I was very satisfied with the service here. Let me start off by just saying this. When I pulled the phone from my pocket for them to fix pieces of the glass were in my hand from the screen. The home button didn’t function. At all. And there was pretty good size pieces missing from my screen. They fixed it no problem and in a very professional and timely manner. I highly recommend them. The price is very fair and very amazing. I wish my phone insurance worked with them. Everything I need fixed I would be using them.

When in yesterday to get my sons tablet fixed. He had broken the charger in the port. Called and said come on in it’s a easy fix. I got there and had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle. He was able to fix the problem quickly. They are also super easy to get to in the mall so you don’t have to go walking around and dealing with mall crowds. Would highly recommend.

This is a nice little outfit in the mall! I told Kyle how my phone was a rare Sony version and the touch capability of the screen was deteriorating. He told me it was not a problem and ordered an exact replica Sony replacement screen. The screen came in as a complete assembly with four corners attached using factory glue. This helped to make his repair work seamless after swapping the screens. My phone looked and worked as good as the day I had bought it, if not better. Great place doing quality work! I had to have my granddaughters port fixed in herI phone because it would no longer charge. I called IFixandRepair and it was late in the day they said they could fix it that day and not only did her port need replaced but they called while we walked around the mall and let us know her battery needed to be replaced to. It only took about 30-45 minutes.I have also had my granddaughters IPad screen replaced twice. They were so kind and so knowledgeable! I went in to get my glass screen changed. My phone broke and I heard good things so I went. Before I went in everything functioned normally, before even leaving I noticed my FaceID wasn’t working. The guy blamed me. But they replaced the whole screen and not the glass so how could that be anything to do with me. After asking him to check he started claiming he had been recording me. He was extremely rude and now my screen doesn’t work in some spots. I’ve tried calling and even getting in touch with the 800 number, there has been zero response and now I’m out $200. Thanks.

Got a brand new Samsung galaxy s20 fe, and cracked the glass on the back camera 2 days later. Out of all the repair shops I called, this place had the best price. He did not have the part in store but ordered it with overnight shipping. I just got it fixed in 10 minutes. Loved this place and will come back if ever needed. Super friendly and professional.

My son shattered his iPad Pro screen so I took it here to be replaced for what I thought was going to be a great experience. My husband took it in, as well as a second iPad we needed fixed. All that wasn’t working was the iPad screens.... the guy fixing it calls him and says the charging port is loose and needs fixed, IT WASNT LOOSE WHEN WE LEFT IT, I decline, my husband picks it up and brings it home with the new screen and the charging port is all dinged up and scratched and won’t even hold a charging cable in. And yet somehow they say it was like that when they received it. Interesting since the charging port had no issues at all. Now I’m out $200+ and my iPad can’t be charged. Would never recommend here.

This establishment was suggested to me by the ATT store. I drove there in 20° weather. It took the guy 30 seconds if not less to fix it. And he did not charge me at all. Thank you sooooo much. I cracked the small glass covering the back camera of my Galaxy S10. I called Best Buy and they said they dont have the parts for my phone yet. Called another repair company and he told me it would be cheaper to buy a new phone than him replacing the small piece. Talked to the owner at iFixandRepair and he said, Ill take care of it for $75. These guys did an amazing job and had my phone fixed in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be coming back for any screen repairs. Awesome job!!

I have used iFixandRepair several times for iPhone repair or to purchase phone accessories. iFixandRepair has a large inventory of accessories which are sometimes hard to find in other stores. The staff is very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and provide a professional customer service. Repairs are made in a minimum amount of time at a reasonable cost. iFixandRepair is the only phone repair my family and I use.

