors, I would have given 5 stars.

The entire experience was horrible. Definitely not recommend. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!Very careless workers, disorganized, and poor customer service.I flew over to get this car, when I show up my sales person didnt show up, (Beth) she lied to me, she said she had Covid when I later discover she didnt. I followed up with her several times prior flying to pick my car up, I was trying to make sure all dents and detail she promised were fixed and sadly enough they werent.I show up and the not only the car wasnt fixed, but I found more details that werent mentioned by her. A broken mirror, ripped interior leather, scratches throughout doors and some others.As a result of that the sales Manager Darwin told me he was giving me $500 deduction of the car for all the trouble I had and $200 reimburse for my flight as a courtesy, I only took the car with me because ONLY because he told me he was going to find a shop close by where I live and get all the details fixed. the was back in November.I never heard from anybody else since then, and Ibe been trying to reach them since then and Its been impossible.Finally I was able to speak with the new General Manager last month and he said unfortunately he could help me because I was not in Indianapolis and supposedly the $500 I received was for me to fix my car. Really??????? that wouldnt even cover the cost of the mirror. They even wrote on the We Owe after I signed that It was cover with the $500 I was given.After several attempts of trying to reach out Darwing (sales manager) and left a lot of messages, I finally got to speak to him because the General Manager (Mike) instructed to do so, he has the nerves to tell me that he never agreed on fixing my car, that instead he was giving me $500 dollars for it. He stared raising his voice, I told him that it wasnt fair he was being dishonest and that I would have to take this to my the next legal step, which made him explote. He was yelling and saying that I was treating him and the he was instructed by his boss to not talk to anybody when lawyers are involved. I tried to call him down, he said he would hang up on me and so there was nothing else I could do a this point.They really did a good job upselling a bunch of stuff, extended warranties, financing, wheels protection etc.... and now I have to pay an expensive car and its going to cost me thousand of dollars to get fixed.NOT FAIR WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.I was contacted by the Dealership as today Apr-05-21, I explain the situation and I got offered $500 if I took down my review. I cant do that. The arrangement was to get my car fixed. The $700 I received was part of what Darwin offer me that day to take the car, obviously they want to sell... and now they change all terms. Matt, Darwin and Brandon knows what the agreement was.

This place is a total ripoff. They try to rush you out the door at closing hours and make you sign up for every warranty they can create. They took my $1000 down payment and marked the price of the vehicle up $1600. I guess I am not supposed to be intelligent enough to figure that out. After the 4 protection agreements were slid into the cost, the price of my vehicle went from $14,200 (online) to $19,996 (before interest). Nice try. Not today. Your finance manager is pretty slick but he will get a call from the Attorney Generals office for price gauging any day now....WATCH YOUR BACK WHEN YOU WALK IN THE BUILDING. Dont waste your time with Darwin Brown and Corey Bush. They are crooks!! And they never take calls or return them! Go figure!

Due to the current pandemic situation all I wanted was a rough estimate of my trade to see if we were close to what I thought my trade is worth before I made the trip.I called the dealership on Saturday morning around 11am to inquire about a pre owned 2017 Ford Taurus Limited to see if the vehicle was on the lot. I talked with a salesman named Will and he told me the Taurus was still available.I gave him the information on my trade via text and e-mail including a copy of the original factory invoice that listed all the options on my trade and some pictures of my trade.I asked him to call me back with what they thought my trade was worth before I made the 1.25 hour drive. I never heard back from him.

I read the reviews before I came to this dealership but forgot to heed the warning of the 3 dissatisfied customers on the review section. I made a mistake to trust the salesman who sold my car to me. I understand that salespeople will do all they can to have a sale, but promising what cannot be delivered is a new one to me.The General Manager, Cory, promised to do one thing at the initial negotiation but later reneged. When I requested for the refund of my down payment I was hit with a $1000.00 non- refundable clause which was not stated when I paid the deposit. It is either take the car as it is or lose $1000.00. I have no choice than to take the car. Taking the car from the dealership is another drama. My daughter and I had to go back twice before this can be accomplished. It would have even be impossible the second time if not for the intervention of the General Sales Manager that saves the day.I was promised that the car will be detailed before delivery, this was not so. It was washed in the exterior only.I was promised 2 new Michelin tires, this was not done.Prospective buyers, please make sure that everything is in writing, do not rely on verbal agreement from this dealership.Finance Section.Matt - 4 stars.The Finance Manager, Matts, action deserves 5 stars but for his actions in trying to sell me the warranty that I did not need made me to give him 4 stars. During the signing of the papers, he had gone home for the day, but it took the General Sales Manager and a Mr. David all most half an hour to locate the documents.ManagementCory. - The General Manager. 2 stars.He was not a man of his words. He verbally agreed to provide 2 new Michelin tiresfor the car but later renegade because I had negotiated the dealer and documentation fees. I know that everyone is acting on his orders, but promising what he does not intend to deliver is not a good sales tactic. I called about 5 times to speak with him, he was always in a meeting.The Sales Manager. 5 starsI forgot this gentlemans name. He acted as could be expected. I had limited dealings with him but was very impressed with him when he took charge on the delivery day and made sure that we took the delivery of the car on that day. He did not promise anything. During the initial negotiations he did not agree to my request that 2 Michelin tires be provided for the car. His counter offer did not agree to my request fo the tires but Cory the General Manager agreed to this, later to renege. He also provide a full tank of gas for the car when I had been told that all I will get is $20.00 worth of gas at delivery. Thank you Sir, I appreciate your assistance.The Salesman.James. 3 stars.I understand that he did not have the power to make some things happen, but refusing to take my call after the sales have been finalized and before documentation signing left a bitter taste in my mouth.Also he promised to have the car detailed, but this did not happen, a wash was all the car received. We will not forget your deception.Service Team.Brandon Dillman. 5 starsI did not have any dealing with this gentleman other than he came at the end of the documentation signing to inform me of what I have paid for in services. I just recently purchased a car with Maserati of Indianapolis. At first things seemed good. However overall the experience of purchasing Amy vehicle turned bad. My Jeep grand cherokee that was shipped and delivered from Indianapolis to Concord n.c. .was dirty inside and out. It had dog hairs and a pair of dirty mens boxers hanging on the rear head rest. With all of this going on with covid 19, this is a outrage, and a dis grace. There was also a slight dent to the front corner of the hood, that they never mentioned to me. I called back and made mention to them about this,and they said they would send me a check for $250.00. For a full service detail. Never received a check. Mind you I purchased the vehicle the first week in August. My 45 day plates will expire on the 26th of Sept. And I havent recieved my permanent plates yet. Will the young salesman has been trying his best to assist me, however I believe his management his not helping out and being professional car dealership. They also never sent me my vehicle purchase contact. This has been my worst vehicle car purchase in my life. We are reaching out to the motor vehicle department of Indianapolis for help in this matter. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are out of state. I dont have the available time to travel to their dealership. This has not been what I would expect from a professional car dealership. They made arrangements with the bank to get paid based on the fact that my good stating credit allowed me to purchase this vehicle with no problems. They got their pay off from the bank, made their profit, and left me and my fiance in the wind.

