Came in (this was actually the 2nd time) to trade in my old iPhone for an iPhone 12 or 13. Went into the store and used the notifications on the phone to compare prices. I had a phone to trade and wanted a number transferred to a new phone. From the time I entered the store, went to the phones, and compared pricing, finally making a decision to purchase, I was not greeted (even briefly) by the 3 representatives in the store. Would have stayed if someone had just said Hi we will be with you in a moment but to no avail. Wont be back unless a dire need to handle phone business. Update: Finally was greeted by Karina. She caught me just as i was about to leave. Didnt want to leave and go to a different Verizon out of my area and have to deal with the same thing. She was able to offer the service i would expect and helped with getting a new phone. Gave her feedback about trying to address customers as they come in so they feel seen and she took the feedback well. Hopefully they will implement this into their business for customers like myself. The workers at this location act like they hate Verizon. They talked down about Verizon from the second I walked in. They didnt offer me any promotions that were on my account and said I couldnt get anything for my trade in. Seems they are only interested in selling Iphone and Samsung and if you want anything else, they are burdened by you. Went to another location and they told me about the promotions being offered on my account and gave me $350 off for my old phone. Will definitely be going to the other location from now on.
Verizon is not cheap but I currently feel they are worth it.Cell phones service today is important.
Walked up and was met at the door, told they need a phone number and would be 30 minutes before they would text and be able to get to me. Mind you there was really nobody in the store, 2-3 workers and maybe 2-3 customers, not families.To me that if youre on hourly plus commission, or all commission, you wouldnt send customers away. But I guess workers are different nowadays. Went to another store and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Couldve been franchise vs. corporate, in which I say seek out a franchise over corporate any day!
With Covid-19 you wait in your car, they said it would be about 30 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes.I was told on the phone two weeks prior to coming into the store today I would get $400 off if I trade in my phone in. (On the phone, they knew the age of my phone.That didnt happen phone was to old.Only would receive $100 off but then I would have to change my plan to Unlimited and the price would go up $10.Asked about senior citizens, I would have go to Unlimited and the price would go up $10.00To be on their loyalty plan my rate would have been increased $20.00 plus and be on the Unlimited plan.My plan is 5 gigabytes, which to me for my phone its like having Unlimited because, I never use it all and I can roll it over. I pay $71.47 per month.The sells person kept referring to me what I would pay each month my bill plus $33.56 monthly. Why would I pay that I just paid for the full price for the phone. You need to change the bill.It would make it easier on you.I purchased, car charger, protective screen and the case, from Celluler Outfitters. Much better deal.I have been with Verizon for number of years I dont have any drop calls I dont have out of service or whatever its the best I think.

This Verizon store really went above and beyond with helping me with my issue. Jill which is the manager, went an extra mile to help me return a phone and get another one. I love Verizon overall and my experience at this store made me love them more. Ive been with them for six years and they reminded me why I have been with them for so long and stay a loyal customer. Thank you Jill and one of her staff members for doing more than what you had to, to resolve my situation. You really made my day and helped a ton which later payed off. I recommend Verizon all the way and this store for absolutely great customer service!!!

Went to this location wanting to upgrade my phone to the newer version. Felt as though it was like pulling teeth with Oscar to get his help. No one is asking for you to jump up and down with joy to work, Oscar, but you did apply for the job. Retail sucks, but it was your choice. Do not make me feel like a burden because you’re ready to go home.
Safety measures due to the coronavirus were taken by the staff, the place was clean and gave a sense of safety. Staff was friendly and sympathetic of our issue and resolved fast and effectively. I honestly have nothing to complain about
Last Saturday I drove down to the store at 3:00. They were closed even though their posted hours were until 5:00. There was no sign or explanation as to why they were closed.This week, I figured I would call first. The prerecorded answering service says theyre open, but I would really like to speak with a human to verify. There is no option to speak to a human. Ive pushed random numbers and have now been on hold for 10 minutes. I guess they just really dont want my business.

Both times I tried getting a replacement phone because the model I had started having issues and I had insurance on it I would receive a more broken model as a replacement both times Ive just sent their replacement back to them and kept my old phone even though it doesnt work the best still. Today I went in store to try and fix this and they pretty much told me they couldnt fix it there and I had to go through an outside company to try to replace the broken replacement phone. I ended up just buying one off Amazon so Ill see how that goes.

