They have empty game cases for new games on the shelf even tough they are sold out. The clerk said I had absolutely no reason to be frustrated. They did not enforce social distancing. One clerk kept taking his mask off to scratch his nose, then started finishing a transaction without using hand sanitizer or washing his hands.

Again, the corporate policy of selling used products as new gets annoying. Dont bother buying anything new, everything I try to buy new comes opened. Blatant fraud, lookup this problem, looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Employees seem nice but occasionally get overwhelmed. On three different occasions Ive tried to get a controller from this gamestop each time they did not have any despite having empty controller boxes on display which is a bit of an annoyance, but other than that the place is ok.

They had the game my son need and he was happy

Staff was nice but they were out of xbox wireless controllers and 1 of the games I was looking for. They did check a near by store to see if it was in stock but I wanted to purchase everything in 1 place. The game wasnt a big deal but a game store that runs out of wireless controllers in 2020 bugs me.

No cleaning supplies and they refuse to close during this virus.this is a prime spot to spread the virus they are not cleaning trade-ins or allowing associates to go home if they are sick.This is a huge issue you need to stay away from GameStop.

I drove my son to this game stop to get a game for his switch, they didnt have hardly anything and what they did have was just as much as if you got it anywhere else...game stop is suppose to be cheaper than anywhere else im so disappointed in game stop and how its changed...

The sales association Kimberly automatically sign me up for membership when I didnt want it. I went into the store today to explain I didnt ask for this charge and was told they cant reverse the membership. This information was never told to me until I looked at my receipt. This was unprofessional and wasnt corrected

I will never shop at GameStop again!! I bought a new game a tried to return it and they didn’t give me my money back!! They offered 20$ and store credit. A used game a ordered from their online store wasnt working, I was able to swap it out at this local store; they have a very easy return policy imo

Walked in the door instantly smells like bad hygiene and weed.
