I had lost my phone and went to a different T-Mobile location off Rufe Snow to get my issue resolved. They were not helpful or friendly and did not meet my needs. In fact sent me somewhere else rather than coming up with a solution for me. I came to this location and I was overwhelmingly surprised and pleased with the quality of customer service received here. I literally considered changing carriers based upon the performance of the other location and Bella at this location went above and beyond to help meet all my needs. She was thorough, helpful, friendly, kind and professional. I will address all my T-Mobile needs here. Im a happy customer again.

Went to upgrade my dads phone for his birthday. My parents and I live in Fort Worth, but we always come to this location cause everyone who helps us always goes above and beyond.This trip, Tiffany helped us. She was very informative and personable with us. She communicated with other customers in the store and with us. She managed her time very well with us, answered all our questions, told us how to set up the new phone with my dad, and not once did we ever feel rushed.Tiffany is a great face for this location. I highly recommend every person comes to this location.

Not sure who reads these, but Abraham is a true asset to your growing Corporation and represents T-Mobile to the highest level, get this young man a promotion before another competitor snatch him up and before this 21 year old realize he’s really this good and then starts his free agency search elsewhere ( I drove across town (15 miles) from another T-Mobile location only to be disappointed cause that a salesman there didn’t offer me the exact same promo that Abraham simply just took the time to explain to me which promo works best and explain why it makes sense of what I was trying to accomplish and getting, so I walked away with two iPhone 12 pro max under $250 out of pocket with all the fixings ) thanks for making me a T-Mobile client for life! On July 10th, 2020 I went to the T-Mobile on Beach and Basswood for assistance with returning a malfunctioning phone, and upgrading my working OnePlus 7 to an iPhone 11. They immediately told me that they couldn’t help me with the return since a different store did it, and I needed a new shipping label. Since I would have to go to a whole different store, I decided that I would just do both at the other store, but it sucks because this other store is 20 minutes from my house versus the five minutes to the on Beach. So I call the T-Mobile on Precinct Line and Bella promptly answers and quickly assists me with the issue. Once I arrive, we quickly finish the upgrade, got a new shipping label, and she taught me about some deals and policies that I was very appreciative of learning. The whole time she was nothing but nice and funny, and it really made up for the way the other T-Mobile treated the issue. It was a really great experience, and she deserves a raise, because I know it’s not easy dealing with people on a daily basis who aren’t always nice, or understanding.

Very rude manager I left the company because of him been with the company since 2005 he refused to change my phone after the phone broke and I opened the back of the phone to fix it but the phone would not close again and after that I took it to metro to help me or give me an other phone but he said no that the phone is broken and the back is open and that once the back is open that he can not take it back but I explained it him it was already broken but he refused to exchange the phone to a new one even after I told him I have insurance on the phone but he said no and also refused to let me use the company phone to make a call that day because I couldnt not use my phone at all

Alfredo should be a district manager. Very helpful. I’m always stressed going to T-MOBILE and dread getting a new phone. He made the process so simple even 2 day shipping a special order. I was shocked because i had gone to three stores and called all of them with in a 15 mile radius (there are tons) and no one offered to help me not mentioned that since I’d been a customer for over a decade they could order me the phone and have it expedited. Except Alfredo. He also helped set me up with a promo cheaper phone for my mom and grandson whom we care for. I promise i will never go to another T-Mobile and if he leaves i will find out where he’s working and go there. Even if it’s ATT!!!!

We went in to get new phones and a tablet. The manager Jose shipped our phones to the store and our tablet to someone’s APARTMENT! My husband called Wednesday and he wasn’t there, they said he comes in at 12pm. 12pm rolls around, he still not there. We he gets there my husband tells him it was signed off by someone, Jose said he would get it fixed or order us another one. He would “call” to let us know. We received no call, so we called around 5. Guess what?... Jose left for the day, he was only there for 4 hours?.. the next day we go get our phones and nothing has been done. We have to wait for them to contact the apartments to get it from whoever took it. So we’re paying for something we DONT have. He said “call us back Friday by 12, we should have this all taken care of”. Friday comes nothing was done, their waiting on corporate to do something. This is Jose’s fault for loosing $400 tablet, so we should get a new one. Instead of them having us wait for them to fix their problem! But no, it’s Saturday and we still have no tablet, no one has called us to update us. None of the managers their seem to get this resolved. This is the worse customer service I’ve EVER had with T-Mobile. We decided to cancel the tablet, we no longer want it after all this mess!! We call to cancel and he can’t help us, we have to call T-Mobile customer service to get our money back because it’ll take to long doing it with him. No apologies were said for the inconvenience, NOTHING!!

After dealing with Sprint and their No Can do attitudes for 2 years, we went in to the Hurst TMobile store full of aggravation & frustration. We met Cutler, the store manager. He spent hours (literally) going over different devices and plans. Although he was clearly exhausted, he was patient and extremely helpful and pleasant through the whole process. We walked out with a fair plan and new devices. I highly recommend this store if youre tired of being lied to and robbed blind by your current carrier.