Not the friendliest staff in the world, is a nice way of putting the feeling you get when you walk in. They have plenty of phones and accessories, but so does Best Buy right across the street, and they dont sound condescending when you ask for help.Edit- I appreciate the owner of this location responding, and I hope maybe when I go back someday I will find that the feedback did make a difference.
Always have what I want even if I dont always need it!!! The store is 💯% remodeled & looks amazing! Now if we can work on the discounts for long time customers that would be great!

We always love coming to this Verizon store for our phone needs. Every time we come here we are greeted at the door right away. They ask us what we need and let us know how long the wait is. Unlike another Verizon store near our home, so we definitely appreciate the hospitality and great Customer service! We came in today to open a new line and transfer a line from a different account. Janine was very knowledgeable and got us exactly what we needed and more in less than an hour! Which is a miracle in my book! Lol Even with a closer store near my house I will definitely be making this my go to spot for all my Verizon needs.

After 16 years with Verizon in am done!! How a person close out my account and create another account in my daughter name. Then it takes 30 days to fix the issue that you said was fixed. Poor customer service, not properly trained, and need more education. So now I have 2 separate bills, no access to my account and have dealt with nothing but liars on the phone. The fact that the representative said that it was taking care of, and lied!!

Great customer service, extended past regular business hours. After leaving Verizon a month ago to try Mint mobile, I wanted to port my number back. Spent 4 days and over 3 hours trying to get back to Verizon through Verizon customer service. They finally offered to send me a sim card due to arrive in 2 days to make things work. When 800 customer service tried to port my number over today. It made both phones on 2 providers not able to make or receive calls or texts. Not able to wait the 2 days for the new sim, I went to the Verizon store in Hurst and received excellent service and THEY straightened it out in 1 hour working past there close time. I was told when it comes to porting a number into Verizon, its best to have it done at the store.So ironic as it was SO easy to leave Verizon but what a struggle to come back.So....thank you ladies for your help tonight. When it comes time to replace my slow Verizon phone, Ill be sure to call on these nice folks. Thank you.

My experience last week was a ridiculous Comedy of Errors. Depending on the manager-in-charge-that-day....the solution provided (and I use that term VERY LOOSELY!) was not only different but polar opposite. I believe because I wasnt in the store to upgrade or buy a new phone......basically, they could not have cared less about me even though I am a long term customer with Verizon. I was without a wireless communication device for six days because of their lack of processes, procedures and basic common sense. To end on a more positive note: Zachary was as helpful as he could possibly be even though he had limited authority as to the outcome of my situation.
I went in for some customer service, walked out with a piece of paper and still having to do it by myself. If I take the time and effort to go to store, you should give me some customer service. The customer service over the phone was extremely nice and way more helpful to this person. And there was nobody in line so I dont see why they couldnt help me
Walked into a almost empty store 5 mins ago 3 customers. 2 sales associates 1 was working with a customer the other standing staring off into the distance. Stood there for a few minutes no one even acknowledged my existence. Went up to the lady who was staring off and i guess she was deep in thought. I had to ask for help then she told me i had to wait. Gee thanks for acting like you want my business. Ill get my note 10 from someone else.

Some of the people here are ok, others act like they would rather die than provide good customer service. If my phone breaks due to software 1 week after my warranty expires you’d better do everything in your power to try to diagnose/fix it, cause that’s ridiculous. No, I don’t want to buy a new phone every year, even if you make commission off of it. Every other Verizon I’ve been to, the employees have gone above and beyond to help me out, even if they weren’t making a sale.

My family has been with Verizon for over 20 years. I have three Verizon Samsung Convoy 3 basic phones (3G, CDMA devices). I really like the phones and wish to turn them to pay-as-you-go phones. Id contacted a Verizon agent online, she told me to bring the phone to one of their local stores and the staff there would be happy to activate it. To my surprise, the experience was opposite to what I had expected. When I got the local store on 1489 W Pipeline Rd, Hurst, TX 76053, I felt the atmosphere like at Walmart--unfriendly welcome. Without making an effort to help the long-term customer, she just said: NO, we cant active any 3G phones. She kept insisting that I should upgrade my phone. I told her Ive already had two iPhones with Verizon; I only need this phone for an emergency: talks were enough, I didnt need any data, texts, or other bells and whistles. Moment of sheer silence there! Then, I asked her to unlock the phone so it can work with other network providers. She told me, No, because it has never locked-- that was a lie! I went to Sprint and other phone companies, they all told me that a CDMA phone requires a network to work. In my case that network is Verizon. Unlocking the phone requires permission from Verizon in the form of a code. Due to the lack of professionalism in this store, I just left. I guess unless you were a prospective customer, dont expect any exceptional service.Unacceptable conducts of the Verizon store employees surely cost the company valuable, loyal customers.