Not a great experience. No one knows what they are doing and everyone just seems confused. I called for a certain car and the Sales Manager answered the phone. Since there were no pictures I asked if I could get them. He said yes and was going to send some to me. Never got anything. After about 3 hours decided to make the drive up and look at it. They salesman said he knew right where it was. After searching the whole lot finally went in and asked the same manager that I talked to on the phone and was told it was at a body shop. The salesman called the next day and said it would be 3 or 4 days before they get it back but tried everything he could to help out. Later on in the day someone else called and said it was coming in tomorrow. Well today still no call and no car. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure if this was a fluke...but here is my experience: set an appointment to test drive, arrived and the vehicle was out for service, even though they told no it would be ready. Waited 15-20 minutes. Also noticed during my wait that all used vehicles on their lot had $2k worth of dealer applied paint and fabric protection and a GPS locator. So the price advertised was not the price you would pay. The vehicle arrived dusty and dirty, coffee spill stains up front, crackers in the footwells, and a face mask in the back seat.The young salesman was all alone, and did an admiralable job considering the circumstances. Because of the lack of proper management and deceptive pricing I will not be doing business with them.

Follow up from my April review. Over three months later and I still dealing with the issues from the dealership. They FINALLY contracted Safelight to repair my damaged windshield which has now cracked due to the quartersized blemish. Safelight could not make the repair and did not charge Napleton. Napleton refuses to repair the Windshield, although, I have have a “we owe” slip with them agreeing to repair the windshield. It is also illegal to sell a car in the state of Indiana with a broken windshield.DO NOT BUY FROM NAPLETON.

They communicate well, are very prompt, and put you in a solid loaner while your car is in service. The new vehicles are obviously superb and ordered very properly. Went in the look at a GMC Sierra 1500... price had just been reduced the day before... the truck was not cleaned up, it was dirty, it appeared someone had been using it as their personal vehicle, there was dirty napkins in the front seat, car was dirty... just very unprofessional... test drove the dirty truck, it was a nice truck... price was fair... but the tires were in bad shape... I’d guess maybe 20-25% life left... I asked about an allowance on the tires or just have the tires replaced... when the salesman went to ask about the tires he came back and said they have decide to not sell the truck and are going to send it to auction. What a waste of time!!!

When I went in last week I wasnt sure how things would work out or if they would. I didnt feel comfortable making a major decision on a car without my husband but our schedules make it so difficult to get into indy at the same time. Janae Andrews was absolutely fantastic, she didnt push or try to talk me into making a decision without him. She helped me get set up to actually take the car I was wanting home so he and I could talk and check everything out without any pressure. When it came down to it and we decided to buy the vehicle she was again fantastic and so kind and helpful. There was a small weird issue with a sensor on the tire and the other staff members that were working on it and helping were super sweet too. It was a little slow but everyone was obviously doing their best and trying to keep things moving so I could get going. Since then I am loving my new fiat 500x, Luigi is a fantastic little car and so fun to drive.

I brought my Maserati Ghibli in because my passenger seat was not working properly. When the problem was found and addressed he told me it would be $850.00. I asked why because this is still under warranty. He then tells me it is because there was a penny on the seat track. I come pick my vehicle up the price was adjusted, give him my card and pay and he proceeds to throw my card back at me and say we won’t forget this. Um is that come kind of threat? Who says that to someone that owns the products he is there to work on?! I understand your job may be hard sitting at a desk telling people what to do, but they level of professionalism is VERY POOR.

Have had a couple Alfa Romeo Stelvios ....first one with 37k miles and other than recalls which scheduled thru Will Peters in service dept had no major issues. 2nd one had huge bolt in tire on way to work that I was able to limp in and Will took care of it in couple hours and even got oil change done that was coming up. Excellent customer service and always great dealing with front office on new cars.