My IPhone XS Max had a unresponsive black screen(Display problem) and I was without a phone for 4 days, so we called the apple store and they were temporarily closed due to COVID-19 so my boyfriend looked up and found this place. When we got there the man was so kind and very sweet. He was truly Passionate about what he does making little jokes to us. Like I told him to was the second time I had this happen to my iPhone and he said “Your iPhone was like bye I’m out” which to me was funny and he also explained to us why the iPhone does that and what we would be dealing with if it didn’t pass the reset test. He didn’t leave wondering like “Why is my phone wiped out”(Unless you have iCloud) He talked to us about his day and stuff so over all he was very very great and an excellent person for customer service I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you guys go to him.

I paid $86 for my daughter’s cellphone screen to be repaired. Made sure that I purchased a protective case that covered the front and the back of the phone. The very next day the screen had 3 cracks in it. My daughter did not drop the phone or anything. My husband took the phone back because I was told that there was a 30 day warranty on the screen. My husband was told that the screen was damaged by it being dropped or that it had fallen and that it is not covered by the warranty and wanted to charge him $70 to fix the screen again. That was the only solution that was offered and claimed that, that was a “deep” discount. They didn’t want to hear anything else from husband and said that they were going to call the police on him if he didn’t leave the store. What bothers me the most is how nice the employees were when I took the phone in to be fixed because they were getting my money but when my husband took the phone back with a problem he was told flat out that it wasn’t covered and to pay more money to fix it again or get out. They didn’t even try to take the time to explain how they figured the screen was damaged from it being “dropped”. They took the phone out of the protective case to look at it but then tried to hand it back to husband without placing it back in the case. This was a very disappointing experience and I will never use their services again.

They did a great job. If I ever have any issues, I know where to get it fixed. Apple wouldn’t replace just the camera. They said they had to replace the the screen as well because two pixels were damaged. They wanted $300 for the screen. Phone is working great and I can live with the two damaged pixels. Apple wanted almost $400.00, got my phone fixed for $130.00 I’m a happy guy and highly recommend these guys!

Wonderful job. The entire exterior of my phone was cracked. Looked like brand new when done. Had a minor issue with it not working 100% the way I expected, I took it back and they fixed it in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable and accomodating as well.

Update: Kyle took care of me and helped make my phone right.I can’t fathom why this store would get a 5 star review!?!?! The customer service was the best thing about this place but goodness, they have the worst quality on replacement screens. The first time I went in, the customer service was great and he fixed the screen in minutes. This was at closing time because I was going out of town the following morning. That night, I already knew I would be back when I got back in town. The color was off on the phone and the back button was sticking and the screen turned black when you turned to watch a movie. Came in for warranty on the screen and it seemed to work fine that day and the next few days. Now I’m back to just needing a whole new phone. I should of done the replacement with my warranty but chose this instead. I was going to get the camera fixed with them but seems it won’t ever work either so I’m not going to waste my money. If you hover over the buttons holding it in a certain way, it starts pushing them for you. What a waste. Steer clear of the quality of their screens.

Spent 150$ on a new screen, new case, and glass screen protector. The only reason the case was bought was because the person there threw there phone around boasting about the cases durability. All fine and dandy pay and leave happy. It was quick and what we wanted. After less then 24 hours the phone was dropped from less three feet. The screen underneath the glass protector broke. The 40$ case and 20$ glass screen protector did nothing to prevent any damage. These are cheap products marked up to make a quick product. The glass screens used are cheap and not worth it. After going to a new place and comparing the glass.Honestly save your money. And if you are still compaled to buy from this place at least spend the extra money and get the 40$+ glass screen protector, that’s the only way anything can be done. There 30 day warranty is straight trash. You can find cheaper and much better cases online. You can always other places with better prices on screen repair. As with the cases you can find better and cheaper screen protectors online. My 10$ glass screen protector and 25$ case have protected my phone from more falls then I can count.

So for the longest time my phone hasnt wanted to charge and I was told it would cost a lot to fix it. I was walking by and thought I would just ask and he fixed it for me on the spot. Come check out this place, they are amazing

If you’re having trouble with your iPhone charging. You’re having to hold the charging cord in weird positions to get it to charge. Or it’s just loose and won’t stay in there. Usually the charging port is just dirty. I literally walked in there I was in there less than two minutes. Mason clean the charging port didn’t charge me anything. In my opinion they should charge something for that. I would definitely recommend this place.