So listen to all of who go to this store. They are not selling you a phone they are selling your a installment plan. They will lie about Fcc laws saying a product bought outright not being able to be unlocked (the law says its your property if you own it fully not on a plan they have to unlock it.) To I can not sell you this item without an account (another lie just requires a phone call to corporate.) These people are snakes and after this I also plan to file the forms to the BBB about there lovely location and practices.Update. Went to another location not only could I buy the product unlocked in whole without a account. Was given a genuine corporate phone number where I have placed a complaint on top of everything else.Laws broken.the Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act.Also the attempt of slamming and cramming to bolster commission.Shady and unfair practices.
Terrible service. I think there’s one guy there I should’ve talked to that looks like he actually cared about his job. The others sat around and looked at us like we were bothering them. And no one was in the store. The guy I unfortunately had was no help. Said he didn’t know and cut me off in talking. I just left. I can’t believe this is a Verizon store. First time at this location. Been a customer for over a decade. They all need to go. Not sure who the manager is but I’m going to get ahold of them today and let them or corporate know. I wouldn’t trust the people in this store particularly.

Android razor phone battery overheated and ruined screen only a year after it was bought new. Verizon said they couldnt fix it and only offered to sell me a new phone at full retail price ($500). Was only willing to fix once I went to ATT and cancelled. Not impressed.

Prepaid customer for years at $112 a month, I said I would like to establish credit with them. They said since I didnt have credit they wouldnt waste their time trying. Went to T Mobil and got a iphoneX with small down payment and unltd everything including insurance, free cover and screen protector and $20 less a month than the prepaid. Thanks Tmobile
Poor time management
Youd do better with 2 cans and a string. Verizon workers are previous t mobile employees that got fired. When trying to talk to someone in person at the store I never spent less than an hour. The final time going to the store they gave me a number to what they said was a customer service representative but ended up being a woman with a pack of lies that constantly would interrupt me. Who when threatened with my lawyer hung up on me. Also I had to use my dads phone to call because the point I was at my phone could no longer hold a connection on a phone call. Never in my entire life have I had worst customer service. In the military we called it hurry up and wait. Verizon is more like is it fact or fiction but lets take the day off from work to find out why my phone broke down the second time this month. Once I was in the store probably the 5th of the month my phone had been dropping calls, an hour of my day goes by and the expert who couldnt tell you the color of the red truck said it had only dropped 3 calls this month.. that number should be zero guy. But his response was as usual he cant do anything about it. Anyway I can go on and on about the multiple occasions and days wasted at that preschool. All to say I am no longer with Verizon and God help you if you are.

This store location is a Rip OFF. They sales guy lied to me just to make a sale. He was supposed to cut additional cost off my bill when i got it. Told me not to freak out when i got the bill and call him he would remove the additional cost. This bill was $371 they removed $35 WOW. That Helps. What a Ripp Off. When this contract is up I WILL BE CHANGING PROVIDERS BECAUSE OF THIS. lies lies lies.
Verizon guy had me confused more than once. Upraded plan and got new phone. They had to order phone, 128gb Pixel2. I got what I wanted but it took way to long.
Customer service is a joke here. I went in because my phone would not take a charge and is the closest to me. The guy who helped me insist on telling me I need to upgrade my phone and or get the new “insurance”. Constantly I felt he was being very persistent about all the perks for a commission. So I left and went to the store in Arlington by the stadium and she insisted plugging in my phone to a new charger. BOOM problem solved. No thank you, I’ll drive 30 mins for quality service. $40 versus $800.

Beaware, they lied just to get you to buy anything, read the small letters before signing. I was only suppose to pay taxes for an iphone if i turned in my old one, now i look at my plan and shows i am paying for the darn phone, thats not what the verizon lady said. I lost my old phone which i could have sold, and now i am paying for this one for 2 years at full retail price. Sneaky bastards, thats not how you treat a costumer.

Trying too hard to be some sort of boutique. Verizon as a whole is losing itself to the competition. Nothing new... Except the increasing prices and decreasing service.
