The staff here was very friendly and welcoming. All I needed was some nitrogen for a low tire that other places wouldnt help me with, they told me to pull right up, filled my tires and sent me on my way. Very grateful to them since I was on the beginning of a 600 mile trip with a full load.

I bought tires and bought the add on to have my tires rotated free. I had my tires rotated there. Shortly after, I was in Noblesville on my way home and thought my engine was getting ready to blow up, my car was shaking so bad. I had it towed to the Car X on the south side. They told me the lug nuts on my rear tires weren’t tightened and my wheel was about to come off.A few years ago Tire Barn did the exact same thing to me. I had my tires rotated and shortly after I was traveling down I74 and my car shook. Again it was the lug nuts were not tightened. It was even missing 2 lug nuts.The odds of the same thing happening twice to the same person are pretty high….high is what I suspect the person was who rotated my tires. I will never go back there again. I could have been killed both times.

Tire Barn is awesome about checking and filling tire pressure. So glad I got my partner to pull in. They told him his rear passenger tire had NINE lbs of pressure. Good to fix before getting on the highway!

I have been sitting here in their waiting room for 3 hours after setting up an appointment and not being given any heads up of how long the wait will be. Others in the waiting area have discussed the same sentiment. Appointments are meaningless and you will be told to come on in if asking how long the wait is. Unless the service elsewhere is low quality, I am guessing the experience is better anywhere than here.

There is a type error on the mileage on the receipt. it states 127 thousand miles, should be 124 thousand miles. I returned the next day to have my receipt corrected, and was told you cant change history If the info is incorrect, then it is not history?

Took truck up to get 4 new tires, which has always came with an alignment. They called me in 30 minutes and said my truck was ready. I was shocked. The tires i have always got were 100$ more and did not come with an alignment. The guy that was working was so rude. I would not recommend for anyone to purchase tires from here. So rude and unprofessional.

I called the day before to get pricing and asked for the total installation price. When I got there the gentleman was rude. I was also told a different price. He looked up their tire prices again. With installation and their other fees it added around $260 for 4 tires. Between the rudeness and the doubling in price I will not be going back. We used to use them quite often, but no longer.

I had such a great experience here that I wanted to make it a priority to give a review. I’m always reluctant going places for car repairs in fear of being charged too much or being treated in an unprofessional way. Just the opposite happened here. Very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable and attentive to my questions/comments. Pricing was exactly where I needed it to be and I was in and out less than an hour. They’ve earned my trust and all my future business when it comes to my vehicle’s tires.

These guys are true Pros. From the person that I spoke to on the phone, to the young man that helps me at a counter, to the technician; all were friendly and great to deal with. Actual service was great. The technicians were good. The sales staff and specifically, William Scott, not worth dealing with. He said he gave me a discount when he didn’t and offered me a $70 rebate that was expired! He didn’t explain all that I was being charged for and from the time I walked in the door was argumentative with everyone he came into contact with. I should have known I was in for a “ride” when I walked in... he was arguing with someone on the phone! Super fast talker and the only thing you will be is disappointed.Look, tires are expensive and there are plenty of other places that will be more respectful, forthright, honest, and appreciative of your business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. You won’t regret it.

Save your time and go somewhere else. You call and they tell you that they’ll get you right in only to find out that they’ll make every excuse in the book not to do it and refuse you service even if your drive an hour to get it done because you were told on the phone they’d do it. So avoid these lazy liars, save your time and give someone else your business.

I had concerns about a nail in the tire. They quickly took the car and tire for inspection and gave a courtesy tire rotation.

Service was fast, friendly, being open on Sundays is super helpful too. They were friendly and I was in and out in a half hour on a busy morning.

Great expirence at the Greenwood location!! I had a tire that needed patching and only $50 and a prayer. (It was $25) Will was a great help and a super charismatic leader. He has earned Tire Barn Warehouse my future business and I will recomend to all family and friends!

The good part is that they took me as a walk in with no appointment. I wS in and out in about 1 hour 15 minutes. The bad part is that they didnt have the tire I wanted in stock. I needed to have tires right then. I couldnt go another 2 days. So I had to end up spending about $250 dollars more than I wanted. They did a good job. I have premium tires now.