The best Metro PCS by no comparison! Knowledge of handling an issue is with complete comprehension. Andres, Lisandra, and another Caucasian with glasses handled my ZTE not working with professionalism and customer service. The only Metro I would recommend from others like I said, knocked it out of the park.

Be aware of the pushy manager, Jose. Don’t buy any of their expensive accessories. I switched to T Mobile from ATT because of the promotion. The plan and the phones were fine. Jose insisted that I needed to protect my new phones and proceeded in getting a screen protector and case. He never mentioned the prices but kept on saying that he would take care of me. He kept asking me to sign on the keypad but never revealed the actual document. I did not realized the prices until I received the billing a month later. By that time it was too late to return the items as they claimed they had a 30 day return policy.

Everytime I go to this store, they rush me. I noticed they only want to spend time with customers that are their age. First time I visited, I had just got a new phone 2 months earlier. My charger was not working, I ask for a replacement, and was told I would pay $30.00 for a new one. I said no. After alot of back and forth the girl finally stomped off to the back, came back with a working charger. She was very upset she had to do some customer service, which was horrible. Very SadWorst tmobile store ever.

Jose the manager really needs to be fired. I came in there getting a phone for daughter. He told me there was a promotion going on and that I would be getting a free hotspot. I knew I had to pay for a deposit on the phone but was shocked when I saw the price. Still paid it and ended up going home and went over the receipt. The mobile hotspot was NOT free and I paid for an activation fee for it as well. I also later on found out that he added, without my knowledge, international calling on my daughters account. I noticed that later on when I got my first bill and it was almost triple the amount he told me I would be paying. Luckily their district manager fixed it. Jose is pushy and a liar. I would beware this store all together but beware of Jose.

Lewis is the man. I switch to tmobile from Verizon and the process was a little stressful, for that I give tmobile 1 star. But on the way Lewis handled my situation, he deserves 5. Absolutely lousy service. First, you have to wait forever, even though there was no line. Four employees were just standing around doing nothing. Then, they expect you to sign in on their little podium, but it was in some weird cycle that it didnt even allow a sign in. Then, I tried to return a brand new very overpriced phone charger and they wouldnt let me. Apparently, they have a 7 day return window and it had been 7 1/2 days. LOL. I will never, ever, ever buy any overpriced accessories from Metro PCS again.

After purchasing phones at other Authorized service centers Ive ALWAYS had to return to the source (this service center) to get my new phones right or change the account back to what it was after the Authorized hacks screwed it up! Ive never left here with the feeling that I needed to go anywhere else! Now, if I go into another store I may browse and find even if Im interested in a model the Authorized stores often dont have the phone I want in stock! AGAIN, GO HERE FIRST!!!

I went to this store because I couldnt talk on my phone without putting it on speaker phone. He (the current manager) said that it was nothing wrong with my phone. He didnt ask me any of my account information. Then he ran some test on it. He took out my sim and SD card. When he gave me back my phone he deleted my pictures off of my SD card. He didnt unmount my SD card causing all my pictures to get deleted. He will not admit to his wrong. Instead he tried to blame me and say that he didnt do it. That it was something wrong with the SD card before he got. I told him that he was wrong. And ask him when the next manger will come.

I went to a store in Arlington and they sent me to the store telling me it was a corporate office then this corporate office tells me the only thing I can do is drive back to Arlington to the corporate office thats there which is another 20 miles out of my way. Horrible people with sheisty business practices... Ive never had any problems with metropcs until today... I went into the store yesterday to get a new phone and before receiving it I made sure to ask if it was running the latest android software and was told that it was... Upon returning home and exploring the new phone I realized it was running the same software as my previous phone... I researched it and found out that the phone and software were a year old... I returned to the store earlier today and waited to be helped after signing in... Even after being helped after people who arrived after me I was still calm and explained the situation to the same girl who helped me yesterday and she remembered telling me it was and then when I explained it wasnt and asked if something could be done about it she went to the back for 15 min... She returned with a morbidly obese manager that was instantly rude and defensive for no reason (probably because she actually had to walk) and came out screaming how I wasnt going to get a refund or an exchange even though i never stated such things... I explained the situation and she said no you told me you wanted this and that (even though I dealt with her maybe 20 seconds before being passed off to the girl who helped me who I actually asked questions about phones to) and I said well metropcs allows me to return my device per their policy and she kept yelling that I need to read their policy and because I switched to a new phone brand it was considered an upgrade and was not liable for a return... When I realized what was going on I told her that wasnt right and she said she didnt care it was metropcs policy... This location is filled with horrible scum that shouldnt be allowed to call themselves human much less rats along with the shiesty business (metropcs) who hands out these corrupt practices that take advantage of people... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!! IF I WERE YOU I WOULD CANCEL YOUR SERVICE ASAP AS IM GOING TO DO TOMORROW!!!
