Dont bother making an appointment. Each visit has been extremely long and everyone in the waiting room has been frustrated. I still give them three stars because Ive never had a problem with the actual service, just the wait time.

Super helpful. I got the wrong tires because I thought I knew better than them. When I realized that they knew what they were doing and came back they helped me get the right tires and was able to give me credit that I had already spent. Went above and beyond to help me

Slow service but good prices

Skip the shop....what an amazing experience! They came and picked up my car and checked my breaks and then returned my car. I work late hours so I was able to rest while they worked on my car. I love this place, awesome customer service. Above and beyond!

I heard about the free alignment by tire discounters and was intrigued that that was included with a set of new four tires. I went into the location on Rockville road and met the most wonderful man named Cedric who was so amazing that it is worth noting. I was able to get a discount by comparing another tire stores price for the same tires, I was able to use the free service, they picked up my car at my workplace replace the tires and did the alignment then return my car back to the same parking spot at my workplace. To finalize this amazing experience included in my paperwork was a discount for $70 rebate for the tires I had just purchased! Im telling all my friends about this tire store because I really believe they are the best one in town.

Nobody likes to hear a million things wrong with their vehicle but they were honest and helpful and they work with you on prices. Amanda was awesome. They also took me home and picked me up after car was finished. I recommend

Pricing was good, service was decent. Cigarettes were stolen from my car though... Half a pack. I had em before I went in. Realized I didnt have them while I was waiting for my car to be fixed.Almost raised hell over it, but whats the point of playing he said, she said.Pretty sure I know who did it since he wouldnt look at me when he drove my car around.Edit: this was last year around this time I believe... Also, in response to your response lol, its just cigarettes. No reason to submit a complaint and cost someone their job over a year later. Maybe your guy was down on his luck... Idk... Got my tires last year. Had a leak on two of the back, went in with no appointment in the morning. Had the car back by 10am completely fixed. Zero hassle, friendly, and efficient. 10/10.

Gave incorrect info about competition warranty. Not helpful and not honest. Got better price and warranty elsewhere even buying a 3rd party alignment.

Got me in on time for appointment, installed 4 new tires plus a new spare and aligned the front end. Amanda was outstanding, kept me informed on the progress of my job and got me cashed out and on the road. Great service!

I came in last minute with my brakes squealing and grinding metal against metal, they were so atrocious the staff already knew what I needed before I said it.Cedric, Isaiah, and Amanda took care of it even after they had officially closed. This place is amazing ! Cedric, the manager of the Avon location, was extremely helpful to us as soon as we walked in the door. He gave us all our options that worked with our budget and his recommendation was great and fair. The building itself is beautiful with a spacious waiting area with coffee and bottled water available along with a TV. They did great work at a great price and didnt take forever doing it. I was highly impressed with their friendly customer service and they will definitely be my 1st choice if I need work done again!

I had an appointment scheduled for 2 p.m just for an Alignment and when i get there, the guy at the counter tells me it will be about 1:30-2 hours before it will be ready and was offering me a Uber ride home,I said i have an appointment for 2 p.m and you put a car on the alignment machine 5-10 min before my appointment, then the manager Cedric was looking at me frustrated like whats the problem?and gave me nothing but smart remarks,I think i will be taking my business elsewhere..Customer service used to mean something..

I was told to come to your location in Avon! I almost did not because it is 40 minutes on the other side of town. I AM SO GLAD I DID! An amazing experience! I was greeted when walking in the door by several people. Excellent customer service, friendly employees, and reasonably priced. I met the manager Cedric right before I left and understood why your location is GREAT! I have been in business for quite some time specifically sales and I knew when I was waiting that the manager had to be amazing because it usually comes from the top down. Update....Received a call from the store manager apologizing for the delay and also gave a better explanation as to way. Really means alot when they read the reviews then take just a moment to personally call and apologize.We was not happy because it took them almost 4 1/2 hours to do 4 new tires and a alignment and they wasnt busy. Was told our truck would be done by 4 and they didnt get it done until 430. They was to busy talking and walking around in the shop. They only good thing was that the price he quoted was the price we paid.

After shredding 3 trailer tires (of a full set from this company), I was charged 130 to replace one and told trailer tires dont have a warranty. There was no trying to assuage my feelings of frustration, anger, stress, etc. No understanding of the situation, no attempt to make things right. I was given a $15 discount and sent on my way, damaged trailer and all...