Total bait and switch. I got a quote online for tires, made my reservation, confirmed, no problem right?? WRONG!! Supposedly they no longer carry the tires listed on the website. So I was walking out the door when the gentleman behind the counter says hell match the offer. Ok no problem. But then its extra for install, tire disposal, and insurance. Again Im out the door. Again he brings price down. No problem. Tires go on. I get in my car and my navigation says CAL instead of the direction my car is heading and they have no idea how it happened or how to fix it. Whatever. Then while trying to get that corrected I noticed that the pressure for each of my 4 brand new tires is at a different amount and NONE of them are whats designated for my vehicle!! Are you F**KING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!? Better off going elsewhere.

The person who I talked to was very rude not only to me but also also another women in waiting room. The way he answered questions asked of him was like we were taking up his time. My husband has bought tires from Tire Barn for years. We were always please the service and when answering questions we had if we had problem.

Had a great experience at Tire Barn. I called the office around 10:00 A.M. on a Wednesday. I needed an alignment and a tire check on tires I recently purchased from them. Will told me to come in right away. He also told me I needed specific parts on my car in order to get a correct alignment. He thoroughly explained what was happening and answered all of my questions. A mistake happened when one of the employees accidentally damaged my brake line and Will again thoroughly explained to me they will fix the brake line free of charge. I ended up being there for 3 hours, but luckily I brought plenty to work on. Will spoke well and with charisma to customers all day. He was very easy to talk to, put customers at ease, knew a lot about the products and services offered, and made sure things were done the right way the whole way through. I also recommend Tire Barn with purchasing tires because you get great benefits and deals relating to wheel and tire services.

I arrived here at 9:50am on a Sunday, sign says they open at 10am, myself and about 10 other people are waiting outside, door is locked, lights are off, no workers are present. Current time of this review is 10:10am. Glad to see that this establishment has workers who show up on time. Excellent customer service Tire Barn...Update : After finally waiting for the staff to show up, I asked if they could dismount some old farm tires from a few wheels that I had, no problem, I dropped them off, when I came back to pick them up (please reference my pictures) they completely ruined my smaller wheels! Very disappointed with this place, Tire Barn you should buy me new wheels that you showed zero respect for. I will NEVER come back to this place and will not recommend you to anyone.

If you want something done right, quick, and with respect towards your vehicle, ask for Josh. He has always helped me out when I know nothing about tires and very little about cars. He doesnt tire to confuse me or over sell me on things, I never feel like Im being taking advantage of for my lack of knowledge. Pleased with the tires and the quick friendly service, however, you have to be sharp and know what you are being charged for. Automatically was going to put me in the premium installation package for a higher charge until I noticed and asked for the Standard Install Packages. Also, charged me an extra $10 for TPMS Replacement Cores which I do not have on a 1977 van with no computer on board. Love my tires, disappointed with the somewhat shady tactics and out right sale of something not needed for this van. Is the extra $10 in revenue worth the loss of integrity? Depends on ones business model I suppose. Happy with how quickly the tires were installed, price good as same as others but would probably not go back. Never know what I might be charged for if I am not paying attention.

Came in “unexpected” today 3/17/21. I was switching out my rims and tires to 20”. I couldn’t get one of my back rim and tire of the four off. Josh the store manager helped me torque it off and took of my 22”and put the 20” on! Thanks mane

I cannot express how thankful I am for this place and for Will Scott! My tire was basically completely flat, and I stopped at another tire place close by that refused to see me for hours. I came across tire barn and explained how I needed to go pick up my daughter...Will was SO KIND and helped me immediately. The shop was busy but helping me didn’t interfere with the other customers. Could not recommend this place more!

First off...I never enjoy buying tires, nor do I ever think they are a good value since oil prices went down, but tire prices didnt. However, my salesman, Will, was very courteous and knowledgable. He managed to help me, answer calls and deal with a customer who I felt was being unreasonable with his needs....all at the same time. He never lost his cool. Keep up the good work!

I was on my way to Florida and my tire got a flat tire. I tried going to Walmart and they weren’t any help! After looking up Tire Barn a employee named Joshua came outside and greeted me. He helped me right away. Such good service here!

I wanted rims (not show rims), I got tired of my hubcaps rolling off and then I had to replace them (1=$57), so I spoke with Kevin, he was professional and helpful from the beginning! I appreciate it so much! Ordered the rims on Monday, they called me on Friday, Kevin got me in and out within 30 minutes! And my car looks so much better with rims, than with hubcaps! Thanks Kevin!😘

So I had a really bad week and to add to it I had a flat tire. I usually have had such horrible experiences with these kinds of issues but not today. I went to this Tire Barn and had help from Josh the manager. He made my trip so much easier and enjoyable. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and made my trip stress free. He explained all the best options for me and my vehicle. I couldn’t be any more happy with my decision with coming here.

