I needed my old lap top to have a tune up. My key board no longer worked and it was slow to start up. I took it to Texpert Technology. The techs that work there (Shane) are excellent. They know what they are doing and they are very customer oriented. They very quickly resolved my issues and I had it back at home. I recommend them for any computer issues you need help with.

I cant really say enough good things about Texpert Technology! I had brought an item in for repair, one that could not be repaired by Apple. I dropped it off on a Monday and was able to get it back within 48 hours completely repaired! The individual time that Roy took to explain the diagnosis of the issue to me and also explain the process of repair far exceeded my expectations! He made the entire process not only comfortable, but inviting! No matter what you have phone, computer or even a tanning bed control, you will not be sorry you brought it here for repair or service!

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service. We went to 2 Geek Squads, 1 other independent repair store and no one was able to repair our 1 1/2 yr HP laptop. Roy was able to troubleshoot the failure down to the chip level, replaced the power regulator and our laptop was up and running within an hour! This saved us several hundreds of dollars estimated by HP, downtime without a PC and several hours of further aggravation with the terrible HP customer service. Great work by Texpert Technology!!!!

Unreliable and undependable. The computer tech came to the house on a Saturday, analyzed the problem and took my computer back to the shop in Hurst to install updated software. When we spoke by phone Monday afternoon, he arranged to be at my house at 5:30 pm to reinstall my computer. Where was he? I phoned twice. No answer. At 8:40 I texted and finally received a response. He said he’d contact me today.Why wasn’t I contacted about the delay? I do not even have a receipt or any paperwork about the company That has my desktop computer.Am I worried? you bet.Regarding the initial house call, I’d asked him to come to my house at 10:30 Saturday morning because of a prior commitment. He said he would come at 10 am, so I cancelled my previous plans. Was he on time? No. He arrived at 10:40. I needlessly rearranged my morning plans.And last night, again I waited for the Texpert technician in vain. I hope to have my desktop computer back today. But at what time? I would appreciate a call from the company and an update on the status of the repair.

I have been here twice for screen repair and both times the people were very skilled and knowledgeable and helpful!

Omgoodness, Roy and the owner Mr. McKenna were absolutely AMAZING! I brought my iPhone 7 in for the screen to be replaced. Roy allowed my children to watch, while explaining every aspect of the repair to them. He was patient, and never once did he appeared agitated when they asked him a question. You MUST bring your devices in to Texpert Technology for repair!

My wife had her Iphone 6 screen replaced here, and we could not be happier with the service and quality that we received. the work was completed in under 30 minutes (I cannot exactly say how long because we went across the street for a tasty beverage while we waited...which is also a nice bonus for this location!), and the phone looks and operates like it was new again. pricing was easily the best in the area (and believe me, I checked!)

After having a terrible experience with a Worker named Brent who pretended to be the manager the actual manager called me to apologize and handled the situation with pose, we resolved the issue I had. If you decide to go here dont get help from Brent who is an idiot- get Clay or Roy. Brent needs to be fired for his behavior.

Did a bad job replacing my iPad Air screen. I told them the screen was coming loose when picking up. He just put a tape on corners and told me to keep it for 24 hours. After couple of days Ipad stopped working. I took it back and now they are saying I need to replace LCD. My iPad was atleast working before with broken screen now I just have to through it away.
