Went into the store to set up a Family Telephone Plan.Harrison was the representative that assisted us.He was very helpful and kept us informed about the wait time and tried to get us the best deal for our money.We really appreciated him!!

Do not waste your time and money coming to this store. The employees will lie to you about how much the bill will be each month. And when you try to return a device they will refuse to help you and send you to the corporate store. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Incompetent employees. Terrible service. Go anywhere else and save yourself the hassle.
Me and my family went to AT&T on Aug.8,2021 A women named Gina said each months for the phone that we got which were 2 iPhone 11s and 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max’s Gina asked us if we wanted Apple care or insurance for the phones we said no and we also asked how much the bill was gonna cost Gina said like 430 dollars each month and then 2 weeks after that the bill came in the mail and on the bill showed apple care money but we did not want that and the bill came in 570 Dollars!!! So this is way the review is bad:DON’T BUY PHONES FROM ANY AT&T ESPECIALLY THE 1332 AT&T ON PRECENT LINE ROAD!

Your phone number doesn’t work. I’ve been calling trying to talk to a representative and to do that it says press three. I did that and he just repeats the original prompt 3 times before hanging up.
I went in this store hoping to switch to att. Emmanuel helped me, he was so patient and kind. Made the transition so easy. I’m glad I switched to att, much better service. I know that if I need help in the future I can rely on this store for it’s great employee’s.

My wife went to do curbside pickup of her new phone as hers had been dead for two days and our work schedules were not allowing us to get their during store hours. Why wife saw that she maybe on Sunday could get by there right when they open at 11:00am and just make it to work on time still. So she went there at 11am and they were closed. I then called them several times between 11 and 12. At 12 someone answered and I asked if they opened at 11 or 12 on Sunday, because my wife was pretty inconvenienced by the fact that no one was there at 11 along with several other customers that also were there. Instead of an apology, he said, Well, you know that covid has screwed everything up! I said, if you are going to change hours you need to get them changed on the at&t website, google and even on the front door that is also wrong. Bye now. CLICK.
Greg was awesome. He went above and beyond with helping me. I was on the phone with customer service for hours the night before and they didn’t help at all. Should have came here first, I would have saved about 3-4 hours of being passed around on the phone.

Excellent service. Went in for my 11 Pro Max and Greg helped me every step of the way. He got me the best promotions available and I was in and out in less than an hour with a brand new line. He even helped me fully transfer all my data to my new device. I was seen as soon as I walked in!!

Do not go to this store to buy a phone these people are vultures so recently I upgraded and got a new phone I had to pay an extra for first of all a phone I didnt want I asked for the LG velvet and I feel l like I was tricked pretty much into getting it that I had 14 days to change my mind i went back before the 14 days since I was having issues with it the at&t employee at the 1332 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX 76053 was rude and disrespectful to me and they wouldnt let me return it saying that I needed to pay $50 this phone is supposed to be 5 g but it freezes all the time and I cant do anything on it Ive been with at&t over 10 years im so unhappy with this whole situation im thinking about switching tmobile since i feel like I was completely robbed and disregarded and disrespected I cant belive that AT&T has such poor customer service representative I will make sure I complain on yelp on Google on yellow pages on Facebook since I feel like this hasnt been resolved

Greg was AWESOME! He was GREAT at explaining things to me and was extremely professional and polite. He even shared some really cool features about the phone I was purchasing that I would never have known about otherwise. NO ONE has EVER done this for me and I have been with AT&T for MANY years! This was the BEST experience I have EVER had! If I ever need anything, I will definitely be asking for Greg!

Joshua the manager, is horrible. Seemed schemey from the moment I met him. I had the worst experience. I put $398 down for an iPhone 11 porting over from a different company. I was told I was getting the phone for half the price and my receipt was for the full $749, $811 after taxes??? Later on that night I got an email saying my monthly bill would be $230. When I broke it down my monthly for the phone itself would be $13, and I signed up for a $65 monthly unlimited plan. But with allll the surcharges and crazy amount of fees they charge, it went to $230. Joshua failed to explain anything to me, he just handed the phone over and let me leave. When I came back the next day I returned everything and I only received $343 back but not even instantly he said it would take 7-10 business days, I tried to change back to my original carrier and I lost my phone number thanks for Joshua. Save your money & time. What a nightmare
Worked with Lishan came to get an iPhone 11 Pro Max had the best customer service and walked me thru the phone and answered every question. I would highly recommend this store to everyone who lives in Texas I haven’t had this kind of customer service ever in my life compared to this store. BEST EXPERIENCE

It was a good experience
So I went in to get an upgrade on my phone. Granted this was on christmas eve. I walk up and the door is locked which confuses me because they should have been open. So a guy comes up and lets me in and I ask him are you guys closed? And he said no we are just keeping it locked. He then asks me so you got like a quick question or what. He starts helping me and instead of being professional he sits down across from me and throws his feet up on the table. Find it hard to believe?

The staff was friendly and very helpful when l bought a new phone. They made sure that all of my contacts and photos were transferred to my new phone. The wait time was very short unlike the store near the mall. The girl that helped me and the manager were very nice!

Was checking out a computer in the store and the rep said Sir can you not read my email? Was kinda ugly about it. I wasnt reading her email, plus why was her email on a computer in the store where people shop?Was able to get help but it would be nice if these reps were more friendly.

Horrible experience with employees and management in the parking lot of all places! Was going to look into an upgrade for my phone but when approached hostility by a representative of your company as I got out of my vehicle about which establishment I was going to I decided against it. Although this is a strip mall without assigned parking so I didnt understand why anyone would be interested in where I was going or why in the parking lot. I opted to go elsewhere and shop in other parts of the strip mall. They even told me to move my car if I wasnt going to shop in their store....ummm yeah definitely never shopping there or recommending AT&T to anyone especially the location at Precinct Line Road by Target!!!!

My husband waited 30 minutes to get a new SIM card while an indecisive customer asked a million questions. We had an International flight to catch so it would have been better customer service if the employee had asked if he could help us after he gave her all her options. She said it took her 6 months to decide last time. We left frustrated and disappointed!

This store and its staff - especially the management - is staffed by incompetent malingerers. Clearly explained the iPhone storage needs of my business and was LIED TO and sold a 16GB - refused to resolve the issue. Run from ATT as fast as you can. Do not spend your $ Here!
The initial visit was dismally slow due to being under staffed and the sales person being very chatty instead of efficient. Ordered a case delivered to my home, it didnt make it, (not their fault there) and they didnt call me when they got the case in the store. They failed where it counted.

Walked in at 9:30 AM, I was next so I waited an hour for the representative to finish with a girl with in all honesty I think he was BSing people acting like he was transferring files to her phone. Maybe his girlfriend. I literally saw 9 people walk in and the rep would tell them it would be an 1 hour wait just like that they walked out. The whole time he was Helping this girl They were giggling and laughing wich is weird. I joined the people of 9 and left also. Dont waste your time at this store. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
Went in today to just buy a charger cable stood at the register with my card out and was completely ignored and skipped for 15 minutes! Even said Hey can you help me? still ignored. Put the cable down and left. Worst customer service experience i have had in years. Dont shop here.
Waited for a free rep. I was passed over for a couple that walked in after me. I walked out. No one spoke to me. No one asked me if I needed anything. Instead they go for groups instead of single customers.