Excellent customer service. Went in to get two new tires for my passenger side due to hitting a big pothole. They gave me price options and let me choose without sales pressure. I was in and out with very reasonable wait time.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning to get new tires for both of our vehicles. Josh was very helpful and took care of us right away! He’s always great when we go in! All of the guys were great as well! We got both of our tires changed very quickly. It was also customer appreciation day and they were giving everyone free hotdogs, hamburgers, drinks, etc! We love Tire Barn and the employees and will definitely continue coming back!

Heading off for work, I noticed my tire pressure light was on. I decided to stop at Tire Barn to have them inflate my tires. The technician noticed a screw in on of the tires, which he said they could take care of in just a few minutes. So, I went inside to check in my Kia.The desk clerk however, insisted that I wait 3 hours to have my minor repair fixed, saying all of the absentee customers that dropped their cars off for the day had to have their extensive work done first.I asked why one technician wasn’t assigned as an express bay so the minor jobs could get in and out fast, and not clog up their parking lot, and keep their customers happy.He simply looked at me and said “If you want us to look at your car, it’ll be 3 hours.” Then, he turn around and walk away.When it is time to buy my new set of tires, I’m going to buy them from someone else. Desk clerks tend to be short term employees. And, this short term employee just caused Tire Barn to lose a long term customer of 15 years.

We needed work done to our H3 Hummer at the Last minute to go out of town. We came in at 2:30 in the afternoon at peak service time. Will and his crew pushed to get our vehicle done that day. The service is top notch and I would recommend Tire Barn to everyone who is in need of brake work, suspension work or new tires.

Typically I have had good experiences and I am long time customer I needed a rotation and had a nail in my tire that needed fixed . They are only accepting appointments and was told there was no availability even though there were 5 guys in the shop and 0 cars in the garages . So now inhave to travel long distances for work for the next 3 days with a nail in my tire .

Will was kind enough to come over to me while I was waiting for my car to be finished and asked for a review. He was even able to help me find where to enter a review and put the 5 stars on for me and told me hed be looking for my review to be posted. He was considerate enough to follow up with me several times to be sure I was able to complete my review before I left and even before my car was done, but I couldnt finish before I left.Besides that, they were good. I had to drive the car into the bay because they didnt know how to drive stick (a lost talent these days) and they needed to reset the code for a low tire sensor after they gave me keys to leave, but the guys were nice enough.

Will had really great customer service and made sure I didn’t leave without getting what I needed. He really worked hard to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He was very patient and got my car back relatively fast. I definitely recommend coming here to get your tires changed!!

I woke up this morning, a Sunday, and realized I had a nail in my tire. I though, oh great I wont be able to get this fixed until at least tomorrow and its going to be expensive. Husband called Tire Barn and a guy named Michael told him to bring it in. Turned out I really needed new tires all the way around because mine were very warn and bordering on being unsafe. He showed me exactly why and where the weakest points were, he was not trying to sell me tires I didnt need. Michaels customer service skills and the rest of the employees hard work is unmatched. I got financed for all new tires and never once felt taken advantage of. Michael was straightforward, laid out all my options, and gave me time to decide. I never felt rushed or anything, and Ill add that he was the only guy working in the front and there was a line behind us. He really wanted everyone to get the best deal for them and didnt rush anyone. I left feeling confident in my salesperson and thankful for his kindness and professionalism. Thanks, Michael!

I have been to this place several times for tire replacement. The first few times were decent experiences. Well the last two times I had vehicles serviced here they have added on extra services that I did not want to up sale me. Yes, even after I deliberately told then I just want new tires mounted. Well this time was the last they will get me. 119$ extra charge that I did not want that they added anyways. And if you are asking why I didnt catch it before I paid, my fiance picked it up and paid for it. I tried to pay upfront but they said it had to be completed before I could pay. Just beware if you do go here they can be pretty sneaky even if its not intentional.

My bad day was completely turned around with my visit. I can’t say anything but thank you to the staff. Will and his staff were quick, very attentive and helped me find exactly what I needed in my price range. I will definitely be coming back when I need more.

My husband and I are taking our sons to their first college visits. We are traveling from Kansas to Ohio and New York. Will and his team did everything they could to get my family back on the road safely and quickly. He provided us with options and recommended the best tire for our SUV. The team insisted on helping my husband unload our bags and place the spare tire back in the truck. We are extremely impressed with Will and his team’s efficiency and customer service. Will provides amazing customer service!!! I’m a District Manager in the retail business and his skills are not seen much in the service industry anymore.