After being told by Apple that my antenna was broken and only fix was a $300 phone, Kyle and Mason told me otherwise and fixed the antenna for a fraction of the cost. Very pleased with their service and friendliness. I also left knowing I can come back if anything wasnt working the way I expected it to. They stand behind their work. Well done!!

This store has done a wonderful job! They replaced my screen and I bought a new phone case. Excellent price, customer service has been wonderful. They also fixed my girlfriends screen and just replaced her battery. All done very quick and we’ve both had zero issues! I always go here if I need anything done to my phone. I’ve never once used an Apple store!

Their glass is very cheap and unreliable. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They repaired my phone 2 days ago and after just one drop the entire screen fell off. In the process of trying to put the screen back inside the phone, the top of the screen cracked. They were unwilling to repair this despite their promise of a 30 day warranty, which no one explained did not cover physical damage. When I spoke with the owner he was extremely rude and unwilling to listen. I spent over $100 with this place. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They’re overpriced and have awful customer service. MK Phone Store in Dallas is much better and charges nearly half the amount that this store does.

Went to Apple to fix the battery on my first gen watch. They wanted $200, so I told them thanks for checking but no. Went to Ifixandrepair and it was like $80 if I recall right with labor. Had it done in an hour. The screen did end up falling off later that night from fixing the battery. Called and spoke with a store rep and they fixed the issue next day at no charge. Great guys and very personable. If I have any more issues, I’ll be coming back here for sure

It took a little time because i did have to special order it, but it was definitely worth the wait! Eli made sure i knew what was going on with my phone. No one wants to spend money on a broken screen. I have an iPhone 6S and dropped it face down (with a case) on the concrete. It was $200 for the repair. If youve got to spend the money, this company is fantastic. I dropped my phone off on a Saturday and it was ready in less than 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I waited a week to write this review in case the phone didnt work properly, but it does. I am very happy with this company and will use them again.

Great service. These guys gave me plenty of options to fix the faulty iPhone that Apple sold to me. I spent $80 to fix both my phone and the front facing camera when the only option Apple gave me was to buy a new phone for $800. These guys were also super fast and had my phone back to me within 45 minutes.

Great customer service! I believe Mason is who helped us and he was very friendly and up front. His knowledge about screen repairs was great as well. He was able to fix my phone within an hour even with 2 repairs ahead of me. He also put on my new screen protector since those can be tricky to put on yourself. They fixed the face on my iPhone a couple months ago and did everything they said they would do. So I was in need of a tri wing screwdriver to put a new joystick on a Nintendo switch. I stopped by and asked Kyle, the owner, if I could borrow his for a minute! He took the Switch and proceeded to work on fixing it for me. It took him probably 30 min to fix and he would take no money for it! Super nice guy, very honest! Will definitely use them again.

Went in for speaker issue that the phone store said needed to be replaced. They looked at it and cleaned the earpiece NO CHARGE. No replacement needed! Fantastic they didn’t try to scam me for unnecessary repairs. Then I mentioned my battery life is terrible. They ran a scan and it showed it needed replacing. I have taken my phone here twice and each time it was a speedy and convenient. Would much rather bring my iPhone here than go to the apple store.

I liked the case prices but to pay to get your phone fixed there is not worth it $225 to get a new screen and if it doesnt fix your phone problem they charge you a $30 dollar fee. I wouldnt recommend getting your phone fixed there. But if youre looking for cases its a good store. Just dont expect cheap prices to fix your phone.

This place is horrible! The owner is rude also he tried to play me by acting like he fixed my phone. He said I had a 30 day warranty on it. When I called 2 days later because my so called “new screen” was glitching we refused to fix it. I reminded him about the warranty and he said to bad and hung up. Never going back. Do NOT trust this place!!!
